Inspirational Media - Sermons

In this episode, we listen to John and Paula Sandford's "Breaking the Barriers" teaching.

John and Paula Sandford are expert ministers focusing on inner healing and relational ministry. Their teaching is relevant to Christians today because their work addresses deep wounds and barriers that prevent us from experiencing the abundant life Jesus promised.

In "Breaking the Barriers," they begin by defining how Christ has given us "double for all our sins," meaning our debts have been fully paid and covered. They identify three pervasive spiritual barriers that hinder our walk in Christ: spiritual slumber, often caused by a lack of fatherly nurture; spiritual captivity, which can result from wounds incurred in the womb or occult involvement and leads to feeling empty or tormented; and the universal problem of deep, hidden spiritual rebellion and anger at God, which affects everything from our physical coordination to fulfilling our destiny. They emphasize that identifying and healing these barriers is the key to spiritual freedom!

John and Paula Sandford are expert ministers focusing on inner healing and relational ministry. Their teaching is relevant to Christians today because their work addresses deep wounds and barriers that prevent us from experiencing the abundant life Jesus promised.

Let’s dive in and hear about some "Faith that’s fresh - Wisdom that lasts”.

Comfort. O comfort my people, says your God. Speak kindly to Jerusalem, and call out to her that her warfare has ended, that her iniquity has been removed, that she has received of the Lord's hand double for all her sins. And you might ask, now wait a minute. If the Lord is a comforting God and we are forgiven, how is that forgiveness? If you've received double for all your sins, that's like, I'll spank you twice and I'll consider yourself forgiven. Well, that's just because we don't understand. In that country, in that country, if a man had a lot of debts and could not pay them, his creditors would complain to him a number of times. And if he didn't pay them, then they would take him before the elders at the city gate. That's like the court of that day. And, uh, he would they would make their complaints to the elders, and the elders would say, alright, how much does he owe you? And then they would take a piece of paper and they would write his name down at the top, and then beneath that they would write, he owes Ben Adam so much. He owes Isaac so much. He owes Abraham so much. And once they have listed all those debts he owes, then they tack that up on the city wall. That's like the local newspaper, and everybody stops by to read the local newspaper. So now this man is totally disgraced because all of his sins or debts are made known to the public. But then there may be an uncle or a brother who takes compassion on him. And besides, this disgrace is affecting the family name. And so the uncle of the brother will come to the elders of the city gate, and they'll say, how much does Robert O. And they'll say, well, you can see it. It's right there on the wall. So he goes and he takes that down and he says, call in these creditors, and he pays every one of the creditors. And when they have all been paid, then the elders take that piece of paper and they fold it double and leave only the name at the top. Then they tack it back up on the city wall again. So to receive double for all your sins means they have all been covered, all been paid. And you know, of course, the meaning of this. All of us have a list of sins there written in our face. They're written in our lifestyle. We become ashamed. God sends our Lord Jesus Christ, who pays every debt and then gives us double for all our sins. That's the meaning of that scripture. Now tonight we're going to be teaching about three different subjects, but we're just very briefly going to go over the slumbering spirit and the captive spirit, and we don't have time to get all that healed up tonight. This is where you'll find more information on the slumbering spirit and captive spirit. Here you'll find more information on how to get the slumbering spirit healed. So we are tonight. We just want to make you aware of this. And to start you on the journey to find your health in this area. And then we're going to deal with the deepest wounding we know of and that we can pray for healing tonight. So let's begin with prayer. Lord, we thank you for this time we've had together. We thank you for the way you have been present to us, and your anointing has been full, and you have touched your people with rest. Lord, we pray that tonight your anointing may be full upon us, that as we listen, you may touch us with deep, deep healing inside. Oh, we bless you, Lord Jesus Christ. You are the comforter. You are the one who gives us double for all our sins. It's so good to know you, Lord Jesus Christ. Be here, the teacher and the healer and we thank you. In Jesus name, Amen. This has been a series on breaking down barriers. We began by talking to a smaller group in the afternoon on how God is breaking down barriers between us all, between Catholics and Protestants and Jews and Christians and native peoples and white people all over the world. And then we talked about breaking down barriers between husband and wife and men and women in their communications. And last night, breaking down the barrier of the mind, making us aware that the worst barrier to our walk in Christ in us is our own conscious mind, our carnal mind that doesn't want to die, and how to bring that to death and install the the renewed mind in charge of us under the Holy Spirit. And then this morning, Paula talked about breaking the sexual barriers which come from molestation. And tonight I want to talk about the deep, deep woundings which create barriers for our spirit. Tonight we're talking about spiritual healing for our own personal spirit. And we're going to talk about it in three areas. There are deep woundings to our personal spirit, which result in our not coming into the fullness of life the Lord has for us. We don't come into the abundant life he has for us. When our spirit is wounded deeply within and trapped within. And in some ways unable to to function. And tonight it's a night for setting free. We want to make you aware of the deep wounds that can happen to our spirit. Now, first you have to understand that our personal spirit is different than the Holy Spirit and that we do have a personal spirit. That personal spirit is breathed into us by God and it is eternal. It will last forever. It will return. As Ecclesiastes said, the spirit will return to God who gave it. But when our spirit encounters life, we form a mind and a heart, and our soul is that our mind, our heart, our character, our personality, and we can become very wounded both in that character structure and malformed, and we can become very wounded in our personal spirit. And when our personal spirit is very wounded or entrapped, then we're unable to function. So the first one we want to talk about is spiritual slumber. When we are born, what we need to receive from our parents Hence is copious amounts of touch. We need to be held. We need to be rocked. We need to be picked up. We need to be affirmed. We need to have our parents present to us by touch, wholesome touch as much as possible. When we receive that touch, then our spirit is drawn forth and taught how to function. God gives us an awakened personal spirit. Our spirit is alive and functioning when we begin. But picture our spirit like a plant. And if you set a plant out in the desert, dry soil. No, no. Nurture in the soil, no rain, harsh winds and harsh sun, you can just see that plant wilt. And in the same way, when we don't receive what we need, our personal spirit just wilts like that flower and dies to its capacity to function. And we need that attention from both parents, but particularly we need it from fathers. Listen to the Scripture. Ephesians six four fathers, bring your children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Doesn't say mothers, doesn't say parents. It says fathers. Because in the waking up of the personal spirit and the drawing of the personal spirit out to function in life, fathers are primary. Both mother and father are vital and absolutely necessary. But fathers are primary in awakening and drawing forth the personal spirit to function. And Malachi four five and six, behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord, and he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. And