I am here with everybody's favorite
TA master Matt garden.

I'm at, I should say my, my
fellow tie master my fellow tie,

master Matt garden. Uh, we're
gonna, we're gonna dive into, uh,

there was a poll. You didn't see
the poll that we took. Oh, no.

Favorite tie master favorite
tire practitioner. Oh yeah.

We're gonna have a whole award
ceremony. I'm kidding or not. ,

we're gonna about disconnecting
from the matrix day,

but if you're new to the podcast and
you don't know what the all were talking

about about TAA TAA is a non-religious
mindset practice that I teach, uh,

to people all over the world.

And what it does is that it gives you the
tools to detune fear and judgment from

your life. And what that does is it takes
you outta the matrix, essentially, uh,

because the, the, the matrix,
the collective consciousness
of all of humanity,

uh, is sort of the operating
system that humanity runs on.

And if you haven't noticed,
and you probably have,

it runs largely on fear and judgment.

And so when you start detuning fear and
judgment systematically from your life,

your life starts to change.

And that change could be
described as an awakening. Uh, we,

we speak to joy, clarity and
abundance a lot, uh, as a,

as a effect of detuning fair
and judgment from your life.

More joy, because you're
not judging yourself.

You're not judging yourself against some
matrix created standard of what you're

supposed to be, how
you're supposed to look,

how much money you're supposed to have,

what you're supposed to be
doing in any given moment.

Because if you think
about it are suffering,

all of our suffering is
rooted in our judgment of this

should not be, we should
not be experiencing this.

We should be experiencing that. And
when we think that way we suffer,

we are, we are vibration drops. We are
judging ourselves. We don't feel as good,

and we don't feel as good.

We are separating ourselves from
what I call source consciousness.

And when you separate yourself from
source consciousness, you feel it, your,

your mood drops. You, you have physical,

a physical reaction to separation
from source consciousness.

And when you do the opposite,
when you're not judging yourself,

when you're not fearful about the future,

when you're not comparing yourself
to others, loving yourself more,

you naturally feel better. That's
your vibration rising. And I,

and other practitioners have proven
that when we raise our vibration,

our lives get better.

And the things that the matrix tells
us that we're supposed to want,

tend to show up more readily
when our vibration is high,

better health, more money,
more satisfying relationships,

more great experiences. Life is better.

This isn't just about
some mindset practice,

where you go meditate your life away.

This is about living life in
3d and learning how to live a

joyful, abundant life
without allowing the,

all the noise that surrounds us all
the time to drag our vibration down.

That's my five minute El
elevator pitch for, uh, tie.

Yeah.

Yeah. The elevators
already long since open.

And the people are just trying to get off
when I get to that point. who.

Who was this crazy man?

All I asked was about your tattoo, man.

That is the problem with having
tattooed on my arm. Uh, what is that?

And I just, I kinda give a
real, I just say it's, uh,

I just say it's a mindset practice
called trust your abundance. Oh, okay.

And if abundance, the buzzword abundance
or trust means something to them,

they'll usually ask a little bit more
about it. And then more times than not,

they're just kind of bewildered and, you
know, go about their lives afterward.

And that's okay. I'm not here.

I'm not here to convince anybody to
be a ti practitioner. You know, we,

we offer all this up,
we offer you guidance.

We offer the practice up
here on this podcast and,

and on our Patriot and other
places. But this isn't conversion.

We're not trying to convert
anybody to anything.

If this ever sounds outta whack to
you. You're right. To move on from it.

The stream says that.

Yeah. Yeah. Not all interested in

numbers or, you know,
helping the church is,

or how many donations we collect
or any of that sort of stuff.

It's just more about a, an operating
system and a philosophy for, uh,

for living a, a more joyous life.

Yeah. You know,

I've told them that I would love a
private jet and they just don't seem

interested. You know,

Joel Ostein has a private jet.
I, I assume he has a private jet.

I see tos to talk about his private
jet. I want my private jet, Matt,

what's the problem.

It's, it's coming, it's coming.

It's on its way. It's.

In, it's in the vortex.

Due to COVID 19. It's delayed

just like my coffee machine
and my dishwasher. Right.

So this week, this.

Go ahead.

