Hot take. After much debate over this grainy photo, I'm officially calling it, Taylor Swift's diamond is an antique elongated cushion cut, also known as an old mine cut. While there are some current day diamonds cut to look antique, it's highly unlikely this is one of them. Based on the beautiful wide facets, this stone is almost certainly a high quality natural diamond from the early nineteen hundreds worth many hundreds of thousands. This antique diamond appears to be set in a four prong setting with a heavy gold basket and band.
