Russia and Ukraine have agreed to
halt military strikes in the Black
Sea, a tentative step towards peace.
The agreement was reached after US
negotiators met with delegations
from Kyiv and Russia in Saudi Arabia.
The US has committed to ensuring
safe navigation in the Black Sea
and preventing the use of commercial
vessels for military purposes.
As an incentive, the US has
offered to help restore access
to the world market for Russian
agricultural and fertilizer exports."
"India
On Monday, Indian Intelligence agencies
put West Bengal's Murshidabad district
on high alert following reports
of attempts by Bangladesh-based
underground outfits Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen
Bangladesh (JMB) and Hizb-ut-Tahrir
(HUT) to infiltrate the area.
Intelligence agencies suspect the
militants also intend to scout
for recruits for sleeper cells."
"Philippines
On Monday, Philippine Defense Secretary
Gilberto Teodoro called China's expansive
claims in the South China Sea ""the
biggest fiction and lie"" that no
Southeast Asian country would accept.
Chinese forces reportedly
installed a new floating barrier
to prevent Filipino fishermen from
entering the Scarborough Shoal.
Furthermore, a Chinese military
helicopter appeared to have tailed a
Philippine light aircraft undertaking a
routine patrol Monday over Scarborough."
"Sudan
A senior Sudanese military commander,
Yasir Al-Atta, has warned that airports
in Chad could be considered legitimate
military targets amid accusations of the
UAE's interference in Sudan's civil war.
Al-Atta stated that the Sudanese
Armed Forces will retaliate against
the UAE and its allies, including
Chad, for supporting the rival
paramilitary Rapid Support Forces."
"Syria
The IDF has conducted several raids
in southern Syria over the past few
weeks, targeting weapons storage sites.
The troops seized and destroyed
various military equipment, including
explosive devices and ammunition.
The IDF has described its presence in
the area as temporary and defensive,
but Defense Minister Israel Katz
has announced that troops will
remain deployed indefinitely."
"Afghanistan
Saturday night, former Ministry of
Interior officer Hasan Jabar Khel
was shot and killed by unknown gunmen
in the Shakardara district of Kabul.
The gunmen abducted the
individual from his home."
"Cameroon
On Tuesday, a Nigerian army official
reported that a Boko Haram attack
in Cameroon's Far North Region
resulted in the deaths of over 10
soldiers and injuries to 20 others.
The attack occurred overnight
into Tuesday at the Wulgo military
camp located in The Far North
Region on the border with Nigeria.
Local officials suspect the
death toll may be higher."
"India
Security forces are continuing their
search operation in the Dolka forest
in the Hiranagar sector of Kathua,
Jammu, and Kashmir to eliminate
four to five Jaish terrorists.
Three suspects have been detained by the
police, who are believed to have provided
logistical support to the terrorists.
The army has recovered two China-made
grenades, three loaded magazines of M4
carbine, four IEDs, and other materials
from the area since Monday evening."
"Indonesia
On Monday, police stated that Catholic
teacher Rosalia Rerek Sogen was
killed and seven others injured in
a National Liberation Army of the
Free Papua Organization (TPN-OPM)
separatist attack on a school by
separatists in the Anggruk district
in the Yahukimo Regency in Indonesia's
Papua Highlands province on March 21.
A joint police and military team
entered Anggruk on March 23 to recover
the body and rescue the injured."
"Iraq
According to a source, Iraqi
security forces in Baghdad arrested
four Syrians for promoting and
glorifying extremist armed groups,
including the Jabha al-Nusra."
"Nigeria
Boko Haram terrorists have
launched a series of attacks in
Borno State, Nigeria, targeting
military formations and civilians.
The attacks include a raid on the
Wajirko army formation, a landmine
explosion along the Maiduguri-Damboa-Biu
road that killed at least two soldiers
and injured the Brigade Commander,
and simultaneous ambushes on the
Wajirko and Wulgo Army formations.
The attacks have caused widespread
destruction, looting, and displacement
of communities in Southern Borno, with
Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume calling on the
federal government to deploy sophisticated
technological warfare and to train,
equip, and motivate the military and other
security agencies to combat terrorism."
"Nigeria
On Sunday evening, Fulani militia
gunmen ambushed and killed three
residents in the village of Dundu,
Bassa Local Government Area, as
they were returning from an outing."
"Nigeria
On Monday, gunmen attacked the Awgu
Divisional Police Headquarters in
Enugu State, killing at least one
police operative, Emmanuel Akpa.
The attackers broke into a
cell, freeing inmates and
stealing rifles and ammunition.
A second attack on the Inyi Divisional
Police Headquarters was repelled by police
operatives, with no reported casualties."
"Pakistan
The Counter-Terrorism Department
(CTD) has arrested four suspected
facilitators of the March 11 terrorist
attack on the Jaffar Express in
Balochistan's Bolan district.
Investigations into the attack
are ongoing, with the CTD working
to identify those involved.
Recovered weapons and communication
devices are being analyzed
to aid in the investigation."
"Pakistan
Unknown assailants attacked a house
with a hand grenade near the Kharan area
of Balochistan, injuring two laborers.
A search for the assailants was underway."
"Philippines
Government forces arrested an alleged
NPA rebel during an operation in the
village of Mantalongon, Dalaguete
town, last Saturday, March 22."
"Philippines
Government forces killed three alleged
members of the New People's Army (NPA)
during a clash in Samar province.
Troops also rescued two 14-year-old girls
who were allegedly taken by the rebels.
Troops also seized high-powered
firearms and other weapons
from the dead militants."
"Somalia
On Monday, an attack by ISIS
militants in the Xabley area of Ufayn
district, Bari region, resulted in
the death of one Puntland soldier
and injuries to nine others.
Puntland forces reportedly
repelled the assault, killing an
unknown number of ISIS militants.
The clashes lasted until dawn on Tuesday.
The attack is part of ongoing operations
against ISIS-affiliated fighters
in the mountainous Bari region."
"Somalia
A mortar attack occurred on
several areas in Afgooye district,
Lower Shabelle region, on Monday,
resulting in the deaths of several
people, including a police officer.
The attack also struck an army base,
with reports indicating that the
commander of the Banadir regional
police unit and other officers were
visiting the district at the time."
"Syria
Engineering teams have safely dismantled
a suspicious device in the Deir Ezzor
region after receiving a report.
Security forces have imposed a
cordon to protect civilians, but the
identity of those responsible for the
attempted bombing remains unknown.
The incident is believed to be linked to
potential ISIS sleeper cell activity."
"Syria
Israeli troops were fired upon by armed
men in Kuya village, southern Syria.
In response, the IDF returned fire
and carried out a drone strike,
reportedly hitting the targets.
At least five people were killed in the
incident, according to Syrian officials."

