Tech company Anthropic introduced a trio of new AI tools yesterday including one that has QUOTE ‘near human’ capabilities.
No shortage of media coverage about AI. Whether it’s promises of productivity and innovation—or horror stories of hallucinating chatbots or clueless image generators—a Gallup study revealed 79% of Americans don't trust companies to use AI responsibly. Another study has trust in AI dropping 15 points in 5 years.
Most say tighter regulation is due. But can regulation keep pace with a technology that can innovate in mere months…if not weeks?
Progress can be painful and bumpy. I get that—and I’m on the side of increased productivity and innovation. But I have to trust the end product from AI as being pure and not biased. It’s not there yet.
