Capability Amplifier

What if you could clone your best team member... without ever hiring a new one?

This is Part 2 of my live talk at the “Your Best Life” event in Las Vegas — and if you liked Part 1, buckle up.

In this episode, I show you exactly how I’m using Ai to automate hiring, build new brands, write entire books, and even create full-blown software platforms in a single weekend.

(Yes, really.)

You’ll hear how I replaced an outgoing integrator in 24 hours with a unicorn hire… then hired her #2 the very next day — using nothing but a ChatGPT prompt and my network.

And I’ll walk you through the four-part system I’m using to:

  • Build products

  • Write books

  • Automate content

  • Scale high-ticket offers…
…with fewer people, more profit, and less BS.

Presenter [00:00:00]:
Because better questions, better answers. True. So here's what's amazing. We get Mike for part du. So again this morning, he has spent time cultivating and looking ahead how the content is actually attributable and meets the needs of this community. God bless you for that. Brother had amazing conversation. How many of you, like, enjoyed dinner last night? I mean, just amazing.

Presenter [00:00:26]:
Thank you, Jesse. Phoebe brought everybody. The team, I mean, beautiful. And then the piano bar was epic. That was epic conversations, like, deep. I mean, I was like, I fell in love with this man. I mean, like, literally, I feel like kindred soul brother. And of course, Vivian's with everyone as well.

Presenter [00:00:46]:
And it's like I'm just watching. And it warmed my heart just to see people engaging people, connecting at a very deep level. Well, now we're going to learn how we can actually leverage a little AI to 10x, maybe 100x, maybe millionx, what we're doing and how we do it. So without further ado, can we give it up for Man? The myth, the legend, the man with a plan, Mike Koenigs.

Mike Koenigs [00:01:10]:
Here we go.

Presenter [00:01:11]:
Let him hear you.

Mike Koenigs [00:01:16]:
I thought maybe we'd start with some share.

Presenter [00:01:53]:
So without further ado, can we give it up for Man?

Mike Koenigs [00:02:00]:
All right. Thanks, brother. Good morning. All right, thank you. Hi, everyone. I thought maybe we'd start with some shares, which is I'd love to know if you have any breakthrough or an aha experience that you had yesterday. Either a phrase, an idea, or a realization, just shout them out. We don't have to pass a mic.

Mike Koenigs [00:02:23]:
What, you got? Way more. Yep. And is there a specific area that shows up for you? Well, one quick thing was the email manager. I grabbed that. I'm looking forward to getting our team on that. But yeah, there's so many areas. But I mean, we're doing a lot, but we need so much more. Good.

Mike Koenigs [00:02:48]:
Very good. My DA texted me this morning. She goes, AI has taken over your mailbox, categorizing emails, weird folders and deleting emails. Yeah, good one. I like that. Who else? Come on, don't be shy. Leveraging me. Oh, yeah.

Mike Koenigs [00:03:15]:
Okay. And I have some more stuff about leveraging you. Yeah, exactly. It's in a nice way, but yes. Yeah, I'll show you a couple more today that I made last night and this morning. It's great. Yes.

Speaker C [00:03:41]:
Using AI for personal development. Never would have thought of that.

Mike Koenigs [00:03:45]:
Oh, yeah, Good one. AI for personal development. Two more. Yes. Oh, yeah, Chathuba. And that is six AIs at the same time. And synthesizing it's Chathub, GG and so six AIs plus synthesize. And that the whole idea of having six geniuses working for you at the same time, po.com is another one that has that capacity and capability.

Mike Koenigs [00:04:21]:
Poe. One more. One more. What? You got to do some rapid hiring. So the rapid hiring. Yep. Yes. So and so for doing the personal profiles.

Mike Koenigs [00:04:39]:
And I would suggest that if you have any needs, you can talk to Chat GPT and say, I need to hire and describe what you need. You don't have to have a title. Just say, here are the pains, here are the struggles I'm having. What would you recommend? And create a job description. So I can't remember, did I mention. I don't know if I said this yesterday. I lost my. My integrator about three weeks ago.

Mike Koenigs [00:05:09]:
She gave me notice. She had been with me four years and nothing was wrong. Here's what she said. She said, you've given me so much courage and I never felt I was an entrepreneur before. And while we were working together, she got exposed to so many of my clients who are in passive income creation and wealth management that she started investing. She started building her own rental properties. She had passive income coming in and she had an I can do this too moment. So it was a great gift on one hand, but I was panicked as hell because we got a lot of clients in motion.

Mike Koenigs [00:05:42]:
Well, I put out the word, but first of all, I had to find the right one. And I just sat down, I described everything I needed, and ChatGPT wrote an ad in my voice and my tone that basically said, looking for a unicorn. And I know I not only hired one who it turned out I got an intro from Pam Hendrickson has worked with Tony for 33 years, but also we just hired her number two yesterday. So never again will I get caught with my pants down because I lost the one. Now I'll have two. But she also responded to the same ad, and it was unicorn. Reporting for duty was how she responded to the ad. And it wouldn't have happened without ChatGPT.

Mike Koenigs [00:06:28]:
So finding the one is within your power. And remember that we're creating AI enhanced teams. And so with that great shares, by the way, we'll have more because I'll do Q and A at the very end. So we talked about the big breakthroughs and takeaways. By the way, that's Ideogram that made these. And I just said, make a billboard in downtown San Francisco. So you see, we've got San Francisco. All right.

Mike Koenigs [00:06:56]:
So yesterday we talked about your AI superpowers. That was quadrant one, which is just multiplying your capabilities. Quadrant two is your one person marketing team. And before I move into quadrant three, I had a use case. All right, whose business is this? Whose business is this? Right? So K2 renew. And you know, let's say you needed to create some really decent marketing materials. Now I'm going to show you how with genspark, you can use this exact template for your business. I don't care what it is.

Mike Koenigs [00:07:32]:
So you review this website, Boom. Create a series of 10 slides on Instagram format for social media that will effectively get landowners to sign up for this program. So your post, when I said, what would you like? Your pain was, hey, we just need more people to sign up. Make it easy to understand, beautiful, entertaining, engaging, persuasive, and drive the land over to the call to action cta. Use the brand colors and images from the website. Okay, so we basically pop that into genspark, hit enter. Now I sped this part up, but it basically hits your site, looks at all the colors and starts generating the HTML and writing a whole series of social posts. Okay, so in this case, 10 slides worth.

Mike Koenigs [00:08:14]:
Now I'm going to show you a couple other use cases for this a little bit later, but it grabs all the information and then it just generates an exportable editable PowerPoint file or a PDF. And now it has a full editor built in. So just think about how much pain this can provide. You could, and I've done this before with someone I taught this to and they said, oh my God, I've got a presentation opportunity tomorrow. I haven't even started on my slides. So you give this thing any kind of content you want. Now this is what the result look like. Now again, the content might not be perfect, but you'll see that it's actually pulsing and moving.