In Zaiban Town, eastern Deir Ezzor,
two ISIS gunmen on a motorbike
attacked two houses, allegedly for
non-payment of zakat (Islamic charity).
However, no casualties were
reported in either incident."

Two separate incidents occurred in
Idlib and Al-Mayadeen, involving
unidentified gunmen on motorbikes.
In the first incident, two
members of the General Security
were killed in southern Idlib.
In the second incident, a member of
the General Security was shot dead in
Al-Mayadeen City near a police station."
"West Bank
Police shot a Palestinian man
after attempting to ram his car
into an officer near the West
Bank Settlement of Ma'ale Adumim.
The man tried to flee in his vehicle
but was shot at a nearby roadblock.
The police officers involved
were not injured, but the man's
condition is currently unknown."
"West Bank
A confrontation broke out near the
village of Susya in the southern West
Bank, with Palestinians and Israelis
throwing stones at each other.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF)
arrived to disperse the conflict,
arresting three Palestinians, including
Oscar-winning activist Hamdan Ballal
and an Israeli citizen suspected
of participating in the violence.
One Israeli was wounded and
taken for medical treatment."
"Gaza Strip
The IDF has confirmed that Hossam
Shabat, an Al Jazeera reporter,
was killed in an airstrike.
The military claims that Shabat was
an active member of Hamas and had
participated in terrorist activities
against Israeli forces and citizens.
The IDF says this is evidence of Hamas's
use of journalists as terrorists."
"India
On Tuesday, security forces in Jammu and
Kashmir's Kathua district intensified
their search for terrorists hiding
in the forested area, recovering
weapons, grenades, and supplies.
The operation, launched on Sunday evening,
has been ongoing for three days with
joint army units, including commandos
and drones, searching for the terrorists.
Intelligence suggested that two
separate terrorist groups, each
comprising at least five terrorists,
infiltrated the area on Saturday."
"Lebanon
An Israeli drone strike in the village
of Qaaqaaiyet el-Jisr, southern
Lebanon, has killed one person.
The target of the strike is unclear,
but it is the latest in a series
of drone strikes by Israel against
Hezbollah targets in the region."
"Lebanon
The Israeli military has confirmed
that a drone strike in southern
Lebanon's Nabatieh killed Hassan
Kamal Halawi, a Hezbollah commander
and chief of the group's anti-tank
missile unit in the region.
The IDF targeted Halawi due to his
history of terrorist activity against
Israel, including facilitating
attacks against civilians."
"Myanmar
Authorities urged residents of
Lashio Township in northern Shan
State to remain on high alert
for potential junta airstrikes.
This comes after the reported collapse
of three-day peace talks between the
regime and the powerful ethnic Kokang
rebel army, the Myanmar National
Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA), which
had previously liberated the city."

