Mary Helena is a soul purpose act acceleration guide, life purpose hand and fingerprint analysis, and Sufi spiritual healer. I will say this before I dive into a little bit more about that. Um a couple years ago, I actually had my fingerprints read by Mary, and it was so I want to say just it was so peaceful. Like it was so like my whole system just relaxed. Like cuz there's I don't know about you, but I've spent a lot of my life trying to find what's my purpose, what am I doing in the world, and to actually have that sort of information given, and for me to just be able to go, "Okay, I don't have to do all these other things that I'm doing because somebody else is doing them. I have my own path. I have my own purpose." And so, to have you on the show is just such an honor. Thank you for being here, [laughter] Mary.

Awesome. So, tell us a little bit about yourself. Like, um I know you've had some spiritual awakenings. You've had multiples. But, like, were you like spiritual as a kid?

Um I think I came in I'm a boomer, first of all, so please excuse me. So, anyway, um >> [laughter] >> I uh I think I came in in a dark night of the soul, actually. I cuz I had a very, very young age, you know, like maybe 5 years old, I remember saying, "Mommy, why am I here?
What's my purpose?" And they're looking at me like, "What?" And then, you know, back then the answer was no, love and serve God. I'm like, "Oh, that's interesting. Uh I don't know if I want to know God because he killed his son." So, uh cuz we had crucifixes around the house. So, uh anyway, uh I think I let it go for a while, uh but it was always a deep soul yearning. It's like, "What am I doing here? Where's the manual?" It's like, "Come on, where's the book? You You got me down here. It's like, where's the manual? Where's the uh operation manual?" So, um you know, that was always my quest from a very young age.
And so, that's now when I have a way to help other people with that deep question, that's my joy to give it back and in my mission and part of my purpose, you know. It's my purpose and part of my mission. And um yeah, because we're all here um we're all here unique designs, creation of source, expressing source exactly what the world needs today. So, when we're in alignment with it, it's like everything can go well. We can We get to bring heaven to earth and each of us is a particular recipe and flavor of source and with exact gifts that the world needs. So, go figure. It's all figured out before we came in. Uh and now, thank goodness, uh I was a pioneer and now, you know, with COVID, everybody said ask them, "What's my purpose?" Cuz even when I was doing the life purpose readings back 25 years ago, nobody had the question. It was very few and far between. So, I'm thrilled. So, the world the collective is awakening.
We're all awakening in one way or another.
>> [gasps] >> I love that. That's great. A great Yep, we are all awakening and then it's all different, right? So but you had a few different where you where you consider them to be awakenings. Tell us about maybe your first one.
Yeah, well when I was in high school, I went to Catholic school and in order to graduate, you had to go to a retreat.
So I went to a retreat.
Um It was all girls retreat.
And something they read a letter from my mother who wrote a letter it was really it just broke my heart open. It was all of a sudden my heart just through the crying because I had I'll just tell you what happened and I'll tell you why. Anyway, so I was listening to them write this secret letter that I my mother wrote to me that was supposed to be read at the retreat and all of a sudden my heart just blasted open because it just cracked me open. I just wept and I just cracked me open and I went into this state of unity consciousness and unconditional love.
And I was in another universe or another realm. I I was in the world but not of it. And I'm looking around as like is anybody else feeling this? Is it like oh my god, it's like I didn't know what to do. And the retreat people didn't pick up on it. And I was just in this state.
It's not it's a state of just wow.
You know, this this is real. It was the first time I had experienced something real.
So um and now I know as a Sufi which is a path of the heart that and also from think there's a great book with Greg Braden who also wrote a book about this and teaches about this.
That our heart energy centers are actually in our heart organ are encoded with success and activations but it takes emotions. It takes, you know, it takes a death. It takes a suicide. It takes sometimes deep things, death of a child, to wake people up or just it's emotional. Being deeply emotional can We're already encoded for success through the heart chakra.
Yeah.
That's been my path. Yeah.
I've never actually heard that before, but that actually makes sense cuz most of my guests are like, "Yeah, I had this really traumatic event. I lost somebody or something happened." It's not always that way, but a lot of times it's like something traumatic happened and then they're like and then they like suddenly can Like for me, I suddenly became clairvoyant. Yeah. I could see the spirit realm.
So, um, and then like you had a, you know, that unity consciousness at 17, but then you said you had another awakening at 30. That That one was different, right?
