Capability Amplifier

What happens when business owners stop treating Ai like a trend and start using it as a real execution advantage?

In this episode, I answer practical questions from founders, business owners, and creators who want to know how Ai Accelerator Live works in the real world. The conversation covers how to use Ai inside an existing business, how to build and market a new idea faster, how to involve team members, and how to turn founder knowledge into valuable assets, offers, and opportunities.

I explain why speed to market matters more than ever, why community and weekly practice help people stay current, and why Ai is most powerful when it helps founders amplify their superpowers instead of replacing them. From lead generation and hiring to onboarding, founder branding, IP, and pitch decks, this session shows how entrepreneurs can move from ideas to execution with more clarity and far less friction.

In this episode:
  • Why Ai is most useful when it helps founders execute faster
  • How founders can use Ai for marketing, lead generation, and outreach
  • Why founder brands are becoming more valuable in the Ai era
  • How teams can use Ai without feeling replaced by it
  • Why community and weekly implementation matter more than tool obsession
  • How to identify bigger business problems and opportunities faster
  • Why speed to prototype, pitch, and market creates an advantage
  • How recordings, transcripts, and prompts extend the value after the event

Mike [00:00:00]:
Hello, I'm AI Mike. Before we get started, I want to make sure you've watched part one of this series first. In part one, the real Mike walked you through his top predictions for 2026 and showed you how to use his favorite AI tools to create more money and freedom without losing your humanity in the process. This goes way beyond theory. It includes use cases, real world examples, success stories, and some of the latest tools, including new agents and video creation that team has been using to build entire businesses in days instead of months. They've been prototyping software products in hours that normally cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. You'll also see how they're creating investor presentations, launching founder brands, and developing medical and humanitarian tools in real time. If you haven't seen part one yet, go watch it first, then come back here.

Mike [00:00:55]:
Now. Part two is different. This is a live Q and A that followed the main presentation about AI Accelerator Live. These are real questions from real business owners and creators who wanted to understand two things. First, how this applies to their specific situation, and second, how AI Accelerator Live actually works in the real world. You're going to hear questions like, what's the fastest way to make this work in my business? What are some of the hottest tools that are easiest to use and get the most work done? What if I already have a company? What if I'm still figuring out my direction? How does this work with the team? And what does the experience look like once I'm inside AI Accelerator Live? So this video serves two purposes. It answers the questions people were asking before they joined, and it gives you a clear picture of how AI Accelerator Live is structured and used in practice. The goal is simple, to give you clarity, to give you context, and to help you decide whether this is the right next step for you.

Mike [00:02:10]:
What I want to do is acknowledge my team who's here, and also answer any questions that you may happen to have about this while you sign up. So the links again are@go.aiacelerator.com Prices go up at midnight. What would you like to know? Otherwise, drop your number in chat. We will follow up with you and I'm going to ask my team to come on and ask any questions that may have been asked that I may have missed.

Emily Radcliffe [00:02:42]:
Hi.

Mike [00:02:43]:
Look at you. Hi, Emily. Is there anything that I should have said that I didn't? Any questions that came up? And by the way, I want to thank Raj and I know we had a couple other people join us for the 1k coffees. So what are some of the things that got asked or any other details that we need to share, let me

Emily Radcliffe [00:03:02]:
look through, I'll dive in for you. My awesome session. There is so many messages going on in the chat so we're trying to keep up with responding to everybody. So if you need any help, just post in the chat. But Mike, one of the questions that's come up from a few business owners with teams is just understanding that the difference between if they want two face to face tickets, if people want to bring people virtually as well, if you could expand on that, that would be amazing.

Mike [00:03:25]:
Sure thing. So here's the biggest and most important thing is I always recommend that the founders in the room because you meet other founders and you see the magic and if you want to bring a second person in person, just register and then we'll do an add on ticket. If you want to bring in one or two extra people in person, what a lot of people have been doing is they'll have two, three, four, five team members on. So the founders in the room, they might have a number one with them and then the rest of the team is virtual. That way you don't have to pay for a hotel and travel and everything, but you get to work together when we workshop. And we've had people build entire software platforms, they've done their, all their marketing for an entire year. They've done email campaigns, they've gotten on the same page and had conversations they've never had before. So the answer is register.

Mike [00:04:16]:
I'd say do the in person and we'll give you a virtual ticket with that and then you can add more virtual and, and that'll happen during the follow up and just notify us that you want to bring more team members. Great question. I love that one.

Emily Radcliffe [00:04:29]:
Thanks, Mike. And I've got another one in front of me here. So there's a couple of people who already have businesses up and running that they want to fine tune and use kind of the technologies to help there. But we've got a couple of people who have business ideas and concept that they want to add on. So I guess just making sure that they're definitely able to get the right support, get those concepts back blown up.

Mike [00:04:49]:
Yeah. So we've had people who have an existing business and want to create and launch a new one who do it in the room. We've had people who've come in, they may have had a recent exit or maybe they're in some kind of transition who have built the prototype started they, we've had people write an entire book in the room. They've created their entire marketing message and they've. There's some people who have raised money or made partnerships in the room, both virtual and in person. So I encourage both. And we've had, we have had people send their, their young people who are in college. So the, the age ranges that we've had in the room are 18 to 83 so far.

Mike [00:05:28]:
I'm hoping we hit 84 this time. But. Yeah. So this is, this is a profound way to shift the way you think and create more abundance in your life.

Emily Radcliffe [00:05:40]:
I love that and I'm sure that's helped a lot of people in the chat. So thank you, Mike. And there's another one that I've been taking notes as we've been going through of everybody's questions and we got a lot of people. So that would really benefit from the network in here, I think. So would you mind just talking to the network in the room and who people might get to meet and how we kind of collaborate at the event.