Mike Koenigs [00:08:56]:
It's got swipe buttons and it tells your story. So it just basically took derived content. Again, let's say you looked at it and you said, I don't like something about it. You'd give it details. So what I've been learning is I might have to say to it, you know, put fewer, less text on each slide, simplify it or whatever, but you're effectively editing with text prompts. So this goes back to the secret. And the most important thing about working with AI is it's a conversation. And get in the habit of looking at stuff and saying, okay, in slide one, change this and slide two, and that's what I'll do is I'll just start a recorder, upload the transcript, have it make another pass.

Mike Koenigs [00:09:43]:
Five, ten minutes later, boom, it's done. Now, full disclosure, what I do, I start four of these at the same time. So I'll have four different things to look at within 10 minutes. Remember, any idiot can say this one better than that one. Okay, very good. Yes. I'll start four separate gensparks, and it'll run. Yeah.

Mike Koenigs [00:10:07]:
In four different windows. Yeah. Totally different. With the same prompt. Same prompt. And then. Yep. And once you get used to it, you'll find that there's stylistic things that you'll adhere to.

Mike Koenigs [00:10:19]:
So moving right along, quadrant three, opportunities and income. So when I look at this, I always think, how do you grow a business? What's the most effective way? The first thing I do, I call it a shake the trees campaign. So when we're working with a business and we're creating new businesses, want to take a look at all the customers you've had? I'll say, show me the top three, the three best. And if you just said, let's focus from a Pareto principle, take the top 20% of your customers, or if you've got volume, the top 2%. We're going to create an ICP, an ideal customer profile for them. Create an offer that's 10 times higher, three to 10 times higher than you're charging right now. So let's say, for example, we're working in health and longevity, and we want to create an offer. Well, right now, you had told me yesterday, around two to three grand is your average annual for the clients you have.

Mike Koenigs [00:11:18]:
First thing we do is create a $30,000 offer. And then I'd say let's take a look at the best clients you've ever had. You've had a total of how many have gone through 500. Okay, well, I can guarantee you if you. We just isolate the top 25 out of the 500 is top 5%. That's going to be our ideal target audience. And I guarantee you, the highest value people out of there are going to be the most compliant. And they want to buy more time, so they have more time than.

Mike Koenigs [00:11:49]:
Or more money than time now, and they want to buy more. That's what happens to anyone who starts generating. So that's our top of the funnel. And then we create that ICP and access those and sell them a 330,000 to $100,000 offer. Why not shoot for the stars? It doesn't take a lot of those to make a big difference. They're Going to be the most compliant annual clients who will pay you for less attention. Okay? When I started working with my longevity doc, they had these coaches and they wanted to talk to me and they wanted to have all this man, like I don't want any of that. Here's what I want you to do.

Mike Koenigs [00:12:22]:
I want you to look at my panels and my blood and tell me exactly what I should do. And I want 15 minutes. I don't want to spend an hour three times a month, 15 minutes every quarter. Give me that and I'll pay you three times more. I guarantee there's a lot more people think like that. Alright, so we call it a category of one brand. So I'm going to show you one of the tools. This is using NotebookLM.

Mike Koenigs [00:12:47]:
I promised you I'd show you some use cases. Now you may have seen some in the past, but here's how it works. You've got a little button that says create new and this is absolutely free. If you have the paid version of Google, which is 20 bucks a month, you're not training the Borg. All your content goes inside a repository. It's like training your own AI. If you're using the free version, always remember you are the product and you are training the Borg and none of your stuff is confidential. All right? So I started out with Dean again and the truth is you do not have a big footprint, a digital footprint, all right, that can be solved.

Mike Koenigs [00:13:30]:
But I just gave Jen spark find all podcast content, media appearances created and written by Dean from. So I gave it a little context, give me links to all the information and content. So I pop that again in genspark. This is my new favorite baby for now, by the way. I have no loyalty to any tools whatsoever. I am completely tool agnostic. I don't care as long as the job gets done. And my goal is three to 10 times faster every 30 days.

Mike Koenigs [00:13:57]:
So it immediately found your social media presence website background your philosophy and then direct content links, okay? Whole bunch of them, YouTube. Now I asked for direct content links because what we want to do is populate Notebook with the stuff. Now if I did this for you or your business, it doesn't matter what it is. And here's how it works. So we click on create new and we copy one of the links. So here I scroll down until I found. Okay, live your best life. So we create and then you paste in your YouTube link or any website link.

Mike Koenigs [00:14:35]:
This is how you train an AI. Now let's say you had. I don't care what kind of business. And you and we were going to work on taking all of your best sales conversations that you've ever had. We could train a notebook with your best sales conversations and then create training material on your highest performing and also find what were the common phrases used that caused people to say yes to buying. Or we could say what are the top 50 objections that get brought up and what are the best counter responses that have created the highest conversion? So you basically can create training content on the fly. All right, catching back up with what happened here. So this thing populates so all the sources are on the left.

Mike Koenigs [00:15:21]:
You can add up to 300 sources. You can connect your Google Drive, PowerPoints, audio files, videos, boom. It just sucks it up. Then you can ask questions and you're only asking questions to the content that's checked on the left. Right. So for example, I've loaded up really, really detailed, complex scientific papers that I know nothing about and say summarize these for me. Alright, if you've got legal agreements, any kind of material at all, you can basically create books and training on the fly. And then there's a button down below here.

Mike Koenigs [00:15:59]:
Look at this in a second. Oh, I'm going to first of all go down. So one of the other things you can do with Notebook is start it doing separate tasks. So one of the things that will create is a 100% synthetic two way conversational podcast. That's what I'm going to show you right now. But you can make it better. So that's a prompt. Create a short overview about this content and value the content from the author.

Mike Koenigs [00:16:22]:
Do not say game changer, Delver, dive in. I hate that transformation. Any cliche AI talk, open with the most impactful, quotable or controversial ideas that can dramatically help the target audience self identify and give them five big takeaways and action items. Boom. Do not waste time on mindless chatter. It's one thing that drives me crazy about this is like it still kind of did it. You'll see that in a second. So I click customize, paste in that little stuff, hit generate.

Mike Koenigs [00:16:49]:
It takes a couple minutes and it produces an audio podcast that you could download and you can listen to. So again, if you had a meeting with a client and someone on your team didn't properly prepare you, or you're going to meet with your attorney, right? And your attorney didn't prepare you, but you had tons and tons of legal agreements you had to review, you put it in here and say summarize it. You can listen to it on the way to the meeting. But over here, this thing does a complete overview, gives you a summary of all the material here. All right, so it's some of your best of content. So I've used this tool to create entire books, manuscripts. All right, so let's listen to the first part of the podcast produced.

Speaker D [00:17:38]:
Winning the game. But maybe losing yourself like success is there on paper, but something. Yeah, it just feels off.

