Dan, Paul, and Justin are the Montreal based trio VennaCava and they are making some incredibly good music. 

These guys are in their mid 20’s and have a love of rock, metal and hardcore punk from the 90s and early 2000’s. They fuse elements of all those genres into their own sound and are creating some of the the best metal we’ve heard in years. 

They open up about the battle to stay true to their creative vision , dealing with the Covid lockdown, and hopes for what their future tour will bring…