Yeah, go ahead. This, this
month, we're talking about, uh,

disconnecting from the matrix, um,

which is something that everyone
should do more often. And, uh,

just talking a little bit about
our, our experience. I mean, you,

you are reasonably disconnected from
it already. I think David, um, uh,

but just a little bit
about my experience of,

of making more of a conscious
effort to disconnect from it,

uh, these last couple of
weeks and just how that's, um,

that's made me so much happier
really, and so much more carefree,

not being sucked into
this, um, heaviness of,

of fear and the world's ending,
everything's all full and, you know,

what are some, what are
some tips and tricks to, uh,

to do that physically and then
how to stay there, um, um,

mentally or how to stay there in,
in, in your, in your mindset to,

to enjoy your life more. Really?

Yeah, I think we should. The, the,

the thing to do at this point is to take
a quick break and bring the stream in.

And again, if you're, if
you're new to the podcast,

the stream of David is source
consciousness that I channel.

And if that sounds freaky, just
stick around and listen to it and,

and see if it makes sense to you.
if it, and you know, again, if you're,

if you're turned off by if it's not
the right thing for you, you're right.

To turn this off and go on
to something else. But the,

the channel message is proven
very profound and very effective.

And what I love about it is when
I channel this, this message,

there is never any dogma. There is
never any, you must listen to this,

you must obey. Something's going to
be bad for you. If you don't listen,

there's none of that in any of this.
And, and there never will be, it,

it is all about us living
our human experience,

which was never supposed to
be perfect to begin with.

And there's no evidence of it
becoming perfect anytime soon,

but living it differently, experiencing
everything that exists right now,

but understanding that we create
a bubble of reality for ourselves.

And it's through our belief system that
we create this perception of reality.

And if you think about it,

think about how your perception of
reality has probably changed over the

years, especially if you're
older than 25 or 35 years of age,

you have probably evolved in your
thinking as you've grown older.

And you think differently now about
things than you did when you were in your

twenties or in your teens, or when
you were a child, certainly your,

and that's your belief system. Your
belief system is coloring your reality.

Different. Uh,

a carefree child gets to experience
the world very differently than an

overworked overstressed
adult. And the good news is,

is that we can return to that carefree
child state with all of the adult toys.

Gosh, that didn't sound right

with all of the things that
we enjoy as adults .

And if those are adult toys,
there's no judgment around that.

That's not what I meant.
. So we, we get to,

we get to play like children as adults,

driving cars and traveling and
doing the things that adults do.

We don't have to layer on all of this
stress and all of this pressure and all of

this obligation and
all of this comparison.

And it it's taken me many years to really
evolve to that point in their message

where I fully understand
now what that non comparison

means and what it means to
detune fear and detune judgment,

and detune judgment of self. And detune
all of that stuff from my experience,

change my belief system to where I
experience life so differently. Now,

uh, we're, we're recording
this on the 4th of July, uh,

and that is a holiday in
the United States, Matt,

where we celebrate our freedom
and independence and

and ironic.

And today somebody asked somebody
came by the house, uh, and,

and said, oh, what pool parties
are you guys going to today?

And a couple years ago, when
I first moved to Palm Springs,

I would've been all about, you know,
what pool parties are I invited to?

Oh my gosh, I, we have
to go to two or three.

And there there's a whole thing in Palm
Springs about getting the invite to the,

you know, the weekend pool
parties and holiday pool parties.

And I'm not on Facebook anymore. And
usually those come through Facebook.

So it didn't even Dawn on me,
uh, that it was a holiday.

It didn't other than the fact
that Michael's off today, um,

it didn't Dawn on me to even think
about going to a party I'm. So at peace,

being here, doing the podcast with you,

I'm gonna make a nice generator
hanging out with the dogs,

just doing my thing and not
feeling like I'm missing out on

something, because I'm not
at some party. You know,

I would rather be sitting here talking
about TAA and this cool stuff that we

talk about than at a party talking
about, who knows what, you know,

it is just not very
interesting to me anymore.

And there's no judgment around the
people that just choose to do that.

But it's that FOMO and that
comparison of, oh my gosh,

I've gotta go do what the matrix, tell
me I'm supposed to be doing today.

I have to be doing that. If
I'm not doing that, I'm not,

I'm doing something wrong and I'm
gonna suffer in that judgment. Well,

I don't have to do that. Yeah. I
don't have to suffer in the judgment.

It's a, it's a very,

very common thread of everyone
who has a daily practice

and who, um, certainly all, all the
tired people we've spoken to. The,

the more you get into this work,

the more bored you get by mundane
conversations that you used to have

with people, you know,

because you realize it's
all just kind of this,

this fake construct that's,

that's designed consciously
or subconsciously to,

to keep you in a place
of fear and, and lack.

Absolutely. And it it's, it really is.

