Dean:

Hi. My name is Dean, creator of Quitable. The reason this show exists is to help people who are entrenched in 9 to 5 roles, who perhaps stumbled in there and the years have ticked on and perhaps you don't really know where to go. I myself was in this position for 8 years having worked in sales with a cushy job, cushy salary and life was really good. But the work itself was just empty to me and I wanted something more.

Dean:

So I spent 2 years working to build my own business. Now that I have done, it pays me. It has replaced my salary and now I have a much much larger degree of freedom with which I have started this podcast and with which I hope to help the 90 yes 90 percent of people according to gallops who are dissatisfied in their work to find a new path and to believe that they can actually change their course. This will come in the form of interviewing entrepreneurs, people who have found a totally different path of purpose and uncovering the stories and minds of these people so that you can start to believe that you can do this. The mission overall is to reach 1,000,000 people and help them to quit their job in favor for a life that offers them more purpose.

Dean:

This is something I care deeply about because it is something that mattered so much to me when I was in my job and I want to give it back to other people. So tag along for the journey and let us help all the people we can.