Last Friday, March 21, a Buddhist
monastery in Khaywe village, Theinzayat
Township, was struck by a mortar
shell fired by the military junta,
resulting in the death of a 50-year-old
monk and injuries to two others."

Over the weekend, Nigeria
conducted airstrikes on a notorious
terrorist hideout north of Chiralia
village, Ajiginin Borno State.
The airstrike resulted in the death
of multiple terrorists and the
destruction of three gun trucks."
"Russia
The Ukrainian Air Force successfully
destroyed a Russian troop concentration
area in Kondratyevka, Kursk region,
killing up to 30 Russian soldiers.
This attack reduces Russia's
ability to conduct combat operations
in the Sumy and Kursk regions."
"Sudan
On Tuesday, a Sudanese rights group
accused the army of launching an airstrike
on a market in Darfur's Tora market,
resulting in hundreds of casualties.
The town is under paramilitary
Rapid Support Forces (RSF) control."
"Syria
A former Iranian-backed militiaman
and a general security official in
Deir Ezzor have been killed in clashes
between Internal Security Forces and
regime affiliates in Al-Bokamal city."
"Syria
Two Turkish drones were shot down over
eastern Aleppo, near the Teshreen Dam.
Fortunately, there were no
reported civilian casualties
despite the drones' remains and
shrapnel falling to the ground."
"Syria
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has
carried out airstrikes on the Palmyra
and T-4 airbases in Syria, targeting
""remaining military capabilities.""
This is the second time the IDF has
struck these airfields, with the aim of
removing any threat to Israeli citizens."
"Taiwan
Taiwan tracked 21 Chinese military
aircraft, six naval vessels,
and two official ships around
its country between 6 a.m.
on Monday and 6 a.m.
on Tuesday.
20 aircraft crossed the Taiwan
Strait median line in the countryâs
northern, southwestern, and southeastern
Air Defense Identification Zone."
"Ukraine
On March 24, Russian Shaheds launched
a massive attack on Izium, causing
significant damage to the city.
A bakery was completely
destroyed, resulting in a fire of
approximately 9,000 square meters.
The State Emergency Service units
have since extinguished the fire
and are clearing the rubble."
"Ukraine
On the night of March 24-25,
Ukrainian forces successfully
defended against a large-scale
Russian attack involving 139 drones
and an Iskander-M ballistic missile.
According to reports, 78 Shahed
attack drones and other UAVs were
downed, while 34 decoy drones went
off the radar without causing harm.
The attack affected multiple regions
in Ukraine but was repelled by a
combination of Ukrainian aircraft,
anti-aircraft missile forces,
and electronic warfare units."

In the Myrhorod district, a UAV wreckage
fell, causing damage to a hangar and
a fire that was quickly extinguished.
Two people were injured, with one being
hospitalized for suspected barotrauma.
This incident occurred during a
night attack by Russian troops using
Shaheds, which led to air alerts in
several regions, including Kyiv."
"Ukraine
A 55-year-old cyclist in Kherson
was attacked by a Russian military
drone, resulting in explosive
injuries, contusions, and shrapnel
wounds to his shoulder and leg.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
Additionally, Russian troops fired
artillery at residential areas in
Kherson, causing harm to civilians."

