T O P Presents Love & Legacy Couples
We have award ceremonies for everything else, for kids, for individuals. And, he said, why don't we celebrate couples, celebrate love? And so
Speaker 2:Alright. We are here at the Love and Legacy Gala twenty twenty six.
Speaker 3:Oh my
Speaker 2:god. It's an amazing, amazing, amazing event that we're at. We are so honored to be here. I'm Doug, it's the media guy. This is my lovely wife.
Speaker 1:Patrice Hampton. Patrice Hampton.
Speaker 2:We're top network talented operator programming. So listen. We're here with the founders, the the curators of this lovely event. Alright. Now pronounce y'all last name because I don't wanna mess it up because I'm I'm I'm from Atlanta.
Speaker 4:Yeah. Take it down.
Speaker 1:Key Jonas.
Speaker 5:Jonas. Key Jonas.
Speaker 2:She's from Virginia,
Speaker 3:so I'm a shout out. Yeah. Key Yes.
Speaker 2:I can do my like that too.
Speaker 3:That's what
Speaker 4:that's what people just say. Shoot.
Speaker 1:I I love that.
Speaker 2:That's I've been saying the whole time too.
Speaker 1:Yes. Okay. So my name is Stephanie Quiones. This is my head Jose Quinones. And about two years ago, Jose had an idea of celebrating couples.
Speaker 1:We have award ceremonies for everything else, for kids, for individuals. And he said, why don't we celebrate couples, celebrate love? And so we just kinda went from there.
Speaker 4:That's awesome. You know, marriage is what our wealth is built. It's our legacy is built. You know, people won't see don't see how you make 50,000 and the lady makes 50,000. Now you have a 100.
Speaker 4:Right? And that's how well, that is how things manage. When you work together, collaborate, then imagine you having a wife, someone that sees the same vision that
Speaker 3:you do,
Speaker 4:and now you're growing your business. Your life is taking a different direction, and it it takes two. It takes two to tango. It takes two to make a thing go right. Right?
Speaker 4:Right. You know? And so it it takes two. It it takes two. Right.
Speaker 4:You know, it doesn't matter a a couple what you do together. Even successes as a team. You know? So a team is how success is accomplished. There's a lot of success happening a lot in Columbus and around the world where couples are doing incredible things.
Speaker 4:I it's again, it it needed to be shown because now love is something that is not spoke on
Speaker 3:a lot.
Speaker 4:And so then we we we need to we need to start focusing on what all love look like. Hispanic, white, Chinese, all love. And we come and bring it together. When you bring love together, you conquer all
Speaker 3:the love. Right? I think
Speaker 5:I love that.
Speaker 2:I'm you said that because I think that's what's missing is actual love. We always talk about influence. We talk about power. We talk about success. But when you get down to it Yeah.
Speaker 2:The root should be it should be rooted and grounded in love. Because what happens is we go off of these other things, and then we people end up doing people wrong because they ain't got no love. They don't have any love. So I'm glad you said that. I'm glad that this event that really was a question that we had, which is but I'll let you kinda answer it, which is when you say love and legacy, what does that actually mean
Speaker 3:to you guys?
Speaker 1:You can you can have love and you can have legacy. But together, it is stronger. Both are stronger. If you're looking at legacy, there has to be love. It has to be rooted in love.
Speaker 1:Again, just like you going back to what you said, if you're doing stuff if you're trying to make money and you're not thinking about where it is for the future, if there's no love there, there's no legacy there because it it's fleeting. It can it can disappear just like that. You're you're willing to step on people if there's no love there. Yeah. So it's long lasting if they're if they're combined together.
Speaker 1:If there's a partnership between love and legacy, there's no stopping. There's no stopping you. Yeah. That's awesome.
Speaker 5:No. I just think this is amazing how everything just unfolded because when me and my husband got married, our model for our family was live, love, and leave a legacy. And so we've been speaking that to our children. And even on, like, my signature, you know, at work is live, love, and leave a legacy. So by you combining the two and seeing that, it's beautiful to me.
Speaker 5:I think it's great.
Speaker 1:I think it's great.
Speaker 5:And then highlighting people from the community, that's even better.
