Fatherhood Unlocked with Dan Doty

In this funny yet honest conversation with Meditation teacher, Jeff Warren, we recall just how essential our practice has been for keeping us grounded and sane on our journey into fatherhood, and equally how parenthood can replace and intensify The Work. Jeff shares an air of levity to what is otherwise the very heavy truth of being a dad, along with invaluable yet simple tools he uses to regulate his own ADHD and Bipolar mind in order to stay grounded in his body and right there at home with his kids.

Jeff makes meditation and practice accessible to diverse audiences in order to help people live more sane lives. He’s taught meditation to US Army cadets, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Arizona cops, Google executives, distractible teens, suspicious journalists, burned-out caregivers, formerly-incarcerated youth, and every other conceivable demographic of freethinker, including squirmy six-year old kids. He writes the “Daily Trip” for Calm– now a growing library of over 250 unique meditations – and also has many courses and meditations on the Ten Percent Happier app.