Speaker E [00:17:43]:
Yeah, that's a really common feeling, isn't it? Chase kind of overshadows the reason you started chasing in the first place.

Speaker D [00:17:47]:
Exactly. And that's where we're focusing today, using insights from Dean Ennis.

Mike Koenigs [00:17:51]:
No pluggy.

Speaker D [00:17:52]:
Any frankly fascinating background. We're talking 36 years in banking, big banks, regional, even running the largest mortgage bank.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:00]:
I'll do it.

Speaker E [00:18:00]:
And not just banking law enforcement experience. Ten years as an amateur martial artist, championships won there an economics degree. It's quite the mix.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:08]:
It really is.

Speaker D [00:18:08]:
And that diverse experience gives him this unique lens for guiding people, digital entrepreneurs and executives.

Speaker E [00:18:14]:
What really stands out, I think, is his core philosophy.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:18]:
Audio was being naughty, simple.

Speaker E [00:18:19]:
But external headphones, life first, business second.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:22]:
Right.

Speaker D [00:18:22]:
Probably hurts home. If you've ever felt overwhelmed like the business, some magic trait you're born with.

Speaker E [00:18:29]:
Empathy allows for understanding without necessarily. They're not separate boxes. They influence each other constantly.

Speaker D [00:18:36]:
Exactly. And that's what we're focusing today, using insights from. From genius. This is somewhat frankly fascinating background. We're talking 36 years in banking, big banks, regional, even running the largest mortgage.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:48]:
Bank in West Texas.

Speaker E [00:18:49]:
And not just banking law enforcement experience. Ten years as an amateur martial artist, championships won there an economics degree.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:56]:
It's quite the mix.

Speaker D [00:18:57]:
It really is. And that diverse experience gives him this unique lens for guys, do you ever feel like you're winning the game? Hope our listeners got something shared.

Mike Koenigs [00:19:06]:
Hey, I just want to know what are Dean Ennis's top three passive income generating strategies? And I want to know specific examples. Pretty cool, huh?

Speaker E [00:19:21]:
Oh, that's fantastic.

Speaker D [00:19:22]:
Yeah, great time.

Mike Koenigs [00:19:23]:
That by itself is pretty neat. And very soon Google's supposed to be releasing a version of this that will allow you to train it with different voices, six different announcers, and then you can give them synthetic personality. So now it gets. I did a little experiment today. So if you click on that button, here's what happens. You can basically talk to and interrupt the announcers winning the game.

Speaker D [00:19:52]:
Our listeners got something sharing.

Mike Koenigs [00:19:54]:
Let's hear it. Hey, I just want to know what are Dean Ennis's top three passive income generating strategies? And I want to know specific Examples?

Speaker E [00:20:10]:
Oh, that's a fantastic question.

Mike Koenigs [00:20:11]:
Yeah, great timing.

Speaker E [00:20:12]:
Based on what Dean Ennis discussed, some really interesting passive income streams came up.

Speaker D [00:20:17]:
Okay, let's unpack this.

Speaker E [00:20:18]:
He mentioned syndications for multifamily properties as one avenue.

Mike Koenigs [00:20:22]:
Right.

Speaker D [00:20:23]:
Where a group pools money together.

Speaker E [00:20:25]:
Exactly.

Mike Koenigs [00:20:25]:
With general and limited partners. So 100% synthetic interactive podcasts. And I mean, this is the future. So very soon, load up your entire body of work. Tell it. I want to create a show about this and have a conversation with synthetic hosts. Now really what could be done is you could have a completely synthetic you that creates completely synthetic content in your voice with them. What are we all going to do? The whole deal is make and invent more stuff with the help of AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:20:56]:
But you can see where you start going down the rabbit hole for the possibilities. All right, any questions about Notebook? The applications for this are profound. When you start playing with it, you just come up with more and more and more ideas and applications. Yes.

Speaker D [00:21:18]:
My skeptical side is that we know that human beings have the ability to even detect randomness.

Mike Koenigs [00:21:34]:
Eventually.

Speaker D [00:21:35]:
Isn't that sensitivity going to be able to detect what is a synthetic broadcast and what is actual?

Mike Koenigs [00:21:44]:
Yeah, Right now I would say most people can't tell the difference at all. And it's not that hard to tweak the settings once you, you get sensitive to this. Like, I hate AI generated content. Like if I see fake content, I completely ignore it and I move on to human stuff. Yeah. So what I think of it as is I use it as a first draft, help create really good hard hitting content, and then I can review it and what again, what I use it for is I'll have an idea and I'll produce something synthetic and I'll make a video and a couple presentations. Then I meet with my creative team and say, here's the basic idea. Take a little this, a little this, a little of this, and they come back with the first draft that's just about perfect.

Mike Koenigs [00:22:38]:
It eliminates three days or three weeks or three months of turns and changes. So now instead of going back and forth three, four, five times, it's once. And I, at the moment, pure synthetic, I don't find particularly interesting. The however is it's a collaborative partner that never sleeps and you can have six or eight of these agents working for you simultaneously. So I didn't exactly answer your question, but that's at least the way I like to frame it right now. And remember, it's evolving so fast and getting so much better. And one last thing about Notebook, it doesn't hallucinate because it's only trained on your content and it provides citations for everything very important. Yes.

Mike Koenigs [00:23:25]:
Oh, go ahead. Yes. And you can load up your own presentation and ask the hosts to review your content through the lens of a professional TED speaker and give you 10 tips on how to make it better and improve the timing. Okay, now it's coaching that goes with you. Yeah. I was just telling Jared it took me 40 years to create my life.

Speaker C [00:24:01]:
And it did it.

Mike Koenigs [00:24:04]:
Freaking crazy. Yeah, it's nuts. But think about how much more you can create how much faster now and be a better human being and a better communicator because that, again, this makes you a more contextually relevant clear speaker and thinker. Vivian had something she wanted to add.

Speaker C [00:24:28]:
I think you ended up answering the question. But what I see with Notebook, Ellen, is it just takes an enormous amount of information that you would have to cloud through, and you can, like, plug it in and just be getting ready for the day or whatever, and it just downloads it to you. So it's not really like, oh, we're going to put this up on a, you know, podcast. It's really about synthesizing information for yourself and then being able to use it.

Mike Koenigs [00:24:56]:
As a creative tool.

Speaker D [00:25:00]:
Download it into yourself.

Speaker C [00:25:05]:
Yeah, Right. So if you wanted to know about Dean, rather than reading 800 things, you're taking a shower now, you know everything about him.

Mike Koenigs [00:25:17]:
And there's. There's a piece of deep psychology that's super valuable here, too, which is the human brain. We are engineered to react and respond to conversations. We absorb more information faster. So conversations absorbed. And we're in relationship with. Yeah, no footprint. Yeah.