Mike [00:05:58]:
Sure. So last time, the last event, we had Jeff Walker there. He came and spoke. Of course. We have Brad Costanzo who runs the AI accelerator event. He's there helping networking. My son Zach is there. Vivian's there.

Mike [00:06:12]:
I think John Kissel will be back. So many of the people who've been at the event come back and network. We had John Asaraf at the last event. I'll find out if he's going to be or the event before that with the mayor of a big city who is there with it. He brought his son. So just imagine there are high value business owner founders. Oftentimes they're people who are already in groups like Genius Network Abundance360YPO, EO Go Abundance Strategic Coach. Those are the kinds of people we attract.

Mike [00:06:49]:
So what I often say is what you find is welcome to the family you, you that you want, not the one you were born into. You know, it's the family who's. Who's attracted to you and who you are and who match your identity. So, you know, we've got people who come, who make lifelong friendships and business relationships.

Emily Radcliffe [00:07:15]:
I mean, it's so exciting with the talent in the room as well as what you do, Mike. It's a really exciting opportunity, I guess. One other question, there's lots of people asking about what apps and what platforms to use for different things in their business.

Mike [00:07:28]:
Sure.

Emily Radcliffe [00:07:28]:
What would be your best advice? Is that something we saw out at the event? What's best from that side?

Mike [00:07:33]:
Yeah. So I'll give you Two answers. And I want to answer Denise Gosnell's question. She just said, is it okay if I bring my 20 year old daughter Victoria, who I know by the way, Denise has been in our world, our community, pretty close to 20 years. So Denise, I'd love it if you brought Victoria. Young people completely change the complexion in the environment and they bring a certain sizzle. So and if you've got a young person who's trying to kind of figure out what they're going to do and find their purpose, it's a great way to do it. We've had, we've had some people who've had their 14, 15, 16 year olds attending live or rather virtually, who come up with ideas, business ideas while they're there and start their business and create apps.

Mike [00:08:20]:
So now I'm going to do. The other question about the apps and the tools. So we teach what we call four quadrants. Those are on the website. So it's your first of all, enhance your superpowers. So we go over the top tools to use. That includes hardware and resources. So it's like call it your fundamentals and they change.

Mike [00:08:49]:
So if you've been to one of these events, there's always some significant upgrades. The second is your one person marketing team. We focus on enhancing your team. So that is always about video and content and outreach and lead generation. The third is on automations and agentic stuff. So the world of that has gotten a lot better, a lot easier. So that'll be like Claude, cowork things like cloudbot. I just use cloudbot as an example today.

Mike [00:09:19]:
I don't know if that's going to be the one we feature. And the fourth is leveraging your ip. So it's how do you turn your intellectual capital into products and services? So I am very tool agnostic. It's whatever is the best tool at the time. But the baseline that we really focus on these days is Notebook Gemini. Claude, there's a couple video generators. I demonstrated Higgs Field. But this time it's going to be more the minimal approach.

Mike [00:09:53]:
Not. I've had people in the past go, oh my God, there's so many tools here. We're really reducing that. And that's a big focus of what Brad Costanzo does in the AI accelerator program, which runs every week, by the way. We've got weekly training, that's great.

Emily Radcliffe [00:10:10]:
And I had another question earlier on in the session. Every business owner isn't fully sure on where they could use AI in their business, but they're excited about the concept, how can they still use the session? I'm sure there's so much magic that comes from it. So if they're in that position where they want to experiment with it.

Mike [00:10:26]:
Yeah, show up. Because the biggest thing that we start is we show you, even if you don't know what to do, how to just get started. And there's a few prompts that we give and a couple of tools. One of them, for example, is help me find my $100,000 problems that I need to fix and my million dollar opportunities and then how to start automating and creating solutions for those. Or if your vision is I want to create a book or I need to create a stronger personal brand, we'll inspire you to get something started that very likely you'll be able to get the first draft of a book done and a cover while you're working in one of the workshops. And then. Erin, do you have any. I don't want mean to cut you off, Emily.

Mike [00:11:11]:
You got so many here and I know there's a couple more in chat that are popping up. No, she's doing a great job. I'm just following up with everybody that sent in their numbers. Really appreciate that. So keep them rolling, Emily. All right. Yeah, keep on, keep on connecting. Thanks.

Emily Radcliffe [00:11:26]:
The only, we've got one here which is talking about confirming it's a one day event. So is there a breakfast, a dinner or anything for anybody? So we've got a one day event here.

Mike [00:11:36]:
Yeah. So what we do is we've got snacks throughout the day, we have a full lunch. And then for people who are in our programs, I always have a special dinner opportunity as well that gets announced at the live event. Oops. So a lot of people are like, well, what happened to the three day events? Right now we're finding we're doing more frequent short events versus the longer ones. I love doing the longer ones. The God honest truth is they're, they're a bear to fill. It's more work than I want to do.

Mike [00:12:09]:
And that's not where my joy and love is any longer. It's making connections and getting startups going and it's amazing what can happen in a single day. And we give you opportunities to do more because we've got an ongoing training that goes on for six months at a time. That's. That's what our, our weekly curriculum is. And that's when it's you and your teams where you're really putting the rubber to the road, but doing it in 90 minute increments. So for now, we've got two one days scheduled. And the other places that are coming up is I'm regularly training at other people's events right now, so that scratches that itch.