it doesn't say he'll turn the hearts of mothers, and doesn't say he'll turn the hearts of parents. Why, mothers would have been there anyway. It's fathers who throughout the centuries have fallen away from their task, but it's also because it's fathers who are primary in drawing forth a child by giving affection, attention, good discipline, affirmation. And when that child doesn't get that, then what happens is that his spirit falls asleep. Now, when your spirit falls asleep, it doesn't function in all the capacities and ways God intended it to. There are certain functions that our personal spirit has distinct from what our mind or soul has. Very few people have understood that we're going to just give you some symptoms now, so you can tell whether you have a sleeping personal spirit. The first function of your personal spirit is to enable you, when in worship, to abide in the presence of the Lord. People who have slumbering spirits get into worship, but they can't feel its presence. It runs dry for them. They know by their minds God is there, but they can't abide in his presence. When we're slumbering in our spirit, we can't sustain our own private devotions because we don't sense the the presence of the Lord. And so everything just runs dry and we can follow any little distraction then, because it isn't meaningful to us, it isn't rich to us. It's just repetition because our personal spirit can't get into God's presence. And the third function of our personal spirit is to enable us to hear God, to have dreams and visions that are spiritual, uh, to listen to God saying certain words to us. People who have slumbering spirits will say to us, I guess these people who keep saying God told me to do this are not fooling themselves. But I never have a spiritual dream. I never have a spiritual vision, and I never hear the voice of God speaking to me. Why? Because God speaks spirit to spirit and they can't hear the voice of God because their spirit doesn't function in that way. People who are slumbering in their spirit have difficulty receiving inspiration. They just aren't creative. They don't have fresh new ideas. There's something just missing in them in terms of adventure and and discovery. They can only copy what they see, reproduce what they see already. This function of the awakened personal spirit is to enable you to transcend time. Now, what that means, simply, is that one couple will come in to us for counseling. They have awakened personal spirits they can remember with real power to affect them. Good times they used to have and they can project in the future. They're going to have good times again. But people who have slumbering spirits are totally confined in the present moment, and they can't remember with any power to affect them. The good times they used to have. They can't have hope in the future that they're going to have good times again. They just want you to take away the pain of the moment. They can't transcend the moment. They're creatures of the moment. People who are slumbering in their spirits have a great deal of difficulty really communicating with another person. They can't really meet the other person. They can't identify with the other person. They have trouble feeling what the other person is feeling. They have to figure everything out with their mind, and so they often miss what's really in the heart of the other. Seventh function of a personal spirit is to enable you to enter into and enjoy the true glory of Christian marital sex. There is a glory, and that is when the Holy Spirit flows through Paula's spirit and through her body into me and just blesses me. And the Holy Spirit flows through my spirit and my body into her to meet and bless her. And when we have awakened personal spirits, we can feel the glory of that union. And sex for us is holy and marvelous. But people who have slumbering spirits can never feel that glory, that it's just a it's just a physical titillation or excitement. And they've never known that there's anything unique with their own spouse that they can't have with anybody else because they've never found the glory. People who are slumbering in their spirit have difficulty overcoming the effects of an illness that they carry. If your spirit is awakened, you might come down with an illness, but you can still reach out and meet people. You can look through that illness and and hope and expect that you're going to recover. And when a person is awakened in their spirit, sometimes you you would go to to visit them when they're sick and just because of what is in their spirit, they minister more to you than you do to them. Often some of you are saying, yes, you've had that experience, but people with slumbering spirits are just born down, just absolutely overcome by the illnesses that they have, and they tend to be sicker longer than others. The ninth function of your personal spirit is to enable you to have a true working conscience. If you have an awakened personal spirit, then the love of the Lord Jesus Christ in you for another person tells you you can't. You can't violate that person. You can't insult him. You can't steal from him. You can't take his wife. You can't take her husband. You can't wound that other person because Jesus in you loves that other person. That's a true working conscience. But people who don't have awakened personal spirits can't really feel with other people. They can't really love other people. They're all their relationship skills are hampered. And so the only kind of conscience they have is a remorse conscience, which works after the event. It doesn't keep them out of trouble. A true working conscience keeps you out of trouble. A remorse conscience only works after the event, and then it doesn't work very strongly. And today we have so many fathers failing. This is why crime rates are up. There's no conscience. This is why there's so much sexual. They call it revolution just means sexual sin. Because people don't have a conscience. They don't have a conscience because they didn't have fathers to love them. Now think back on those nine symptoms. They're all symptoms. How many of you recognize the number of the symptoms in yourself? Yeah. Now, let me ask you another question. How many of you feel as though you didn't get enough hugging and holding and time and and affirmation and just being with your father? Now, if you look around, you'll see the same hands. This is where the problem is in the church today, people, we're not coming into the fullness of abundant life in the spirit because our spirits are dormant, our spirits are dormant because they died when we were children. And when we receive Jesus as Lord and Savior for a little while, we're alive. Oh, we can feel things and sense things and do things we never did before. We can relate. And then pretty soon our spirit just dwindles and dies again because we didn't get enough love from this. I want to say to you, we cannot heal this tonight. It's too deep, this too pervasive. But we can tell you how to get it healed. To get it healed, you've got to become vulnerable. You got to get with people. Don't pray for this to be healed by yourself. That'll help. But you can't get it done that way. You have to get with some people and let them pray about your early years. Let a small group pray around you week by week by week and awaken your personal spirit by touching you. You've got to do in your small groups a lot of hugging, a lot of touching. Holy touching. And you have to receive enough. I didn't say give. In this case, you have to learn how to receive enough touch and love from other people to quicken your spirit to life. There's a whole bunch of other things you can do. And they're they're listed in this book, Waking the Slumbering Spirit. One of the most important ones you can do. Let me tell you, intellectual New Zealanders pick up childhood fantasies Chronicles of Narnia, J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the rings, Robert Jordan's whole series of on fantasy. Fantasy. Now, the other night, we talked about the left brain and the right brain. Fantasy quickens this right brain. And that's where your spirit flows through that right brain of intuition and and sensitivity and spiritual things. So do everything you can to wake you wake your spirit up. Participate with your children and with your grandchildren, and with your nieces and your nephews. Participating with them in play and work and whatever interests them will waken something of the