One thing I am going to promise you

today on this Friday,

sunny out here in Montana,

and we're not gonna talk about poop today,

I think.

I shouldn't.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

It's lunchtime.

What's going on, everybody?

Welcome to Lunch with the Clydesdale and

the Cowboy.

On remote again in the state of Montana.

Scott's on remote.

I'm still at my office.

It's a beautiful day here, too.

Look at that.

Yeah.

Hey, we have those mountains here, too.

You should.

They're probably real.

I assume.

Anyway, who am I for assuming?

It's probably not a great idea.

Anyway.

Okay.

Gosh, I have a lot to talk about.

We had an earthquake this morning.

Get out.

No.

No.

So I was telling you before we went

live that my wife sleeps with the TV

on.

Yeah.

Which makes it nice in the morning because

when I wake up earlier than her,

I can just turn on the show I

want to watch.

As long as I don't adjust the volume,

we're good.

Yep.

Perfect.

Got a little Keurig.

Went ahead and threw some coffee together.

Sat down,

started watching Get Up this morning.

And I'm sitting here.

and we have some loud neighbors here in

the hotel and all of a sudden like

the building just shook and i was like

what the hell are they moving upstairs

what is going on right like what the

hell is or did a semi pull in

the parking lot or something like yeah

because it wasn't like it rattled big it

turned out um my daughter called and said

hey did you guys feel the earthquake and

i said oh is that what that was

And she said, yeah,

it was a four point oh.

Oh.

Yeah,

so I guess like I guess under zero.

Yeah,

I've never really experienced much of

earthquakes in my life,

but I guess a four oh isn't like

super bad.

I when you get up over five is

when like things really start rocking.

Right.

But maybe it was enough to get your

attention.

Yeah.

yeah well i definitely noticed that i will

say that like yeah i knew something was

going on and i i did not earthquake

did not enter my mind i would not

have expected that wouldn't have been my

first thought either in montana was like

oh was that a earthquake that would have

been the first thing that i thought of

either so i'm with you on that yeah

uh just for mirrors in california a four

point oh is just a fart yeah

It wasn't like it didn't send me into

a panic or anything,

but I did notice like,

what the hell was that?

Were you more panicked at dinner night

before last at that earthquake or at this

one that happened this morning?

Exactly.

Flatulence is in an earthquake quite the

trip.

Yeah.

We haven't really gone and done anything

like touristy.

It's just been hanging out with our kid

and loving on her and doing all that

kind of stuff.

um let's face an earthquake it's an

earthquake yeah but i assume i never i've

never actually experienced one i feel like

that's kind of a it's kind of a

generalization it's kind of like saying a

hurricane is a hurricane because they're

not all created they are not

i've been in a lot of those yeah

and they're not all created equal they are

not um and you know growing up in

the eighties do you remember when the

world series was going on and the

earthquake hit and like the bridges

collapsed yeah this was nothing like that

right pieces of uh the giant stadium were

like falling down around people's ears and

yeah yeah

We weren't in that kind of class of

earthquake,

but it definitely got my attention this

morning.

You were in the class of,

is something going on upstairs?

Yeah.

Exactly.

Oh, Dennis.

KDL with growing up in the eighties.

Yeah.

I probably say that a lot.

We probably need another sign from that

too.

I mean, it's true.

When I grew up,

I was born in seventy seven.

I grew up in eighties.

i grew up i was born in you

go so i was um i was you

know an active teenager in the eighties my

aunt was stuck in traffic for that bridge

that day thank god for traffic one day

of her life you ain't lying you ain't

lying yeah that was

dude that was that's one of those things

like that one of those sites you never

ever forget i know we talked about nine

eleven earlier um on the show those are

a couple of moments that i just will

never ever forget no same california

earthquake was crazy it was wild to say

the very least

Yeah.

Like it's the space,

the space shuttle challenger.

That was that, that I'll never forget.

Cause it was the T the first time

it went into orbit.

So like,

or on the shuttle and like our,

our classes,

they wheeled in the TVs for the classes

to watch it.

Yeah.

Back when you could,

back when you had to wheel the TV

in because it was not flat.

I was seven.

We watched it on TV.

Just explode right there on TV.

It's absolutely insane.

We had two teachers at my high school

that applied to do that.

They applied to be that person.

Can you imagine?

Like Seema's aunt going,

thank God I'm in traffic after that

happened.

Like, thank God they didn't pick me.

Sorry,

my wife just finally got her transcripts

from one college to the next one applied.

She'd been trying to fight with us.

She got the UL.

She just sent me a text.

Dude, transcripts are...

That whole process is so stupid.

They sent them.

USF sent them.

Like, as soon as she got it,

you know, hey, I'm transferring, blah,

blah, blah, whatever,

and they sent them over.

And UL... And this was... It's been...

Over six months, well over six months.

And UL just said that they got them

today.

Well, and like, I don't,

I don't know what it is today when

I,

cause I went to a lot of colleges,

man, like a lot, like way too many,

my fifteen year bachelor's degree,

like included several institutions.

But back then they were very picky.

Like the transcripts had to be in paper.

They had to be sealed with a mark

so you could tell they weren't opened and

tampered with and

All of that stuff, man.

Now it's probably digital and all that

stuff.

But what you would think would be a

whole lot easier.

Hey, did you get that email?

Oh, I don't know.

What do you mean?

You don't know.

How can you not know?

Like,

I understand you probably get a whole lot

of them.

There's a search function.

Right.

And most businesses, like if you,

you have, you make a transcript email box.

Yeah.

All go into that.

And that's all we do.

No.

Not at one of the public universities in

Louisiana.

Sorry.

I just Vermeer says he was in California

for the seven point two in twenty ten.

I thought my mom was going to flip

over completely.

Just your mom or her house.

I'm confused.

She I'm not spry for her age.

She just got up and she's got to

do a little bit before I do a

backflip.

Oh, the house.

Okay, cool.

Got it.

That's not a cam scattered,

but although cam could probably flip a

house, I'm sure he probably has,

or at least tried to,

it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Yeah.

That dude is something else.

Um, I went to my,

that birthday party yesterday for the

It wasn't as bad as I thought it

was going to be.

We actually had a really good time.

But at like ten thirty Montana time last

night, which is midnight thirty my time,

I'm like, I'm done.

Like, guys, I. I've been done.

And my daughter's like, you come on,

you can stay.

Come on.

No, no, I can't.

I cannot.

It's Corey.

I'm sorry.

