1pm: A BLT and cheese curds from Cook Out in Oxford, North Carolina.
3pm: A handful of thin pretzels.
5pm: A small pour of Paolo Bea Pipparello Montefalco Rosso Riserva
5:30pm: Spaghetti with leftover tomato cream sauce, sweet Italian sausage, and pecorino romano, made at home.
6:30pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step and Moo-llenium Crunch ice creams.
October 28, 2025 (Tuesday)
8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.
11:30pm: Grilled cheddar and sriracha on olive toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home, and a small pour of GT’s lemon berry kombucha.
1pm: Pretzels.
5:30pm: Tofu, cabbage, onion, and carrot in brown sauce with black pepper and sesame seeds over jasmine rice, made at home.
6:30pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step and Moo-llenium Crunch ice creams.
October 29, 2025 (Wednesday)
7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.
9am: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.
11:30am: A bowl of pretzels and a small pour of GT’s lemon berry kombucha.
2:30pm: Leftover vegetables and tofu in brown sauce over rice.
6pm: Screamin’ Sicilian frozen pepperoni pizza and romaine lettuce with parmesan, black pepper, and creamy ceasar dressing, made at home.
7pm: Blue Bell Moo-llenium Crunch ice cream.
October 30, 2025 (Thursday)
8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and leftover frozen pizza.
1pm: Leftover tofu and vegetables over rice, a small pour of GT’s Trilogy kombucha, and pretzels.
6pm: Orzo with leftover tomato sauce and sweet Italian sausage, cream, and parmesan, made at home.
7pm: Blue Bell Moo-llenium Crunch ice cream.

11am: A BLT with turkey and a coffee with half & half from Merritt Grill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
2pm: A mini 3 Musketeers bar at the office.
6pm: Orzo with leftover tomato sauce and sweet Italian sausage, cream, and parmesan, made at home.
7pm: A slice of coconut cake from Merritt Grill, a spoonful of Jeni’s Boozy Eggnog ice cream, and raspberries.
November 1, 2025 (Saturday)
9:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half.
12pm: Miso soup, a crab rangoon, a shrimp shumai, fried shrimp, spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll with avocado and shrimp tempura, a crunchy tempura flake roll with shrimp, masago, and spicy mayo, and a crabstick, tuna, and avocado roll with eel sauce at Orchid in Raleigh, North Carolina.
5pm: Buttered popcorn with black pepper, made at home, and raspberries.
November 2, 2025 (Sunday)
9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, two sunny eggs, half of a True Story Vermont maple breakfast sausage, fried potato wedges with onion and Carmen peppers, and raspberries, made at home.