Speaker 4:But but before we go, we wanna thank YouTube.
Speaker 3:Oh, thank you for capturing the videos. Thank you for
Speaker 4:coming out. You know, I I wanna thank I wanna thank these guys. They came to support us. Excuse me. They came to support us.
Speaker 4:They saw a need. They didn't say, hey. Anything. They just said, we wanna help you. Make this better.
Speaker 4:And that is another thing that is incredibly needed in our community to where people just step up. It's not the need of money. It's not the need. But when you help someone create their things go well, yours go well by default. And so I wanna thank mister and missus Hampton.
Speaker 4:I appreciate you all for bringing your vibe to our to our Love and Legacy Gala, and we look forward to bringing it again to the next time. Okay? So so we we we looking forward.
Speaker 3:This is
Speaker 1:gold right here. Listen,
Speaker 2:the funny thing is we kind of match vibes because y'all y'all out there too. I thought y'all was, you
Speaker 3:know, I
Speaker 2:thought y'all was a little bougie at first. I ain't gonna lie.
Speaker 1:You don't heard about you did those shots.
Speaker 3:You thought
Speaker 2:we boogie too though.
Speaker 3:There it goes. But then you see then we get
Speaker 4:down with it.
Speaker 3:I love it.
Speaker 4:Hold on a sec. I am bougie. Well, I would say I'm a I'm a say I'm bougie because I like the finer things in life.
Speaker 1:Right. However
Speaker 4:Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Forget where I come from. That's it.
Speaker 3:That's what
Speaker 4:you I am down to earth. Hey.
Speaker 3:You're the same boss.
Speaker 4:I have I have no I know where I come from. Five bedroom house with one bathroom, bathroom, 15 people in it. We had to manage the bathroom like it was no other thing. Now I could barely make it on time, and
Speaker 3:we got, folk. We were saying, we're bougie now. We're we're bougie, baby. No. No.
Speaker 2:I'm with it, man. That's how we are too. We I come from a huge family.
Speaker 4:It was
Speaker 2:only her and her brother. Mhmm. But I come from a huge family. We had three bedroom apartment. You know what I'm saying?
Speaker 2:And the one bedroom was my dad's pastor study. So wasn't even a bedroom. So really a two bedroom apartment. But but, yes, I know it. I'm a little boogie too.
Speaker 2:She I think she made me boogie.
Speaker 1:No problem.
Speaker 2:It's all good, though. We love it. Like you said, we love the finer things, but at the same time, we never forget where we come from. And you guys you guys serve the community.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:You guys and that's one thing that I pride myself with our business is that we allow people to reach goals and to see themselves that and sometimes they don't see themselves. I do film and photo. People look at their photos. They may not even see themselves like that. And you, which with the fitness, you help them get reach your goals like that, and you and the community with men, man, I I'm so I respect you guys so much in the community.
Speaker 2:This was needed too. This was definitely needed.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:Definitely needed.
Speaker 1:Thank you. Again, thank you. You know, a lot of times people get into certain situations and feel like they're too too good, and I appreciate y'all's vibe. Like, I've seen you, like, in different all over Columbus and the different things that I'm around you. And so I'm glad that we had the opportunity to connect.
Speaker 1:When Jose told me that you you want you reached out and said, hey. I'm here, and I love it. Because that's that speaks values about the type of person that you are, and that's the type of people we wanna work with. So I'm looking forward to working together on this and other things in the community and just just just moving forward. So great vibes.
Speaker 3:I'm excited.
Speaker 2:Look. We're here we're here at the Love and Legacy Gala
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:2026. Well, I start crying up in this piece.
Speaker 5:Y'all missed it.
Speaker 2:Let me go let me go get off. But, yeah, y'all did miss it, but y'all can still support right now. Even if you're watching no matter when you're watching this, reach out to them. Y'all can support. The next one's coming.
Speaker 2:Because people are enjoying themselves. And we are enjoying ourselves. We're doing this next year. We're calling it.
Speaker 1:Absolutely. We're
Speaker 2:calling it. We're doing this next year.
Speaker 1:Every year.
Speaker 2:Every year. Year. Love and Legacy. Get ready. We're gonna be doing it more probably more than once a year.
