Eleanor:

Mommy's in Indiana, Chrissy Perro.

Dad:

Yep. Mommy went to Indiana for work. And, today we had a zoo day.

Eleanor:

With my friend Ava. We were driving the car for a long time, but it kinda worked out really well. We I played with Ava's great toys in her bag. She had everything in her bag. It was so cool.

Dad:

What did she have in her bag, Eleanor?

Eleanor:

She had drawing stuff and she haven't she even let me keep one of the drawing stuff and there was some really cool fidgets in there.

Dad:

Oh yeah, I didn't see the fidgets. That's cool. What animals did we see at the zoo together?

Eleanor:

We saw penguins and attics.

Dad:

Attics. And attics.

Eleanor:

And giraffes. Forgot.

Dad:

We saw snakes. We saw polar bears swimming.

Eleanor:

Yeah, we saw snakes. Yeah. We always say snakes.

Dad:

We saw antelopes. Yep. So that was cool. It was a long drive, but worth it. I'm gonna use strawberries.

Dad:

And then we went and got ice cream.

Eleanor:

Yes.

Dad:

Yep. What flavor did you get? I don't I don't really remember what that was.

Eleanor:

Yeah. Don't remember too, but Sometimes I'll tell you what the colors were. It was like, it was dark pink and it had a little blue in it too. But for real, there wasn't really blue in it. But there was really yummy chocolate chips.

Eleanor:

I tried to find more of the chocolate chips in it. It was so really yummy.

Dad:

Yeah. It looked yummy.

Eleanor:

But in the ice cream, it was kind of melted, so it was really good.

Dad:

And I had a strawberry milkshake, which is interesting.

Eleanor:

Didn't see that either.

Dad:

I never knew how good strawberry ice cream was. And when we started taking Eleanor for ice cream, she started ordering strawberry and I realized how delicious it was. So now I get to enjoy strawberry ice cream all the time. So today's Sunday and tomorrow's back to school for Eleanor. And then where are we going this upcoming

Eleanor:

Dad:

Eleanor:

Yeah, New Orleans has really good food. It has lots of music And we even get to stay in a hotel house. Mhmm. Like, it's like a real house.

Dad:

Yep.

Eleanor:

And there's nobody in it. We get to have our own little house. And we even have our own bedrooms as a kitchen. I don't know if they have a dining room.

Dad:

Probably has a dining room. I don't know. Certainly be somewhere to sit and eat. But we'll probably eat out, and we'll maybe cook a little bit. We'll so maybe we'll we'll join our podcast friends again after our trip, and we can tell them all about New Orleans.
