What I ate last week.

September 1, 2025 (Monday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

1pm: A sushi tray from Whole Foods with salmon maki, crystal salmon roll, california roll, bbq shrimp, tempura crunch roll, and salmon nigiri.

4pm: A small pour of Paul Direder Gruner Veltliner and raspberries.

6pm: Thai red curry with leftover breakfast sausage, tofu, green beans, frodo bell peppers, Thai and Italian basil, jasmine rice, and a lemon pepper shrimp skewer, made at home.

6:30pm: Half of a slice of key lime pie from Whole Foods and a scoop of Jeni’s Powdered Jelly Donut flavored ice cream.

September 2, 2025 (Tuesday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10:30am: Raspberries, and garlic and herb crackers with hummus.

12:30pm: A slice of tiramisu from Whole Foods.

6:30pm: Roasted pinto gold potatoes, Italian sausage, and jalapenos, with leftover white sauce, made at home.

7:30pm: A scoop of Jeni’s Powdered Jelly Donut ice cream.

September 3, 2025 (Wednesday)

6:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes.

10:30am: Leftover thai curry with jasmine rice, and a cup of coffee at the office.

5pm: A glass of Paul Direder Gruner Veltliner.

6pm: Frozen cheese pizza and romaine lettuce with parmesan and creamy caesar dressing, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.

September 4, 2025 (Thursday)

7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10am: Garlic and herb crackers with hummus.

4pm: A small pour of Paul Direder Gruner Veltliner and a few cashews.

6pm: Tonkatsu with bulldog sauce and fried rice with onion, frodo bell peppers, chives, and scrambled egg, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.

September 5, 2025 (Friday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

9:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half at the office.

12pm: A slice of cheese pizza from Whole Foods.

5:30pm: A double bacon cheeseburger and cheese curds from Cookout in Oxford, North Carolina.

7:30pm: Tiramisu from Whole Foods.

September 6, 2025 (Saturday)

8:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and scrambled eggs over roasted potatoes with rosemary, frodo bell peppers, and onion, made at home.

1pm: Popcorn at Leith Honda in Raleigh, North Carolina.

4pm: Papaya salad with shrimp, pork, fried garlic, and puffed rice crackers, and chicken curry with rice at Pho Far East in Raleigh, North Carolina.

5:30pm: Leftover tiramisu.

6:30pm: A glass of Paul Direder Gruner Veltliner.

September 7, 2025 (Sunday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

9am: Frittata made with leftover roasted potatoes and frodo bell peppers, and chives, made at home.

2:30pm: Tortilla chips with white queso, cottage pie, chicken pot pie, half a glass of Chardonnay, ciabatta with butter, mixed greens with blue cheese, ranch, mixed nuts, and dried cranberries, and yellow cake with chocolate icing, pecans, and vanilla ice cream at Brian’s parents’ house.
