The Sales Transformation Podcast

We have something a little different for you this week on The Sales Transformation podcast! In honour of National Apprenticeship Week 2025 we sent Consalia’s Apprenticeship Director Natalie Murray and two of our Level 6 apprentices, Caleb Standaloft-Gibbons and Ella Cooper to join Jordan Abbott on the ISP NextGen Podcast.

Together they discuss the benefits of an apprenticeship from both tutor and learner perspectives, and how they can foster long-term success in a sales career in line with this year’s “skills for life” theme of National Apprenticeship Week.

Highlights include:
  • [05:10] – An apprenticeship means you can apply your learnings right away
  • [09:36] – Rethinking why people make buying decisions
  • [18:06] – Don’t feel like you don’t have the right to speak to C-suite