Like, this is all I got.

yeah and you got me this far and

finally i talked her into like it was

okay and uh she handed me her car

keys and i drove back to the hotel

and i crashed yeah out cold i'm sure

um scott tell the people you told me

how long did that uh did that party

go on for that that party went on

until four a.m montana time

That had been six in the morning,

Scott's time,

which is pretty sure it's pretty close to

when you get up in the morning,

isn't it?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yes, Joseph Ramirez.

If I am invited to a party,

better start at four p.m.,

be done by seven fifteen.

Have you ever seen that banner?

You know,

you get like happy birthday banners and

what you can hang up.

There's one that says,

please leave by nine.

That is like my wife's, like,

if you come into the house,

we love y'all.

Y'all come over, hang out,

but you're going to have to go home,

go on and go back to your house

by about nine o'clock because we're going

to sleep.

My daughter said to her guests,

are you guys leaving anytime soon at two

a.m.?

That went two more hours.

And finally, at four a.m., she said,

you guys can stay,

but I'm going to bed.

yeah love y'all hang out i'm going to

bed lock the front door jesus man uh

george wang says my wife finished the

boston marathon ten minutes before the

bombs i had a friend that that was

in the boston marathon the year the bombs

were there i knew two people that were

there gosh man that was crazy too

Yeah.

I know two people that were there.

I was still, like,

ninety percent in my runner mode at that

point in time.

Not that I was ever going to be

able to qualify for Boston,

but looking at what my time would have

been, I was like, man,

I wouldn't have been far away somewhere in

that area whenever it blew up either.

Not far behind it.

You know, imagine running up on that.

Like,

all of a sudden there's chaos and just

shit just going crazy the entire time.

And you've been minding your business with

your earbuds in this entire time.

Wild, dude.

When I visit,

my daughter's there getting ready to go

out when I'm getting my jammies on.

Fergie, I remember being,

clearly being at Nickel State University

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in,

in, in, in,

When I was bouncing in the,

in the club,

like nobody even showed up until ten

thirty eleven o'clock no we had to show

up for work at eight and we basically

just got into trouble but from eight to

ten you get paid to hang out yeah

And you're paid to hang out.

Like, what are y'all doing?

Oh,

we just sit around here waiting for these

people to show up.

And then once there's enough people in

there and you kind of disperse out into

the crowd and go do your actual job.

But even if it's a relatively calm night,

you're still just getting paid to watch

people, which is fun.

I will say that when I spent I

spent many, many nights in a DJ booth,

either running lights or actually playing

music and whatnot.

And you see a lot of crazy shit,

especially if you're in the one that's up

and elevated where you can see down into

it.

You can see a whole lot of crazy

shit going on from up there.

It's a perfect.

That was my station in the, in,

as Trent puts it, the club.

That was my station.

I was right beside the DJ booth watching

the dance floor.

Yep.

Cause that's where a lot of the shit

went down.

Well, yeah.

You got a whole bunch of people out

there.

Everybody's drunk.

Everybody's dancing around.

Someone bumps into somebody.

Someone spills a drink.

Does not take much.

Does not take much.

But in that downtime is when we built

the potato gun and tried that.

Someone bought a blow gun.

We played around with that from eight to

ten.

The dude I used to work for,

Grady Barrett.

Um, when he was in his,

cause he's a restaurant owner now,

so he's calmed down quite a bit,

but like he would get a blower or

I say he would get a blower.

He had a blower, like a leaf blower.

He taped a paint,

paint roller to the end of it and

would put toilet paper rolls on it and

just sit there and just.

run it, you know,

he would take a handful of napkins and

stuff it in there and just turn it

on and get stuff to blow everywhere.

Cause like we had to clean it up

anyway.

So who gave, who gives a shit?

And like, it got people excited.

Like,

even though it was ridiculously stupid,

like it got people excited to, uh,

to do,

you would do stuff like that all the

time though.

One of the bartenders,

Kenny would take ever clear in his mouth

and blow fire with it from behind the

bar every now and again.

Like,

it was a wild time at Bullwinkle's back

in mid-'nineties, mid to late-'nineties.

Joseph Ramirez, if I get a DJ gig,

I need to prepare myself for a few

days for the late night.

There's no way I can do it nowadays.

You need a few days after to recover.

Yeah,

there's no way I can do it nowadays.

One of my best friends is still spinning

records, and he's got a career career.

And I'm like, Wayne,

I don't know how you do that, dude.

It's insane.

Yeah.

I quit drinking a few years ago,

and I can honestly say people are not

as funny or cute as they think they

are in the club.

That's a fact.

Here's the deal.

I quit drinking a couple of years ago.

I've learned that I can recover from

drinking a lot way easier than lack of

sleep.

Oh, yes.

Yeah.

Absolutely, dude.

Absolutely.

If I accidentally,

so I'll have right now probably about two

drinks a month.

If I mess around on one of those

nights and have two drinks in the night,

I'm like, man,

I feel it the next day, right?

If for whatever reason,

whatever wild ass reason,

I'm up till midnight,

it's a problem the next day yeah i

feel like hammered ass and all i did

was not sleep like everything because the

two things don't usually coincide if i

have two drinks i am going to be

in bed by nine thirty at the latest

maybe ten o'clock if i am if i

can't sleep for whatever reason if i'm

sick you know whatever's keeping me awake

the next day i am not going to

be a fun person to be around at

all i will be miserable

Yeah,

they were drinking last night at the

party.

I was the only one not having any

beverages.

It's just,

at this age and where I'm at with

everything, it's just not worth it.

Like none of that is,

the benefit does not outweigh what happens

after.

No.

So, oh, look at Kate.

I'm not counting,

Ramirez is counting days.

I am not counting days.

My wife's got a day count going on.

She's somewhere in year two,

two and a half, something like that.

If I asked her right now,

she could tell me how many days she's

in.

Kate Curry.

Kate said they got a wedding tonight.

Need to be at a GM Mustangs there

tomorrow morning.

Going to be the most boring guest ever.

So I feel that, Kate.

I have a gala to attend tonight that

me and Jeff are actually going to be

working as a part of.

And we have EMOM company camp that I

got to be at tomorrow morning.

um at six o'clock is whenever we're

starting and mandeville is an hour and

fifteen minutes from my house which means

i need to like get up at four

ish somewhere along that line to drive

over there and make sure i'm over there

enough time to park get out get ready

to get started so i'm with you there

kate not gonna be not gonna be a

great night uh irish goodbye right after

the vows yeah

You may kiss the bride.

Hey, out of here.

See you.

Good luck.

Irish goodbyes, not even that.

Irish goodbyes.

Has anybody seen Scott?

Oh, he left.

