Eleanor and I want to play around and make a podcast. And this is that podcast.

Dad:

Here we are with Eleanor and dad Podcast. Podcast. Episode number nine.

Eleanor:

Today, we learned about something new, and I was at my Willy Wonka program. I hope you're gonna like this kind of podcast.

Dad:

What can you tell can you tell our listeners about your Willy Wonka program that you're doing?

Eleanor:

Yes. So what we did, we did all the dances. I remember one of them was since we're doing a podcast and you can't see us right now, I'm just gonna tell you the words that we sung of the one one. You can even eat the dishes.

Dad:

Yep. Here. You wanna start at the beginning? Yeah. Do you know how pure imagination goes?

Eleanor:

Come with me, and you'll see in a world of pure imagination. That's only I know.

Dad:

Well, I heard you guys singing, it sounded really cool. So I'm looking forward to seeing that. So Eleanor is in a doing a a program on Mondays with The

Eleanor:

bunch of friends.

Dad:

At the Marquee Youth Theater. So

Eleanor:

Here's daddy said, when we're doing the real program, we get after it, we get to have some snacks from it, and we sell the snacks still. And I'm Veruca Salt. Yep. And I know my parts a little bit.

Dad:

Yeah. You wanna do your you wanna do your line?

Eleanor:

Yeah. Can you hear me?

Dad:

Yeah. It starts with can't you get him fired?

Eleanor:

Can't you get him fired? I want him fired. Fired. Do you hear me fired? They want to know about my ticket, and they and he can't even get my name right.

Dad:

Perfect. Very good. So that's been great. And guess what else is happening in Eleanor's life? Do you wanna tell, our listeners what's happening next week?

Eleanor:

Bubby and papa is gonna come.

Dad:

Oh, that's happening this week. Yep. Are you excited? Yeah. It's been a while since we've

Eleanor:

seen them.

Dad:

Right? And Bubby and Papa are my parents and your grandparents.

Eleanor:

Mhmm. Yep. And Bubby made daddy.

Dad:

Yep. Bubby and Papa, they made daddy. That's right. And then next week, what happens? Kindergarten.

Eleanor:

Kindergarten. So six days.

Dad:

From now? Well, six now? School days.

Eleanor:

Yeah. 01/1956. On the sixth day, when we sleep and in the morning, I'm going to kindergarten.

Dad:

That's right. And we'll get to go see your school the night before too. Yeah. And you can meet your teacher. And are are you scared?

Dad:

Are you excited?

Eleanor:

I'm scared, but kinda excited. So I'm kinda excited. Excited.

Dad:

Yeah. What do you think it's gonna be like?

Eleanor:

Well, I think it's gonna be cool and I'm excited to do the order stuff where I order my own food, but I wanna get some stuff in my lunch box and if the next day I wanna get some food from it, I wanna get some food some in my lunchbox. So maybe I can leave a space open where I can put some food in my lunchbox from school.

Dad:

You and I did a nice bike ride tonight. That was fun. Mhmm. We raised your seat up a little bit. Alright.

Dad:

What else we got for our listeners? Is that it?

Eleanor:

Yeah. Maybe we can do one tomorrow.

Dad:

Okay. Maybe we'll maybe we'll do an episode right after you start kindergarten, and we can talk about your first day. Wouldn't that be fun? Mhmm. Share that with everybody.