And I'll let the stream talk about it,

but the stream talks about
how the matrix exists to keep,

keep humanity controllable.

And if we're really up our spiral
and really in high vibration,

we don't even need,

we don't need to be controllable to
behave because we're not behaving quote,

unquote, badly up there. We're not
up in that source, connected space,

harming other people for pleasure.
We're not lashing out in anger.

We're not harming ourselves because we're
in that high vibration space of loving

all that is that's, that's
really how I define that.

That high vibration source connected
space is in the space of nonjudgment

to the point that you're
loving all that is all that is.

And in that space, there's no need
to control behavior in that space.

There's there is nothing but
abundance flowing. And certainly we,

we move through vibrational
flow. We know about that, that,

that we're in this polarized environment
that kind of causes our vibration to go

up and down. And when we go down,

we get kind of separated
from that a little bit,

but how we experience that
down is very different in a,

in an upgraded operating system like TAA,

because you don't go down and experience
the plummet of fear and judgment and,

and getting on the thought training,

beating yourself up emotionally
and all of that stuff.

That's the big difference.

So let's take a quick break and

For joining us, um, we have
some questions to ask you today.

If we may, uh, we were talking about, um,

disconnecting from, from the matrix
before, before you, you arrived.

And we'd like to discuss that today on,
on, on the podcast and something that,

that occurred to me as we were talking
about it earlier, was something that,

that you had said often, which E
everything is vibrational. So that,

that led me thinking is, um,

is the simplest way to disconnect
from matrix simply to alter

the,

the vibration we are feeling
and how can people do that?

We will begin by, by
highlighting the fact that the,

the, that, which we refer to
as the matrix is a vibration.

It, it,

it is a dominant vibration across
humanity in the earth environment

created by the collective ego of humanity,

which is essentially the drowning
out of source consciousness

that, that, that physical
consciousness that, that a,

an eternal strand of consciousness
takes on when manifesting

in a physical environment, that,

that consciousness serves
to allow some separation

from our eternal consciousness.
All that you truly are, you,

you are, you are an all knowing,

all seeing being as we are
when you're not in physical,

because you are part of source.
You are an expression of source,

but you, you express in and manifest
physically. And when you do,

you acquire this ego consciousness,

and when you enter your environment,

your ego is crafted as an
amalgam of, of the, the,

the ego that you are in the presence of,

and the ego that you are in the
presence of is very much created

by the, these various layers of,

of ego consciousness that sort of
radiate out, uh, across your world.

And you will notice that even though
there are parts of humanity, that is,

as far as your current history is aware,

had not had the ability to travel
from continent to continent.

Yet there was still some
commonly held beliefs,

and certainly some commonly
held characteristics of humanity

from all over your world. And that,

that is a sign of the collective
consciousness. That is,

is the vibration of humanity.

So that collective consciousness
vibration evolved as all things do.

And the evolution of that
humanity. And it's becoming a,

essentially a mutation of the earth
environment becoming a higher intelligence

than the other beings in your environment,

created this operating system
that set you apart from all other,

other beings in your world.

And in doing so created a lot of structure

that allowed for this
expansion to, to happen.

That structure was heavily Laden in
rules and being heavily Laden in rules

was heavily Laden in fear and
judgment. You must follow these rules.

This is what your life
is supposed to look like.

This is how you're supposed to
be. And that developed of course,

over a very long period of time, if
you were speaking linear linear years,

we do not operate that way,

but we understand that you do so we
will communicate with you in that way

that it was about survival.

And then it was about expansion
and that expansion survival cycle

continues on to this day, but it's,
it's changed and evolved quite a bit.

So you,

you have this collective consciousness
vibration that we refer to as the matrix.

That is a,

a common belief system that runs below

neutral on the vibrational spiral.
It runs far enough below neutral,

so that humanity remains largely pliable.

Notice the rewards and the
punishments that are woven into your

society across your world,
based on your behaviors,

very much focused on
work and production and

contribution in exchange very
much focused on a family unit,

very much focused upon
perpetuating more of the same

beings. Meaning you have a
group that is a religion.

You have a group that is a nationality.
You have a group that is a race.

And each of those groups is, is
naturally focused on expansion,

therefore naturally focused
on perpetuating more children.

So you have all of these
laws. And, and of course,

we are asked many questions in your now
time about these rules and laws around

reproduction and, and perpetuating
the family unit and sexuality and,

and all of these things.
All of that came from that.

That is a component of the matrix. Your,

your money exchange is a
component of the matrix. Your,

your healthcare is a
component of the matrix.