child likeness of you. If you have grandchildren, pick them up and hold them on your lap a lot and you tell them it's for them. Truth is, it's for you. It'll wake you up, bring you back to life, quicken you. Many people can't come into the fullness of the Holy Spirit, into all the gifts, and into a real relationship with Jesus, moment by moment, because they're not awakened spiritually. I gotta say one more thing about this. First Corinthians fifteen forty six. First the natural, then the spiritual. Jesus was the very Son of God, but he didn't begin his ministry when he was five years old or eight years old. Confounded the scholars when he was twelve. But then he went home to Nazareth, and he was obedient unto them, remember? And the Scripture says, he grew in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and man. He didn't begin his ministry when he's twenty one. He didn't begin his ministry when he's twenty five. Jesus, the very Son of God, didn't begin his ministry till he was thirty. Why? He had to be made like us in every respect. And I believe he was drinking humanity. He was becoming fully human, fully real. A person first the natural, then the spiritual. On many of us didn't get the natural first. This is why God puts us here in the family of God, in the church, so that we can touch one another humanly as well as spiritually, and begin to feed us on what we didn't get as children. Okay. That's why this is important. Now, the next condition we want to talk to you about is that of spiritual captivity. Now, this is a deeper condition than spiritual slumber. A person may be slumbering and captive, or he can have an awakened personal spirit and be captive. How does he get captive? What causes it? What it is is that if a child is wounded in the womb, maybe the child wasn't wanted. The child in the womb knows that we haven't had time to teach you about prenatal things. But you remember that John the Baptist leaped for joy in his mother's womb when Mary entered the room. He knew the Lord was in Mary, and she would just freshly craigen pregnant, wasn't even showing. So his spirit knew. The spirit of a child knows when the child is wanted. Spirit of the child knows when it's a bad time to have a child. Spirit of the child knows when you want the other sex. Then the child is. All of these things can wound a child terribly. Also, a child can be a very gift of God to earth. This is Matthew thirteen thirty seven. Jesus is interpreting the tares in the field and he says, the field is the world. The good seed are the children or the sons of God. And that goes with Psalm one hundred and twenty six, verses five and six. He that beareth good seed, and weepeth goeth forth, and weepeth bearing seed, shall doubtless return with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Now the picture of God with a bag of seed. That's us. He casts us into the world, and he weeps over us as he does that, because he knows what we're going to suffer. But he rejoices because he knows we're going to find Jesus and come back bringing others with us. So those who are sent by God to earth with a mission and you think, wait a minute, am I talking mystically? Now listen to the scripture people. Ephesians two ten. We are created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. And Ephesians one three to six. You were predestined. You were chosen before the foundation of the world. Every one of you has a mission, and you were sent with that mission to Earth. See, now, when that's the case, our spirit is sensitive and we feel the hurt in the world, and we don't want to be here anymore. Especially if there's rancor in the family. Upset, anxiety, a lot of tension. The baby's little sensitive spirit will take that in. And the child, before he even makes an appearance in this world can begin to shrink back. I don't want any part of this. This is too frightening. I don't want to be born. And then sometimes there has been occult involvement in the family, and that has exposed the Close the family to the powers of darkness. In those cases, what happens is that the powers of darkness come about the spirit of a child, and they imprison that child's spirit and they lock him up. From then on, it is as though the person is going through life with about two cylinders function, and there are eight cylinders of him that don't function. It's a ten cylinder car. Well, they have those things, but there's a lot of him that doesn't function because it's locked away, held captive, and sometimes, even without the powers of darkness, a person can so determine to sit back in himself and build a heart of stone and walls, that he builds his own prison without help from the demonic. And in such both of those cases, we are held captive within. Now you can find this in our book, Healing the Wounded Spirit. You can you can get the scriptural verification for this. You'll find it in Psalm twenty eight, Psalm thirty, Psalm forty, uh, Psalm eighty eight, all the way through Psalm eighty eight. It's talking about being imprisoned. You can find it in the Book of Lamentations and listen to it in Isaiah sixty one. The very Scripture in Luke four that Jesus read when he declared why he was coming, and he read, he came to preach the acceptable year of the Lord, to set the captive free, to loose the prisoners, and set free all those that are downtrodden. So the very reason Jesus came is to set the captive free. We've never really understood that. We haven't understood there's a reality to a spiritual imprisonment. Now, if you understand that, let me just give you some of the symptoms, Paul and I. Do you ever feel. Now check yourself. You want to answer these by yourself? Do you ever feel hollow or empty or vacant as though something is missing? Do you feel like you've got some talents or gifts but you can't get at them? You feel empty sometimes. Do you feel alone? Uh, separated from people? Even when you have companions all around you? You can feel absolutely by yourself in the midst of a crowd. Do you ever feel persecuted or afflicted or tormented, though nobody on the surface is bothering you? It's a good day, and yet inside you feel tormented. The reason you feel tormented if you're captive is that the powers of darkness can be tormenting your personal spirit there in that prison. Do you feel like you have energies inside of you? Like if you could just get at yourself deep inside and get turned on, then you could get out there and really do things. But somehow you can't get hold of the switch. You just feel shut up and you can't get the door open somehow. Our son Lauren used to come in. He was at one time spiritually imprisoned. And he said, dad, mom, I know I've got talents, I've got spiritual gifts, I've got things I can do. And it's like somebody is holding them way off over here and I can't reach them. I can't find them. I feel imprisoned. He was spiritually imprisoned, but he's not anymore. Is marital sex glorious and joyful, or is it just something you do if your spirits imprisoned, then again, you really can't be present to meet your partner. And so it's just a thing you do. Do you ever feel an inner rage like you're just angry at something, but you can't identify anything that's going on in your life that would make you that angry. You're just in a rage. Do you have a sense that there's a a film or a mute over life? It's as though sounds are dimmed. It's as though, uh, sites are not clear and sharp. People who, by the way, people who are spiritually imprisoned, they really don't know usually that they have this condition. It's when we get them out of prison and then they'll say, oh, I am seeing things I never saw before. I'm hearing things I never heard before, and they didn't know they had the condition before because that's all they were used to. Have you ever been in a really anointed service of worship? And the preacher is just, you know, preaching magnificently and you really want to hear it, but you just fall asleep? Now, I'm not talking about people who are just tired and their eyelids get heavy. I've been. Every once in a while I'll get tired enough that I don't even want to close my eyes to pray because I know I'll be gone. But I'm talking about a consistent kind of thing that happens to you, that you just wink out, even in the presence of something that seems to be very alive and everybody else is excited about it. Or you have some friend and he's sitting beside you or down the row, and you look over and he went right out. The powers of darkness knock