The Biennales Internationales du Spectacle (BIS) is an event dedicated to the performing arts industry, entertainment professionals and cultural players, which took place in Nantes in January. 

Marc Wohlrabe - co-founder and director of the international nightlife conference Stadt nach Acht - answered our questions about the recognition of club culture in Europe.