All of these things are
aspects of the matrix,

the common belief across humanity,
that you're all into some degree,

but since it's vibrational,

certainly there is a more
dialed in version of that.

And then you can move further and further
away from that vibrationally to being

all the way on the opposite. End
of the spectrum of being Obed,

being of complete freedom and joy,

completely void of, of judgment and fear,

completely void of participating
in the matrix. It is possible.

There are a handful of human
beings operating this way,

and there always have been,

but more and more of you are
becoming wise to the matrix.

A as you chase the technology,

that is the technology that
creates you and begin creating

consciousness of your own. Then you, you,

you are at a level of technology in that
being so close to your own creator's

creation that you can't help,

but become very clear on
all of the aspects of the
matrix that are nothing more

than an illusion. And then you come to
understand that all of it is an illusion.

All of it, your currency is an illusion.
Your healthcare is an illusion,

your, your aging system,

and the way that you think about
aging and the death experience,

all of that is an illusion.
Your family unit is an illusion.

Your parents owing you X, Y, Z, because
they brought you into the world.

That's an illusion. All of it is
a human created belief system.

That is essentially an illusion
that you are perceiving.

So your trip out of the matrix
is about understanding that

the matrix is a brilliant creation.

The matrix has thrived
and survived for so long,

because it is so fortified with

mechanisms to draw beings
right back into it.

You become wise to it, you start
questioning everything. And then,

then in you're questioning everything,

you go down your spiral and the judgment
of it. And in your judgment of it,

you're drawn right back into it. And
when you're fearing and you're judging,

what are you focusing on? You are focusing
on exactly what you fear and judge.

So here you are discovering that there's
this matrix of creation. Collectively,

you are all questioning your governments.
You're questioning your religions.

You're questioning monarchy, you're
questioning your healthcare system.

You're questioning gender, you're
questioning all of these things,

but notice how in the questioning
humanity tends to roll right back

around into creating these new sub
identities and these new groups

and find themselves right back in
the matrix, through all of that,

where we are guiding those of you that
are paying attention to our message and

understand there is no mandate from the
energetic realm that you pay attention

to any element of the energetic
realm. The energetic realm is,

is not needy.

The energetic realm is not needing your
attention or your focus or your worship

or your obedience. That
is all of the matrix. The,

the vibration that is the source of all
creation does not need you to worship.

It does not need you to
obey it. So all of this,

this concept of worship
and obedience in, in,

in placing one be being is a
higher power than another being.

All of that is, is the matrix.
All of that is a human creation.

Human created matrix that serves
a purpose and served a purpose for

quite some time in your world,

that you are now shedding
the need for you.

You are becoming so intelligent and
so evolved that you no longer need the

matrix. And in, in that realization,
you're questioning in you're questioning.

The matrix is, is,

is fighting harder for your attention and
in fighting harder for your attention.

You're seeing things like the pandemic
we shared with you at the beginning of

the pandemic, that that's
what this was all about,

and that it was going to grow for a while,
and then dissipate as all things do,

because there are vibrational experiences
that you're creating for yourselves.

And now it's moved on to
other topics and, and,

and things seem to be speeding up to
you. Things seem to be going faster.

Things seem to be
getting a little scarier.

There seems to be more exertion of
control from your elements of control

and in you are experiencing all of that,

understand that you are experiencing
that because it's fighting for life

because it knows it's a dinosaur.

And it knows that humanity is Redding
itself for an evolution to something

greater. We will also
share with you, however,

that this higher evolution is not
about arriving at some utopian

perfection.

This higher state of
evolution is about standing

universal law, which is actually very
simple. Universal law is very simple.

All, all creation occurs
via consciousness, that,

which you may refer to
as the law of attraction,

but it's more than just attraction.
It it's it's consciousness creation.

And in that consciousness creation
the way you perceive reality shifts

and your reality begins to shift.

So you feel like you're attracting things
to you where essentially you're not

attracting as much as you are creating,

but what you're creating is the experience
with other beings that you feel that

you're attracting into your paths,

or are money our health or our
serendipitous moments or whatever it is,

you are creating it more
than you're attracting it.

And your point of creation is
always impacted and physical by

polarity. That is it.

Those two things created the entire
universe and continue to expand into this

day. So a trip out of the matrix,

we have taken a long way
around answering your question,

because it required a lot of groundwork
to explain exactly what the matrix

is, what its origins are and why you're
in it and how you get stuck in it.

The ticket out is to appreciate it.