him out so that he won't hear a word that would set him free. Have you ever suffered from dyslexia? Now that means that your were a space world is disoriented. Uh, you have learning difficulties. You may turn words around. You may turn letters around backwards. Uh, not everyone who is spiritually captive is also dyslexic. Not everybody who is dyslexic is spiritually captive. Give, but they do sometimes go together. These are the main symptoms for spiritual captivity. But there's one more. That is. I'll tell you a story. There is a sort of a blondish gal here on the front row. And one night I was down here receiving people coming forward, and a little blond lady came towards me, and she got about three feet from me, and I saw in her eyes I just saw her eyes go. And then I saw her just like this. And then she just staggered back and sat down. She wasn't being slain in the spirit. She wasn't slain in the spirit. And I said to her, I went over to her and I said, did you just feel dizzy? Did you feel some vertigo? Oh, she said yes. I don't know why. It was when I came into your presence. I just got dizzy. People who are spiritually captive sometimes will feel dizzy in a spiritual service, or when they come into the presence of one on whom the anointing is presently working. And so I ask her a few questions. Sure enough, she was spiritually imprisoned. And so we set her free. How do you do that? Find out what are the causes. Talk with a person about the history. Find out what were the wounds. Why did this person decide not to choose life? And then you pray for all that to be healed. But then you have to do what Jesus did. Remember? Do you want to be whole? Ask the person. Do you really want to be whole? Do you want to risk life? Do you want to be present? And then if they do, then you just pray for the Lord Jesus to walk into the prison, whatever that prison is that they're in, and bring them out. Claiming that promise, I came to set the captive free. Sometimes this is done by the Lord through visions in this case, and the Lord will give Paul and me, and often the same vision at the same time, and we will see him walking into a dungeon like place. We'll see him carrying that person out. What he's doing is bringing the spirit out. It's kind of a poetic or figurative representation of a truth that's larger than we could describe in words. And so we'll see the Lord bringing that person out. Sometimes the prison is that we see is just symbolic. One time Paula saw a guy, uh, under, uh, the golf green on the golf course. He's under the grass and he's crying out. Help! Help! Nobody heard him. They were just walking over the top of him. This didn't take much interpretation. He felt like life walked on him. Huh? And he wasn't present to it, and nobody could hear him. Uh, another time, I saw a man encased in an iceberg. Well, this didn't take much interpretation. This was one of God's frozen chosen. But sometimes the Lord will show me just very. Really. Uh, one time I saw a vision of a of a clearing and then a forest, a path through the forest. Then there was another clearing, and there was a sort of a hill there. And on the hill was a log cabin with a door on the left and a window. And I walked, watched the Lord. And I walked in with him into that cabin. And over in the corner was a double bunk bed, and on the bottom bunk, chained to it was this man I was praying for. So I watched as the Lord unchained him, let him out, and as he walked out with him, he was healing him and comforting him and brought him back out through the forest and out to that first clearing, and then let him go. And the man exclaimed, he said, when I was a boy there was such a clearing. There was a path through the forest. There was another clearing, and I lived in a cabin on a hill in the center of that clearing, and I slept on the double bunk bed on the bottom bunk in that corner, and I was always afraid in there. So sometimes it's just very, very real what the Lord is doing. It's always real, but sometimes it's literal and other times it's figurative. But you don't have to seek a vision to be able to get somebody healed. Sometimes the Lord just gives that as a gift, as a clue, because the person doesn't really know how to describe what he's feeling. And the Lord gives, gives you that gift, you can just pray, Lord, set him free, and the Lord is just waiting for the invitation to do that. Now, you may or may not be spiritually imprisoned. How many of you had a number of the symptoms that we called out then? Now a number of those symptoms can be explained by other causes and you may not be spiritually imprisoned. What you need to do is to go to somebody who has been trained by us in our schools, or who has gifts in the spirit and understands this. And it really takes spiritual discernment, the gift of discernment and knowledge to see whether a person is truly spiritually imprisoned and let that person pray for you to bring you out of there. We've seen people just come alive in such glorious ways, you can't imagine when they are set free from inner prisons like that. There are some people who never heard us teach anything about this, and yet they've been led by the Lord to ask the Lord to remove the chains that were binding someone. Just follow the Holy Spirit. Now, not everybody has a slumbering spirit, and not everybody even less much, much fewer people have a captive spirit. But now we're going to turn to talk about something every one of us has. We all have it. And that is, every one of us has deep, hidden anger, maybe not so hidden, but hidden anger at God. Every one of us is in spiritual rebellion Alien. Against God. Now, you may not think you are. You might think. Wait a minute. I've never been angry at God. And. And I'm trying to serve him with everything in me. What do you mean? I've got spiritual rebellion. Besides, it's not nice to be angry at God. We might even feel like it's dangerous to be angry at God so we can deny it. Now, there's a lot of denial in this area, but I can show you by asking you a bunch of questions. And as I ask you, Paula, and I'll ask you these questions, you check off your answers to them and then I'll tell you what they mean, and maybe you'll see what you've got. Now, I don't know whether we lived in the heavens before and then came down to become a person in the body, or whether we started when we were conceived. Now my theology is incarnational, so I tend to think when we were conceived is that moment when God breathed his breath into us. That's when we began. But for the purpose of this series of questions, let's set it up hypothetically, that all of us lived in the heavens before we came to earth, and that we're all sitting around up there and we're watching the angels and the saints, and we're having a good time. And then the Lord Jesus comes walking in the room. He says, I'd like three or four volunteers to go to Earth for me. First question would you have been one of the volunteers? Would you choose this century to be born in? Would you choose your place and the date of your birth? Would you choose your mother? Would you choose your father or some other mother, or some other father who might have been more attentive and more kind, or more gentle? Would you choose your own gender? Ender, would you choose to be the opposite sex that you are? You're not too happy with that sex. You'd like to try the other one for a while. Would you choose your own body? Or would you wish for another kind of a body? Now, maybe you're feeling bad about the way you've treated your body, and you blame yourself for the condition you're in. But would you choose your own body, the basic structure of your own body? Would you choose your face or you wish you'd made your nose a little longer or shorter? Better looking. Would you choose your mind or were you under the bed when they passed the brains out? You wish you'd given you a better mind? Would you choose your own basic personality, or do you wish he'd made you like Bill Cosby or somebody else who has a tremendous sense of humor? Or somebody who's just really, uh, the kind of a person that can make everybody happy who's who's around them. A person who attracts a lot of friends easily. A person who can very easily and gracefully talk with everyone. Doesn't have trouble making friends. If Jesus came walking right up to you, up there in heaven and he said, would you go to earth for me? Would you have responded, oh boy. Hallelujah! Yes, sir. Right away or okay, I'll go. Are you attractive? Are