In this week's episode, Doc Brian sits down with John and Amanda Pulley. John, a former buyer, and Amanda, a sex trafficking victim, have formed Pulley Consultation. They work with victim's offering counseling services and how to recognize someone who may fall victim. There is also a campaign for anti-porn and issues that lend to the temptation of the buyers. This is a complex subject to tackle, and some parts may not be suitable for all audiences.