The ticket out of anything is to
move up your spiral to a source

consciousness perspective
of it, which is full blown.

What you may call radical
appreciation and appreciation

is about deep understanding.

When you understand something so deeply
that you cannot possibly judge it,

then you have detuned it.
And once you've detuned it,

and you're no longer judging
it, you're no longer fearing it.

It does not have the power over you
that it once had. Then it's detuned,

that is the detuning process.

And you can apply that to
any and everything in your
lives from any time in your

lives. And, and in detuning,

the matrix is all about having such a
deep understanding of what the matrix

is, what its function is
and when you're in it,

and when you're not.

And knowing that and knowing
what it's like to be out of it,

and understanding that
the matrix teaches you,

that being out of it
is a very scary place.

And you find yourselves
outside of the matrix,

sometimes feeling like you're
alone in the wilderness,

that's why we are guiding you
to utilize your technology,

to create communities around
these thoughts and ideas,

because there is power in that,
but when you're doing this,

don't fall into the trap
of creating rules and in,

and creating structure around how behavior
is supposed to take place or who can

be in and who can't. And if you're in,

you can't be out and you can't associate
with others and all of this stuff,

those are all elements of the matrix.
So if you wanna shed the matrix,

it's all about detuning fear
and understanding and exploring

how many thoughts, ideas, and
behaviors that you already hold.

And those around you hold
that are rooted in fear.

And, and examining, examining the
fear, cuz sometimes the fear is, is so,

so ingrained. You don't realize it.

Indeed.

That was fantastic. Thank you for
people who are just starting out and,

and for people who, who maybe have,

have only listened to a
couple of podcasts or,

or just beginning their journey
into, into your message.

What are some easy ways for
them to detune fear today?

What's the simplest thing they can do
to have a moment of realization that

it's actually much easier than we
think to kind of disconnect from, from,

from this matrix.

The, the first step in detuning is, is,

is learning to recognize when
you're in it. Because if,

if fear and judgment,
and when we say judgment,

we will be very clear that you
are all judgmental to a degree,

you are all discerners or
preference, a key component of,

of your visit to your world.

Your life experience is to discern
preferences is to come in and explore

and find things that you
want to experience while
you're here as a physically

manifested being, and
understanding that through that,

you are going to experience the
contrast of wanted and unwanted.

And in the contrast of unwanted,

you are going to create
obstacles for yourselves,

but those obstacles truly exist
to give you an opportunity to

solve something and evolve your being,

expand your being in the
process of the solving of it.

Thus creating something new because
you experience something unwanted.

The, the humanity,

the matrix of humanity has led
you down this path to believe

there's something wrong in obstacles
that there's something wrong in the

experiencing things, unwanted. There's
something wrong in having problems.

And therefore that judgment kicks
in and that mindset kicks in of

this should not be, I should
not be experiencing this.

I should not be feeling this way.
This shouldn't be happening to me.

I deserve better,

whatever it is that vibration of this
should not be anytime you're you're

in that space, you can teach
yourselves to catch it.

When you find yourselves in that space,

catch yourselves and create a stop gap,

create a stop gap where
you ask yourselves,

is this worth going down my spiral over
I'm I'm opening a piece of mail and it's

telling me that I'm behind in a payment.

And then if I don't pay up something
bad is going to happen to me. Can I,

in this moment, stop, take
a breath. Look at the sky,

clear my vibration a
bit. And in doing that,

understand that the,

the fear around this is my
own created reaction and

that I can review it from a higher
vibrational state of being and view it

completely differently.

You can open up that envelope and joy
and understanding that if there's a

dollar amount that is owed,

that means you absolutely possess
the capacity to manifest the,

the dollars to pay for it.

And if you can bring yourself to believe
that that will be your experience,

but the matrix has you very
often so trained that you're
not going to be able to

do that because that holds you in place
that keeps you working for someone

else very often keeps you in a,

in a specific spot that very often for
many does not feel very good because

there, there is not freedom at the
core of that. And you all seek freedom.

You're all free beings eternally.
So when you come into physical,

you certainly do not lose that,
that core desire for freedom.

You,

what you gain is a desire to
experience that level of freedom as if

physically manifested being and anything
that holds you away from your freedom

is absolutely a product of the matrix.

So the detuning of it starts
with catching yourselves.

When you're dipping into fear,
when you're dipping into judgment,

when you feel your vibration going
down, learning to catch yourselves,

before you take that wild ride down
your spiral, hop on the thought,

train and start all of the fictional
scenarios that you create for yourselves,

that this bad thing is gonna happen.
And that bad thing is gonna happen.