you beautiful? You're a woman if you're a man. Or are you handsome? Are you desirable? Are you lovable? Are you choosable? Would somebody choose you? Do you feel sorry for your spouse that your spouse chose you? Something wrong with that one's intelligence? Do you like yourself? Do you like yourself? Now the final question. If Jesus came walking up to you right now and said, I'll give you your choice, you can either go all the way through life or you can go right straight up to heaven with me right now. Which way would you go? Now, are you remembering your answers? I'm going to tell you what they mean. To the degree that you would not volunteer to come to Earth, and to the degree that if Jesus asked you to come to earth, you would say, I would, but I don't want to in that degree. You're in spiritual rebellion and anger at God. I'll show you how I get from here to there in a minute. Uh, to the degree that you wouldn't choose your time or place to be born, you'd be born in some other century or some other place. To the degree you wouldn't choose your parents. To the degree you wouldn't choose to be the sex you are. To the degree you wouldn't choose to be born to your father. to the degree. You wouldn't choose to be born to your mother. In that degree, you are in spiritual rebellion and angry at God. To the degree that you don't think that you're beautiful or handsome, and you don't think anybody should choose you to that degree. You're angry at God and rebellious and to the degree for the wrong reasons. You would choose to go straight up to heaven rather than all the way through life to that degree. You're in spiritual rebellion and anger at God. Now, how do I get from those choices to that? Well, let me give you some analogy. Suppose that you have a five year old child, and you build a beautiful playroom for that child, put all kinds of wonderful things in there, and you send the child in there to play. And five minutes later the child comes running out and says, I don't like it in there. How do you feel as a parent? Are you happy with the child? As the child pleased you? The news I have for you. You in your situation, your face, your body, your history, your mind, your character, your situation. That is the nursery room God put you in. And if you don't like it, you're hurting the heart of the father who put you there. That's spiritual rebellion. You're saying to God, you could have done a better job than you did in what you created me to be. Okay, suppose a father gives a shiny little red wagon to his child to play with, and the child is delighted with it, and he takes really good care of it, and he takes his friends riding in it. And then he brings it back home, and he washes it, and he waxes it and he polishes it. This is entirely fictitious. He puts it in the garage, uh, to keep it safe, to keep it out of the rain. How does the father feel about that? Probably surprised that he'd be. He'd be pleased that the child thought that much of the of the toy that he had made for him. But suppose the child takes his wagon out and he plays with it, but he's rough and handling it, and and maybe he thinks it's funny to just take the wagon and just push it and knock it into a, a tree or a concrete abutment or something. And, and then when he gets through playing with it, he leaves it upside down in the rain and it just takes a beating. How does the father feel about that? Has the child honored the father? The news we have for you. You are the little red wagon God gave you. If you don't take care of it, you're hurting the heart of the father who created you. If you're not happy with you, now, listen to the scripture. Here. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. And if you don't love you, you're disobeying the commandment in the first place, and you're hurting the heart of God who created you to be you. Let's put it another way. So you understand. In America, above Los Angeles, east of Los Angeles, are the hills of Monrovia. And if you go up on the tops of the hills of Monrovia, the air is clean and fresh and bright, and it's good to breathe. And you can see the sky and have a good panoramic view. But when you look down on Los Angeles, then you see this brown smog all over the city, just brown smog. Now you have to drive down there in an open convertible, and you start driving down into that. And when you get into that, your mouth tastes metallic. You can hardly breathe. It rasps in your throat. Your eyes sting, your nose begins to hurt, and you begin to be nauseous because of that smog that you're having to breathe. Now, that is an exact analogy or parable or figure of what happens to us when we come into earth, whether we came out of heaven, which is pure and clean and came to earth, or whether in the moment of creation. See, in the moment of creation, God created us beautiful and clean and glorious, and our spirit was fully alive. And in that moment of creation we knew the glory of God. And then we had to come into the womb, put in the womb like sin in the womb. Our spirit feels the sin of the world all around us, and we become nauseous and we become sick and we forget the orders God gave us if we ever knew them. And if we could cry it out from the womb, we would cry out, O God, you sent me to do a task for you. And then you put me in this sickle. Earth. I'm getting sick. I'm getting nauseated. I'm getting lost. I don't know how. What am I supposed to do? And you put me in this awful situation. And how can I do the job for you? And it isn't fair. It helps if we have parents who are together in their relationship, and they're creating an atmosphere of love. And they answer us when we cry. And they hold us and they pray for us. And they put the protection of their love about us. And we have some security there. That helps. But there's still the sinful world out beyond our parents. And if our parents are all fractured themselves and there's rancor and upset in the house. Then we come into this new environment. And if there's such a difference between what we felt the moment that the Lord breathed life into us, that it's just overwhelming to us. It's frightening. It's terror. It can be terrifying to us. Now, how many of you, as we went down through that list of questions, how many of you answered negatively in a number of them? How many of you answered the wrong way? Don't be embarrassed. We're all that way. Now, do you understand that all of us have spiritual rebellion and anger at God deep inside, so we wouldn't admit it consciously. This is way below the level of conscious awareness, but deep inside is that spiritual rebellion. Now listen. Then we sometimes I you can probably recognize some of the things you say. We say we'll cry out when something bad happens to us. Why did God let this happen to me? Where was God when this happened? Why did he let my child die? Why didn't he protect my daughter? Why did this happen? I was trying so hard, and it just seemed like he wasn't there for me. And I look at that person down the street, and they seem to be having such an easy time of it. And yet I'm. I'm doing a better job of living a good life than they are. It's not fair. Proverbs nineteen three says, when a man's folly brings his way to ruin, his heart rages against the Lord, his God. It's all of us. Now listen to Second Corinthians five eighteen following. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to himself. In this case, you're not talking about reconciling God to us, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself. Then he turns it around the other way, not counting their trespasses against them. And he is committed to us, the word of reconciliation. Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were entreating through us. We beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. Didn't say, Let God be reconciled to you. Be reconciled to God. Why? Because all of us are deeply, deeply hurt and angry. Now, if we are hurt and angry at God, there are certain symptoms which we which result in our life. Okay. The first symptom is this we have deep within a death wish. And this death wish manifests in childhood, in that we have more than and worse than the usual childhood illnesses, because we're trying to die. Or children have all kinds of little accidents. But these children have worse than and more than the usual accidents. They nearly get killed a number of times. How many of you? Let's just check it. How many of you almost got killed a number of times in your childhood? Yeah, just most of us here on that comes from. Insofar as we have anything to do with being accident prone. It comes from the fact that in our spirit, we don't want to be on earth. It's like we want to say to God, I didn't bargain for this, but stop the bus, I want off. So we got a death wish. The second thing is that we have disrupted coordination. See, our spirit is warring against our body. We haven't really accepted being in the body, and so our spirit and our body aren't in sync and they're warring against each other. Paula, when she was conceived, her mother wasn't supposed to get pregnant. The doctor thought that since she'd had a major operation, that as she grew, it would burst that incision and just burst the mother open. And so the mother didn't want her there. Paula didn't want to be there. And so Paula just didn't want to be here. That what the result was. It affected her coordination. Paula's built athletically, and all of our kids inheriting from the two of us are very athletic. But when Paula would go out to play tennis, she'd always be hanging back out of position. Take a slot at the ball and miss it. Until we prayed as we'll pray with you for this condition to be healed. And after we prayed for this condition to be healed, Paula's physical condition improved Drastically, and I like to brag that I have beaten John at four or five tennis games. Which is quite a feat because I was a handball and racquetball champion and a weightlifter. You know that after we prayed this for me, my own coordination, which was already good. Improved drastically. See? So the spirit and the body were at war. We have an inability to relate to other people. It's like we don't like ourselves. And so we're standing in front of somebody as an apology, and we're broadcasting. I don't like me. I don't know why you should like me either. And then people pick up on that and they don't even know why they don't like you. But you told them not to see. So our ability to relate to other people is hampered. Next one. Sexual problems. Paula must know that God has created her as a gift for me. She must know that her body and her herself are beautiful, that they are wonderful to bless me. If she doesn't know that, then if a wife doesn't know that, then in sex it's like she's saying, well, honey, here's a wet dish rag. Who wants that? See? But if she knows that she's a glory, she can bless me. A woman has to be confident of her own glory in order to feed her husband. Nurturing him, blessing him. I must know that I my body is filled with the glory of God. I must be. I must accept my body. I must know that I. It's good to be in a body. That incarnation is good. If I know that, then my spirit will flow through into Paula and bless her. If I don't know that, then when I come wanting sex, it's like, well, honey, you gotta be a dutiful wife. And I know you won't like it, but, you know, just oblige me. That doesn't bless, Paula. See? Final one. If you haven't gotten this healed, you have what is called destiny malaise. That is, you can't really get into your destiny and fulfill it with joy. You may be doing what you're supposed to be doing, but there's not much life or vitality. There's not much zest in it. You don't really enjoy life. And a secular prophet, said poet. A woman who does not enjoy cooking brews poison into every meal. You understand that? So whatever you do, if you haven't accepted being you and you don't love being you, you can't get into your destiny fully. See, now we're afraid to love being ourselves because we think it's conceit or pride. Uh uh. God made you who you are. Every one of you is beautiful. How beautiful are the dwelling places of God. Scripture says. Now you tell me, where does God live in you? So you're beautiful. God has taken an eternity to plan. Every one of you. God has put unique things. Is not one voice track alike, not one fingerprint alike? Nothing. There's not one snowflake like another snowflake. And he has made each one distinct. There'll never be another you. There'll never be a copy of you. What you are is glorious. And you have to learn to love it. That's not pride. That's gratitude. You understand the difference. Gratitude for what God has done. Now suppose he gave you a handicap. Suppose that he didn't create you very beautiful, and he didn't give you two good of mind, and he gave you a leg that doesn't work or something else. God sees you as beautiful anyway, and under that handicap, he is forming a glory in you that couldn't be formed any other way. That in heaven will receive far more reward. I suggest it's in the planning of God. So God wants you to love what you are. Even with all your handicaps. See, now we can heal this tonight. But before we pray, we've still got a few minutes. Uh, I'd like to open it to questions so that you. Really. It's important to understand this and what we're going to do after we're done with the question and answer is just, uh, enter into quite a time of prayer. Um, we're going to pray as the word gives us utterance for the healing. This is the most deep healing we can do. Do you know, sometimes when we have prayed for this, allergies have been instantly healed in the audience because some allergies are from other sources, like generic generational sin. We've inherited the allergy, but sometimes they come from our own resistance to life. One Chinese man, we were praying this in China, and this Chinese man had psoriasis all over his head, breaking out and his hair falling off and all kinds of things. And as we prayed, he was the second son of the second wife and second wife in China have no value at all, no status. And he was just rejected and hurt very deeply by being in that position. His father had wanted all of his children to have some inheritance, and his father had bought a house for each one of his children. But then when the father died, the first wife was honored by the law. When she contested those gifts and she was awarded everything and took the house back away from him. And so he had the psoriasis. And but the deep thing was, he had never accepted being on Earth at all. And so when he repented of his animosity at God for creating him in that position, he was healed instantly and his scalp was healed instantly. He went home with no psoriasis. We have seen people we have ministered to with death dealing diseases like, um, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy. Now, sometimes there are other causes, but sometimes the cause is psychosomatic and it is a death wish. And when we have prayed for this to be healed there, multiple sclerosis has been stopped and they begin to be whole. This that we're teaching you is so deep in all of us and so effective. So that's why I said I want you to understand. So questions on this. Let me ask you a question. Is this a new way of thinking to some of you? You never, never thought in this way before. Yeah. She said she thought of it before and she hadn't quite understood it. And she does understand the death wish. Makes sense, doesn't it? Yeah, right. Yeah. Yes. She said, is this the way Satan can attack us through death wishes and accidents and so on? Of course. You see, when this thing is in us that we don't really accept our body, then a spirit of infirmity. Remember, Jesus cast that off that woman eighteen years bound by a spirit of infirmity, a spirit of infirmity finds that as a home and can just bring sickness on us because we chose it anyway. So we gave the demon a right to be there, see? Or of your you really don't want to be here on earth and you got a death wish. You have a tendency toward accidents. The devil can just engineer the right. Wrong coincidence that happens to many people whose parents tried to abort them and failed. And they've always felt like I should die. I shouldn't be here. And they're very subject to accidents that they're inviting them to happen I should die. Another question. Psalm eight, verse two. That is, he has founded a bulwark through the mouth of babes and infants. He has founded a bulwark for our defense. Through the mouth of babes and infants. He has founded a bulwark for our defense. We are the babes and the infants. When we're born anew in Christ, we're babes. But he calls us into the body of Christ, into Corporateness, and then through the prayers of each, for each and all, for all, we are defended and protected. Then there's a deeper meaning that is that very often through the prayers of children, God seems to listen to their prayers before he does ours. And marvelous