I received an email from my listener (Bill Fritz) a big shoutout to you homies, asking this question on How do you find the right partners to scale with? It's been wonderful to share my answer, opinion and story here in our daily walk and talk. It's always my passion to teach and say what is on my mind. When I hear the word 'partnering', my Partner Jesse, is my main guy. I have mentioned him a in a few of my episode, his name must always ring a bell. We follow a scaling pattern, in which we delegate and build our team around us. It has always been a realtors dream of growing a massive team or starting your own brokerage. It was an old way of scaling pattern and it is also our goal before. But delegating is how we build our team today. You can't just choose your best friend to be your partner, it should be somebody who can close a volume. Align yourself to people who do things that you can't.