And what if this? And what
if that, and, oh my gosh,

I'm going to end up living under a
bridge. When you do that to yourselves,

you lower your vibration. And
when you lower your vibration,

you become that new, lower
vibrational being in that instant,

you are that lower vibrational being,

you are a different being than where you
than you are when you were above zero

on your spiral when you're above neutral.

So when you take yourself down
to negative five, negative 10,

the spiral goes all the
way down to negative 20.

So when you're down in a
negative five or negative 10,

you feel this plummet it's
very uncomfortable. It
doesn't feel good at all.

And when you're in that new space,
you are now a negative 10 being.

And when you're a negative 10 being,
you are not capable of creation.

You are only capable of recycling.

Think of everything below zero as
recycling your recycling thoughts.

Well, the last time I didn't pay a bill,

this happened and it cost me more money.

Or the last time I paid
it didn't pay a bill.

It went on my credit report and then
it costing me more money for years.

And then I got collection calls and
then it was this all awful experience.

And it was so terrible.

All of that negative vibration
around this should not be,

is taking you right back into that
suffering place of that vibration.

And you are that being in that moment,
you are that being, you are that reality.

That is your whole world.

That's why you can't just stop in
an instant and race up your spiral

because you're that
lower vibrational being.

You've gotta have some tools
to catch yourselves until you

move far enough into a practice where
you understand your vibrational nature.

And you understand when
you're, this is why we've,

we've assigned this numeric
system to the spiral.

You understand when you're in negative
10, when, when we say negative 10,

when you start to learn about
the vibrational spiral, you know,

when you're in a negative 10
in a negative 15, and you know,

when you're in a negative 20,
you're in complete despair,

you're ready to end your life at a
negative 20. And you've all been there.

So this numeric system that we are
offering is very helpful in knowing

where you are vibrationally.

And then knowing that backing away
from that topic as stopping yourself

asking, is it worth it to be down here?

It sucks to be a negative 10 being,

there are people that operate as
negative 10 beings. Generally, they're,

they're getting much below negative 10.

They're looking to harm themselves
or others in that space.

That's how uncomfortable it is. So
you don't wanna stay down there.

You wanna move up, but you can't just
call your way up instantaneously.

Mm. And then the laws of the
universe work continuously.

So if you are down in minus
five, minus two, minus seven,

you're attracting those
sorts of experiences to kind
of reinforce that vibration

that you're putting out.

You're you are creating as a negative 10
being and a negative 10 being is going

to create negatively. You're you're
going to have issues in traffic.

You're going to have
altercations with other people.

You're going to have financial problems.
You're going to have health issues.

You're,

you're going to have all of these things
that are of a negative 10 being. So,

so what you want to do is first ask
yourself if you want to stay down

there, that's that, that is a stop gap.

That disrupts that signal just enough
for you to gain your bearings and

understand that you were at negative 10.

If you've ever had an argument with
someone and you've been angry in your

argument,

and then the next day you felt bad
about what you said when you were angry.

There is a, an example of
you operating in negative 10,

allowing polarity to naturally take
you back up because you don't keep

yourselves at a negative 10 very long,

unless you're doing a lot of
work to stay there. And some are,

as we have illustrated, but then the
next day, maybe you're at neutral.

Maybe you're at positive five.

And you feel terrible about
how you behaved at negative 10.

And you go back to the other being and
say, I am so sorry. I didn't mean that.

But you did mean that
as a negative 10 being,

you did mean the horrible things that
you said to that other person you did,

because that's the being that
you were in that vibration.

That's how powerful
vibration is. So you, you,

you raise your vibration by first,

recognizing where you are understanding
that you were at a negative 10 and then

start to move yourself up
through clearing your mind.

A little bit of breathwork goes a long
way. You can find things to appreciate.

We, we, we guide you very often
to play the three to five game,

find three to five things in an
instant that you do appreciate,

or that you can appreciate. And a negative
10. It may seem hard, but you can.

And then in that little bit of relief,
just going to a negative eight,

a negative seven, a negative five
feels better, feels like improvement.

Negative five feels worlds
better than negative 10.

And then suddenly you're at negative five
where most of humanity operates. The,

the matrix is designed to hold
humanity at negative five,

where you are just low vibrational enough
to be controllable, to live in fear,

but not constant fear and not
be so far down your spiral,

that you're no longer productive.

Understand that negative five is
about obedient, productive beings.

