L E S S O N S - with Lennox Saint

Lennox Saint walks through the Daily Greatest Hits workflow: using Codex and Threadify to turn proven Threads posts into daily candidates instead of asking AI to invent from scratch.

Over the last 30 days on Threads, I've gained 1,939 followers and 2,666,000 views, 20,000 likes, and engagement rate 2.12%, total post 252.
Here is exactly how I did it.
So this is something I've been testing in Codex over the last 30 days, and it's my new way to create content.
And I wanted to specifically just show you this as further proof of how effective this system is.
So this was my prompt yesterday at basically the same time that I'm recording this now at 8.42 p.m.
I asked Threadify, whoops, I spoiled it.
I asked Codex to draft me 10 posts based on my graded sits.
That was meant to say greatest hits, not graded sits.
And tell me what the best time to post them would be.
So then it treated graded sits as greatest hits.
And basically it drafted these 10 posts in 42 seconds, right?
So here are the 10 posts.
Have a quick read of them.
I don't want an audience who's still under 1,000 followers on Threads.
Threads is not about getting followers.
Don't make viral posts.
Threads are still early.
I do not care if you have 17 followers.
Write 1,000 posts.
Stop taking Threads so seriously.
You don't need more followers.
Remember that.
Because guess what my results on Threads have been over the last 24 hours.
Okay.
So I have, it's been a shit 24 hours.
I've gained 226 Threads.
I only had 104,000 views.
2.24% engagement rate.
These were accurate as of four hours ago though.
So here is more proof.
Go to my account.
I just hit, hey, I just hit 30,000 followers.
If that isn't proof enough, holy shit.
Okay.
I actually have took 4.1.
Shit.
Maybe I've gained over a million views in the last hour or four hours since the Threadify
analytics updated.
Okay.
Cool.
Move on.
So fuck.
There's a lot happening.
Okay.
Just have a look at the results over the last 24 hours though.
Remember those hooks.
Don't make viral posts.
Threads is not about getting followers.
Who's still under 1,000 followers on Threads?
That got 624 likes.
We all start at zero.
40.
I don't want an audience.
54.
I lost my mom at 12.
That one was posted earlier.
I got clawed.
Where is it?
Yeah.
Okay.
So you get the idea.
So all of those posts, those 10 are scattered throughout today, like the last 24 hours.
And it's been a great success.
So how did I do this?
What's the whole system behind what I've just shown you?
It is as follows.
So this was a separate chat.
Oh, it's the same one.
So what I do is I've got this automation set up every day at 8 a.m.
And what it does, as you can see here, this was sent at 8.08 a.m. this morning.
I was still asleep, but that's a different story.
So what it did was it gave me these 10 posts.
Now, are these just AI generated?
No.
I've posted almost 5,000 times on threads.
And what I've got this system to do is to take the top 600 of those near 5,000 posts
and then through each morning, pick 10 of those and send them to me in codex.
So this is, I'm not going to go into the full rationale as to why this is so effective.
Beyond the fact that if my top 20% of posts represent almost 95% of my growth
and I've got such a big library of my top 20% of posts,
I can post 10 of those every day for the next two months
and have new content coming out every two months.
And it's just a recollection of all my greatest hits.
The reality is there is not a whole, like, you can only say so much about threads.
And I've done that 5,000 times.
And now I'm at the point where I kind of just want to repeat the greatest hits.
So that's what this system does.
Why and how is this possible?
I've been testing this over the last 30 days, and it is now possible within Threadify.
Let me show you what I mean.
Plugins, Threadify.
Okay.
This is Codex app, by the way.
Tell me something interesting about my threads analytics over the last 24 hours.
And let's put this modifier on fast mode.
Okay.
Cool.
Threadify is connected, as Lennox underscore saint, with all access scope,
so I can use its read tools directly.
I'm checking what analytics it exposes.
The dispatcher does not expose the analytics dashboard,
but greatest hits can read top-reforming recent posts.
I'm using a one-day window as the closest M2.
Okay.
Blah, blah, blah.
Something interesting.
Your highest engagement post was not the biggest idea post.
It was the community activation one.
Top one in the last 24-hour snapshot was, which is the same one that we saw,
and who is still under 1,000 followers on Thread.
Remember, these are as of four hours ago, because that's how recent the analytics...
Like, we can't update them live, because the Thread API doesn't allow it.
That's wild, because two other posts had more raw reach,
the Mum memory post and the ChatGPT prompts post.
The interesting read,
direct community prompts are currently converting attention into replies
way better than authority slash proof hooks.
Your audience is not just watching.
When you give them a clear, low-friction reason to self-identify,
they pile in.
Tiny tactical takeaway.
Run more, drop what you do, who's still X, say hi, if Y posts.
Between the bigger proof threads, they're acting like a community flypaper.
Damn.
Okay.
All right.
Draft me 10 versions based on those insights,
then rank them from best to worst.
Okay.
I feel like we need a full-screen immersion for this.
We're on a ride.
Ooh, okay.
Oh, look at this.
Okay.
Which drafting method do you want?
So, threatify brain generation.
Use your saved voice plus best performing patterns.
Best fit for this.
Bring your own.
I draft them myself here from the analytics inside.
I'd use threatify brain generation for this one,
because the whole point is turning the last 24-hour performance signal
into posts that still sound like me.
Fuck yeah.
Let's go with threatify brain generation.
Not ratified.
Come on, whisperfly.
You know better than that.
What's it going to show us?
It's querying my brain in threatify now, by the way.
Which is, can I get there in time?
Good.
This is my brain in threatify, by the way.
It's loading.
Here we go.
That is my brain in threatify, all the facts it knows about me.
And codex is reading my brain.
Getting brain overview.
Okay.