Mike Koenigs [00:25:42]:
Then you just start talking. And what you could do. Here's a really easy, fast thing, is if you, for example, decided you wanted to create a book about something and you'd say, hi, my name is Renee. I want to create a book about. Blah, blah, blah. Give me the top three 30 questions. I should answer that and provide them for me. So I am seen as an authority and an expert on this topic.

Mike Koenigs [00:26:04]:
And you just start recording that. That transcript. You'll load up now. It'll build and write the content for you and teach you and train you on how to better create more material that's relevant all in your voice. Now, the other thing you can do, though, is we could go out and grab all the top experts and authorities on a topic and load it up inside Notebook and then tell Notebook to rewrite it and synthesize it in your voice. Okay. See, I mean, here's the deal. A lot of people are like, well, that's plagiarism.

Mike Koenigs [00:26:36]:
Here's the deal. I'll just tell you this. We're all copycat monkeys. We're taught to be copycat monkeys in school. We're given good boy and good girl stars when we do stuff. There is no such thing as original thinking in my opinion. Everything is derivative. Now that does not give us a license to steal.

Mike Koenigs [00:26:55]:
Stealing is bad. And respecting IP and patents is important. And right now we live in the world where the only thing that matters is the speed of trust. Trust trumps all. Whoever has the largest audience and movement and collapses the speed of trust. And who innovates and iterates the fastest for an audience that buys. Renee, something that you can also do to get paid to create the content is just post a webinar. People pay you to help it and record it.

Mike Koenigs [00:27:29]:
Yeah, yeah. I'm gonna show you. I'm gonna show you some more derivatives. So I've thought through just about every question and objection I think you'll have and I'm gonna take you on a little journey. So yes, what you said in that two minutes is probably one of the most important things that you guys should.

Speaker C [00:27:49]:
All take away from AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:27:52]:
AI is the tool. But what he just talked to you about, speed of trust, that is where the magic happens. It's the only thing that matters. It's the only thing. It's the only branded thing. Because you can hire now again, you can operate with a time machine that thinks faster than all humans. If you want to just go down a really crazy ass rabbit hole, realize that the entire domain and body of human knowledge has already been loaded inside AI. And the reason why AI is going to be able to solve or cure most diseases over the next few years is because it's creating synthetic humans.

Mike Koenigs [00:28:28]:
And it'll run tests that are more accurate than we can control in our own controlled environments. And. And probably run 10,000 years of tests on millions of humans in quantum moments. That is synthetically generated training content based upon the real world. You can already synthesize our behaviors and experience what we'll be like and predict most of what's going to happen based upon our past. For the future, just spend a little time on that one. Maybe drop some, take some psilocybin and see where you go. Okay, so a couple tools and one thing I am doing for you too is I flipped this from yesterday.

Mike Koenigs [00:29:14]:
I gave you a QR code to get the downloaded tool or all of the resources. This one Will put you in if you want to chat with our chatbot and then schedule a conversation or you want some help and watch what it does. I'm sharing this with you for two reasons. One, it's genuine and will help you. The other one is you're going to see how we've incorporated AI in our conversation. So this is in our back end with go high level. Everyone should be doing this. Everyone.

Mike Koenigs [00:29:44]:
Okay? So you'll see, it'll say, what do you want to help with? It'll ask you your contact info. And in the back, Aaron will start responding to you on my team. So there's a human back there as well, right? Next up, let's do a couple more use cases and you can say, hi Aaron. All right, so this is, I'm going to show you an example of creating software and an entire platform using prompts. Because a lot of people are like, how am I going to take my knowledge and my wisdom and create some passive income? We've been talking about passive income. Well, I'm going to show you an example of that. So I met with a guy, his name is Dr. Steven Palter.

Mike Koenigs [00:30:25]:
He's one of the top IVF doctors in the, in the world and he has written several books. And if you take a look at this prompt, My name is Dr. Steven Poulter. I want you to take all my content information. It's available online. Visit all my social media sites and services. Want you to create an ideal customer profile. And then I want you to model and synthesize and integrate all my content.

Mike Koenigs [00:30:45]:
Create a New York Times best selling book using 3500 word chapters. Open with a notable hook or quote that is relevant to that chapter with anecdotes and examples I speak about. Then write the entire book for me and fill it full of questions and answers. Make it super engaging, interesting. My ideal customer profile, basically you just blather on and if you don't know what that stuff should be, you can say what are the components that would create a New York Times bestselling book or a Wall Street Journal business book? What is the format? What's the template? Well, so I feed that in. Now I used Manus for this Manus im, which I found is writing better first draft books. So this thing spins up and starts generating and looking at all of his stuff and eventually finds and does the content analysis. It finds his ideal customer profile, it builds, it starts creating the chapters.

Mike Koenigs [00:31:38]:
It writes in his voice with one blobby prompt, what we call a compound prompt. Alright, so by the Time. It's all done. There it is. There are all the chapters. Click on View all the files. There's each one of the chapters and there's the book outline. Boom.

Mike Koenigs [00:32:00]:
It's all formatted. Chapter one, the open opening quote. Again, it took this from his entire body of material. Now again, if you had no footprint, no body of material, I'd have it find your top 10 competitors and the greatest authorities and experts and compile their synthesize it to together and rewrite it in your voice. Is that cheating? Yeah. So is Ghostwriter. So it's just about everything else that's ever happened. You know, in the music industry there are writing camps, there are 10 producer hook writers who operate in a mastermind group and each one of them go off and create a hook and a song and they usually write two a day.

Mike Koenigs [00:32:41]:
Meaning if there's a group of 10, 20 songs get written and. And Rihanna will walk in and say work on that one. And then they all break up into that. Okay, so just welcome to media. None of those no stars create their own content producers create their content and songwriters. Okay, so what I do, I just took this and I also said, hey, I want you to generate a description of some software which I fed into a tool called Lovable. So this is it. And I grabbed some of the material that Manus created and I basically created a prompt and said now I want to create a passive income software product that is the brains of Dr.

Mike Koenigs [00:33:25]:
Steven Poulter. So that was the prompt and I told AI to write that an entire program spec we could do that for every one of your businesses right now. So I pressed a button and in about 20 minutes it created a semi functional software product. It wrote and created the entire website, came up with the pricing model and it prototyped a functional chatbot based on his knowledge. And it even created the login. Sidhu had asked earlier about writing software. Who was it who asked me about creating Software with the OAuth? Who was that yesterday? It was you? Yes. So this thing will create the oauth and you'd give pass along.

Mike Koenigs [00:34:09]:
That's super nerd talk. And it you just iterate, you tell it, you try it out. If it doesn't work, you say now fix it. So you still have to have a real coder. Yeah. Okay. So I wouldn't trust any AI generated software to create a final product. It is not secure.

Mike Koenigs [00:34:27]:
Yeah. The database that it put it. Yeah, it's not there yet. But prototyping something. And that's Aaron by the way, who's on the other side of the AI. I wanted to make sure he's in there. Aaron Biblo is my client experience guy, so if anyone's responding to you, that's him. Hi Aaron.

