Tessa’s breast lift marked something far deeper than a physical change: a milestone in choosing herself from a place of confidence, self-love, and healing. 

In the first solo Tess Talk on Karaoke Wine, Tessa shares her breast lift without implants, the mental-health healing that came first, and the recovery lesson she learned the hard way. 

After 10 years of research, multiple consultations, and considering surgeons across several states, she ultimately found the right fit close to home at Fifth Avenue Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton. She chose a mastopexy with auto-augmentation using her own tissue and GalaFLEX internal support—no implants.