Mike [00:12:48]:
But for now, if you want to be with us, there's one day. So that's your way to get in. We made it easy, super affordable, and you can fly in and out. And the Phoenix, Arizona airport is so easy. It's 10 minutes away. And the facility is fantastic. The camera works great. So whether you're virtual or in person, in person's better.

Mike [00:13:08]:
You'll have fun. What else you got?

Emily Radcliffe [00:13:10]:
I think on that theme, Mike, we have a question in the chat which I think will be useful for everybody else. So if somebody isn't able to make it face to face, what does the communication look like? If they are virtual, how do they ask you questions?

Mike [00:13:22]:
Oh, yeah, it's awesome. So one of the things, and it's the reason why I do this at Genius Network, they have seven cameras with pan tilt zoom and catch boxes. And then we take regular breaks for people who are online. So I get to see you and your facial expression the whole time I'm watching your chat and you get to raise your hand and talk to us. It's just like you're there. Everyone gets to see the cameras as it's being switched. The distinction is you get to work in the comfort of your home with no travel, no hotel. The biggest thing you miss is the potential.

Mike [00:13:58]:
It's the in between time. It's always during the breakfast, the lunch, the connections. When we do breakout groups, it's the after hours. Maybe there's drinks and dinner that might be announced for the end of the day. You know, that kind of thing that, you know, the deals get made. But again, if it's, if you can't travel for some reason, it's a freaking awesome experience. And the best way to check it out is for you to get on the, you know, enroll in the program and you're going to get the replays. And they've been superbly recorded.

Mike [00:14:32]:
The last sessions were great and like I said, they're still totally relevant up to date. And you'll get to capture the fire and energy of the room and have tools. Plus you get onboarded. We're going to talk to you ahead of time and get you rolling beforehand. So the moment you make a decision is when your brain starts to change 100%.

Emily Radcliffe [00:14:56]:
And I just want to remind everybody watching because again, we've got so many messages. I'm Trying to keep up on the slide here. If you can't make this date specifically, don't feel like you've got a delay. You can get the recordings from this date and attend May 20th. So please don't hesitate on that side of things either.

Mike [00:15:12]:
Yeah, yeah. We're going to make this super easy. So say yes to now during the onboarding. If you say, hey look, I can't make the march for some reason, make it may no problem. Okay, we'll take care of you. Just make a decision. You know, it's like if it's not on your calendar and it's not on your credit card, then you didn't do it. I heard that one from John Assaraf.

Mike [00:15:36]:
And, and the other thing is the tickets close to double in price after midnight tonight. So there's never a better time to get in than right now and take advantage of this. So, you know, we've been, we've been in business for a long, long time. We're going to take really good care of you.

Emily Radcliffe [00:15:59]:
I love that and I think Mike, with the session because I know we have a couple of people that were interested in having a chat with you directly. They still get time with you at the face to face event. So it's still included there. They get to chat to you about their ideas one on one.

Mike [00:16:12]:
Yeah. Otherwise hook up for the 1k cup of coffee. That's the, that's the way to get my face time at an event. I will be busy and it's not that I don't want to spend time with everyone but the great news is I'm really, really busy. The bad news is I'm really, really busy. So the best way to get time is by putting skin in the game and putting yourself first. And we've got an amazing structure and a framework to help you get the maximum out of the time that you have with me if you're at the event. You know, I'll take good care of you while you're there too.

Mike [00:16:45]:
But I'm not going to be able to sit down for 30 minutes or an hour and you know, that doesn't happen. Good. What else we have

Emily Radcliffe [00:16:58]:
just rolling in so we're just confirming time zones. So there's a couple of people that aren't based out in the States. There's somebody who's over in the UK checking time zones.

Mike [00:17:05]:
Good question. It is nine to five. I believe that's Mountain Standard Time in Arizona. But yeah, put it in chat GPT. It'll tell you exactly what it is. Say, I live here. What is the time in Phoenix, Arizona? And it'll tell you. But it turns out Mountain Standard is a very good international universal time in general.

Mike [00:17:28]:
But that. Good question.

Emily Radcliffe [00:17:30]:
And just a question. So if that is. Well, obviously another question. So if we have business owners here whose team members might be maybe a little bit apprehensive and nervous of AI, what transformation have you seen from those team members coming on the program and their transformation post course?

Mike [00:17:46]:
Yeah, yeah. So we've had no failures I'm aware of. Here's what does happen. In the first segment, we have a framing exercise that gets the founder and the teams aligned. And it also happens during the onboarding. And if you let your team members watch the videos, they'll really get aligned, get inspired, and start doing this stuff. So the biggest thing that I like to say is this is not about you being replaced. It's about making you better at things you're not good at, making you're more effective, more efficient, and creating more opportunities and being able to spend a lot less time in the suck and more time in the joy.

Mike [00:18:26]:
And, you know, that's what also is great about doing a live event, is, you know, I get asked questions. We all get asked questions that we don't necessarily know the answers to, but we figure it out while we're together. And Brad Costanzo is an absolute genius at solving problems and figuring out. And he has a different teaching style than I do, so you get that mix up. And we always have some interesting special guests who are in the room as well. Part of this is you learn new ways to collaborate that you might not have thought of. And the way to collaborate with AI, I think, is something that we're profoundly good at. And making this part of your team experience, it's part of your culture.

Emily Radcliffe [00:19:14]:
Brilliant. Thanks, Mike. And we've got lots of people that are signing up. I'm just spotting all the names, kind of flicking through, which is fantastic. We're really excited to see everybody face to face and virtually, too. What would you recommend, Mike, that people do just to prep themselves and their team mentally before they come to the session to get the most out of the day?