Oh, I guess he left.

I don't think he's not there anymore.

Trane says the only thing she's drinking

these days is water and thirdsy.

You know where you can get your Thirdsy.

Thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy.

Get the fifteen percent off that Thirdsy

Kate said Kate's got the right idea.

No, we're going to eat first.

And then dip up.

Got to fuel up for that six thirty

a.m.

Got to fuel up,

but we got to be there in the

morning, but we don't eat.

And then we're going to dip out.

Love it.

Kate's house of recovery going.

Yeah, she looks like she's lifting again.

I have her phone number.

I could probably just text her instead of

making her call her out on this show.

Yeah, I always keep an eye on Kate.

Love the Masters community.

Yeah.

Hopefully we'll have some exciting news

for the Masters community in the coming

weeks.

We'll see.

We'll see.

Fingers crossed.

Saying my prayers.

Doing all the things.

Four-leaf clovers, horseshoes, whatever.

uh fergie says the crazy thing is i'm

saving eight hundred dollars a month by

not drinking and eating out i that's

really interesting because i don't know

what i'm saving because i don't really pay

attention to that stuff and i always find

another way to spend the money but but

um the money that he didn't sit i

know that i have boards cory knows i

have been really strict on my diet and

stuff for the last for since the beginning

of the year since the beginning of the

year yep

And here and not having control of all

that and being at like my daughter's place

yesterday and having to eat out because we

couldn't check into the hotel.

And dude, I feel like crap.

Oh, I bet.

My stomach was so mad at me last

night.

like and that was the other reason i

was like hey i got to get out

of here like i need to go home

and just go to the hotel and just

be in my my soft bubble uh to

to do what i need to do be

in the bubble that i know that i'm

normally in during the course of my day

i uh i i akin it to if

you've ever done a whole thirty

And then you start adding stuff back in

and you figure out what was not agreeing

with you to begin with is how it

feels if you haven't eaten out in forever,

right?

And then you've been eating clean,

you know the things you're supposed to,

and all of a sudden you eat something

that's way outside of your comfort zone.

Your body's like,

Hey, man, what is this?

Because it's not fun, dude.

Dude, I didn't even, like,

so we ate Mexican.

I had fajitas.

Like, I'm trying to, like,

make the best choices I can.

Right.

And then yesterday,

my daughter put out a charcuterie board,

and I was like, okay.

But I grabbed too much of, like,

the salami and the cheese,

and my body did not like that, dude.

Yeah.

Greasy and fatty.

And I... Yeah.

Oh, I bet.

I absolutely bet.

And we have a suite.

So we have like a kitchen and everything

in this hotel room.

And so I have food here that I

can...

I'm sorry, Scott's got sweet money.

Yeah, yeah.

Come on, dude.

It's not like that.

I'm not at the Ritz Carlton.

I'll tell you that.

I'm at the Sleep Inn.

Excuse me, Mexican food in Montana.

Yeah.

It was actually really good.

And they were authentic Mexican when we

went in.

Trust me.

Mexican food is everywhere, dog.

I don't know what you heard about Mexican

food in Montana.

That's like,

you mad there's Mexican food right down

the street from me?

Right here in Louisiana?

You can't throw a rock around here and

not hit a Mexican restaurant.

There's three of them I can think of

that I could walk to from my office

if I needed to.

be about a yeah twenty minute walk for

one of them probably about thirty minute

walk for the other one but we could

walk there if we if we absolutely and

not a not a taco bell no not

like an actual mexican restaurant uh

instead of our prosciutto is where it's at

yeah she had that there too i i

had a couple that short coochie board yeah

and actually uh this is for meg and

i and i don't see her in the

chat but uh she actually had huckleberry

jam

Oh, try it.

Meg has told me I've got to do

some huckleberry stuff out here.

The huckleberry jam was so good.

So good.

I don't know what a huckleberry is other

than what Val Kilmer told me in Tombstone.

Right.

And he'll be one.

But other than that, it was really good.

I said to her, man,

if I had a jar of peanut butter,

a nice slice of sourdough like that would

have been awesome i don't know what is

it sweet is it sour is it tart

i've never had one so it's i would

say it leans towards blueberry but it has

some of like the raspberry-ish flavor to

it as well okay

But again, dude, I don't know.

Philip says it grows on a buckle bush.

It grows on a buckle bush.

That's where a huckleberry comes from.

Huckle buckle.

Makes perfect sense.

I'm with that.

yes mark phillips tons here and they

change name every few months um we've had

the place that we that we like now

that's the probably the newest place or

one of the newer places in town has

been three different things since it's

been opened or since i've lived here

anyway past almost ten years now um

and currently it's a Mexican joint and

it's pretty good.

They got a, uh,

basically fajitas that they serve inside

of a, uh,

hollowed out grilled pineapple with like

some sauce that goes in it.

Bruh.

It's absolutely insane.

I don't, I don't hate that.

No.

Huckle Bush.

He, oh yeah.

Um,

what else do we want to talk about

today?

Um,

One interesting thing,

one last thing on the party is sure.

One of my favorite movies of all time.

And it's and it's not well liked or

received or whatever, but I don't care.

Is the Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Okay.

The old Disney movie with Nick Cage.

Oh, is that one?

Gotcha.

The guy who

plays Kirky in She's Out of My Leg

is The Apprentice.

But the kids at this party,

that's one of their favorite cult movie

watches.

And I was like, really?

So you were discussing cult movie culture

with some twenty-somethings?

Outstanding.

That's a good time right there.

And I love that movie.

I love it.

But they were researching why it didn't do

well.

And I guess it came out the same

time as Harry Potter and got kind of

put on the back burner.

Like, hmm, a magic movie,

sorcerer movie about young kids at a

school or one with Nicolas Cage.

Yeah,

Nick's probably not going to win that

fight.

Yeah.

Which sucks.

Nick had a great toupee in that one,

though.

Oh, yeah.

His toupee was on point.

I mean, let's be honest.

His hair pieces, depending on the movie,

are either spot on or like, holy smokes,

he shouldn't be wearing that.

Right.

There's that.

Why do people dog on Nick Cage?

And I said, well, he overacts everything.

Everything.

Everything.

Sometimes it works when it's over the top,

if the rest of the movie's over the

top.

Like him in The Rock.

Yep.

Just thinking that.

It works because it's The Rock.

Face Off, it works.

Face Off.

You have the two biggest over-actors in

Hollywood.

That's why it works, though.

It's because the movie itself,

we've talked about this,

how insane the premise is, right?

