Chapter One How Ai Works, The Two Minute Guide for High Quick Start Entrepreneurs.

AI can help you invent, create and launch a business or product in hours. Let that sink in for a moment. Think about the last time you launched a new product or service, website, marketing campaign, or even your business. How much time did it take? I'm guessing, weeks at a minimum, and in most cases, months or years, when you really get what I'm going to share with you in this book, those limitations are gone. You are no longer limited by time, money, team, talent, transportation, distribution, or any other traditional barrier. The new AI future is one where you Your imagination is the only limitation.
How you approach this and the mindset you bring is going to be the key to your success, scarcity mindsets or past traumas and fears are the things that will hold you back in the new AI future, 10 minutes to 10x sales productivity. Yesterday, I exported a file of over 870 records of complex information from a CRM database filled with unstructured text data that high value prospects provided in a survey information about their business, biggest business challenges, opportunities, how they hoped to use AI to grow their business and more. It was a lot of data that normally would take days to process and turn into something useful. I imported that file into chatgpt with a simple prompt requesting that it give me the top 10 most valuable opportunities and challenges it discovered from the survey that could be turned into SaaS Software as a Service, applications for the top 10 most valuable prospects in order of value, along with the contact information of each founder. In less than a minute, I had my hit list of prospects and descriptions of what exactly they needed. I followed that up with a short prompt asking chatgpt to write an engaging, upbeat and persuasive email to each of those founders, mentioning that my team and I could help them achieve their goals. That's about two days worth of work done in less than 10 minutes. Soon, agents will learn this as a daily task and do it for you.
Data analysis, research, sales and marketing on autopilot. Now my team of fractional AI officers can meet with each of these founders, brainstorm ideas with them and build AI solutions for them on the spot, we will find ways to clone the founder and their key employees plus my team of AI developers, can rapidly develop commercial quality apps in days or weeks instead of the months or years it used to Take in real time, we will save days or weeks and generate 10s or even hundreds of 1000s of dollars for each founder. Remember when spreadsheets first hit offices worldwide, overnight analytical tasks that once demanded a room full of number crunching nerds could be handled by a single person.
Productivity exploded, AI is going to change the game again, but this time in orders of magnitude. Here's how there are a couple of flavors of AI, but the one that's going to have the biggest impact, and the one I'm going to show you in this book is something called generative AI, where AI models create brand new content, like text, images, apps and more, rather than just organizing data, these tools essentially give computers imagination and intuition, allowing them to assist humans in creative tasks.
How does this sorcery work? At the core are neural networks, massive webs of interconnected information structured like brains. By exposing these models to loads of data, they are trained by reading just about every bit of content that's been produced and is online, be it writings, conversations, images or videos, through reading this content, the computer finds the statistical patterns behind how the world works and how humans communicate ideas, and that's all big brain computer scientist stuff for us normal humans, we feed the system a text prompt, and it can generate whole paragraphs or stories in seconds. Pretty cool. Give it a description of an image you want, and it will draw, paint and animate a brand new, 100% unique image for you. Supply keywords and it designs mobile apps. Its knowledge spans everything from microscopic scientific processes to macro global affairs, and it never stops.
Learning what using AI looks like in practice. Picture an AI that acts as a tireless personal assistant, scheduling meetings, answering routine client questions, processing paperwork, handling research and even barking at telemarketers for you, for marketers, imagine an AI sketching out a storyboard for an animated marketing video the moment the idea pops into your mind, then making the video complete with a voiceover in your voice for sales. What if you had an AI that combs through all of your sales call transcripts to find exactly what works best to enroll clients, the best way to overcome a specific objection or the most frequently asked questions in the sales process using the words of real prospects. Name any business function and there likely exists, or soon will exist, an AI to enhance it.
Unlike past automation revolutions, however, these tools Empower human talents rather than replace them. Just like the invention of the calculator didn't erase the need for mathematicians, neither will AI erase the need for uniquely human skills. No, AI isn't coming for everyone's jobs. It's going to give us humans the ability to let the computer do the routine, monotonous stuff, so that creative people will be exponentially more productive. An AI can rapidly process millions of data points, but it takes human context to interpret what they actually mean for a business.
My friend Peter Diamandis is the first person I heard say, Don't worry about AI taking your job. You should worry about someone using AI, taking your job, adopting an AI mindset, winning with AI is a lot less about tech and a lot more about how you think you're going to need to understand what AI can do in general terms, it can do a lot, and it's getting more capable every day. You're going to need to take an open hey, let's see if AI can do this approach.

One of the top frustrations is, how can I get past that blinking cursor that makes me look stupid every time I use chat GPT or one of the new tools, I get terrible results, or the thing argues with me. You've got to learn the art of talking to the AI, or what's called prompt engineering. The good news is that it's simple. Once you learn a few basics, you'll have mind blowingly productive chats, where, for example, you can create a year's worth of marketing copy in less than 20 minutes without paying 10s of 1000s of dollars to a copywriter.
It's this big brain that has read most of the internet is constantly learning new stuff while you sleep, and like a great assistant, is sitting on call, waiting to help you. You just have to tell it what you want and understand that it might be a little quirky. You might need to clarify your instructions, redirect it much like a real life assistant sometimes, or give it more clarity. Pretty cool. Let's get into it.
