Dad and Josh go down under to try some wines from New Zealand. Josh pours the Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. His pairings include goat cheese, chicken and cheese tamales, and Chinese 5 spice braised pork belly ramen. Dad opens up a pinot noir from Roaring Meg in Central Otago. He shares seared salmon, honey baked ham, and double stuffed Oreos. They have a good time enjoying these wines and talking about this nice and changing wine region.