Mike Koenigs [00:34:46]:
All right, quadrant four automations and scale. So where is this all going? Well, if you imagine the like, what should our children be doing? They should become digital orchestrators, managing AI teams and creating collaborations. That's a huge opportunity. Is writing code. Nope, I wouldn't do that right now. Two minute too many. But someone has to decode what a business owner founder needs and be able to create the agentics systems that connect all these things together. It's the mushy middle.

Mike Koenigs [00:35:24]:
There's a phrase that I heard recently and it had to do with hard knowledge. Specialized knowledge is going to have increasingly very little value. Pure specialists. It's the mushy middle between the human interface, the emotional components. Yes, there are some synthetic components to that, but we're the ones who are integrating. And when you look at the way the human brain works, the efficiency, we're still a long way off from pure AGI taking our jobs, etc. But we all want to grow our businesses without adding more people and be able to play the game of triage. It's not triage, it's where we make money on the vig.

Mike Koenigs [00:36:10]:
What's that called? There's a phrase for it. Arbitrage. Who said arbitrage? Big points, five gold stars. So this is something that everyone asks. How do you consume this much content? How do you keep up to date with this? So I'm going to show you a formula that I've been using that just improved four days ago. So first of all, a prompt and I'm using with. I'm using genspark for this one, which is super cheap by the way. So here's how it goes.

Mike Koenigs [00:36:41]:
Here's a YouTube video. Make it into a slide presentation with sleek design and relevant images. Slides suitable for PowerPoint with proper dimensions. Notice this is. It's clearly I spoke it. It doesn't read very well. AI doesn't care. It can spell crap wrong.

Mike Koenigs [00:36:55]:
It knows exactly contextually what you're trying to do. Use the colors and styles from one of my websites, then help me quickly grasp the ideas behind it, adapt the contents and spread relevant to me and my use case for my business and website. So I'm basically saying make this stuff for me based on my business and the people I'm focused on. Make it look like my stuff. And I passed it a video and it was something I just grabbed today. It was how to be a lot more efficient with your iPhone. So how I use my iPhone to get more done. That's a 17 minute video.

Mike Koenigs [00:37:28]:
I don't want to watch it. Now. In the past, I would just grab the transcript and. And I'd have it turn it into an sop, a standard operating procedure. Now that's too slow. So now I put in my prompt and again, if I get up in the morning, I'll find eight things I want to learn. Find eight videos, and I paste it in here and get all of them moving at once. So I copy it, paste in the link, hit the enter key.

Mike Koenigs [00:37:54]:
Now what it does is it's doing the same thing as before. It's quickly creating slides for each one of the tips in a digestible format. But it's relevant to me and my use case, in my voice, in my style. Okay, so you want to rapidly create training content. I could put this into a synthetic video generator, have an artificial actor who looks and sounds like me teaching it, but this is what it ended up creating. Now, do I have to change the background a little bit? Yeah, but this is a slide presentation. This thing made while I was eating breakfast about two hours ago. And notice it's using examples from my content.

Mike Koenigs [00:38:36]:
Help clients create category one, positioning. Create systems. Help generate two years of content in one session at Sunset Beach. Okay. This actually took stuff from my website, so it made screenshots that are relevant. All right, dictation. Are you kind of grokkin the power here, the potential, I mean, it's massive. So again, my strategy every day is find something that I know will add value to someone else's Life.

Mike Koenigs [00:39:12]:
I use YouTube as my ultimate source of content these days because it's fresh, it's new, and whoever's fighting the the hardest for attention, who has the greatest followings. And the most recent content is probably pretty good. I can synthesize eight of the best in class geniuses who spent massive amounts of energy on something into one thing that I can digest all of it in 10 minutes. Could build a software product on that. An entire presentation, an entire derivative video that's going to be eight or ten times better than anyone else's. So if you're not doing this, your competition will. And I think 18 months. I said yesterday it's 18 to 36 months.

Mike Koenigs [00:39:58]:
How about three or six? This is going to happen so freaking fast. Yes. Question, you talked about like the content going out to. And then yesterday you talked about email. Yeah. Is there Anything that goes through my email and says go find me and create content off of that. Yeah. So you can do that right now with Claude.

Mike Koenigs [00:40:27]:
Yesterday I showed you if you activate and I'll have the slides up in the WhatsApp group and the master doc. So I'll paste that before end of day with my transcripts that will be all coded for you. So I'm going to basically turn everything I've been talking about into organized, structured content and give that to you. So you'll see the use case. You're welcome. But back to the answer. Claude lets you connect your Google Drive. So for Microsoft, you can use Microsoft's what's their copilot.

Mike Koenigs [00:41:05]:
It sucks though, right? Yeah, it sucks balls at the moment. So at the moment, Claude or Gemini, Google will let you do that and you can give it some prompts and say, search through my email and search for this kind of, this kind of, this kind of stuff. If you want to get a little more uber nerdy, you could actually go in and dump your email into a large doc and and upload it into NotebookLM and have it find content for you. Type that. Type how do I dump all my emails out of whatever the hell email thing I have in ChatGPT? And it'll tell you how to do it. Okay. And if you do it in Gemini, you can actually have Gemini look at your screen and say, show me how to do it and navigate me through the process. If you haven't seen that yet, it's under AI something doodle, but it will talk to you and walk you through.

Mike Koenigs [00:42:02]:
So you can actually write code and learn how to do anything with Gemini looking at your screen. Okay. It's pretty bald. Yep.

Speaker C [00:42:11]:
We're getting ready to do a CRM.

Mike Koenigs [00:42:16]:
One crappy one to another crappy one. I promise you they all suck, but keep going, keep going, please. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker C [00:42:24]:
So the one that we have has captured every email. So we have 5,000 contacts, every contact, every email we've received from them in the last four years is in there.

Mike Koenigs [00:42:32]:
Yep.

Speaker C [00:42:32]:
We can't export the actual email, the bodies of the emails into the new one. Is there a tool or series of tools that could go in?

Mike Koenigs [00:42:42]:
Let's do that one later. That's super nerd. And I have 30 minutes and I've got 40 minutes worth of content to get through. So that, yes, that would be talk to ChatGPT and I'd start ChatGPT. I do Manus and I do Genspark at the same time and look at which one's the easiest and give it some specs. But I would literally talk to it. Come, come up to me afterwards and we'll prototype something. All right, so top automation tools.

Mike Koenigs [00:43:08]:
So Manus, genspark, Abacus and then workflows and playbooks. So I'm gonna show you some workflow ideas. So what we do, every time I make something, as I say, take what I'm talking. So again, here's how I train my own team. I'll learn something cool and I'll make a video and I'll go step by step through it. And I take that transcript, I feed it into ChatGPT and say, turn this into a step by step SOP that my EA and my team can follow. Now, I happen to be inspired by teaching and training in real time and I, I thrive on Q and A. I love pushback.

