An 18 year old adventurer, surfer, diver, and fisherman is going to share with you how to lock in and make a great life for yourself! Soyer is full of stories, advice and authenticity teens can connect to. His interviewer Tara, is his business and adventure partner - the one who got him into Spartan races, mountaineering and adventure racing. These 2 are on a quest to inspire the next generation of leaders!
