The Honorable Lorrie Sinclair Taylor serves as the Chief Judge of the 20th Judicial District. Prior to her elevation to the bench, she spent over two decades as a distinguished litigator and served as a substitute judge in the General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. A graduate of George Mason University and the William & Mary Law School, Judge Taylor is widely respected for her commitment to judicial excellence and community empowerment. She is a dedicated member of several civic organizations and a shining example of leadership in Northern Virginia. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
