We are subjected to 40 million bits of data at one time, but we can only consciously process 40. This means we are unconsciously processing a tremendous amount of data every single day. Unconscious Bias as come to the forefront as a factor at play at work in who we hire and who we promote. It can prevent inclusion and result in discrimination unknowingly.
