"Welcome back! Today, I am going to tell you a secret about my daily routine. While most people are deep in sleep dreaming, my alarm clock goes off at 4:30 AM.

Yes, you heard that right—4:30 in the morning! When I swing my legs out of bed, it is still pitch black outside. The streets are completely silent. There are no cars, no scooters, and no noise.

Why on earth do I get up so early? Is it punishment? No! It is actually my favorite time of the day.

Getting up at 4:30 AM gives me two full hours of complete peace before the rest of my house wakes up. First, I put on my sneakers and go do my workout. I run or do strength exercises. When you exercise early in the morning, your brain releases energy that keeps you feeling alert and happy all day long.

After my workout, I head straight to the kitchen. I love cooking a warm, nutritious breakfast for my family. By 6:30 AM, when my boys wake up and rub the sleep from their eyes, the kitchen smells like fresh toast, eggs, and warm drinks.

Waking up early takes discipline. In the beginning, it is very hard to turn off that cozy alarm. But once you build the habit, it changes your entire life. You aren't rushing out the door feeling stressed with a piece of toast in your mouth. You start your day calm, healthy, and ahead of the clock.

Are you a morning owl or a night owl? Try waking up just 30 minutes earlier tomorrow—you might be surprised by how wonderful the quiet morning can be!"

What is 學英文不用背單字 Learn By Listening?

Stop memorizing, start listening! Welcome to Learn By Listening, the English podcast designed specifically for young learners who want to understand English naturally. We believe that children learn best through stories, not word lists.

In each episode, we filled stories with mystery, humor, and fun characters. Whether it’s meeting a "tall ghost" who is actually just Grandpa, or traveling to a sunny day in Nara with a magic kimono, our stories use simple language that students can actually follow.

What makes us different?

Context over Lists: We use vocabulary from the standard curriculum (like family, feelings, and weather) but put them into exciting plots.

Perfect for ESL: Spoken clearly and at a pace that helps non-native speakers gain confidence.

Short & Sweet: Every episode is under 5 minutes—perfect for a morning listen or a bedtime story.

Join us and discover that you don't need to memorize words to speak English—you just need to listen!