things happen. Our daughter in law, Victoria, was in a hurry one day and she forgot to pick up the hot pad, and she picked up the tray of biscuits in the stove. And before she could let it go, that hot metal bonded right to her fingers and took the skin right off with it. She went to the doctor and got it medicated. When she came home, little Rachel said, mommy, what's the matter with your hand? She said, oh, I burned it badly. Rachel was only about three or four, and Rachel just put her hand up and said, Jesus, heal mommy's hand. And within two hours you couldn't even find any injury at all. Her hand was full. When our son Mark was just about three years old, we had a bishop from India visiting us, and he became ill while he was in our home. And we were trying to pray. You know, we were trying to pray just right and pray with power to make something happen. And little Mark just toddled up to him and put his hand on the bishop and said, God healed the bishop and the bishop was healed instantly. Later on we got a letter from the bishop and he said, Mark's prayers healed me of that illness. He says, Now I've discovered I have diabetes. Will you please ask Mark to pray? So I think those at least there are those two meanings to that scripture. Good for you. Right on. Yes. Yes. The. That's right. That's exactly the way it it works. Uh, there are areas in need that have been awakened, and you may be sleeping there. There are areas in all of you where you're awake and going. And I may be still sleeping in those areas. And that's the very reason that the Lord calls us together in the body of Christ, and calls us into small groups where we can really get to know one another, because he wants to raise us within the family of God, where we can have a nurturing experience that perhaps our natural family couldn't give us. And no one is fully awake. We were. We'd walk up to the bed and say, rise, and none of us is that fully asleep. Leave. There's a bunch of them here that are. Deeply asleep, but nobody's totally asleep. It's not all black or white. We have gradations of being. And then some days we're more awake than others on some. Sometimes it's just a spirit of lethargy. Do you ever have that? And you're just dragging? You can't. You can't pray. You can't realize it. You and the Lord Jesus has the ability to just zap us and wake us up. He can make us whole in an instant. But God has chosen from the very beginning of creation to raise us in families. And he's never changed his mind. He's never changed his plan. He wants to raise us in families so he won't usurp the function of the family of God and do it for us when it's our job. See each other, we do ours. He'll do a lot of it. This is one of the reasons for the Toronto blessing is just filling us with him and waking up our spirit. Filling us with love, making us alive. But you gotta be with people too. Even that you'll do through people. I was a devotional mystic when I first came to Holy Spirit, and I could just see more up into the heavens. I could soar into Jesus presence. I could just feel his love. Anytime I did that for a few years, I didn't like people very well. And then the Lord said, John, I'm not going to let you do this anymore. I'm not going to let you come into my presence. You now have to find me through people because he wants us. Oh well, doesn't he? He wants balance. So he shut me down. So I'd have to find him. Two people or maybe captive. Yes. What if you're called to do it and you have that gifting, you can do it. And if you see that the person is spiritually captive, then you sit down and talk with them and find out why. Then you heal those roots, those causes, and then just pray with them, seeing Jesus set them free from that captivity. Oh, we love to do this ministry. It's so it's fun to watch people come out of a prison and come alive. If you have some rapport with that person, just ask them the questions that we asked you. Yeah. And say, does this fit? Are you having difficulty there? And here's an idea about why it might be. Does any of this fit give them opportunity to own it? Don't just put it on them. Can you imagine walking up to a stranger and say you're spiritually captive? What do you say? But you gotta. You gotta build rapport and trust. There's also a fear, isn't there? And the fear of actually coming out good. He said there's also a fear of your spiritual, spiritually captive fear of coming out of the prison. Absolutely. This is one of the greatest things we have to deal with. Perfect love casts out fear. So it's going to be a lot of love of Jesus flowing in to cast out the fear. And the Scripture says in Hebrews two fifteen. Who through fear of death were kept in lifelong bondage. We don't fear physical death. Hallelujah! That's go home to heaven. The death we fear is to die to our prison. The death to fear is to come out in a whole new world where we don't know the boundaries. We don't know the game. Remember that we used to sing a popular song. Um. I'm a stranger in Paradise. I'm a stranger in Paradise. Take my hand. I'm a stranger in Paradise. That's a very true one. Even if we were miserable in the prison, it was familiar and we felt like we were in control. I can remember one time when the Lord was taking me out of a prison of a kind of an illness, and I felt him lifting that off, and I heard myself saying, oh, no, no, don't, don't I need it. We're afraid of what people might expect of us. We can't live up to it. And you remember when Moses led the Israelites out very quickly they said, take us back to Egypt. See, this very thing has been happening in East Germany. We went to minister among pastors and leaders right after the wall came down and they were celebrating. This was wonderful. They were given new freedom and they were excited about that and being excited about being reunited with their relatives and so on. Our son went back a year later, and he had to change his idea about what he was going to minister to them, because just in that space of a year, they had started complaining to the leaders, we we don't know how to be free. They had had all initiative. They'd been in such a prison that they'd had initiative destroyed. They didn't know how to take responsibility. They didn't know how to work and they were already crying. Take us back to Egypt. There was somebody to tell us what to do. Somebody to provide for us. Denis, when is she coming for Paul and me? Nine. Fifteen. Nine. Fifteen. Okay, just have one or two more questions and we gotta pray. What's what? Humility is nothing more or less than seeing reality as it is. Think on that. You know, if you try to be humble, you'll be proud that you made it. No, you lose it the moment you get there. They gave a man a badge because he was the humblest man in camp. And the next day, when he wore it, they took it away. So you can't get humble by trying to be humble. You know, when we become humble, we become humble. And you see this again and again through the scriptures. When we really see Jesus, then remember Peter. Oh, depart from me, for I'm an evil man. See, you see the Lord. And by contrast you see what you are. You see reality as it is. And you know I can do nothing in my flesh, that I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me. We invert the Scripture and we tend to say, I must decrease and he must increase. From John the Baptist. That's not right, people. He must increase and I must decrease. Only as the Lord increases do we naturally decrease. When we try to decrease, we're proud that we're doing it. Yes, we can be angry at God because he didn't heal us in the way we expected to be healed. That's right. Especially if we see him heal some scoundrel just outright. I have one I have to forgive him all the time. And that is, I see so many very worthy ministries and they're just scraping the bottom of the bucket, trying to keep going. And here's this rascal over here manipulating, manipulating, cheating, doing everything wrong. And buckets of money are dropping on him. I'm after God about that. Yeah. You know what we gotta do, don't you? We gotta forgive God, right? Yes. Did you hear her correctly? What about people who have terrible handwriting? John? Can that be dealt with? Paula has hope. Forty five years. She hasn't given up. Our son Mark is an excellent artist. I mean, he he can draw caricatures that are just outstanding. He can paint paintings that are absolutely beautiful. But you have trouble reading his handwriting. And I keep saying to him, draw your