We're on day 20. That's right. Day 20 of the Patriot Push Up Challenge. And we are out here in the heat. I'm talking hot, 100 degree heat. 100 degrees out here. It's hot. I should have done this early this morning, but I didn't get out of bed in time. I had other things I was doing.So we're gonna get these push-ups knocked out and then I'll come talk to you.One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-six, seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty, thirty-one,Whew well, sorry about that. So that's 31 push-ups. For those of you that are new here, we're doing 31 push-ups for the 31 days in July to honor our patriots and our veterans and anybody else who had a hand in keeping this country great and free. rememberI got water right there that I'm not gonna drink right now. But remember, if you're out in the heat, especially if you're our age, over 50, you gotta be careful with the heat, guys. Take breaks, drink electrolytes, drink a lot of water. make sure you're you got food in you. but take breaks. I came out here.I've been inside for a while. I come out here and gonna do these push-ups. Then I'm gonna go right back inside until it closed off a little bit. Got the dogs inside. If you got animals like I got, especially animals with like thick fur like German Shepherd's and Great Pyrenees, bring them inside. Cuz however hot you are, they're twice as hot.They've been outside just for a few minutes here with me, but they've been inside all day. It's hot. I mean it's hot. So not a big message for you today. Just watch out for the heat. Stay hydrated. Keep doing this fitness challenge. Keep doing your push-ups every day. I feel my body changing. I feel everything changing, my strength, all that. And watch out when you're if you're out in a like I am.Watch out for snakes. We killed a big snake yesterday. That was pretty big. So watch out for animals. The other underneath stuff trying to stay cool. Snakes and whatnot. But that's all I got for you today. I just wanted to come out here and get my push-ups out of the way. That's 31 push-ups. Day 20 is down. We just got a little bit further to go, a couple more weeks, and we'll be done with this thing, man.I'm feeling good, I'm feeling good about it.