But then you got Travolta on one side,

him on the other one,

and they're just both chewing scenery the

entire time they're on screen.

That's why it works.

It's fun.

Con Air was a rough hair day.

on air was a whole lot of rough

as far as hair day is concerned but

have you ever seen the uh the with

uh who was the bad guy in con

air uh malkovich malkovich with malkovich

where he was talking to somebody about

getting the script to con air

I haven't seen that, no.

So it's one of his actor friends, right?

And, like,

he had done a lot of stage stuff,

and he was staying at his house for

the weekend,

and he got the script for Con Air.

Malkovich did.

He said, picked it up,

read a couple pages, put it down.

His buddy, who was, like, he's a very,

you know, actor, acting, acting, acting,

blah, blah, blah, blah.

guy he said do you mind if i

read that and uh and malcolm was like

no go knock yourself out you know dude

reason night comes in the next morning

he's like i'm so glad you're not doing

that because it's so derivative and blah

blah blah blah and malkovich said oh no

no wait don't don't get it twisted

i'm doing the part it's like he says

because the dude figured because he didn't

actually read it like he only kind of

looked at it he's like it's a jerry

bruckheimer movie it's gonna do two

hundred million dollars yeah i'm doing the

part i love malkovich man he is so

yeah

So good.

Was it in the line of fire where

he tried to assassinate the president?

Yes.

With the handmaid's gun?

And, gosh darn it.

And pen parts?

Yes,

there was like all kinds of crazy stuff

he had to put together.

Now they have a TV show coming out

this fall under the same name.

I don't know how.

It has to be completely different just

like using the name.

I feel like there's a lot of that

kind of stuff going on where like they,

you know, oh, well, this is, you know,

whatever the name of this movie is.

And then, oh, and then, oh,

there's another movie by the same name.

Was it a remake of the first one?

No, no, no.

It's a completely different movie.

They just so happen to use the same.

It's like masters of the universe.

Like it, it was a,

like it knew it was a joke,

the new one.

Right.

And so they played into let's make it

just total.

It's a fun movie, dude.

I really, really enjoyed it.

Jameson loves it.

We watched it one day,

either last week or week before that.

Daddy, can we watch He-Man again?

Yes, man, we can.

Absolutely, we can.

And I got to explain some stuff to

her.

Like, oh,

when you see Lockjaw for the first time,

right?

And she's like, what's wrong with him?

I said, nothing, actually.

It's what he's supposed to look like.

I said, all these people, like that dude,

that dude, that dude, this dude,

that dude.

I said,

I had most of these boys when I

was a kid.

They were action figures.

Really?

Really?

Yeah.

She also doesn't understand.

She thinks that we had black and white

TVs and no cable and we had to

walk to school and whatnot.

And this is not from me telling her

stuff.

This is just from her thinking that it

was so long ago, clearly.

Y'all had a car?

Yeah.

We had cars.

We had a phone in the house.

We had stuff.

There is no other He-Man but Dolph

Lundgren.

Dolph Lundgren's in the new He-Man.

He is in the new He-Man.

Just so you know.

He has a cameo in the new He-Man.

It's fantastic.

And it is a good part.

It really, really is.

And it actually is very pivotal to the

storyline.

Yeah, a hundred percent.

Yes, Fergie.

Your dude, your bitch.

Loses.

Do their best.

Yeah, you gotta, you gotta, you gotta,

you gotta.

You got an Irish bro get Connery it

up or Scottish, whatever he is.

Winners get it done.

Yep.

That's fantastic.

Carla was the prom queen.

That whole scene works because like Sean

Connery saying that ending cage,

look at me.

It was Carla was the prom queen.

Like, let's go.

Yeah, I know.

We had a phone in the house.

Scouts and CrossFit probably had one

outside on a pole somewhere and actually

bring it inside.

He's Scottish.

You're right, Jeff.

My bad.

We were talking this morning about I get

a text from Corey and he's like, hey,

we got clipped by Dense Updates again.

We got clipped by Jenny.

Oh, boy.

Whenever that happens, man, it's like,

hold my breath.

What got clipped?

Because it reaches a different audience

than our show does, right?

And so you're just like,

what's getting out there?

And then it was just something I said

yesterday about PED use.

And I was telling Corey, like,

I couldn't believe that I was that

emphatic about it.

Because when I'm finished a show,

I can't even remember what we talk about.

Nine times out of ten,

I had to go back and look back.

We were talking about that yesterday.

You're right.

And

And so I couldn't watch it because my

wife was sleeping in the room and I

had to wait.

So I'm asking him, is it good?

Is it bad?

And he, and you were like, ah,

it's fine.

It's blah, blah, blah.

And then I watched it.

I was like, damn, I was, uh,

I was pretty emphatic in that.

But one thing about watching the dense

updates that I found,

this is how my mind works.

I was like, oh,

Craig Ritchie's still alive.

I said the same thing.

said the exact same thing i'm sitting

there watching it and she's talking about

all the various things and all of a

sudden craig ritchie pops up on my screen

and for a second i was like is

this an ad for something that i didn't

know about like what and then oh no

no this is still part of her her

uh her show okay cool oh craig ritchie's

still alive and he's talking about

apparently all right he's talking about

poop gate but

He doesn't commit to anything in the clips

she clips.

He's like, well,

I think maybe High Rock should be

responsible.

Oh, but maybe Joanna should.

But I don't really know.

wishy-washy what did you just say there he

didn't say anything it's a word salad it's

the way you can you can you can

be topical and you can say things but

you don't have to commit to anything and

then people just go oh yeah i know

craig mentioned that stuff this morning

and he's going about your business instead

of taking a stand and go hey man

um both of you both of them were

wrong like she should have pulled herself

out and they should have pulled her out

or one of the other or whatever or

just saying something right but instead

you just go

Well, I mean, maybe she was wrong.

Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe,

maybe.

And that's why he's no longer relevant

because why he's not actually saying

anything.

Why would you think he's dead?

Not actually dead, Birch.

I actually unsubscribe from him because I

don't need to get into why I unsubscribe

from him.

I just did.

And he doesn't show up on my algorithm

ever anymore.

And I think he's so non-CrossFit now that

he doesn't even show up in the CrossFit

algorithm.

And so when he popped up on Jenny's

show,

it's the first I'd seen him in like

a year.

She is scouring at this point,

looking for stuff to be able to find

something from him.

I think she put it in there specifically

because it's him and he actually said

something,

even though he said something without

actually saying anything.

But yeah, that's the...

We're all human.

