Alright, so in this episode I chatted with Graham McBain, who's deep into the world of Farcaster and decentralized social media.

Big diff is it is actually getting traction. The Dune graphs for this thing are insane tbh. Graham is building a company in this space and knows his stuff. He's convinced me (well, sort of) honestly.
We also talk stories from his real estate days, like sending out thousands of postcards to target zip codes, then door-knocking asking to buy the house. He basically lays out if you say "I'm not a realtor. This isn't going to be a rental property or some investment bet. Can I buy your house?" you'll get way below market price. So anyway, I'm doing this in 2025.
