Good morning. Daily Peppers and a very happy Friday today. So this week in the Daily Peppa been diving into some practical tourism. And today, I wanna share with you a really good way to round off the week.
Now we all have Fridays where we can't wait to just finish work and just put it away and forget about it for a while. And I know some of us have the ability to do that in terms of we find it easier than others to turn off. Hands up, that is not me. And there's some of us who we really struggle to kind of finish the week in terms of acknowledge what we have done, and let go of the things that we haven't. So today's practical tour is all about trying to put a bit of a bow on Friday. It's not about making it into this perfect package, but it is about having a bit of a review, seeing where you're at, maybe doing something for future you on Monday morning. Who's gonna be really damn grateful that you did it? So I really want to challenge you to try having maybe the last half hour of a Friday or whatever the end of the working week is for you. and seeing if you can put aside some time to just do a bit of a review of where you got to, what's left to do, and what you're gonna just let go of and maybe leave a note for Monday morning you, which will be really helpful. It is so tempting to just kinda damn your tools and run away from work and just head straight into the weekend. but I think doing something like this can often be so helpful because we actually feel like we've achieved something. We actually feel like we've almost closed that book. It makes it easier to relax, and it also makes it easier to come back to. So try that one on for size today. Do a bit of a weekly review. Remember, it doesn't have to be complicated. It doesn't have to take very long. and give yourself the gift of done. Whatever your weekend looks like, I hope you have a good one. It is such an honor to get to accompany you every day, and I can't wait to back with you bright and early as always on Monday morning. or in your inbox, my letters are rebellion on Sunday. Either way, I'll see you soon. You fucking fabulous human you.