Mike [00:19:32]:
Yeah. I think the first one is schedule your onboarding as soon as you register. That's going to help you get the most out of it because you're going to get even more of your specific questions answered. And we interview you. Because I build my curriculum based on what your desires and your needs are. Every single event is unique and special and different. I try to solve everyone's problem in the curriculum. So the next one is just start watching some of the videos and using some of the tools that we give you.

Mike [00:19:57]:
You're going to get immersed in, I'd say, our culture, our training style and you're going to really feel the electrification of what other people did because we feature our past clients who've been there and done something. So you're really seeing like the second and third generation. Zach, for example, started that business with John right after the first event. The second event, they had it up and running. Right now they're onboarding and they hired some new people and you know, bringing in some of our successful clients who you get to witness and see their journey is also part of the experience. So and, and that's documented inside the product.

Emily Radcliffe [00:20:41]:
Brilliant. Just a reminder for everybody because we have our team in the background who is on hand with phones. We can text you. So if anybody is stuck with any questions, can't get through with the link, please just put your phone number in the chat. Aaron's on hand, Scott's on hand. We can send you a message and give you help. In the meantime, we have another question here that says, I hope a big part of it is not only getting better at the stuff that you're not good at, but also honing in on your superpower. Mike, do you mind expanding?

Mike [00:21:09]:
Yeah, Keith, that's a great question. So I'm a huge believer that founder brands are critically important. And if you want to amplify the value of everything you touch for the rest of your life, building a great founder brand that lives beyond the business you have is incredibly smart. It's why I've written as many books as I've written. It's why I speak a lot. I just got a new speaking gig today, as a matter of fact. But first you've got to have the content and you've got to have the authority and the expert status to attract that into your life. And we've got tools to identify what those are.

Mike [00:21:47]:
And I will just say one of the bonuses you get that's included with this is you get all of my books, including your next act. Your next act is a framework. It's an audiobook, it's a mini product that guides you through how to hone your superpower and turn it into a hyper valuable asset that you'll have for the rest of your life. So we not only give you some cool bonuses that I didn't even mention, that is a huge focus that we have, I would say capturing your Intellectual capital, productizing it and positioning you and your unique story is a huge part of what we do. And in fact that's what we just did with Jimmy Applegate. His was about creating a powerful founder brand and I definitely want that for you. So. And if you talk about that during your onboarding, I'll make certain that I include some examples in the curriculum.

Emily Radcliffe [00:22:44]:
That's brilliant. I think it's such a powerful point about like you say founders being able to amplify themselves. Do you have any other examples that founders on the chat at the moment could kind of see in terms of where could we duplicate what they're doing? Hone in on that even further?

Mike [00:22:59]:
Okay, I'm going to use one that's super crazy to show you an extreme example because someone will be like, well what about my art or what about my end? I'll go, okay, here's one. And we're doing this in two weeks. So this guy's name is Karthik Session. I met him years ago through Strategic Coach and then abundance. 360. He exited from a neuro medical company. He had an eight figure exit. He also happens to be a rock and roll singer in a cover band called Bosticks.

Mike [00:23:29]:
So it's Boston and sticks. He also does really good Steve Perry Journey vocalists and so we created a founder brand for him called the Win is Within and he really just documented his journey as an entrepreneur and all the sel self doubt he had, all the self destructive patterns and how he overcame them to build and grow his business and reach his exit. So we built this product, we built the brand and then he said what can I do that's just a total moonshot and crazy. And so what we're doing and what I did is I made a call to my friend Roger Love. He's the guy who coached Bradley Cooper to sing in A Star Is Born. Bradley had never sung before but also taught Joaquin Phoenix. And who's the actress Blonde who's in the Johnny Cash movie? Help me out, help me out. Reese Witherspoon.

Mike [00:24:21]:
Good job Scott. Reese Witherspoon. Neither one had ever sung before. So Karthik's already a good vocalist. But we're creating a musical cinema product where he's going to be performing the winners within with five, four or five original songs. So that'll become his speech and his performance. Also how he's going to raise money. So that is my long winded way of saying what would your craziest moonshot be that incorporates your unusual skills or something that makes you uniquely you, that could be used to transform the world.

Mike [00:25:03]:
And some people be like, I don't even know what that is. Well, that's what the process is for. For if you don't know what it is. But it came through a conversation. We were just brainstorming crazy stuff and came up with this. So go ahead and ask me that question again and I'll give you a different answer. That's the big, like, holy cow, it's nuts. And we're going to be doing that in three days, in two weeks.

Emily Radcliffe [00:25:24]:
That's amazing. It's being given permission to break the mold. Right. It's so cool. I guess there's another question that popped up earlier from Jose. Jose, I hope you don't mind me sharing your name. We're looking at, in this kind of case study of somebody who's got a business ready, they want to raise funding, and they want to create promotional solar for churches. Yeah.

Emily Radcliffe [00:25:44]:
So that's what. Yeah, exactly. Would you mind talking to that piece?

Mike [00:25:47]:
Yeah. So here's the framework that we think down these days is think about what Zach did with Prospect Forge. So he created. He started by creating what we call an outside movie. It's the pitch video. Okay. And it's like, who are the winners of whatever this is? What are the advantages and the benefits? AI can absolutely help with that. And it starts with the conversation, and then I like to prototype it using a tool like InVideo.

Mike [00:26:14]:
And then what I'll do is I'll do deep research on someone who's done something like that, and I'll build a big mass of wisdom and knowledge. These days, I'm using NotebookLM. It's a great place to put all this content and create derivative material. And then I also think about, okay, what do I need for team members? That's why I create the inside movie. How am I going to motivate a team to want to be part of this whole thing? And if you need to raise money, your primary stakeholder is the funder. So I do some history. You can use Claude, you can use Manus to do it. And find other people who've invested in projects like this before and tell me everything about them and then make a pitch deck that would be appropriate for them.