On March 23, the Russian Defense Ministry
reported that Ukrainian drones allegedly
attempted to attack the Glebovskoye gas
condensate field in occupied Crimea.
According to Russian sources, four
drones were shot down by air defense
systems starting at 21:00 local time.
However, there is no official
confirmation from Ukraine's military
command regarding the incident."

Ukrainian forces claimed to have
killed or wounded 1,180 Russian
soldiers over the past day.
Over 300 pieces of military equipment
were destroyed in the fighting."

A 58-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man
were injured in a Russian attack on the
Zaporizhzhia district, reportedly carried
out by Russian forces using ""Shaheds.""
The victims, who received medical
assistance, refused hospitalization."
"West Bank
Israeli forces raided the city of
Qalqilya in the West Bank, killing a
wanted terrorist who was planning an
imminent attack and two other operatives.
The suspect opened fire on troops,
who responded with live fire and
other measures, resulting in the
deaths of the three individuals.
No Israeli forces were injured."
"Belgium
A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS)
attack was launched by the Russian
hacker group NoName against several
Belgian government websites on March 24.
The attack targeted sites such as MyGov.be
and the Walloon Parliament
website, allegedly in retaliation
for Belgium's aid to Ukraine.
The attack did not pose a serious
threat, and countermeasures were in
place to resume normal operations."

Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri
Anwar Ibrahim has revealed that the
country was targeted by a cyberattack
on the digital system of Malaysia
Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
The attackers demanded a ransom of US$10
million, but Anwar firmly rejected the
demand, stating that the government
would never give in to such demands."
"South Africa
Astral Foods, South Africa's
largest chicken producer, suffered
a cyberattack on March 16, resulting
in delivery delays and lost revenue
of approximately $1 million.
The company implemented disaster
recovery protocols and confirmed that
no sensitive data was compromised.
The incident may lead to a decrease
in earnings per share for the
current six-month financial period."
"Sri Lanka
Cargills Bank in Sri Lanka
has successfully countered a
cybersecurity event involving
unauthorized access to a peripheral
system within its infrastructure.
The bank acted quickly to fortify
its systems, isolate affected
components, and engage cybersecurity
experts to mitigate potential impact
and protect customer interests.
Fortunately, there have been no
disruptions to banking operations."
"Hungary
Thousands of people protested in
Budapest against a new law that bans
the annual Pride march, citing concerns
about its potential harm to children.
The law, proposed by the ruling
Fidesz party, also allows the use
of facial recognition software to
identify organizers and attendees.
Protesters argue that the law is
an attempt to suppress any form
of protest and curtail freedom of
assembly, and many are planning to
hold the event despite the ban."

Protests are currently taking
place in three areas near the
government compound in Jerusalem.
The protests involve several hundred

Balochistan's Panjgur district for the

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC)

to the arrest of its leadership and
a crackdown on its sit-in in Quetta.
The arrests came a day after the
BYC claimed that three protesters
had died due to police action.
The BYC is demanding an end to state
repression, enforced disappearances, and
the targeting of peaceful protesters."
"Turkey
On Monday, tens of thousands of opposition
protesters in Istanbul continued to
demonstrate for a sixth night against
the arrest of Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu, a key
rival to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The demonstrations, which have spread
to over 55 provinces in Turkey, have
sparked clashes with riot police and
drawn international condemnation.
Police have arrested at least
1,130 people in the past six
days, including 43 Monday night."

Two civilians were killed in separate
incidents due to the explosion of old
landmines in the Deir Ezzor desert.
The victims were volunteering to
dismantle mines in areas controlled
by the Damascus government."
"United States
On Sunday, a small plane crashed
near the east side of Tustumena
Lake on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula,
injuring the pilot and two children.
Rescuers found the crashed
aircraft on Monday."
"United States
On Monday, several Union Pacific
train shipping containers toppled off
their car frames north of Rock River.
No one was injured in the incident.
An investigation was underway."
"France
Two French Air Force jets collided
mid-air during a training drill
near Saint-Dizier, eastern France.
The two planes were destroyed in the
crash, but all three occupants (two pilots
and a passenger) were able to eject safely
and are receiving medical attention.
Two individuals are in a state of
'relative emergency' and have been taken
to the hospital, while a third is being
treated for multi-trauma injuries."