Notice how many in your, your education
system, your, your corporate system,

your money system, all of these
things, your healthcare system,

all of it is a matrix design to keep you
as a productive being humming along at

a negative five, not in despair,

you're not shooting up schools and
you're not har harming yourself,

but you're just low enough to
where you don't feel magical.

You don't feel confident all the
time. You don't love all that is you.

You find yourself needing
noise as a distraction.

You find yourself needing to watch the
news and to know what's going on in the

world, because you're so
attached to that matrix.

But once you're out of the matrix,

you're not participating in
any of that anymore. It's it's,

it might the social media by and large,

other than the things that really
bring you joy. And the news media,

especially are almost like listening
to a foreign language that you

don't understand. Yeah. Yeah. Because
it is so meaningless to you. What, what,

they're,

what they're squaking about because you
understand that that's just the matrix

trying to draw you back in. Yeah.
Aren't you afraid of this? And, and,

and think about the,

the root vibration of that
message very often is people are

dying. People are dying. People you
care about might die. You might die.

That's the underlying vibration of a
lot of the fear based media that, that,

that you hear people are being
taken advantage of. This is wrong.

People are evil. Someone is,

is at the 1% taking advantage of the 99.

And if you buy into that
as your belief system,

you are going to be part of that,

but think of how powerful that people
are dying and you are going to die as

well. How that keeps you below neutral.

When you have that fear of
death in your vibration,

something that you logically
know is inevitable for you.

That's constantly dragging
your vibration down.

You're fearing that you are marching
toward this inevitable conclusion to your

life journey. And you don't
know what's on the other side,

you may have been raised in a belief
system that there is punishment or,

or the opposite of that at
the end, but whatever it is,

there's uncertainty for all.
And in that uncertainty,

there's a lowering of the vibration.

But what if you choose to
not participate in that?

What if you choose to not
participate in the fear of death?

What if you accept that,
you know, that your, your,

your physical journey is going to
have a beginning, a middle and an end,

and that you're likely
in the middle of it.

And that there will be an end at some
point, and you completely accept that.

And perhaps you move beyond
accepting it to appreciating it,

appreciate knowing what
this journey is about.

That there is a beginning,
a middle and an end,

and leaving it at that and not concerning
yourselves with the fear of what's.

On the other side,
curiosity is understandable,

but obviously your are
focused in your human journey.

That's why your ability to comprehend
beyond your physical human journey is so

limited.

That's by design because you chose to
come to the earth environment and have an

experience as a human
being on planet earth.

So here you are being told that the worst
thing that can possibly happen to you

is the one thing that you know is going
to happen to you think about what that

does to your vibration. That takes
it down a notch. How do we take,

how do we take Timmy's
vibration down another notch?

Let's tell Timmy that if
he doesn't do X, Y, and Z,

and doesn't behave this way that he's
going to burn in hell or that he's going

to not please his parents, or
that he's going to have a, a, a,

a career that is unsatisfying,

or he's going to be a slave to other
people for the rest of his life,

or that he's going to be poor,
or that he's going to be,

have no friends that have no life think
of how many things are woven into your

matrix that teach that.

And you are absorbing that
from a very early age,

and very likely you're raised by people
who also absorb those beliefs and pass

those on to you. But here you are, as
an adult, listening to these words,

wanting very much to change
it, thinking you can't change.

It's so ingrained in you that you
can't possibly change, but you can.

You absolutely can.

Th this is why David has other TA
practitioners on this program all the time

to illustrate. This is how we
do this. And you can as well,

it's about releasing fear and judgment
and allowing yourselves to evolve your

operating system to something
that is outside the matrix.

Yeah. Yeah. And, and when
you start to do that,

it's a beautiful space to operate
in. Um, and it's not, it's, it's not,

um,

it's not that you completely disconnect
from reality and go and live in a cage,

uh, cage, a cave for, uh,
for, for years and years. You,

you are still, you are still in the
traffic. There's just much less of it.

You are still paying bills. They're
just things fall into place to do that.

You are still having, um, you know,
magical experiences, more of them.

Uh, it's just, um,

it's just a more pleasant
wave of being in.

And certainly my experience
has been turn off social media,

stop watching the news.

That's a very quick shortcut
to get from five to zero.

You know, the world is not gonna end.
If you don't know what's going on in it.

And if the world is gonna end, there's
nothing you could do about it. Anyway.

Your, your world is, is,

is going to have a beginning and
middle and an end is all worlds. Do

we are not here ever to predict
your future for you, but,

but we will share that the earth
environment is nowhere near ending.