It noticed that my queue is already fairly loaded today.
Very clever.
It said, so I'm treating these as draft candidates only,
not touching the schedule,
because it already looked at my schedule and was like,
oh, maybe we shouldn't post that, like, again today.
The 30-day data confirms the pattern hard.
Weird think tank, under 1,000 followers,
and say hello are the top engagement rate shapes.
The best reply should probably feel like a room invitation,
not a tip.
Damn.
Threatify has enough context now.
I'm asking it for one ranked artifact
rather than 10 separate draft posts.
Blah, call the namespace.
Generation tool is exposed.
Now I rank the actual Threatify brain draft pass.
What's it going to show us?
It choked.
Easy fix.
The joys of live demos.
The suspense is killing me.
So, if you have not seen the brain in Threatify before,
what it is, is it's like, how many fragments?
So, 1,531 nodes are here.
These are like little facts that each time I posted with Threatify,
it's gone and identified facts in those posts
and then added those facts to the brain.
And what Threatify is doing now, hey, here we go,
is using those facts that Threatify has about me
within the Codex app.
And notice how it incorporated those key findings
about the key words, weird think tank under 1,000 followers
and say hello are the top engagement rate shapes.
Like, it identified the best words from my posts
and now you can see here, it's incorporated them into those posts.
If you're under 1,000 followers on Threads, drop a reply below it.
This is a weird little corner of the internet,
not a content factory, not a pitch deck.
Just a weird think tank of Threads building cool shit at odd hours.
If you're here, drop a reply and tell me what's on your screen right now.
Most creator advice tells you to hide who you are
until you have a landing page.
Fuck that. What do you actually do?
No AI slot terms like synergize or leverage.
Plain English, go.
Quietly building on a Wednesday morning.
If you're lurking, say hi.
No pitch, no funnel, just friends keeping each other awake.
You get the idea.
Ooh.
I like this one.
Okay, so now what I'm going to do is later,
scheduled all four through Threatify for Lennox underscore Saint,
pick the slots from recent analytics pattern,
your best reply conversion window at 910A of AWST, my local time zone,
and the 30A data also pointed to clean morning, evening community windows.
So then it went and posted all that stuff for me,
and I guess proof will be in the pudding,
but based on the data that Threatify has,
it determined that those posts are optimized to get the most sort of engagement.
And I don't know about you, but that was pretty easy.
So how do you actually set this up yourself?
Because it's cool seeing it, but how do you do it yourself?
So you can do this by going into Threatify,
top right-hand corner, clicking on settings.
And then what I want you to do is scroll down to Agent Connections,
and you'll see these three different text fields.
Then for connection, if you have a chat GPT account,
then put in Codex.
If you prefer Claude, then just put in Claude.
Then for account, I've got four different accounts,
but just whatever one that you want to do the same thing that I just showed you with,
select that account.
So Lennox underscore Saint's my primary.
And then for time zone, just leave whatever is there by default, if anything.
And then press or click Create.
And then you're going to see this snippet of code pop up.
Copy that.
Then new tab in your browser, type in ChatGPT Codex.
If you already use and prefer Claude, then just open up Claude desktop app.
Then if you're doing ChatGPT, go and where is it?
Here we go.
Go to this one, Codex AI Assistant for Work and Code.
Don't let the word Codex confuse you or overwhelm you.
You don't have to know how to do any code, or you don't need to be technical.
Download the app.
Then once you have, a window will come up, or you'll have to drag and drop it into the applications folder if you're on Mac.
If you're on Windows, I don't know how that goes.
And then go and open Codex.
From there, you'll log into your ChatGPT account.
And once you've done that, click this little button in the top right-hand window, or if you've got the sidebar, just click New Chat.
And once you've done that, paste that snippet of code that was from the Threadify screen that we were looking at a moment ago.
That was here.
And then paste it, and beneath that, just say, install this for me, and test that it works.
And then I've already done it, so I won't go ahead and do it now.
But give it a couple of minutes, look at what it's doing, and you should see a confirmation message at the end that basically tells you that it's connected,
and that you're all good to start using the Threadify MCP.
And what all of that means is that MCP is just a connector.
And what this means is that we've just enabled you to connect Threadify to Codex, which is the app that you just downloaded.
And that's what the MCP enables you to do.
It's the connector between the two.
So now you are able to do everything that I just did in Codex.
Now, beneath this video in school, I'll also put a link to the workflow that I've used, and it's called, I don't know what I'll call it yet.
What will I call it?
Daily Greatest Sits.
Pretty self-explanatory.
And I'll put a link to what I'm about to show you, which is, it will be a link to this thing called a repository, which is where code normally lives.
And you don't need to think about it as code.
You don't need to be technical.
But basically what you'll do is go and paste that link in a new chat in Codex and then just say, install this for me.
And what that will then enable you to do is use that Daily Greatest Hits workflow that will be set up on an automation for you each morning at 8 a.m.
And what you can do, it'll just be a new chat in the sidebar here, and it will be a new one because it will have a blue dot next to it.
And what that will do is go and analyze your greatest posts and then enable you to just go and get or use 10 of them generated for you each morning at 8 a.m.
Based on your own voice within the Threadify brain.
And then you can give it some feedback and say, yeah, schedule this or like tweak this one, whatever.
And then once you're happy with them, just tell Codex to schedule them at the best times over the next 24 hours and rinse and repeat each day.
And that's how I gained 2,000 followers over the last 30 days, 4.1 million views and all the other good stuff, like lots of members inside of Full Circle as well.
I won't go on manual account, but I've been doing 10 posts per day.
Five of them have CTAs to Full Circle, and we've got hundreds of new members over the last 30 days.
So try it out for yourself.
Let me know how you go.
And if you have any questions, drop them below.
Peace.