You know who else does not show up

in my algorithm and I did not unsubscribe

to them, which is weird,

is the Buttery Bros.

never unsubscribe to their stuff and then

but for whatever and they they're still

making content because every once in a

while something will pop up and i'll see

like a i'll get a short from them

usually but their actual videos never show

up in my feed anymore it's bizarre now

just because i said it out loud and

my phone can hear it i'm sure that'll

change but uh

Oh, yeah.

Yeah, that's, yeah.

Sorry, I'm reading KDL's thing.

For a video show, Corey,

I don't know if you know that,

but if you're reading something and you

want to pull it up like that and

say...

It distracts you enough to where you

should actually read it.

I don't know if you've gotten the concept

yet of what the show is.

No, I absolutely have not.

I'm going to start making notes.

I'm going to start making notes.

Yeah, KDL said, last I saw Will Craig,

he was singing country music with Zack T.

Lander, which is...

a wild sentence in and of itself if

you know who craig ritchie actually is

like oh there was an english dude singing

country music with zach t lander of all

people oh okay cool there we go my

favorite part of this show is when corey

just drifts off like oh bro i get

it's quiet it's bad i am a dog

with a car and i don't know what

to do and i got it and

Kate, he's new here.

I am new here.

Sorry.

That's a fact.

That's a fact.

Corey is having conversation in his head

with himself all show.

Y'all have no idea how much shit runs

through my brain unfiltered all day long

that I have to stop.

My wife hates it.

And I mean with a capital hates it.

Whenever we'll be sitting at home talking

about something and then she'll go back to

doing whatever she was doing.

I'm looking at something and then

something will pop in my head.

from like two days before and I'll,

I just say it right.

I'm like, oh yeah,

this is why that whatever.

And she just looks at me like I'm

a monkey in the zoo.

Like that's been, you know,

what are you talking about?

And I'll be like, oh,

remember two days ago when we were

discussing what we needed to put on the

grocery list?

Yeah.

I just,

that just came right back into my head.

And I remember that I didn't do it

and I figured I should tell you about

it for whatever reason.

So.

I don't know if people remember this,

but you used to come on the show

every Wednesday.

We just called it Cajun Wednesday.

Yep.

And it was, it was a,

cause I was doing the show by myself

and it was like, Hey,

I just needed a break midweek, blah, blah,

blah.

And you were one of those guys that

if I knew that if I pulled the

string,

you would just go and I couldn't get

a break from like talking about things.

And there's a couple of people in the

CrossFit world that you can do that.

Uh, Dex Hopkins,

you can do that with you.

And, uh,

but then what I didn't realize is that

you, you actually pull your own string.

You just start like, Oh yeah.

Oh yeah.

That's a hundred percent.

It, I get fixated on stuff.

I am probably, this is one, uh,

another one of my friends of mine.

I am probably undiagnosed.

like some sort of attention,

something or another.

There isn't very much I believe that

because I get fixated on something for

whatever reason.

And like, I have to,

once it's in my head,

I have to get it out.

So if y'all see me a lot of

times,

Scott will say something and you'll see my

eyes light up and I get real excited

about it.

And I'm chomping at the bit to say

something.

It's because if it doesn't come out,

like bad things are going to happen.

They probably won't,

but it feels like it will.

Oh, it is fantastic.

Corey is Cousin Eddie.

Every time Catherine revved up the

microwave,

I pissed myself and forgot I was for

about a half hour or so.

That's a fact, dude.

That is a fact.

Joey knows.

Joey sat with me.

I'm telling you, dude.

They were trying to pay attention during

athlete briefing, Magic City.

And every time they would say something

that I found somewhat amusing,

I'd just lean in because I was sitting

right behind them.

I'd lean in and ask them some ridiculous

fucking question that just instantly

popped into my head.

And they would turn around and I'd get

a lot of,

Like, what the hell are you talking about?

Oh, it was fun.

We had fun.

One thing I need.

Gosh, man, I'm so nervous.

I don't know if you know this,

but I'm in a fantasy league with the

Glinton team and our team,

and I play Meg this week.

And we have a bet on the line.

If I win,

I get to purchase a Bears shirt that

she has to wear on air.

If she wins,

she gets to purchase a Packers shirt that

I have to wear on air.

I had one person play last night and

he went out of the game with a

shoulder injury in the first.

He actually got a negative point one.

So, so far so good.

So I am like,

you have got to be kidding me.

When does Monday night count for,

for this week or for last week?

This week.

This coming Monday.

So it's from Thursday through Monday.

Thursday through.

Okay.

Yeah.

That's what I meant.

All right.

So, so you got time.

You got time.

No big deal.

I got time,

but that's one player that cannot score me

any points and actually got negative a

tenth.

Yes, indeed.

Yes, she is Meg the Merciless.

That is a very good ally.

That's a deep cut right there.

That is a deep cut.

Flesh!

Savior of the universe.

I need to watch that.

God, I haven't watched that in so long.

It'll be sweeter when you win.

Gosh.

For those of y'all who don't know,

Queen made the soundtrack for two movies

that I can think of off the top

of my head,

and both of them are outstanding.

One more so than the other one,

and that's going to be Flash Gordon in

my eyes just because the stuff they did

for Highlander is great.

Highlander is such a great movie.

But you can listen to those songs in

isolation, right?

You can listen to Who Wants to Live

Forever and never have seen Highlander,

and it's still a good song.

The Flash soundtrack,

when Freddie Mercury's actually going,

Flash!

If you just heard that on the radio,

you'd be like,

what is happening right now?

Yeah.

Sorry, y'all.

Queen's just awesome.

Queen's just fantastic.

They make everything better.

So I wanted to get into this real

quick, and now we're running long,

but CrossFit and Athletics made a

partnership.

Saw that.

So now we got afflux is a afflux

is a it's a th LX.

Yeah.

The athletes at x. I don't know, dude.

It's fine.

Whenever you take the vowels out,

you're leaving it up to interpretation.

And so ethics.

Oh, look at that.

Yep.

Whatever.

Yep.

Moving along.

They partnered up.

It is a one-day event where you do

a CrossFit workout,

you do an endurance workout,

and you do a lifting workout.

Yep.

And so it's kind of like a High

Rocks one-day thing that kind of is trying

to go off the High Rocks train.

Yeah.

Which that train has,

from what Jenny said on Dense Updates this

morning,

people in Dallas are selling their tickets

off.

Like this whole scandal has created some

backlash.

I find that bizarre,

but that's how people are.

And then and CrossFit is partnered with

them.

So this is the second CrossFit partnership

with an event like that we have them

ethics.

And we have at x and we have

xenon.

Yes.

