James Dooley Podcast

James Dooley and Kasra Dash analyse why Indexceptional is consistently outperforming every other indexing tool currently on the market. They break down Google’s growing indexation challenges, the strain caused by mass AI-generated content, and why legacy tools such as GigaIndexer, IndexMeNow, and Omega Indexer fail to trigger critical signals like Bingbot. Kasra shares real-world testing data from client sites, explains the importance of indexing link inserts rather than just URLs, and details how Indexceptional drives faster Googlebot re-crawls with a money-back guarantee. The discussion clearly demonstrates why Indexceptional delivers higher indexation rates, stronger backlink activation, and a more comprehensive indexing approach than competing solutions.

James Dooley: How do. Today I'm joined with Kasra Dash.

Kasra Dash: Thanks for having me.

James Dooley: How you doing?

Kasra Dash: Yeah, not bad.

James Dooley: Today's topic is an exceptional new indexing tool that I've invested into. So first and foremost, the reason why I've invested in this new brand and this new tool is because I was having massive problems. I think Google are having big problems at present with indexation. I think with the amount of mass AI content that's hitting the internet, they are having problems now indexing quite a lot of things. There is also not just AI content but citations, press releases and stuff like that.

So first and foremost, non-biased, because obviously I'm very biased to say it's the best, which I genuinely believe it is the best. What kind of feedback have you had on Indexceptional? Obviously you use GigaIndexer, IndexMeNow, Omega Indexer.

Kasra Dash: Yeah. So when you first told me you were investing in this I was like, why? Because there are already loads of indexing tools. Then obviously you told me a little bit more about the process and how it works and the pros and cons of each of your competitors as well. Every competitor has a pro and a con.

I was like, right, OK. Then I started actually using it and, without obviously being biased, it is actually really good. It has got a way better index rate than all of the competitors that I've used.

Then, that being said, we also tried running it on some link inserts and also one of Searcharoo client sites as well. We basically exported all of the backlinks and we loaded them up into the indexing tool and the results were amazing.

From our testing data, the reason for that is because a lot of people, including us as well, we were building in link inserts and we were not running it through a link indexing tool. Basically, when you start to do that, the link has been inserted, Google comes and recrawls that page and then it is basically passing some power through to your website.

The indexing part is probably the most important part. You can go and get 100 link inserts tomorrow and yes, you might see a little bit of a benefit from doing that, but until Google recrawls that page and then allocates you the PageRank going through to your money site, it is not going to essentially benefit your site. Or it is not going to benefit as much.

So now part of our SOP is every single link insert that we do for every single client runs through Indexceptional. I can already say that the results that we have been seeing from that have been insane.

James Dooley: I think it is important as well for people who are watching to say, why have you invested in an indexing tool? It is such a low-level type of service and it is like 50p a URL to index. What is the point?

The truth of the matter is I invest in brands and companies that I want to use for my own products. I went out to market and I have used indexing tools for a long time. I know Elias at Omega Indexer and I think he has got a great indexing tool, but it is not perfect and I wanted it to be better.

Sometimes when you are trying to make other tools better, some of them kind of say, what is the point, I have already got enough clients, I am happy where it is at. IndexMeNow was probably the best on the marketplace and then GigaIndexer came along. GigaIndexer and IndexMeNow used very similar models to do the indexing.

But neither one of them go and hit Bingbot. They only do Googlebot. You might go, Bingbot is only 9% of traffic value, but there is still quite a lot of traffic from Bing. So I want Bingbot to return.

Then there is also little things like tweets also help quite a lot. Also you can hit certain different URLs and do certain 301s via indexing and use the Google API and use lots of other ways to get these URLs indexed.

When I started to realise how many things were missing from the best tools, which was GigaIndexer coming up number one just ahead of IndexMeNow being number two, I would probably say Omega Indexer was number three. I tried to start speaking to GigaIndexer to start saying, look, is there something you can do, and they were like, I just do not think it is worth it.

For me it is worth it. So I am like, if I invest in a tool then what I can do is I can make certain the quality control is better. Then when we started to realise about the link inserts, it was just naivety on my behalf.

I would think a web page that is indexed and I go and do a link insert into that page and I think, well, it is already indexed, it is fine. No. Googlebot has not crawled that page since you have added that link in.

When we started to realise that every single link insert or niche edit that you buy should be loaded into an indexing tool or, at worst, just shared on Twitter. Twitter maybe only has a 15–16% recrawl rate for Googlebot. But if you load it into Indexceptional or GigaIndexer or IndexMeNow, they are probably the best three.

Indexceptional, and yes I am 100% biased because I have bought into this tool, but I bought into it because they are going to do everything that the other indexing tools do plus another probably five or six additional strategies to help the indexation.

Anyone who is watching this, I really want you to go out and test Indexceptional versus all the others. I want you to try to prove me wrong, because if you prove me wrong and one is better, I will find out what they are doing and I will implement it in ours.

But I am telling you now, across all the testing that we did, every single time Indexceptional won. It got Googlebot fast back to the site. The other main reason, probably the main reason why people use indexing tools, is for backlinks. So link inserts, citations, press releases, guest posts and all the others. Just try to get Googlebot coming to those links as soon as possible.

One test that we actually ran, I do not know if I have actually told you about this, is we had a sports betting brand and they basically do a lot on football. One of their backlinks was from a pretty well-known website, but it was about Kanté joining Chelsea, which might have been in 2018 transfer news. So it was quite an old link.

That backlink that they had, it was a sports betting website talking about football, linking to our football betting website. The link was really relevant. But it was not indexed because it was so old. Obviously Kanté joined Chelsea, I do not know, 2016.

We tried three indexing tools on that. None of them got it indexed. Indexceptional got it indexed first time.

Not only that as well, just so you understand it, and this looks like a pitch for Indexceptional all the way through, but if you do not index the URL that you place in Indexceptional, 100% money back. You pay nothing unless it indexes.

So that is another big reason. There is only GigaIndexer and IndexMeNow that do that. There are only really the top three that are doing it where we are competitive on price. We absolutely 100% guarantee, otherwise we give money back.

I am very surprised at how little people actually do it. One thing I would say to touch upon. If you have got a very large site and you just try and load in 10,000 URLs, yes, it will certainly help the indexation of 10,000 URLs. There is still a crawl budget.

So even though it might index 9,500 of them, if your crawl budget, if you do not have enough backlink profile, stuff might start to fall out of the index. You have just got to be careful on that.

But generally speaking, we can guarantee Googlebot comes to hit the URL. As long as it is a half decent URL and there is some content on there, it indexes or 100% money back.

So I think that is rounding it up for Indexceptional. Again, please leave a comment in the comment section. Let me know what indexing tools you are using. If you want me to try any other tools that I might not have at present, I think there were 36 different indexing tools that we ran it against.

I am all about innovation. I always want to improve. Let us see if you can come up with a strategy for how I can further enhance the Indexceptional indexing tool.
