Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. Just a quick reminder that at any given point in the day and any person that you come in contact with, everybody has something that they're going through. Even on their best days. We all carry a burden. We all carry a cross. Something we're working through. Something we're working on. So...

Don't feel like A, everybody's life is better than yours. There are elements of your life that I'm sure people are envious of. And don't feel like emotionally you have to carry the burden all on your own. We're all going through something. So do your best today to recognize that and take a second to share a smile with someone, a wave, a hello. And remember that

especially if somebody's being angry or someone's being ugly, there's something behind that. There's an underlying something that's making that happen. And they, above all people, could probably use a smile. So just remember today to be good to each other, be kind to each other, and to love on each other, because we all need it.
