अनुल्लङ्घयाः न्यायनियमाः

कदाचित् कश्चन युवराजः स्वसहचरं बन्धनात् विमोक्तुं न्यायाधीशं प्रति सानुरोधेन आज्ञास्वरेण च अवदत् । वादप्रतिवादानाम् अनन्तरं न्यायालये अविनयस्य प्रदर्शनार्थं, न्यायालयकार्ये विघ्नकरणार्थं, औद्धत्यस्य प्रदर्शनार्थं च दिनात्मकेन कारागारवासेन युवराजः दण्डितः न्यायपीठेन । तदा राजा - 'यस्मिन् राज्ये निर्भीकाः न्यायैकपक्षपातिनः भवेयुः तस्मिन् राज्ये प्रजाः सुखेन तिष्ठन्ति इत्यत्र सन्देहः एव नास्ति । न्यायनियमानाम् उल्लङ्घनं केनापि कर्तुं न शक्यते'  इति अवदत् ।

Once, a young prince ordered the judge to release his companion from imprisonment. After several arguments in the court, the prince was punished by the court with a one-day imprisonment for showing disrespect, disrupting the proceedings, and displaying arrogance. The king then said, 'In a kingdom where fearless and impartial judges exist, the people live in happiness. No one can violate the laws of justice'.

What is बालमोदिनी?

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