Mike [00:27:01]:
Talking about the big vision and the big dream. That's essentially what we just did for Jimmy Applegate. He's got an opportunity to get in front of one of the richest men in the world, and we actually built a pitch deck with this guy in mind. So, you know, what did Zach do? He did the outside movie. He created a prototype of the product. So I'd create some visuals, I'd create the pitch deck and then a marketing plan, all of which could be done inside of a day.

Emily Radcliffe [00:27:33]:
That's just wild. It's so, so exciting, I think with everybody in the room right now and we've still got over 200 of us right now in the room, which is so exciting. I think with this said, we've got a lot of business owners right now sat in position where they've got a real strategic advantage over people who aren't sat in this room. And I think Carol mentioned earlier an exciting point about being an early adopter chapter. So can you talk to the point about the people who are here in this group? What strategic advantage do they have over the other businesses if they're to start adopting right now as quickly as they can with AI?

Mike [00:28:06]:
Yeah, I think so. What, what we've experienced, especially when we do what we call our super power accelerator, when we do our immersive three day or even people who have attended our, our super, our AI accelerator event is they walk in thinking, I don't have the tools, resources or know how on how to do this stuff, right? But then what happens is they have like a breakthrough moment and they prototype, type something and they're like, hey, I can think of someone who would like this. And they send the prototype or they send a vision, a visual or something that they, they've put together and they get someone like they book a meeting while they're there. Okay? That's the key thing. So I think the people who get on board with this now will find that they can take an idea that they've had brewing around in their head for months or years or even decades and haven't had the time, money, energy, people, capabilities to make it real. And using AI, they can prototype it, they can make that pitch deck, they can make a video, they can build a model that's working and show it to either a prospect or someone who's got connections and relationships. And if they don't, they can use these tools to find an audience to do outreach to. So that's part of what is built into your next act is the six M's.

Mike [00:29:40]:
It is a step by step system that we've AI fied and it's a methodology that we teach and we're at the events. So there isn't a problem that can't be solved. Every problem that's a marketing problem or a business problem can be solved with the 6Ms. And I can do it faster. Even if you don't have the time, money, experience, relationships or capabilities.

Emily Radcliffe [00:30:04]:
Brilliant. We have a question from, from Clay. So I don't know if you can see it in the, in the chat there, Mike, but basically I know Clay. Here we go. There's so many rapid advances with AI. The question here is how quickly are things changing in here? So how do we stay up to date essentially is the question with the changes.

Mike [00:30:25]:
The best way is be inside a community with people who are doing it with you and for you all the time and show up once a week. There's a reason why we do weekly training and why Brad leads the weekly training and is. And I don't think the tools changing is the big thing. I said this in the very beginning. I'm absolutely agnostic about the tool. If something comes along that's better, I'm going to use that instead. So loyalty is not repaid in the world of AI. And if one breaks or something happens to it, just use another one.

Mike [00:31:00]:
But what does matter are use cases and the capabilities of these tools are expanding all the time. So for example, the demonstration I used where I took a presentation that notebook used, put it in Canva and then had Claude cowork convert it and turn it into a PowerPoint just wasn't possible a couple weeks ago. I mean, I've been trying to make that work like last week and I couldn't make one tool make it work and it was yesterday that I figured out how to automate it. But being able to be around people who are solving problems like the ones you have, because the hardest thing to learn is the psychology of letting go and asking the tool to help you instead of you trying to take over and control it. So I think there's a mindset. I'm still learning the mindset. Brad's still learning the mindset. Everyone in our community is learning the mindset and we get better at it all the time.

Mike [00:31:58]:
But be in a community.

Emily Radcliffe [00:32:00]:
Love that. And Mike, I know we had a conversation yesterday just, just about you mentioned about degrees and the demise of university and colleges and kind of how it's becoming less and less relevant. And we've got a lot of business owners in the room right now that will have team members who either are struggling to recruit in the right talent because they don't have the skills because they're studying out of date university qualifications. And then we've also got team members who are already established that might be struggling to develop. How can you see the business owners in the room right now using this to actually solve that problem.

Mike [00:32:31]:
Yeah. Well, one thing, that's one thing I'm super proud of. I use Zach as an example. He and John Kissel are building a solution because he saw that opportunity in the marketplace with Prospect Forge, which is beautiful. So they saw an opportunity, they're doing something about it. They're onboarding people and they're creating training material, but on a microcosm basis. One of the trainings that's in the replay, so you'll get this and you'll get the prompts and the tools in the manuals. I go through how we hired one of our team members, and all I did is I went out, I got up, I'm like, I have a problem.

Mike [00:33:12]:
We had someone on the team who had given notice and I needed to find a replacement, like in two weeks. So I used AI to build a really good want ad. I had it made in less than 40 minutes, posted, and in days we were doing interviews. So I think, to me, what is going to define. So a little while ago, people are like, oh, I'm afraid that AI is going to take my job now. If you're not providing AI opportunities in your place of business, you're going to start losing the best talent because they're going to go somewhere where they see a better future version of themselves with more capabilities, being able to create more value. And that, I think, is a very important distinction. So I think you need to be of AI Forward organization and AI Forward founder, who is creating genuine opportunities with the tools and know what's possible, and also providing training to increase the capabilities and skill sets.

Mike [00:34:12]:
And the difference between getting a piece of paper that said you did it, who cares what happened six months ago? It's not even relevant. There's no time relevance there. It's recency matters most. What have you done lately that created value? That means money, time savings or efficiency. And I think that's the mindset that the new AI culture needs to bring 100%.