Mike Koenigs [00:43:45]:
It'll be like, but what about this? I hadn't thought of that. That's a good idea. Let's figure it out together so they actually get the whole process. Now, I put all that content in either Google Docs or Notion. So but workflows and playbooks. And I'll show you how we've developed our products. So part of what I'm going to show you are three of our best product funnels and products and how we've used AI to enhance them. All right, so that's what they are.

Mike Koenigs [00:44:10]:
Top three marketing funnels enhanced with AI. Let's begin with this one. Not long ago I did a webinar and it was all on how to build a brand using my what I call your next act process. By the way, this will work for you too. This will work for anyone who has something to sell. So do a webinar and capture it, especially one that converts. So I did a webinar called unlock your greatest superpower, become a Category 1 brand and transform yourself in your business. And it's really how to create 10x offers.

Mike Koenigs [00:44:45]:
And it's really what we do in our three days when we create businesses either from scratch or enhance ones that already exist. What we've been talking about. So what I did, a friend of mine named Bob Sterling has something called the customer driven framework. It's a $37 special report that he sells as a lead generator or he gives it away doing list swaps with partners. So how do you grow your list? Partner up with other people are already marketing to the same people? This would work for you guys too. So basically use the transcript of my PowerPoint presentation and the audio recording and I even uploaded my Slides. Then I basically just said, model that template and then make a guide that follows the same process, but use my content and then write it in my voice. So this is a one prompt.

Mike Koenigs [00:45:46]:
Build an entire product. All right? And so use the icp. There's my transcripts. I also provided description of the offer that we're selling, which in my case it's called the thousand dollar cup of coffee. People always say, hey, can I pick your brain? Yeah, a thousand bucks. I want you to put skin in the game and show up on time. So if you don't show up, I'm keeping your money and I'm going to blow it. I'm going to buy something really expensive for my wife now.

Mike Koenigs [00:46:15]:
But what, you get the, you get the point. No skin in the game. People don't. If you don't pay, you don't pay attention. So anyway, this thing went through. It created the entire guide in about 20 minutes. And it was good, really good. Now was it all the way there? Nope.

Mike Koenigs [00:46:33]:
I have a copywriter who works for me and he made it a lot better. So that was the first. And what the result was is this guide. It's how to turn yourself, your business and your brand into a category of one. And it's about a 88 page guide. And my copywriter also formatted it, cleaned it up. Okay, so it wasn't all the way done, but it wrote it in my voice. And at the end there's an offer for the thousand dollar cup of coffee.

Mike Koenigs [00:47:05]:
And there's also. Now we do an upsell. So it goes from 1,000 to 3,500 for 90 minutes. It allows me to meet with someone and prototype AI for any business. You know, we meet, we prototype, do some of the stuff we're seeing there, except it's 100% personalized. It has been the most effective business marketing strategy and offer we've created in years. Incredibly profitable. Incredibly profitable because it goes straight from a conversation into a bigger ticket sale.

Mike Koenigs [00:47:35]:
And the people who do it say, I get 10 times to 100 times my investment back with ideas. Because I prepare, I build prototypes, I show up and I'm going to show you the other key to it in a second. Every single business that sells a high ticket offer should be using this. I don't care what, it just flat out works. So then there's a webpage and if you want to look at the page, that's the link. And I actually did. I don't know if I made this. The scan superpower accelerator.com get project so this is the sales page.

Mike Koenigs [00:48:10]:
Manus also wrote the first draft and did a damn good job. So if we back up a little bit, here's the process from a funnel perspective. And if you're saying, I can't do this, you can have a first draft made within two hours using a few simple prompts, taking content you already have. But now we have either it's a free offer, we can give this away, or we sell it for 37 bucks. The back end, there's an upsell, and then it goes to the thousand dollar cup of coffee campaign. Boom. It just flat out works. The value per click is extremely high.

Mike Koenigs [00:48:49]:
Everything about it just works really, really well. Right. So I'm going to just call that step one low ticket offer. Every business in the world should have this in addition to a book and a podcast. Now, I think those are the best media types that get the best customers who spend time with you, absorbing your content, getting to know, like and trust you. If I were going to get families into a Montessori school, I would be doing long form interviews and a report on how to get your kids to read faster. Be less anxious. You know, a little report on every topic you have could have 10 different $37 special reports you're selling to the parents and then they have a consult and you enroll them.

Mike Koenigs [00:49:40]:
You want to grow this thing, that's your franchise right there. And I can promise you if we just brainstorm for a couple minutes, we'd come up with three, five or ten for everyone. And the time it takes to build funnels like this, Astronomical. Usually this is happening. That thousand hour cup of coffee campaign I created, I was at a strategic coach meeting and I was talking about how growing our consultative side of the business requires Dancing Bear Mike to press the flesh to meet people because it's such a high ticket offer. And one of the guys said, look, I'm not going to stroke a check for multiple six figures to you because I don't know what I'm going to get, but I'll pay a 2,500 bucks for an hour of your time. And Joe Polish turned to me and he said, haven't you heard of the $1,000 cup of coffee? You ought to do that. I'm like, no, what is it? He goes, here, I'll send you an interview with my friend Ron lynch, because he's in the advertising, in the, what do you call it? He does infomercials.

Mike Koenigs [00:50:46]:
Yeah, that's right. So Joe Eunice sent me. This is Joe's number one the video while we were sitting there. So I got it within 7 minutes. I transcribed it and I gave Manus the instruction. I want you to take this thousand dollar cup of coffee interview and create an offer for me, Mike Koenigs. I fed it my website. I had the prototype written in 40 minutes, sent to my copywriter.

Mike Koenigs [00:51:12]:
We launched it three days later. I didn't really, I didn't, I didn't never watch the video. I just took the transcript. Mike, what do you use to bring the site that the Madness or chance wants me to put into high level clickfunnel So I still have to have. So we're pretty close to having agents that can build all the pages and connect. Found it much more effective to delegate that to a human team at this moment and there's just too much little Mickey Mouse poop that breaks. Say that again. Yeah, we're getting there.

Mike Koenigs [00:51:59]:
Now I'm going to show you part two. This is another really important example. Now I was going to do on one of you here. I chose not to just because I didn't want to share too much without your permission. But I'm going to show you the next best thing we've ever done where when I meet with someone for the thousand dollar cup of coffee, for example, we generate a 60 to 80 page report that tells me everything about you. I mentioned it yesterday. I'm going to show it to you now. And anytime I'm meeting a high value person at a meeting and now with all of our leads that come in, we're automatically generating these.

Mike Koenigs [00:52:37]:
So when we meet with someone, we've effectively learned everything about you and your business and can talk about your future self because it's been synthesized better than you can predict for you. Oh, so the prompt. Here's what it looks like. I'm not going to go through all of it, but here, here's who I am. And you could do this too. You can, you could replicate this. Here's who I am. Here are my websites.

