To bet or not to bet? That is the legal question surrounding Daily Fantasy Sport sites in the US offering prop-style options. While many, including FanDuel and DraftKings, insist they are just sports betting in a different outfit, others insist they fall well within the realm of fantasy sports.
One such proponent is Betr, who is finally taking its platform to a nationwide scale not through sportsbooks but through Betr Picks, a new DFS site available in 24 states including Texas and California.
