Michael Chiang, M.D.
Dr. Michael Chiang is a Senior Managing Partner of Advance ER, where he delivers concierge-style, hospital-level emergency care with a focus on precision, compassion, and patient experience.
Dr. Chiang earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at UCLA School of Medicine. He is board certified and a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). Prior to co-founding Advance ER, he served as Chief of Emergency Medicine at The Heart Hospital at Baylor Plano, leading clinical teams in a specialized cardiac environment.
In addition to medicine, Dr. Chiang has an entrepreneurial background as a five-star restaurant owner, a chapter that shaped his service-driven approach to patient care. He is also an active member of several car clubs and values the craftsmanship and community those experiences provide.
Fluent in English and Chinese, Dr. Chiang is passionate about helping patients who may face language barriers feel understood and supported in urgent medical situations. He remains actively involved in community boards and outreach.
Teresa DiFalco, Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager for Advance ER, Teresa leads its efforts in business development, strategic marketing, referral and physician outreach, community partnerships, sponsorships, and growth initiatives across North Texas. Her approach combines data-driven insights, digital innovation, AI-enabled strategies, public relations, and relationship-building to strengthen market presence and support organizational growth. Passionate about healthcare innovation, longevity medicine, and community engagement, Teresa focuses on connecting people, ideas, and opportunities to drive sustainable results and navigate change with creativity, strategy, and purpose.
Wei Wei Jeang, Co-Founder, Fulton Jeang PLLC
Wei Wei is an award-winning attorney registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office who works closely with clients to develop strategies to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights. Educated and trained as a Computer Engineer, Wei Wei (pronounced Wā Wā, as in she is “way-way-out-there”) works with clients in many different areas of technology. Wei Wei is also well-versed in trademark law, having been involved in trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, as well as trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Wei Wei is consistently recognized by her peers for her expertise in patent and trademark law and is a frequent speaker and author on the topic.
Suzy Fulton, Co-Founder, Fulton Jeang PLLC
Suzy Fulton is a co-founder and co-manager of Fulton Jeang PLLC. She was previously a co-founder of Grable Martin Fulton PLLC. She served in the role of VP, Operations and General Counsel for Appspace, Inc., an international enterprise business communication technology company, and General Counsel for SoftLayer Technologies, Inc., which at the time was the largest private hosting company in the world until it was purchased by IBM in 2013 (after her departure from SoftLayer). Suzy is widely recognized for her expertise in XaaS, technology contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property.