Both weird spellings and mispronunciations

left and right.

I blame proven for that, by the way.

Just taking the vowels out of stuff.

But I am telling you,

Xenom has money behind it.

Xenom is going to be bigger next year.

And the one thing that I think is

a thing that Xenom is doing right is

it's not built for elite athletes.

No, not necessarily.

It is built for the everyday athlete,

and they just want a couple elite athletes

to kind of set a bar for people

to try to achieve.

And with the ten events,

you can try to beat someone in one

event.

Like, you know what I mean?

Like, ooh,

I beat Abigail Domet in this event.

Or I beat Bill Leahy in this event,

right?

I don't think I'm going to beat Abigail

Domet in any event, but yeah,

I'm with you.

Yeah, you get the premise though, right?

But they're only going to be bigger next

year.

And I know that for a fact.

I've talked to people.

It's going to be bigger next year.

Now CrossFit's doing the ethics.

I'll never get that right.

Let's just admit that up front.

So I'm anxious to see where all of

this goes.

And does CrossFit get any...

growth off of that at all i forgot

who was talking about it but if you're

going to partner with these these events

cool that sounds great that really i like

seriously the more stuff that has crossfit

just on the title you know ethics partner

with crossfit or whatever um i don't

remember who was suggesting it but send

some red shirts there set up a booth

in vendor in their vendor area and talk

to people

If you're an official partner,

that should be a done deal.

Hey, oh, did you, how'd you,

how'd you enjoy it?

Did you go yet?

Yeah, I did.

How'd it go?

Oh man, it went great.

You know, the lift went great.

The, the, you know,

structural or whatever, you know,

the little MedCon we did at the end

was all right.

Cool.

You want to get better at it?

Here's your,

here's your nearest affiliate.

You should probably go check them out.

It's a super easy conversation to have,

right?

And every seminar staff member I have

either met or encountered,

whatever you want to call it,

they're really good with people.

That's what they do.

So like those conversations are going to

go extremely well.

If there's people there that are willing

to actually talk to them,

put up a sign,

put up their CrossFit tent and just put

up a sign.

Do you want to get better at this

event?

Come talk to us.

So Joseph,

Joseph is pushing a button for me.

This is when he says, send Hobart.

James Hobart is one person.

He is one man.

He cannot be everywhere.

But that is what CrossFit does.

They are like a dog with a bone.

Like it is that person,

let's burn them to a crisp,

doing everything and anything.

Like, hey, oh my gosh,

the boys interrupted, all these things.

Let's jump on that wagon and let's ride

it till the wheels come off.

Forget everybody else in the space.

Yeah.

Let's jump on this bandwagon.

Now Hobart's getting some run.

Okay, let's work him to death.

Let's send him out to a ranch or

a farm.

Let's send him to this.

Let's send him to...

What happened to elite athletes showing up

in an affiliate and doing a named workout

with the class?

That was a cool, cool thing.

Or just showing up and doing whatever

their class workout was that day.

Why can't you send Becky Harsh?

Why can't you send other red shirts out

there?

You have a whole tribe of them.

But hey,

don't want to get over our skis.

This is probably great.

That is the greatest pun ever.

Winter has made so far they hopped on

that pepper.

That is fantastic It is top-notch it is

probably my biggest pet peeve with the

crossfit media Is they find one?

Thing that is some some getting popularity

And let's ride that until the the wheels

come off it's it's it's akin to a

pop radio station Like there's a hot song

playing

Oh,

let's play it until everybody hates it.

Let's play it once an hour.

Let's play it once every forty five

minutes.

Let's just play it.

Play it again.

Play it again.

Play it again.

Play it again.

Play it again.

That's pro.

But that's what happened to Nickelback.

That's part of what happened to

Nickelback.

Sure.

Yeah, they came out.

They were they were good people like, hey,

they're pretty good.

And then the radio station said, oh,

you like that?

Here it is.

Seven thousand more times.

They took that approach and applied it to

the algorithm on Instagram.

Oh, you'd like the frog jumping?

Cool.

For the next six hours,

I'm going to just send you reels of

frogs over and over and over again.

I hope you like it.

Here you go.

Eat it.

Eat it.

It's like whenever you're,

if somebody's dad caught him smoking,

I was like, oh, you'd like to smoke?

All right, let's go smoke a whole pack.

No, no, no, no.

Let's not do that.

Let's not do that.

Yeah.

Look at this photograph.

Yep.

Nope.

Over and over and over and over and

over.

I was working on a oil rig.

This was in nineteen ninety six ish,

something like that during the summer

working nights and I could catch one radio

station working.

And after about three nights,

I started writing down the order of the

songs as they would play.

And they were on about a forty five

minute rotation where they would play them

and they might change up one or two.

But overnight,

you could pretty much bet it was like

these seventeen songs and then these

seventeen songs and then these seventeen

songs and then these seventeen songs over

and over and over again.

It's absolutely insane.

it's it is there are so many similarities

to that and it's it's the way of

the world and um but why force it

how many red shirts are there a lot

Right.

They are employed.

I mean,

with the amount of L one that's going

on and L twos that are going on

pretty much every weekend,

like there's enough people where it's not

just, and I understand sin Hobart,

like it's a funny thing to say,

say no bar was doing everything else.

Why not just send him, but send people,

everybody, like I said,

All the ones that I've met,

all the ones that I've encountered,

unbelievably knowledgeable,

very friendly people,

great teachers and whatnot.

Hey, you just enjoy this stuff at Zenon?

Cool.

You want to get better at it?

Go join your,

here's your nearest affiliate.

Here's why.

Here's what we actually do as far as

CrossFit is concerned.

This is why CrossFit is on the title

of this thing over and over and over

again.

You know what would be a really cool

marketing campaign or I don't even want to

call it a campaign.

This is something that has baffled me for

a long time.

And if they steal this good for them,

they need to.

All of these competition shows,

the physical, the Titan games.

Um, I don't keep naming them off.

Yeah.

All the things with competitions across

fitter.

Yeah.

Why isn't there a thing going, hey,

look what CrossFit has done for all of

these athletes and all of these reality

shows.

You want to try it out?

Check out what affiliates are closed.

Yeah, they're not hard to find.

There's literally an affiliate map on the

CrossFit app.

Yeah, they should be at these events,

and they should have that up and ready

for people to search and see what's around

them.

Easy day.

KDL,

what does that have to do with money?

Danny Spiegel and Matt Chan won the Titan

Games.

One of them was a red shirt.

I'll give you a clue as to who

it was.

It wasn't Danny Spiegel.

And Matt Chan won it in his, like,

forties.