letters. And I say the same thing to John and every one of our four sons. It just seems like they just scribble. But bad handwriting is a sign of genius. I think bad handwriting is sometimes just, uh. You're too much in a hurry. Uh, yes. If we're angry at God because he's failing some area as we see it. Is that a symptom of something else? Yes. Uh, it's an indication that we don't really trust him. And it can go back to the need to look at. Did your father provide for you? I'll give you an example. Paul and I were both raised in the depression. Our parents both had jobs. We never went without a meal. But our dads and our moms never had enough to give us a big gift. We never got a big gift. And then we realized Elijah House was always going hand to mouth. Never any big gifts. We paid our bills, but just barely. And sometimes the hand was behind the mouth, you know? And then we realized there was an anger at God, and there was a bitter root, judgment and expectancy that God would never give us a big gift because our parents had never given us one. See where we learned it. There's that structure. So we had to repent of that. Haven't gotten a big gift yet, but we're hoping. We aren't scraping things that closely anymore. Tell you the truth, it did work. Immediately, a man gave Elijah a house fifty thousand dollars, and then he and his two sons came up and built six counseling cabins for us. So it did work. But yeah, Okay. I think we should now turn to prayer so that we don't run out of time. Let's stand and just hold hands. Michael, if you want to join us. For those that are new tonight, this is Michael Ellis from Atlanta. And, uh, he has been counseling so that we don't have to. And also ministering each night to people. And, uh, it's been a delight to have him with us. Now, Lord, we come before you, having just realized that deep inside of us, we have spiritual rebellion and anger with you that we haven't really wanted to be here on earth, that many of us have never really accepted being a body. We haven't accepted our time and our place. We haven't been reconciled. Earth. We haven't chosen to be here. You put us here for our good. We recognize behind this Lord That we lost our trust of you. That we haven't been able to trust that your plan for us was good. Lord, we ask your forgiveness for that lack of trust. And we choose, Lord, to open our hearts to you and to trust you. But we know that, Lord, you'll just have to give us a sovereign gift of trust. Plant it within us, Lord and Lord, because our fathers tell us they need us. And Lord, we tend to think that you did the same thing which allowed us to be part of the family. We're just one of the numbers. Lord, I ask your forgiveness on behalf of the father who did not bless their children and did not tell them they loved them, did not hold them, to touch them and tell them how wonderful they were and how much we needed them. And Lord, I and I forgive you, Lord, I ask you to forgive me for thinking you do the same thing. And Lord, release us from those images that we've created in our minds of you. That you don't love us, that you just allow us to be. And Lord, many of us had mothers as well as fathers who were so busy, and we came as as little children. And we we had needs, things that were really important to us. But they were so busy and sometimes we were pushed away and made to feel like we were a bother and a burden. And so sometimes we put that on you, Lord, and we ask your forgiveness for even thinking that you would be too busy to be bothered with us those times, Lord, where we fail to come to you with our little needs, thinking you're out there taking care of your universe and you couldn't possibly take time to to minister to us and the kinds of cares that we have. Lord, just enable us to know that you do see us, and you hear us, and you care for us. And you have a lap that is big enough, plenty big enough for all of us. You can embrace each one of us and relate to each one of us individually, and still have room for more. Lord, set us free to take our place with you as you invite us to do that. Oh Lord, our life is an open book to you. You can turn to the first pages of the last just as easily as this present, and we invite you to walk now into the depths of our hearts, and to come to us in that time when we were first there in the womb, and when they're in the womb, we felt the sickness of the human condition and we felt nauseated. We knew some of us that we weren't wanted or they wanted the other sex, or it was a bad time to be born and we were just deeply wounded. Oh, Lord, you're showing me there's some women here, particularly, who in the womb knew the hurt and anxiety and fear of the mother and took responsibility for it. And in the mind of your spirit and the heart of your spirit, you reached out and drew the mother's pain into yourself. And life has always been too heavy. You've always been striving to overcome and to prove you have a right to be. And Lord, I pray that you come to us right now. And would you just repeat a prayer after me, Lord Jesus Christ? Lord Jesus Christ, forgive me. Forgive me for my reactions, for my reaction against my body, against my body, against being on earth, against being on earth, against you. For putting me here. Against you. For putting me here. Heal my heart. Heal my heart. Forgive me, forgive me. Though you've done nothing wrong. Though you've done nothing wrong I forgive you, I forgive you. I release the poison from my heart I release the poison from my heart. Reconcile me. Reconcile me to being who I am, to being who I am, where I am, where I am, in my body, in my body, with my faith, with my faith and my character and my character and my personality and my personality and my mind and my mind. I receive me, I receive me, and thank you, Lord, and thank you, Lord. Amen. Amen. Now, Lord, I pray that your healing power flow. There are a number of people here. You're showing me they have dairy allergies. Like to milk or cottage cheese or butter or cheese on the in some of these people, it is from that early reaction to nurture because they didn't want to be here. And now forgiveness is flowing into them and you're healing the allergies. There's some people here you're showing me they have had sinus difficulties and they have had hay fever. Some of that's just genetic. They inherited the propensity, but some of it is worse because of their reaction to being in the body. And Lord, you're now healing and just touching the sinuses. You're just touching that reaction to dust and and pollens and you're healing and setting free. Oh, thank you Lord. Thank you Lord. There's some people here you're showing me, Lord, they've got attention that has really never left the shoulder blades. Their muscles. And that should always tension every once in a while. They're they're very muscles just go into spasm and pull their bones right out of line. They got to go to the chiropractor. And a lot of that is in a strain. They've never come into the rest of just being in you, never really being at rest about being a body and about being who they are. And right now you're healing. Anointing is just flowing into their backs and we're losing them from striving right now under your healing, anointing is flowing into their backs and down through the medulla oblongata, and then down through the neck, and then out into the shoulder blades and down through the spinal column. I just see it and feel it, Lord, they might feel a warmth. They might feel nothing. But I know that you are touching right now, and there's a healing power flowing down through their backs because you're reconciling them to being a body. Set them free, Lord, to really understand and make a part of themselves. The fact that your yoke is easy and your burden is light. Enable them to let you carry their burdens. Lord Jesus, there are some here who have had pain in the legs, maybe a nodding of the calves, maybe a pain in the feet. Uh, sore feet often. Lord, you're touching now you're just touching with healing power, healing power, reconciling spirit and body that they might work in harmony and refresh one another. Some people have just been fumble fingered. You drop things, you stumble, you're accident prone, and the Lord is touching you with healing right now and lifting that off of you so that your spirit and body flow in harmony. You don't drop things so much and you don't break things. You don't knock things over in the future. He's healing your coordination.
Thank you Jesus.