Yes, it was still the heart energy center cuz that's been my path. For some people, it's the third eye. It's the kundalini spine thing, but for me, it's been the heart. What, you know, activating through the heart. So, yeah, 30 years old and living in Atlanta, having a good time and I was in corporate sales and uh, it was interesting. I was driving home from a client and I kind of heard it's like, "Your life's going to change." I'm like, "Ooh, that's cool." And it's like, "What's that mean?" So, I went out that night dancing and uh, I met this young man. It was just It was a connection, right? And we dated a couple of times and we had sex, but through the So, So, it might as well be honest here.
So, through the union of really merging, our souls all of a sudden, both of us, our souls blasted open. We were in another realm and again, unity consciousness, love. Uh, there is no me.
There is no he. There is no she. There is just like, "Wow, what's this? What's this?" And And that went on for like a month or two. And I was like, "Woah, woah." You know, we kept dating, not a lot, but dating. Well, turns out he was a co-cat. And >> [laughter] >> Anyway, that relationship ended very shortly. And me I was in deep depression after that. It's like because I made the mistake of associating that state and realm of being It might boring you? It [laughter] might No, okay. I'm coughing, sorry. Oh, okay, sorry.
I think I'm really yawning. Anyway, um what happened was I made And this is the I pray for anybody that else that has this issue and I have helped a lot of people with this issue. I made the mistake of attaching unconditional love and soul opening and unity consciousness that it had to come from him.
That that was my twin flame and I had to live with him for the rest of my life or I was not going to have it.
So, again, because I'm older, there wasn't the tools back then to help me understand what was going on.
So, for some people twin flames are real.
And for some people, like me, it was an activation.
And I found out later through meditation and understanding that actually we had a contract from past lives where we agreed to activate each other in this life. But we weren't meant to be lifetime partners. He had a path and I had a path.
So, I hope that helps somebody out there because nobody explained it to me.
Yeah, that's very helpful. Like we do, we have these like really profound moments and then we want to make them mean something that they don't necessarily mean. So Right, right.
Yeah. [clears throat] So, how did you how did you work through that?
Well, actually uh it brought me to my spiritual path.
Because the Sufi path is about love, is about unity consciousness, is about being, you know, God realization that we you know, to act to be the hands and feet and mouth and and eyes of the divine in this world.
So, I guess I'll thank him for that.
>> [laughter] >> But meanwhile, and it sent me on the search, well, how can I have this again?
You know, I want to live like this all the time.
Right? So, uh that's what happened. And then it was several years later though um is when I had my next act ex- activation.
And um so, it's it's always been a path and for all of us, it's very rare that we wake up and it's like, oh, life is great for the rest of our lives.
>> [laughter] >> We wish it would be like that.
Um but people can have I've met people cuz you know, it through my healing practice that have had extraordinary awakenings, you know, Kundalini awakenings.
But it's it also affects the mind and then you don't know what to do with it. And some people end up in uh maybe in the mental ward or you know, or it's I've seen that a few times um because they don't know where to go. So, my advice for everybody, you know, have profound experiences, find somebody that's already done it, been there, a guide that knows the path.
So, it sent me to my guide, which was a Sufi saint who brought a healing school to America from Jerusalem.
And that set me on my path of awakening through the heart energy center. Oh, that's beautiful. Can you say a little bit more about what Sufism is?
Yeah, Sufism is a path. Uh it's a path of the heart.
Uh some people say it's the mystical form path of Islam. You know, that each religion has its hidden secrets.
And uh I was fortunate to meet a Sufi saint from Jerusalem who is bringing this path to America for the first time, the teachings to America.
And it's a path of opening to taste and feel and be the divine love through the heart energy center.
And once that's purified and beautified, that's when the third eye opens. So, we start with the heart and the purification because the heart energy center is a hologram. It contains everything.
And it contains your soul, your your spirit, your mind, your body, and of course your emotions and your body.
So, it's an elegant path uh because it contains everything.
Sufi says, "Why do you think you're a small star when you contain the whole entire cosmos within you?" And it's that's the truth, but guess what? It's in the heart. It's not in your head.
>> [laughter] >> But we think Yeah, [laughter] but we think it is.