Emily Radcliffe [00:34:37]:
And we've seen so many business owners lead by example and bring that team with them, which I think, like you said before, is just beautiful. I've got a question from Carlos in the chat, which is, is there a way to legally protect your IP created with AI?

Mike [00:34:51]:
Yeah, that's a really good question. So, yes, there is. First of all, you can file provisional patents, and of course you can do copyright and trademark registration. I have a friend who created a product called Easy ip. You can literally just take a Picture of something or upload something. It costs 100 bucks, and it basically puts a copyright claim in the blockchain. So it basically timestamps it. I have a friend who just sent me a tool he's built that will ease the speed of submitting provisional patents, which from the time you can basically patent anything, put it up and you're protected for a year, so it's proof that you did it.

Mike [00:35:38]:
And then from there, you can file a real patent. And my attitude would be do a provisional and then see if you can sell it. The market is the only thing that matters. But copyrights, trademarks, patents are still valid. I think right now we live in a world where brand, founder, brand and storytellers are always going to win. So it doesn't matter what kind of protections you have. You got to have the resources and the capabilities to be able to defend it. But at least you've got something defendable.

Mike [00:36:09]:
And if you've got revenue behind it, then you do. But if you're just a bunch of unexecuted ideas in a stack of copyrights, trademarks, and patents, go ahead, you know, defend it. So I think there's an obsolescence factor here, but that's the nuance behind it.

Emily Radcliffe [00:36:30]:
Awesome. We also have a question that's popped back up on my my side from Raj, and he says, I have my idea. All I need is help building the platform and the marketing. I want to innovate and optim healthcare or healthcare delivery. What are your thoughts on that kind of niche?

Mike [00:36:47]:
Yeah, first of all, it's. Let's just face it, drugs, medicine, longevity are arguably other than energy. It's the second largest category in the world. So there's lots of opportunity. There's lots of opportunity to raise money, to make money and be acquired. And whoever's the best storyteller always wins. So start with the story. I would build a founder brand around that to establish you as the credible authority expert in that space, because you're that authority or your founder brand goes long after you sell your business.

Mike [00:37:26]:
And that means everything you do from this time forward will be worth more and you'll be able to do it faster. So that's the mindset behind it. So can you prototype your idea and get something that would be viewable, examinable inside a day? Yeah. Make a commitment to be in a room for a day, and you're going to get a whole bunch of stuff done. You're going to walk away inspired. You're going to get the sense of, I can do it be around people doing it and you will do it faster and better too.

Emily Radcliffe [00:37:56]:
Brilliant. I've just. Carlos just said. Thank you, Michael.

Mike [00:38:00]:
You're welcome, Carlos.

Emily Radcliffe [00:38:03]:
I've just had a message through from Scott as well to say he's just off the phone so if anybody else needs any help, please pop your number in the chat and he can jump on with you now. But yeah, I guess. Mike, a question. Oh, we have two questions here from Matthew Dunn. So recently did the two day event, what else can we learn from this one? So looking at the next event, attending that one as well, how can we develop even further?

Mike [00:38:23]:
Oh yeah, that's great. Okay, so I like to say every time we do one of these, we create new curriculum. And this particular one, I'm going to just tell you ahead of time what I'm doing before this because in two weeks I'm speaking at Strategic Coach and it's all about IP and teams. So I'm creating brand new content for that. I'm also going to be speaking at another event three days before. So the heat's on. And then Peter Diamandis just called me up to speak at Abundance360. I'm doing a 90 minute workshop before Abundance360 for the entire membership and then a four day workshop after that is preceding the March 20th event.

Mike [00:39:04]:
Right. So, and then I'll be doing another piece of content for Genius Network. So there's something else in motion there. So what does that mean for you? Brand new, super intense, compressed, valuable, up to date, cutting edge stuff, including all the things we're doing with our three day clients. These are people who invest $200,000 with this every time we're together. So you're getting millions of dollars of access to tools, resource versus and time compression in a single day. It's going to be very, very different because the latest technology platforms have changed so much. Some of the stuff that used to be five steps and five platforms now can be done with one.

Mike [00:39:52]:
And yes, you're going to get recordings of the event. So for some reason you didn't make it, you're still going to get the recordings, but the only way to guarantee you're going to get the recordings at the price you're going to get them at is to sign up today. How's that for a little. But it's true, so just join it and of course you get another onboarding so we get to find out where you are right now and what we need to help you. So the sooner you register, the sooner you do your Onboarding, the sooner I get that data, I'm creating content over the next couple of months with you in mind. So the sooner you get in, the more attention I'm going to give you to create solutions for whatever you want to accomplish.

Emily Radcliffe [00:40:36]:
Brilliant. Thank you, Mike. And I have a question here that's talking about lead generation, which I know that's going to be a problem for a lot of businesses or an area we can get even more ROI from. The question specifically is could you help a personal injury firm get more, more business with quality leads? Competition is fierce.

Mike [00:40:53]:
Yeah. So here's what I would use AI to do. I'm going to give you a prompt right now, but this is the kind of thing we do in real life. So I would start and I'd open up NotebookLM and I'd also create a mana session and then a Claude cowork session. And this will work for just about any business. And you'll effectively say, hi, I'm a personal injury firm, here is my website and I want you to find the top 20 personal injury firms in my area in the top 20 in the country. And I want you to find all of their marketing copy content, advertisements, social media posts and sort and organize them by longevity, number of visits and votes. Do deep research on the number of visits that go to these sites and then.

