The early Christian faith that turned the Roman world upside down was a faith characterized by an almost absurd joy. Though there are certainly injustices to decry in the name of Jesus, a gospel of constant decrying is no gospel at all. We have good news that will bring great joy to the those that hear and receive.
What truth (what promise) have you read / has God whispered to you?
Is the Good News more powerful than the news of the day?
Consider a negativity fast
Think and plan how you could reach out to someone who is joy anemic
