✨ Abundance. Alignment. Action.
It’s time to live more and earn more - with ease.

You didn't start your
business to feel like a robot.

You started your business because
you felt passionate and excited, and

you wanted to change the world and do
something different and impact more

people and make a difference in the
world and solve a problem and create

a better life for you and your family.

And somehow along the way.

You've got caught in this hamster
wheel of trying to do all the

things and be this person that you
didn't start out wanting to be.

You wanted to have fun and build
something that felt good and excited you,

but somehow that's been lost
along the way, and instead, maybe

you are looking at a business
that doesn't excite you anymore.

That drains you and depletes you and
makes you feel like blah, if that's you,

stay tuned because I have something to
share where I definitely had that moment.

In 2021, I just wanted to
walk away from my business.

I was done.

I was exhausted, I was drained, and I
was doing something that didn't make me

feel good anymore, and I turned it all
around and it wasn't through pushing and

hustling and striving, it was through joy.

With a little bit of manifestation
and abundance work and mindset,

and I'm gonna show you how.

Are you stuck in that kind of copy
paste success, where we have those,

you know, cookie cutter approaches
and I hate that word cookie cutter

' cause it's like, what does that mean?

But we feel like there's a blueprint
and we need to follow that blueprint of

success and this is the strategy to use
and this is the system when actually.

What if we had our own system, our own
unique flow that's ours and meant to be?

And what if you created something
that was designed for you and the

life that you wanted in this world?

So often we are.

Pushing and hustling and striving
rather than listening to the whispers

of what we actually want in our lives.

And when we first start out in business,
we are much more listening to the whispers

and we're excited and enthusiastic,
and then we start realizing like we go

from that sort of enthusiastic bubble
to then realizing, I need to use all

my skills and all the things, and
actually I don't have all the answers.

And we start feeling like,
oh my God, I'm a bit screwed.

And if you feel like that way you
feel like things aren't going the

way that you plan them to go, then
I promise you there is another way.

Because when your business starts
looking and sounding like everyone

else's business, you lose that magic

and.

You don't have to do that.

You don't have to show up
like everyone else does.

You can show up unapologetically as
you and when you start owning your

power, stepping into the person that
you are meant to be and being the

powerful version of you, rather than
the timid, mediocre, sort of samey

samey version that everyone else is.

Then things begin to shift for you.

So I'm really inviting you to step
into your power to be the person that

you know you can be rather than the
person that you think you should be.

Because if your content feels like.

Boring.

Boring, samey, samey.

And if you feel disconnected or you just
feel like completely ick and turned off

by everything that you do and how you sell
and what services you offer and how you

show up to your clients, and if everything
feels discombobulated and disconnected,

then it is time for a recalibration.

It is time to say.

There is another way, because there is
another way, but you have to be willing

to step into your power and step into
that vision of who you want to be.

So the first step is really looking at
what kind of life do you want to lead?

What kind of business
do you want to create?

And most importantly, that means creating
the kind of business that you actually

like, rather than feeling like your
business runs you, that you work with

people that you love and care about
and excited to work with that you are.

With clients who energize you and excite
you and make you feel good, and you make

them feel good, and you are on social
media that makes you feel energized and

excited, and you build a little bubble of
people who you are excited to show up for,

and it's a community that excites you.

Rather than feeling like, oh
yeah, I better go and do a reel.

Do something that excites you.

So if you don't wanna be on
Instagram, don't be on Instagram.

If you want to be somewhere
else, go and be somewhere else.

Meet your people where they
excite you and energize you.

So this is my sort of framework
and it's not really a framework.

It's just a sort of really simple four
notes that I want you to really think

about that will help you in figuring
out the best way for you to create

something, a business that you love.

And makes you money and is profitable
rather than feeling that you

are drained and depleted by it.

So the first, the four steps, number
one is you need to own your story.

And what I mean by that is rather than.

Feeling that you need to have
the same story as everyone else.

You own your story.

I remember when I first started out
in coaching and I was, um, I just

also kind of was in motherhood and
I was trying to tell a story of

motherhood, but my story of motherhood
was so different to everyone else's.