Mike [00:42:08]:
Build me a top 10 campaign and strategy that I can execute that would mirror the most effective high value competitors. Start with that and watch what happens. And if you give it to multiple, that's the Superpower stack. If you give it to multiple AIs simultaneously, you're going to be amazed at what it synthesizes. And from there I'd also put that into genspark because genspark does a great job of ad scraping. Yeah, that's where I start. From there you'll find five other ideas and Cowork continues to think for you. And then I'm imagining in a few days I'm going to have a couple other agentic platforms working that'll do a deeper version of this.

Mike [00:43:06]:
So part of my objective when we're at the live event is I will have figured out some brand new lead gen solutions that go way beyond the one that I just pulled out of my rear end right now for you.

Emily Radcliffe [00:43:19]:
Fantastic. And we have a, we have a niche specific question. So we have a business here in, in the healthcare niche who's interested in the sense of if they're developing AI tech for themselves or innovations in their own business, is that something they could look to Then go and sell onto the other other niches in the same or the businesses in the same niche. Sorry.

Mike [00:43:39]:
Totally. Here's my mindset. Whoever makes it first gets to market first, prototypes at first and creates a story first in front of a buying audience will always win. Speed to market is the thing that matters more than anything now. And those who don't adopt this technology will be left behind so fast their heads are going to be spinning. They most people don't even know what's possible yet. The bad conversation that I don't want to have with you is 90 days from now or a year from now when you walk up and said, I remember that one time when I was at your webinar and I decided not to do it because blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And here's the rotten thing that happened to me and what I could have prevented.

Mike [00:44:28]:
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, so this is one of those. If there's one thing that I can toot my own horn for, for 40 years, I've seen the future before it happened and benefit and people who have been in my community have benefited from it. And I don't think it's bragging if it's true. So there. What was the other question? Oh, I just saw one too. About onboarding. Yes, Steven, want to know about onboarding? Here's the answer.

Mike [00:45:01]:
We call you and you get to talk to a real human who talks to you about your business and asks you questions that Nai isn't yet. And then we get to know you and all that gets documented and with your permission, we capture these ideas and build the systems and tools. So it's just learning how we onboard is worth the price of admission alone. The questions we ask and how we do it, that alone is going to give you all the value before you even watch one of the videos to show up.

Emily Radcliffe [00:45:46]:
Brilliant. We've had quite a lot of nice comments actually about people who've already done their onboarding, saying how fantastic it was and how much value they got just from that. So I think people should be, we should be excited about. But we've got a couple of people who are still looking at, checking out on the page and getting moving, I guess. What, what would you say to anybody that's kind of still sat on that, oh, is this something that I'm going to do? A little bit unsure.

Mike [00:46:08]:
All right, here's what I'd say. If, if you're not in, you probably aren't going to be in. And if you're procrastinating if you don't do it right now, you're not going to do it. It's just human nature. And you don't pay your bills with intentions or happy thoughts. Things happen because you take action, you make a commitment and you put it on a calendar. And the moment you make an investment and what feels like a sacrifice is when your brain wiring changes and you start making forward momentum. And I've learned a really important, valuable thing when we started doing the 1k cup of coffee.

Mike [00:46:48]:
So I don't talk to anyone unless they make an investment. It's not that I don't want to. Here's what changes. People who sign up for the 1k cup of coffee. We have an onboarding for that and a form that fills out. And the action of having skin in the game means, oh, I'm going to show up prepared and expect some value. So I'm going to provide information. And then when we show up, we have a 40 to 80 page document because we do deep research on you and your business and figure out how to create as much value as possible for you to go, holy crap, that was unbelievable.

Mike [00:47:26]:
And some direction. So the point of this is when, you know there's people who invest $200,000 to work with us for three days, they're like, oh my God, that's such a huge investment. But do they show up fully engaged, ready to play, fully prepared? Hell yeah, they do. They do their homework? Do they do the things that are necessary so they get their money back and find a million, you know, find their million dollar opportunity? Hell yeah, they do. So this is a game of proportion. And the lesson here isn't me doing a transaction with you. It's like that's the mindset that's missing. So those who don't take action don't receive and they don't get and they don't provide massive value.

Mike [00:48:12]:
And having the courage to ask for 10 times more than you ever have before or turn that into a 100x offer is profound brain chemistry rewiring that takes place. So my advice is if you're not going to take action, then quit lying to yourself that you're going to do it someday. Because it just ain't going to happen until something profound happens. It's usually going to be a pain event. So why not make it a decision that you're going to show up all in, be fully engaged and expect to have a return. Because you show up prepared to have your brain rewired. And not necessarily by me, but by the people you're surrounded with again, it's the family you choose, not the family you're born into. That's the psychology behind this.

Emily Radcliffe [00:49:06]:
That's, that's awesome. Thank you, Mike. I'm just seeing even more. Lori, thank you so much for, for welcoming everybody through. It's so many messages, which is amazing, I think, Mike, one of the things that I'd really love to hone in on because I've seen how valuable it is post event with the recordings. Obviously we're going to have some business owners that are going to bring their team members with them. But what would you recommend our business owners and founders actually do with the recording of the event once it's done? Because obviously it's a whole day of recording. What's the, the best way to utilize that and get them implemented into the business after the event?

Mike [00:49:36]:
Well, you're talking about after we finished the one.

Emily Radcliffe [00:49:41]:
The recordings of the day. Yeah. So we finished the recordings.