Yeah.

Matt Chan.

So not only did he beat all the

young people.

He beat everybody.

That was even close to me in contention.

I want to say Matt is, like,

three years younger than I am.

Something along those lines.

Maybe four.

I mean,

we had Matt on the show right after

he won.

He talked all about the experience.

He talked about what CrossFit did for him.

What the hell...

CrossFit didn't take advantage of any of

that.

Here's the thing.

So you had Matt on, right?

Why didn't everybody have Matt on talking

about it?

You know what I mean?

Why didn't CrossFit go out and say, hey,

that's our guy that just won that.

Let's put out a piece of content on

it to where other people can see it

and push it and say, hey,

this is what you get if you come

into one of our places.

This is where you can go if you

want to.

Like that's what blows my mind.

Like it's missed opportunity after missed

opportunity after missed opportunity.

People want to be paid to use their

images and TV shows want money to use

their content.

Don't use the content.

Say, hey,

they don't want you to know that the

best way to win their competition is

CrossFit.

They don't want you to know because they

won't even let us show you the CrossFitter

winning their competition.

We can't even use pictures from the Titan

games because they won't even let the

athletes say CrossFit.

But you know what got them?

Here's Danny Spiegel at the CrossFit

Games.

Here's Matt Chan at the CrossFit Games.

Here's Matt Chan doing a level one

seminar.

I don't have to use a single bit

of their coverage.

I can actually say they don't want you

to know the secret behind winning these

competitions.

Sounds like a healer video.

Yeah.

And I came up with that right on

the spot, Andrew Sten.

Whenever there's a hurdle,

there's ways to clear it.

I'm either going to find a way or

I'm going to make one.

Somebody has got to.

Our taker says,

do we think CrossFit keeps up with that

stuff or do they even watch shows?

Somebody has to.

There's no way that they don't know.

If they're not,

they shouldn't be in business.

If they're not, they should not be, right.

If they're part of whatever constitution

media team nowadays and they're not

keeping up with that kind of stuff,

how can you not see it?

We know about it for Christ's sake.

If they don't know about it,

then they are,

it's a beyond a missed opportunity.

Heel yeah, Corey.

Heel yeah.

Where is it at?

We tried to reach out,

haven't heard anything yet.

Why does that stop you?

He said, Tom Holland says, I do CrossFit.

I do this workout named Cindy.

You don't need to get any cooperation.

That soundbite alone should be used.

That's all you have to do.

I think it's a,

he says it's a CrossFit workout.

I think it's called Cindy or it's called

Cindy.

And that's it.

Cut it off right there.

And then cut to a picture of him

with no shirt on.

Moving right along.

Good Lord, y'all.

I am not in any way, shape,

form or fashion a media titan.

Like that's just not that hard to figure

out.

CrossFit HQ has the largest excuse

playbook.

I do want to make,

I think there is someone with a bigger

excuse playbook, Barry,

and that is PED test positive people.

I don't know if I said it all

wrong,

but people who tested positive for PEDs

have a larger excuse book than CrossFit.

Scott, it's all,

there's like one of four excuses that they

just cycled through.

Well, the chief one,

we tried to reach out and couldn't get

a response.

Yeah.

Well,

the chief one I'm going to be at

the, the,

especially the master's age PD people is

a, well, I didn't know it was,

it was against the rules.

Yes, you did.

understand this is just flat out wrong you

can't just use somebody's picture to

promote something without their permission

even if they said something on a show

if it's on the internet and it's on

like instagram you can hit that share

button it is out there for public use

and consumption and you hit the share

button and you put it on your page

That's all you got to do.

That Tom Holland quote is all over

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, all of those.

Hit the share button and write your own

narrative below it.

You even have to put,

you just have to, hey,

CrossFit is sharing this.

We are CrossFit.

This dude right here who everybody on the

planet knows as Spider-Man is doing a

CrossFit workout.

You want to look like Spider-Man?

Go find yourself an affiliate.

wrong Ortega wrong Ortega anyway the

minute they post it's posted on a public

site like Instagram or Facebook it can be

shared legally as long as that little

arrow thing is in the bottom they have

given permission to share that yep fair

use it is fair use guys yeah

The minute they post that clip there,

they want it to be shared.

That person is trying to get it out

to as many people.

That is what social media is about.

When I post a reel,

the reels that do the best are the

ones that people share across there and

get to other people that aren't subscribed

to me.

That's why people post reels.

It's not just see the picture of Andrew

Sten's cat.

No, although.

Hey.

Well, thank you, Barry.

Well, I mean.

And CrossFit has two podcasts a week,

do they not?

You can't talk about Tom Holland saying

this on your own podcast and then clip

a reel of you talking about it and

put it on Instagram and see if people

share that?

They would.

I would, if I would see it,

if I, anytime I see something like that,

I immediately share it to see as many,

so as many people can get,

get like the message needs to be out

there as much as humanly possible.

if everybody says it like they used to

then you would get more you have more

affiliates coming back online uh it just

it it it blows my absolute mind yeah

they're busy with the valor fit guy uh

when you ask hq what they have done

they give you the mitch mcconnell face do

you think mitch mcconnell gave permission

for everybody to use his face in their

memes

I'm betting he did not.

Or anybody.

Do you think a cease and desist is

going to work?

No, he's a public figure,

meaning that people can use that.

I got a meme of, well,

I got several different ones that I

guarantee you the people whose pictures

they're on, they're not getting paid for.

It's not your intellectual property at

that point.

Yeah.

Joey Preston, Scott,

they're busy with the Valor Fit guy.

That dude has been everywhere here

recently.

He's been on like,

I want to say three.

Stop doing those things.

No.

To be fair,

Mitch doesn't even know where he is or

what planet he's on, but his people do.

Probably the people pulling the people

that are tied to him with ropes like

weekend at Bernie's.

The other two guys.

Yeah.

Elder abuse.

Absolutely elder abuse.

I hate to say it,

but I'm with Scott.

Oh my gosh,

I got KDL on my side.

KDL's on board.

What a weekend I'm going to have now.

Look, step one has been completed.

We got KDL.

Phase one has been completed.

We got KDL on board.

Now we can move into phase two,

which we don't know what it is yet,

but there's definitely going to be a phase

two.

And you know why?

Because that's just sports.

That is just sports.

Just sports.

All right, last thing.

LSU, Ole Miss, pick for tomorrow night.

As you're sitting there in your purple and

gold.

In my purple and gold?

In my actual LSU shirt?

Boy, let me think about it.

In my heart, LSU by a million.