Mike Koenigs [00:52:58]:
Give me a key, a complete background dossier on person, then what you want to do. Context. I want to collaborate to grow their business. Tell me everything about their personal life, interests, likes, past deals, and then research their platform, books, education, da da da. And then add 10 tips using Chris Voss's best negotiation strategies based on interests, goals and results. Now my version of this is a little more complex because it writes a whole proposal, also does everything. So pop that into ChatGPT03 with deep research will do a really good job of this genspark and Manus, I'm still testing because up until now, my team uses a series of prompts to build these, and they produce them one on one. But think about it.

Mike Koenigs [00:53:51]:
If you can meet with someone and know everything about them, they're so impressed and they feel so heard and understood, which collapses the speed of trust. So for you guys, for example, enrolling more people in this program, it's one call. I know everything about you. And tell me about your future self. But I'll show you our shortcut to that as well, because we can synthesize it. Got it. And I promise you, for every business in this room, this will work for you. So that's what this thing does.

Mike Koenigs [00:54:20]:
Cranks it grabs the content, produces the report. This one I sanitized, but I'm going to walk you through and describe what gets cranked out. All right, so when I meet with someone, this is what happens. So we've got a little forward, and my promise is you're going to get the report as soon as we're done, along with a video of the call and a transcript. So they fill out a form that says it's effectively. If you're familiar with Dan Sullivan's impact filter, who are you? What would you like? How can we make this a great meeting? So there's the personality profile. So it guessed as Colby, which it accurately did. His enneagram, His Myers Briggs CliftonStrengths Ray Dalio Hogan Print Big 5 SDI disc.

Mike Koenigs [00:55:06]:
That is some serious ammo. Okay. Idealized vision. So it looks at your past and predicts what you want and then immediate next steps to rapid execution. Now, again, this was modeled. So if we just modeled this for your school, it would be about the adult and their child. It would say, here's how we can help get you to the other side using our program. So it came back with all these ideas based upon his existing content and his interviews that are out there.

Mike Koenigs [00:55:38]:
So his digital footprint. There's the entire personal, professional history, everything this guy's done, everything he's been involved in. So I spent 10 minutes looking at a month's worth of data. If I paid a researcher to do this. This is $25,000 in two weeks. My opinion. I skimmed through it. I.

Mike Koenigs [00:56:12]:
Yeah, now I'm doing a shortened version. Yeah, I'm good at absorbing a high volume, so I'd adapt it to any business and a leader. But my number one, Aaron, he gets through to. Yes.

Speaker C [00:56:31]:
A sort of.

Mike Koenigs [00:56:34]:
Not just product.

Speaker C [00:56:34]:
But like a prompt that allows you.

Speaker E [00:56:38]:
Like, let's say you want to create a questionnaire.

Mike Koenigs [00:56:39]:
Yes. Prototype it. And lovable. Yes, yes. So I'd use I, here's what I do remember about getting six geniuses at the same time. So I create a prompt. So for you, for example, I, you know, the prompt would be something like, I have a Montessori school. I want to create a quiz that helps parents describe their child and the outcome that they wish and their kids special gifts.

Mike Koenigs [00:57:10]:
And then give them a score on how and why Montessori will work best for them based upon this body of data. And it would prototype a tool in about 20 minutes. Yeah, yeah. And then have it synthetically generate a report. Okay. So this, by the way, is what's called a soft offer. This is for real. And I'm going to show you two of them.

Mike Koenigs [00:57:41]:
So this is my thousand dollar cup of coffee. And so here's the offer for you, which is, that's the QR code, that's the link. What do you get now? Normally I do 30 minutes. It's a thousand bucks. And you get the special report, but you get double time with me. What's that mean? We meet, we go through it. You get the report, the experience, and I can show you how to use AI in your business, inventing things like this more often than not. I can prototype it with you in real time.

Mike Koenigs [00:58:15]:
But just the data you get on your better future self, I can promise you, is probably better than most coaches can produce over a period of years. And I'll give you access to my tools as well. So five people get double time. That's a declining, what do they call, scarcity offer. See how sneaky I am? Very sneaky. That's offer number one. So you get the report, you get to experience it for yourself, and you get something super valuable. If you don't get 10 times your money back, I give you your money back.

Mike Koenigs [00:58:48]:
Or your value. If you don't get 10 times your value in that conversation, I give you your money back. Pretty easy. Now, full disclosure. If I look at someone's application and I don't think I can help them, I give them their money back right away. I don't spend my time or waste my time. If they're delusional, have anger issues. Now I'm going to show you a third.

Mike Koenigs [00:59:15]:
This is something we put together just for you here. So everyone, a lot of you have asked, not everyone. How can we continue our AI education? I've got more goodies after this in Q and A, by the way. So this is a program that we started as soon as AI was released, some of you were asking, okay, when did you start with? So it started with Peter Diamandis called me up and said, will you come to abundance 360 and teach my patrons generative AI? I'm like, okay. He said, when can we meet? And it turned out the next day I was meeting with Dave Asprey up in la. So I went up there and I showed him what I had been working on, like over a period of a week. It was brand new. And he said, you could probably teach him tomorrow, couldn't you? And I'm like, yep.

Mike Koenigs [00:59:58]:
So I had a couple months to get my shit together that turned into a product. But here's the big promise. Oh, yeah, there's the link. And with this, you actually get two hours with me for the thousand dollar cup of coffee. So it's a little bundle deal. All right, so here's what it is. It's our training. We've been doing this now for two years.

Mike Koenigs [01:00:24]:
It's if you're liking this experience of. Look at this. So every training, it happens weekly. Here's how to use AI. We do open Q and A. It's live and recorded, and we use AI to record every session and teach an AI so you can ask questions so you'll never have to be like, what tool should I use for this? You just ask, say, what tool should I use for video, for example? So it's online, live, recorded. It's 90 days weekly. Includes ask me anything and hot seats.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:01]:
Kind of like what we're doing here. That's Brad Costanzo who leads the training. Known him 15 years. There's a WhatsApp support group and community. Remember I told you about workflows and playbooks? So most problems you want to solve, there's already a playbook. It's like a copy paste prompt. And they're all based on real businesses. So there's a membership site, a workshop, mentoring.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:28]:
I'll just go through all, everything you get. So first you get the one on one virtual cup of coffee with triple time. That's a $3,500 value. The membership site, which includes all the content, the Playbooks. I did a live event like this at Genius Network and we recorded it. So the recording of that, you'll see what we do. Something called my 10x multiplier blueprint. It's the framework for how I build businesses.