It's like, "How come I can't understand it?" Right. [gasps] Well, that's great. Yeah, that's great advice. Like if if you're new to the path or something's going on for you, get help, you know, get somebody who can help you through this. Um I also, when I had my spiritual awakening, did not have any real mentors around yet, you know. I eventually found them, but um but you're like, "What I don't know what to do with this." Right. Yeah, exactly. And it can be Yeah. And you're you could be out of this world, too, and you're like kind of you really do need support.
Right. Yeah.
So, you said you didn't up having another awakening a few years Uh, a few years later. Can you tell us a little bit about that? Yes. So, yeah, it's been a journey for me and which reminds me not everybody can wake up like instantly. Right? For some people and sometimes it's safer not to wake up so instantly. But, you know, we all have our paths. So, there's no judgment. So, yeah. So, um, in 2018, I, uh, went on a spirit to spiritual journey to Morocco to visit the saints of Morocco, the Sufi saints of Morocco.
And, uh, it was the most profound of all of my activations. And so, I went and sat with the the journey is to sit with the saints because they don't die. They're still alive in their tomb. Alive as if, you know, they're warm. Their body doesn't deteriorate and they're still, you know, their spirit's alive and their body's still alive. Not breathing, but, you know, it's it's fully there. Wow.
>> So, anyway, I would went and sat with the, the tomb. They They call it the makam of the of the saint, uh, Moulay Idriss I Mashish, uh, Moulay Salam Idriss I Mashish. And as I was sitting there, I got this transmission. This light came down from his his being and I saw that what he carried for the world, he was called a qutb, q u t u b.
And what it is is there were certain beings that were on the planet holding this planet during the dark times. And he was one of those beings. And I saw this light that came down from the top of the heavens all the way through my being and straight into the center of the earth.
And it was if I can't even describe it, but it was a feeling of beyond peace in this world. Like this deep, deep, deep, deep, deep peace combined with unconditional love. And it just like flooded my being and it grounded me in this and I saw what he carried and I just wept. I'm like, I want to carry this. And then I heard and heard that I'm from this light, that this is my spiritual DNA. I'm like, oh, this makes so much sense and I wept and I wept and I wept and it was like I'm not just from this family that I was born into because I didn't It's like come here, come on, this can't be all there and it is.
And so that really activated me in such a deep way and then my healing um abilities really magnified, started exponentially magnifying after that and it was that was is the most profound one that I had and the realization that we're not who we think we are.
Right? And we have a spiritual DNA, like we come from certain lights. Like each religion and path has certain light and path and this was mine and I finally found my family.
My real family. Yeah. Does that make sense? Yeah, that's beautiful.
So, what So, what opened for you? Like what in that that third one? Yeah.
Yeah, um what would open was I knew who I am I know who I am.
I know what I carry. I have something real to give to the world for the people and for the collective and for also ancestral clearing.
And it really just and opened my spirit and um healing more from my soul and my spirit and not from myself or from chanting or different outer things. Just really opened up a lot.
Okay. Great. So, Does that make sense?
Do Yeah, what did you end up doing with it? Like, how do you Well, I want you to talk a little bit about like how do you serve people now?
Well, I do it through the life purpose readings, too, because I a lot of times that wakes people up or confirms to them who they are. It's like, you know what?
We kind of know who we are. We know what our gifts are, but when somebody looks at your hands and fingerprints and say, "Look, this is uniquely you. This is who you are." Um it just like helps them embody it. It's like, "Okay, she doesn't know me from anything and I always had this feeling. I knew there was something more and she just said it." And they helps them step into it. So, that's one way, but the other way is through the Sufi healing, which is really profound.
It's like energy healing using being a conduit for the divine light through the lineage that I came from.
And the lineage is from the prophets, from Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Muhammad, all of them. And so, the prophets were the ones that kept the light alive on this planet. Kept trying to give the message.
Kept trying to give the message. And now we're it. So, so we're the prophet and prophetesses of our time and we're here to be the message, to be the healers, to you know, each prophet had its gift. And so, it's not about the religion. It's like these beings, you know, probably galactic. I don't know.
Say [laughter] whatever you want about it, but they were they were realized beings. We put it that way. And so, I want to be like them. And so, it's like that's the light. It's not me doing it anymore. It's the divine light doing it through me. Does that make sense? Yeah.
>> Yeah, that's great. Yeah.
So, what would you say to somebody who's maybe just having a spiritual awakening?