Humanity is nowhere near ending,

but the fear of nationality,
the fear of religion,

the fear of,

of racism and all of these things
keeps humanity at this negative

five vibration.

And to move beyond that is to understand
that you don't have to participate in

any of those things. You can
all be outside of religion.

You can all be outside of government. You
can all be outside of everything. Now,

someone that is really steeped
in the matrix will hear that and,

and have a million reasons
why that's not possible,

but you've gotta pay your taxes.
You've gotta live in a country.

You can't just go wherever you want,

but you can manifest a
reality where you do that.

You can manifest a magical reality.
And for every mass tragedy,

humanity has in recorded
history. There are dozens,

at least of stories of beings
who were not party to that,

even though they should have been
logically that's because they

chose vibrationally, whether
they understood vibration or not,

they chose vibrationally not to
participate in it, not to be part of it,

simply not to be part of it, to
allow the natural state of wellbeing,

to reign Supreme in their
experience. And you can do that.

And that is all about doing the
things that you need to do to

keep your vibration above
zero. And the need is, is not.

The vibration of need is in. You have
to do this. There is none of that.

You can have the lowest
vibration experience on earth,

and you will still be returned to your
completed state and is our promise to you

and the completed state.

You will hold great appreciation
for exactly the experience
that you manifested.

E even if you were the worst
among the worst of your society,

that this concept of punishment
after death is inaccurate.

The, the,

the ones who are harming others in your
world are already experiencing their

self punishment in that harmful vibration.

And that's all the punishment
they're ever going to receive.

Cause everything else is of the matrix.

And when you end into physical experience,

you are all reemerge into source
consciousness, where there is no fear.

There is no judgment. There
is no measurement of anything.

There is no deciding who was a
good soul and who was a bad soul.

The soul is never bad. The soul is
of source our energy, pure, positive,

expansive energy, who
all new creation occurs.

The only thing other than that,

that exists is the egocentric or the,

the physical centric consciousness.

That in your case is an ego as a human
being that serves to separate you from

our energy. It's simply a smoke screen
that allows you to have your, your,

your imperfect human
journey, that you very, very,

very much desire to have and relish
and desire to have again and again,

and again,

eternally that there is no ending
to your expression in physical.

There is no ending to our
expression in physical,

because we are expressing through
all of you in physical infinitely and

the physical expression through what you
may call contrast through high and low

vibration through obstacles,

through storms that the storms that you
were speaking to David of before you

went on,

are an excellent example
of any negative thing that,

that drifts in and out of your experience,

you see it in the earth environment
occurring. What you call naturally.

Consciousness creates a storm that
rolls in and changes the vibration

temporarily. And that change
vibration can create destruction.

Lightning strikes things, burn trees fall.

The wind blows out the, the, the,
that is a natural occurrence.

But notice what occurs left alone,

that vegetation is gonna grow back
even stronger and notice that when,

when storms come through and create
destruction for humanity, very often,

humanity will build back
bigger and better and stronger.

That is universal creation storms
come through to create some damage

so that a higher level vibration
can then be achieved as,

as the process of moving through
the storm and the resulting damage,

you can all do this. This is why you
create the storms in your lives. And,

and you absolutely create them.
You create them vibrational.

You create them with your focus.
You create them with your fear.

You create them by hearing
of other people's storms and,

and worrying that that's going to happen
to you. Not necessarily understanding,

especially when you're very young,
that the universe answers yes,

to everything without judgment. You're
fearing being in a car accident.

Here's a car accident. You're
fearing, losing a parent.

You're going to have that experience,

but there's nothing
wrong with any of that.

The universe isn't judging the
universe is delivering on do the,

the dominant vibration of any being and
the vibration of a being is always a

creation of the perception of
everything that's going on around them.

So by design,

you came to attract both positive and
negative things through your focus

because you are creating consciously
and your consciousness creation is

delivered by the universe
without judgment. So there,

there is no man behind the
curtain deciding who gets
the good stuff and who gets

the bad stuff. You decide always, always,

but understand the bad stuff is your
own creation to serve as a launchpad for

your new expansion.

And the sooner you start
appreciating your negative,

as much as you appreciate your positive.

What you'll see transpire is the negative
becomes fewer and further between

you detune it by and large in your
lives, but you'll still receive some.

And you can get to a place where
you receive negative with such

gratitude that you instantly race up
your spiral and your appreciation of it,

and have them the tools to solve it
instantaneously. What a beautiful.