Mike Koenigs [01:02:01]:
It's a just a cool bonus, a masterclass on reinventing yourself, my sales training system. Everyone asked me, okay, what's the gear you Use for your studio that's included. And then all my books. And here's what I wanted to do. We're doing a live training June 2nd and 3rd. Right before I came here, we filled up the live event. I have no more seats, and Jesse can't expand it. She's producing the event.

Mike Koenigs [01:02:31]:
But you'd get access to the live online version. It's June 2nd and 3rd. So that program sold for $5,000, and we. We sold out. So bottom line is this program with the meeting with me is half price, which is. I thought, what. Did anyone go to it yet? So if you go to the page, just go to the page. Either the QR code or that link.

Mike Koenigs [01:02:57]:
And if you put an AI 500 off at the checkout, it's whatever, half of 7530. So around 3500 bucks. It's a great deal. Am I stumbling a little too much here? Yeah, it. It's the lowest price I've ever sold it for. We've always sold it for 7,500 bucks. That includes no time with me, and it wouldn't be with the live event as well. So it's the fastest way to get going, and we get to spend some more time together.

Mike Koenigs [01:03:29]:
Yes. So here. Here's what I'll do. You get two. Two staff can. Can attend simultaneously. So you get two staff tickets. Yep.

Mike Koenigs [01:03:45]:
It's a freaking great deal. Yep. So they get to attend the digital live event because we don't have any more seats. The virtual. That's correct. So it's for you and two of your team members, plus access to the training, which is 7,500 bucks by itself, plus the $3,500 cup of coffee with me, which I never discount. I never give away. So it's.

Mike Koenigs [01:04:12]:
It's. If all you did is got that, It's a great deal. 3748. Listen to that one, huh? Yeah. Are you in? Are you in? I'll take.

Speaker C [01:04:32]:
I'm looking at your calendar right now. I need to block this out. So if you can't do the second and third, it's recorded, right?

Mike Koenigs [01:04:40]:
Yeah, it's recorded. Yeah. How long do we get access to the membership so that doesn't get taken away is. You'll get the live portion, and then we have like, a month to month after you're done with the Core 90. But you always have access to all the trainings. But the live part. Yeah, that we sell for 7,500 bucks.

Speaker C [01:05:04]:
Okay.

Mike Koenigs [01:05:05]:
You get both.

Speaker C [01:05:06]:
I just want to say something about that. I put my 20 year program director, just like my child into this AI accelerator course. And it is unbelievable what she's been able to do. And you know, I'll put some of the assets that we were able to create. I mean, she's just a completely 10x human being and excited and incredible. So that.

Mike Koenigs [01:05:36]:
That'S 90 days and that's the training with the weekly training with Brad. And what I will do is as long as you do this, I'll give you first dibs when we do the next live in person training. So you'll have first opportunity, an option to say no before anyone else does. So you won't be. Well, basically you'll have an opportunity before we're sold out because everyone's already. The people who couldn't make it are already saying, hey, when's your next one? Any questions about any of the stuff that I've shared with you or the program? Okay. Oh, yeah, that's a great question. So scan the code and then bring up the page and then put in AI 500 off with the single pay and you get half off and all the bonuses.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:28]:
Yeah, that's the coupon. And we'll put the, we'll put it in the, in the chat. If someone wants to put that in chat. I should have had. Yeah, the whole thing. I know, it's nuts. Vivian, you're welcome. And here's what I will do.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:57]:
I was going to say five only. As long as you do this before end of day. You get in there, I'll do as many as sign up. I'll just make the time for you for the direct one on one. Usually I never fill up my calendar that much. Okay. Yes. Thank you very much for the kind offer.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:20]:
You're welcome. You're welcome. No, it's been. I've truly fallen in love with you here. This has been. I feel like I've been reconnected with some brothers. I really value this opportunity to be on your platform and to meet everyone here. It's an absolute pleasure.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:40]:
So thank you very much and thank you, Jesse, for being such a rock star. Garrett AI5 00FF. Oh, it's. Oh, it's AI50 off. Yeah, you keep saying 500 off. Oh, yeah. 1, 5, 0. Oh, it's AI50 OFF.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:56]:
Oh, thank you for that. Yeah, 50 off. 50% off. That's what that code is. I'll make sure they never do that again. Thanks. Good catch. All right.

Mike Koenigs [01:08:09]:
Am I out of time? I have four minutes. Any questions, Q and A about anything? It's In San Diego at the University Club. I'm still going to show up. You fight with Jessie. She's seriously been trying to get extra spots. My whole team, they're sitting in. Yeah, okay. All right.

Mike Koenigs [01:08:35]:
How do you like that? If she can make it happen, I'm not in charge. I'm a man slave. Man slavery. So you can sit on. People can sit on laps. If you're good, hug her. Any high functioning questions? I have three minutes. Three minutes.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:04]:
Yeah. How many are in? Just raise your hand so I know. Okay. Okay, great. All right, good. You're just. Yeah, thank you. I'll just get out of here.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:17]:
Okay.

Speaker C [01:09:18]:
So we do a lot of like, we have a lot of forms and that. We have a whole team and they're always like importing and exporting. But how can we get AI to do that? Because we create, you know, we're payroll companies. So we take forms out of every different, you know, like from this into that.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:35]:
And look at it. That's kind of the first step for training. So there's two answers to that question. First of all, what I would do is just take your blob, a big directory of data. So you've got the exact same challenge. She's got a bunch of icky legal agreements and a whole bunch of IRS forms, etc. And it's like. And right now they're copy pasting between all.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:58]:
It's unstructured. So what I would do is load them up into a GemSpark project, just take the raw data and then you have an example of the output you want it to be in. So the prompt would be something along the lines of take all this unstructured data. This is the output template I want you to use. Export all of it from this into that and look at it. That's kind of the first step for training. Simultaneously you could take the same process prompt, put it into Lovable is one of the tools or blackbox AI and say create an app that makes this form that does it, prototype it. The way to think about it.

Mike Koenigs [01:10:43]:
The third, which is what you really want to do. I always say prototype it first and figure it out because otherwise you're going to be wasting a lot of time talking to a coder and it's going to be a bunch of Mickey Mouse back and forth and it's horrible. There's a flat function called that is one of the best low code platforms and you can get coded using that. And it's open source, it can run on your own servers, which means no security issues. Or you can create an instance known as an instance on Amazon it basically means 100% secure expansive opportunity every one of us has. With RA you can build tools that's good for you and in my opinion the way to think about is build this for you make more money with fewer people and then see your own young by selling it as a platform and a tool to every competitor you have and sell it to private equity and that's how you get your hundred million dollar exit. Your Data is worth 10 times more than your company and your IP as a seller is a hundred times more and if you show someone that you've got this tool have someone pay you not to release it to the general public and buy your company and then realize those gains before you even do it because every firm thinks they can do that that's where the big money and that's the expansive opportunities every one of us has. RIP all right that's a good place to leave.

Mike Koenigs [01:12:17]:
What was the name of that N8N.