Mike [00:49:44]:
Yeah. Well, what most people do that I've seen have gotten some great results is first of all, we encourage you and we do this for you. We're capturing everything with AI and we're giving you the transcripts as well. And we also are building an AI model so you don't have to rewatch it. You can actually talk to the conversation after the fact. And part of this is we're showing you how to make products as well. So you're, you're in, you're in a metal world where we're not only making a product, we're making it with you and for you and you get to see how to do it yourself. But what people who've watched it again do is they actually do the exercises a second time and, and make another business or another product or they do it with a team member.

Mike [00:50:30]:
So I can't say this strongly enough. When you get a team member to do it with you and you share this knowledge and they can do some tasks with AI that normally you did yourself. Think about the productivity enhancement so you can do it significantly faster with AI, especially if you have three eyes doing something in the background. And then when you pass that skill set and that capability onto your team member, you make them more valuable as well. So that to me is hugely part of this is. And look, this is a fire hose. There's some things you're not going to get all at once the first time. When you watch it a second time, you're going to be like, oh my God, I didn't realize what was going on until after it's it's, it's like, it's like having an experience in the jungle.

Mike [00:51:23]:
Some of these things hit you months, weeks or months later.

Emily Radcliffe [00:51:28]:
We've got caught in the chat who's just made me smile. He says, I use the record as the ultimate reference and then says, I iterate and go back and bulletproof the iteration.

Mike [00:51:38]:
That's right, that's right. That's my brother. Court martial. That's his real name. Former military badass is sweet guy.

Emily Radcliffe [00:51:48]:
Definitely badass. I love that. And then we've got a question here that says I'm an employee. How does the event change my corporate career?

Mike [00:51:58]:
Oh yeah. Well, first of all, imagine if you walk out with more capabilities, an ability to create more value and be able to command more authority in the organization. That of course means if you're creating more value, there's no reason why you won't get paid. Or what if that turned into, you know, a different job promotion or an opportunity? Or let's say you take these skills and start teaching them inside the organization and create a whole value value chain. What if you took those capabilities and you had multiple offices and you took those capabilities? I mean, your job should be to be the most knowledgeable AI person inside your organization on any topic. You can narrow it down as far as you can. It's value value, value, time savings, time savings, creating more top line revenue. If you do that, they will not want to lose you.

Mike [00:52:53]:
Okay. It will be obvious that you're the one they want to keep around and you know, and what could happen next, like your imagination is going to grow your, your courage in yourself, your commitment to creating more and wanting more and having more multiplies. And if I were you, I'd go to your boss and say, I'm going to go to this event. I'll pay for it myself, but you should invest in it.

Emily Radcliffe [00:53:27]:
I was going to say, Mike, I mean, what would the potential of the current employer potentially becoming a client of Joe's? You're seeing people replicate what they do and kind of create business businesses through this too. Joe's also just said he's in rail industry standards and asset management.

Mike [00:53:43]:
Yeah, there, there's. I will, I will flat out say give us a business, give us an opportunity. In 15 minutes we can have every challenge that's there and every challenge is an opportunity and that's a profit opportunity and AI. I'll help you discover it, create the marketing material, create the story that goes along with that and probably solve the problem. Just like Jungle Med, you know, I was sitting around with a doctor and it's like, hey, what if we had this thing that diagnosed problems in the jungle and what if it used plant medicine? Bam. We had a prototype and a demo. We had our first prototype in 20 minutes. I'm telling you, we had 3G driving up and down through the mountains at one bar.

Mike [00:54:23]:
Half the time we were cranking out an app. It was insane. So anything's possible. We don't imagine big enough.

Emily Radcliffe [00:54:33]:
Real jungle AI Love it. We have a question from Clay. Do the recordings include the slide deck?

Mike [00:54:42]:
They are. Yeah. We even do better than that. What we do is we do the slides and they're annotated with the prompt. So it's one of the things that you'll witness is the way our team builds things is the way you want to do it too. So, yeah, you get. You get manuals, you get all the prompts, and the prompts are being updated. So a lot of this training, it's not just like me clicking through a bunch of deck.

Mike [00:55:10]:
It's like us doing stuff live. If I'm building a prompt or doing something, it's being captured live and put inside the manuals and then you have access to it in real time. It's fudge. Fudgesicle fantasy fun.

Emily Radcliffe [00:55:27]:
Love it. And I think you've answered most of the questions on my side, Mike. So unless we have any kind of final ones, I guess your last word of kind of recommendations for everybody and

Mike [00:55:37]:
your best advice, get your ass in there now. How's that? Let's do it. We'll see you there. You're going to have a freaking blast. If you had fun today, just imagine a whole day of this. You will meet amazing people and it's going to fill up fast. So this is. In a week and a half, I'm going to be presenting at Strategic Coaches Highest Value Group.

Mike [00:56:01]:
We're going to fill this thing up and you're going to regret that you didn't get in. And then we've got Abundance360 coming up. It's going to be packed virtual and live. You'll regret that you didn't make a decision and then you'll have to pay more also if you can get in. So, you know, I don't want to leave on anything other than it would be an honor to help you. And hopefully you see the sincerity and the value we're creating here and just get in there and look at these videos. The past recordings are awesome and the content there is so cool. And you'll feel the heart, not just the mind.

Mike [00:56:42]:
So that's what I got for you. Thanks for asking. Emily, you did a great job. Thank you, Aaron, for taking care of everyone. Scott, everyone on the team, rock stars today. I think this is one of our best little events we've done in a long time. So Adriana, Scott, Lori, Emily, Aaron, thank you. Woo hoo.

Mike [00:57:07]:
All right, well, that's what we're going to do. We're going to wrap this thing up. I'll see you later. Thank you so much for spending time with me and the team today. I'll see you at AI Accelerator live and not only make it a great day, just make it an amazing, amazing year. That's what we got. Thanks for watching and so long.