My story was I'd been an international
journalist, I was pregnant and I was.

Do dodging dodgy Russian rebels.

I had such different story of pregnancy
and motherhood and I couldn't, I was

trying to make that story fit in the
usual story of motherhood and it didn't.

So there was no, it was really
disconnected from who I was

meant to be and the kind of
work that I was meant to do.

And it was only when I decided to step
into my power and own my story and own.

Travel and adventure and all the crazy
things that happened in my life that

suddenly people began to resonate with
that and really enjoy my story rather

than it being like I was sort of hiding
it and, and trying to squeeze it into

another, into what I thought it should be.

Create offers.

And sell things that
energize you and excite you.

So rather than thinking, is
this gonna make me money,

is this gonna be profitable?

Is this gonna work?

Create something that is going to fill
you up and light you up and excite

you because when you are energized and
excited by it, that reverberates when you

are doing something just to make money.

It doesn't have that same
reverberation and things don't flow.

I have talked about this before,
but I was working with this really

big influencer and you know, she
had like 2 million followers and

we created this series of digital
products and it flopped and basically.

It wasn't the right alignment and
energy and she wasn't excited about

it and I wasn't excited about it.

And when you are not excited about
it, no matter how big an audience

you have, they feel that energy.

So do things that light
you up and make you feel.

Passionate and excited.

Regardless of your size of audience,
regardless of the noise of other people,

of what they say, you can make money from.

Ignore the naysayers and follow
your dreams and passion and

people will come with you.

Thirdly.

Build a marketing rhythm that fits
your life now for so long, I was

trying to do the launches and the
jingle and the dazzle and the whatever.

And I had this business coach who told
me to launch six times a year, and I

was trying to do it and squeeze it all
in and manage my son and he's autistic.

And I wasn't listening to my
energy and my son's energy and what

actually really worked for my family.

And I pressed pause and it
recalibrated and I created a marketing

system that fits my life and.

When you press pause and decide,
this is how I'm gonna work that fits

my life and my family and makes me
feel good, you are gonna show up.

I have a client who was a client from like
six years ago and she's sort of a friend

now, and , she and I worked together.

Then she went to work with someone
who basically got her to do these

big razzle Dazzle launches and
she had a nervous breakdown and

she's never worked since and.

It is such a tragedy 'cause she's so
talented and so brilliant and I am really

a great believer in small and often.

So you do a small launch, a small
way of selling where it doesn't

deplete you or and stress you
out and all of those things.

And it means that you can do that.

Often, so you're not doing it all the
time, but you are doing it in a way

where you can schedule your emails,
schedule your posts, and do it in a way

that feels good, so it fits your life.

Like I just had, you know, Easter
holidays, I wasn't really working for a

month, but I was still selling because
I'd, I'd made sure that I scheduled

everything and did everything in advance.

My final four steps is,
is also about pricing.

Now, so often we kind of price because we
think we should be pricing at this figure.

This is what people do.

Go for the big number.

Go for alignment.

What feels good for you?

So don't follow, you know, do alignment
in your pricing rather than approval.

Don't chase the Joneses.

Do what feels good to you, because when it
feels good, it will flow and it will sell.

And so when you feel comfortable
in saying this is how much it is,

it's gonna be a much easier sell
than when you're like, uh, and you.

Feel awkward and embarrassed.

So go with something that feels
good to you and makes you happy and

excited to work with your clients
and you will attract in the revenue

and the, the kind of desires that
you, that you are wanting to create.

It's a co-creation between you and
your clients so you can build something

beautiful together, but it's gotta
feel good to you in order to sell.

So if your business doesn't
feel right, right now.

This is your permission slip to
press, pause, recalibrate , and

create a life that you love
and a business that you love.

You don't have to do everything.

You don't have to follow the
rules that everyone else follows.

Listen to your own inner wisdom.

Create your own marketing plan that
works for you and your life, and

create something that works for you.

So that you feel comfortable and excited
to work with your clients, rather than

feeling that you need to do everything,
build something that works for you.
