The 21st Century Teacher

In this episode Claire shares her knowledge and experience of mental health and wellness from the perspective of a teacher. She has a Bachelors of Education and a Masters of Counselling Psychology. She provides ​support services to students, parents, and school staff and helps students build resilience and improve their social and emotional wellbeing. She has also worked at the local college as the healthy campus coordinator where she promoted and integrated health and wellness into day-to-day operations, practices, services and educational programming.