In my head, LSU by probably,

I would say, fifteen.

Fifteen to twenty-one.

I think the talent on LSU is far

superior.

Here's a better bet.

Over, under,

and how many security guards Lane Kiffin's

going to need around him during the game?

So depending on which shady news outlet

you listen to,

LSU's bringing in extra security from

Alabama and tech in Louisiana and whatnot.

He's going to have two of the biggest,

meanest-looking Louisiana State Troopers

you've ever seen.

They're going to walk him into the

stadium.

You can pretty much bet on that.

Plus,

whatever security that Mississippi

actually needs to bring out there because

they're technically in charge of whatever

county that they're in over there.

You forgot one thing, though.

It's two of the biggest,

meanest guys ever and one guy with a

baseball mitt to catch all the golf balls,

batteries.

Oh, they're going to throw shit at him.

I can't wait.

I can't wait.

They're going to throw shit at him.

It's going to be interesting.

I'll be at Michigan State at Notre Dame

in the rain.

Damn, Joey,

why are you going to two shitty teams?

One last training exercise.

All you do is click it like that.

I know.

And make it pop up.

I'm sorry.

Everybody can see what you're reading.

I was trying to fathom why Joey would

be going to two shitty teams.

We're just watching like the battle of who

cares in the rain, no less.

Sorry.

Joey's apparently going to Michigan State

at Notre Dame,

and it's going to be raining.

Go with God, my friend.

Would love to go to Notre Dame for

a visit.

I'm with you, Barry.

I hate Notre Dame as a football team,

but the campus has got to be beautiful.

And it's just one of those things that'd

be cool to see.

Like, I'm going to Lambeau in four weeks,

even though I hate the Packers.

Yeah, I mean, that's fair.

That's fair.

I could see that.

There's a lot.

I would love to go see the Rose

Bowl just to be able to go see

it,

even though I heard it only holds like,

what,

forty five thousand people or something

like that.

It's tiny.

By college football standards,

by modern college football standards.

The Cathedral of College Football.

Oh, here we go.

Joey Perez.

Ramirez said, Joey, did you lose a bet?

my brother that sucks dude um i can't

i can't even imagine joey let me ask

you a question while you're going there

are you going to um help out um

your coach with his hairline like you can

try to give him a little bit of

see if he needs a marker to kind

of get it straightened or are we just

going to call it good with whatever he's

got

You can tell Scott isn't, ain't at work.

Show keeps going.

Yeah.

But Corey is.

So I need to be.

I am.

Yeah.

I need to go eat in here in

a little bit.

Scott,

have you seen the Airbnb Packers house

right next?

I haven't been to the stadium yet, Barry.

I'm going in three weeks, four weeks.

Week five of the NFL season,

whatever that is.

There's an Airbnb Packers house?

All right, go for it.

There's an Airbnb.

There's like an Airbnb Lego house.

There's an Airbnb Disney house.

There's.

We stayed in Airbnb, no house in Phoenix.

All right.

A right of publicity.

Celebrities have a right of publicity,

meaning companies cannot use a famous

person's name, image,

or quote to endorse a product or brand

without authorization.

This is promoting, not endorsing.

Whatever.

You guys are crazy.

He said the line.

He said it.

Yeah.

it's not being altered or anything like

that uh no airbnb crossfit houses i bet

there are oh i bet i bet i

would be willing to bet you could probably

find an airbnb that had like basically a

full gym like crossfit style gym in it

because lord knows you've

say that it's a CrossFit gym in there,

then you'll get a cease and desist from

CrossFit.

It's the functional fitness house.

It's a functional fitness house.

You'll get a cease and desist from

CrossFit,

not from HQ because we don't actually have

one of those, but it'll be from HQ,

from whoever's working from home that day.

Colton should be at Airbnb out of his

gym.

I've actually seen a guy that

His whole shtick on YouTube is going to

famous people's house and asking if he can

use their gym.

Hi, can I work on your gym?

And he takes a camera with him and

then he lets them like show them around

and show off their gym.

And then he does a workout in the

gym.

I think the only famous person's gym I've

seen was Hulk Hogan's on that new,

the documentary about him.

And then for whatever reason,

Marky Mark showed up with his home gym

one day,

which is like in the basement of his

house.

And it looks like a standard global gym

just happens to be at his house,

like mirrors everywhere, machines,

all of that good shit.

Um, the lattice,

the last episode I saw was rear Ripley

from WWE that he went to her house

and worked out in her gym.

So I don't, I,

I haven't like dove into it.

I'm everybody knows more about it than me

on this chat,

but that's why I love the chat.

They fill in the gaps.

Apparently his name is Jesse James.

Mark Phillips said,

you talking about Jesse James?

Isn't Jesse James,

the orange County chopper guy.

yeah it was briefly married to sandra

bullock yeah this this guy does not look

like that jesse james unless it's somebody

else yeah same guy same guy he's not

making bikes anymore now he's touring

random celebrity gyms yeah i'll look it up

and i'll have an answer for you next

week probably

I think this – I'm going to let

– So KDL said probably Will Tennyson.

Is that the guy that went to the

HWPO facility and like Matt made him throw

up?

I don't know.

I think that was him.

I could be wrong.

Anyway, I'm sorry.

That's not Will Tennyson.

That's – I know who – yeah.

Yeah.

That's the guy that is RP Strength, dude.

He started RP Strength, right?

Anyway, I don't know.

We're all over the map.

I don't know if we're having a Sunday

night show or not.

I still have to get with Jamie.

Carolyn is out.

And hopefully she'll be able to tell us

why she's out the following week.

And it's her pretty cool reason.

Got it.

And other than that, we'll be back Monday,

I'm hoping.

for another show.

I'm pretty sure I'll be able to do

Monday, Tuesday, maybe Wednesday,

but I might have to get to the

airport.

I don't know,

because I'm leaving Montana next

Wednesday.

Next Wednesday?

Next more Wednesday.

Next more Wednesday.

So next more Wednesday,

Scott's flying home.

Y'all say a prayer for him right now.

Yeah.

All right, guys.

Hope you guys have a great day.

This has been fun.

I cannot wait to catch up with you

guys some more.

Hopefully earthquakes are over and nobody

else farts at dinner.

With that,

hopefully my Montana vacation keeps on

having stories to fill content.

With that, I'll see everybody next week.

Bye, guys.

You wouldn't wait to get to the editing

room to jazz me up.

I'm already jazzy.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Talking reps,

real life strength in the battle.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time we press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy,

bring the heat.

CrossFit, movies, music, home repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, shoot it,

now you're part of the fam.