Like, what sort of advice would you give them? What would you If you could have given yourself advice in the old days when you first had some of these awakenings, what would you have told yourself?
I would guess it would have been more in gratitude because I wanted more. I want more. I want more.
And the other thing is you know, I didn't know that there was anybody around. Maybe there was.
Um, but I know there are people on the planet now who are awakening. We're all awakening together and there's an expert in every field and every kind of awakening there is.
And so I have seen have helped people who ended up really they didn't because it can put you in an in an altered state that some people would say is mental illness.
And it's not mental illness. So if it's a Kundalini awakening, you can tell through your spine, your third eye blasts open, then find somebody with Kundalini awakenings who's been there before and somebody that's been on a path, a master. I was blessed to have a real master on the planet that it is a really a guide who's been he knows the path of the heart because that was my awakening. Um, but there is somebody for everybody and probably you're one. You know, call Venus. You know, if you've had a Kundalini awakening, call Venus.
>> [laughter] >> You know, if you if you're having heart awakenings, you can call me. But and um uh I do have a fifth gift here, 15 minutes if anybody wants to talk about anything that's has to do with their heart opening or unity consciousness, anything like that. Um, I'm always always help you know, help. If I can't help you, I'll find somebody that can. Mm, that's such a beautiful gift. Thank you for that. Um cool. So is there anything if if you would like our listeners they're all you know they're here for something, right? So, if they're listening they're looking for something.
So, what would be some advice maybe that you would give somebody that was listening or watching?
Well, couple things. Um if you think you have a twin flame you it might just be an activation. So, really because a lot of times twin flames uh I see a I've worked with a lot of these uh this issue. A lot of time you know, we're not to meant to be with our twin flames our whole life because it's too intense.
And a lot of times people it's not going to show up statistically that they're going to be your age, the right sex, and a spiritual person.
>> [laughter] >> Uh you know, call somebody find out, you know, and and again when these big things happen it takes time to integrate it.
And so, to not make pictures from the mind, oh this means this. Oh I just you know, I'm in love I'm I I have unconditional love. Well, it's going to be from this this must be to my twin flame or whatever it is and no matter what it is it takes walking, it takes help, it takes healing and it's always a journey and it can always get bigger and better.
Right? So, we all need help. We can't do it alone anymore. The stage of Aquarius, right? And more and more people are awake. We can we can do this.
And at the same time a lot of us are clearing ancestral Am I talking too much? You can shut me up.
And a lot of we're also clearing many of us especially the pioneers, the boomers, you know, we we did do some stuff even if if it doesn't look like it on the outer.
Um we are here to clear ancestral memory, too. So, we're clearing all karma so that this whole planet is awakening and going into fifth and sixth and higher dimensions now. The planet of love.
And so one more thing too is what's happening lately in my healing practice is that physical diseases now are not always physical. There's a big spiritual component to it. Mhm. And I learned this myself. I woke up one morning and I every single joint in my body was was in pain and I couldn't get out of bed. I was just like frozen in bed.
And it's like I went to doctor after doctor after doctor, you know, and I don't usually go to doctors. I went to a lot of spiritual healers and all of a sudden I realized I was in meditation and my spirit opened up and I saw that my body was carrying multiple generations, mother side, father side, my ethnic background of people that were in debtors prison.
Mhm. And I saw myself shackled in my neck, my wrists, my ankles, and all the all the joints. Right.
I as I cleared all of that, see it's happening fast now, the awakening on the planet. As I cleared all of that, no more body pain.
I was hiking the next day.
That's wonderful.
>> So, I don't know what the message is.
There's help out there. We're all awakening.
You're not crazy. Even if you're awakening to the game isn't the make we're living in a matrix, that's a huge awakening.
>> [laughter] >> So sorry.
Yeah. Yeah. We're all waking up to something right now.
>> [laughter] >> Yeah, we are, right? It's all good. It's all good. Yeah.
Yeah, that's great. And so and do you have a practice a physical practice in Sedona, Arizona, one of my favorite places on the planet? Oh, me too. Yes.
Yes. Yes, I do have a home office and so I see clients here for life purpose readings and Sufi healing. And I also offer Sufi heal Oh, both. Sufi healing and uh hand readings remotely by having people do their ink prints and they send me their ink I send them a hand kit. They make their ink prints, they send me them, then we do a Zoom session. So, that's the other beautiful thing about these days.
