My first K drama, Heartbreak. But this movie h and it's not because I was watching the movie that's what gave me the heartbreak or no it was after the movie that was when I started having heartbreak because these two they were meant for each other. After one year they broke up. Why they got a divorce? Why? People know you people know you know the drama. You know the K drama. Goblin. Goblin is a K drama that I can watch. I can watch 10 times and it's giving a vibe of head over heels like it's giving that ghost I can see ghost type of vibe you know that feel Niger girls love all this kind of things but we have a supernatural something in Nigeria so that's why we connect well a lot of girls like I said in Nigeria are living in a lot of movies that we watch influence the kind of men we date let's watch film and leave film and remove reality I know that with everything I'm He enter right here, he come out from the left ear. This wardrobe change is always amazing to me because it will never happen. My girl, if you are broke, no guy is going to bring a boss to come and meet you because you're going for an event. It's not a Cinderella movie. Hi guys, this is K drama besties on the house chronicles. I am your new host. Some of you know me as mommy. Some of you know me as actor, filmmaker, content creator, you know, influencer. So it's me Chem's mama. So now h this is a new journey for me because I love K drama movies like I love K-pop I love K drama K anything because my name starts with K and this show is what K drama besties so and I produced a movie you know mixing Nigerian and um Korean lifestyle their culture everything together and this is just will I say like a level up because now I'm hosting a show that you know brings ninja fire and Korean kimchi. I'm not going to tell you the movie because I want you to guess. And as I'm saying it, if you if you can remember, just start typing. Just start commenting the name of the movie. But this movie h and it's not because I was watching the movie that's what gave me the heartbreak or no it was after the movie that was when I started having heartbreak because these two they were meant for each other like I I felt like they were they were like a match made in heaven and I was just so happy they have the same son name everything was just perfect and then after the movie they got married and after one here. I said I was not going to cry. After one year they broke up. Why? They got a divorce. Why? You people know. You people know. You know the drama. You know the K drama. Guess descendants of the son. I am so sure that I am not the only one in this that is heartbroken by this couple. Because tell me why you allow your fans love you so much. Then you now marry after the movie like you made our dreams come true and then you shattered it. Anytime I rewatch Descendants of the Sun, I you know I'm always having like this emotional breakdown. But that's by the way. So this next segment is quite interesting. Guess this iconic scenes guys like I said I'm not going to be telling you people where the movie is from. I want you to guess. I want you to communicate with me. This particular scene is from a movie where anytime she, you know, blows out a candle or from a lighter or fire, you know, he appears. Hey, where is that movie from? Guess, just guess. This same guy, the the main actor in this movie. Yeah, he's also in Squid Game. Yes, you guessed right. Goblin. Hey, Goblin. Goblin is a K drama that I can watch. I can watch 10 times. Like, it's just it's just one of those K dramas that you can just keep re-watching and re-watching and re-watching. And it's giving a vibe of this new movie that that is currently showing head over heels like it's giving that, you know, um ghost I can see ghost type of vibe. You know that feel. And Niger love all this kind of things. Go we have a supernatural something in Nigeria. So that's why we connect well when you know let me move on to the second scene. The second iconic scene staircase 4. H this particular drama you people have to you will know it. But let me let me hint you up before I move to the scene. this particular movie or series or K drama is um you know anytime the girl packs her hair you know he goes like and he's behind her he will just remove the rubber or remove the hair boo boo from her hair he doesn't like her like he doesn't like the fact that she packs her hair probably he shows he reveals her beauty too much and he doesn't want other guys to see her or you know admire her things like that so guess the movie just guess You got it. The hairs, guys. The hairs. Ah, in fact, the original songs that they used in the hairs, I was like, this this movie is speaking to me. It's just that I'm not in secondary school. I'm a grown ass woman, but I wish I was in secondary school. And also the hair's boys of all flowers, you know, it helped me when I was producing um my sunshine because that I I picked those movies and I was like, what can I do that will make, you know, people fall in love because I'm so sure that a lot of Nigerian girls watch the hairs and they fell in love with Limiho all over again after Boys Over Flowers. Let's move to the third iconic scene. So this particular iconic scene h it's a rooftop scene. So let me describe the movie first. Um so this movie she was on this air balloon theme like but it's a personal like air balloonish. I I don't know what they call it but she was on it and then you know I don't know if it's breeze or I don't know what carried away from where she was or where she was you know vacating or something and she moved to North Korea and the guy is in North Korea and all of that. So just you just guess the scene guess the name of the movie and it's a rooftop scene. Guess the name of the movie. You guessed right. Are you people using jazz? Don't play. People like love. You two like You two like love. You two like Korean film. That's why some Niger guys they cannot date us. Why? Because we are living in a crash landing on you. Yes. Okay guys, that is all for this segment. Let's move to the next segment. Welcome to the next segment. Unrealistic starter pack. This one is this one is a bit exciting for me because a lot of girls like I said in Nigeria are living in Nulu. Yeah. Because a lot of a lot of movies that we watch influence the kind of men we date. But people should always have it at the back of your mind that the men that were dating in Nigeria, they are not Koreans and even the Koreans, you know, they are not actors. Please, let's watch film and leave film and remove reality, please. But, you know, I know that with everything I'm saying, people enter right here, come out from the left ear. It's understandable. So, let's move on to the unrealistic starter pack. The first thing, wardrobe change. This wardrobe change is always amazing to me because it will never happen. Okay, it it could maybe for those rich people like them dollars and you know those people. But my girl, if you are broke, no guy is going to bring a boss to come and meet you because you're going for an event. It's not a Cinderella movie. Bring a bus for you to change your hair, for you to change your clothes, for you to now do makeup, you know, and you have like this whole wardrobe change and all of a sudden you're looking so beautiful and then when he sees you, there's this pause. There's no pause in life, you know, right? You know, it's editing that they're using to pause and do slow-mo. It doesn't happen in real life. Nobody's going to look look at you and do and there's no soundtrack playing that will not do you are my everything. Nobody's going to do that. That's not going to happen. If you are broke, you're probably going to wear your broke ass clothes to wherever you're going to. The second on the list is h catching you. And when I say catching you, you know what I you you even know what I mean. You're about to fall down, then that guy catches you and then you guys not hang in that moment. You know they happen. Oh, you know I think people know. I'm sure you have entered gutter before car has hit you before. You have fallen before from staircase. Did anybody catch you? No. What did they do first? They fell for laugh. They laughed at you first, then they said, "Oh, sorry. Did you injure?" So, it's not going to happen the way it happens in Korean movies. You're about to fall down and then they catch you and a slow-mo comes and it looks like you're about to kiss, but it doesn't happen. No, no, no, no, no, no. That's a delulive thinking. The third on the list is the walking style. Hm. This this particular one is it's funny because there's this scene from um ah there's this scene from a movie that Limiho did and you know he was about to save he was about to save his girl you know like some some bad guys were with his girl in front and the way he was walking like the walking step. Is that how to save somebody? Let's be realistic. Is that how to save somebody? You're supposed to be running like be running the way you even run safe the girl will know that okay oh he's about to save me meanwhile he was given this he brought his sw his sword out was given this you know what was that now he push that is not going to happen let me I'm I hope y know okay the fourth on the list is h this is not even a word it's a sentence Why it is a scene that we all think about those of us that we love Korean movies is a scene we think about CEO at 29 and then you are broke you now enter his company you are his employee you are now working closely with him you are now working closely with him and then you now fall in 12. It doesn't happen. It doesn't. How many CEOs in Nigeria at 29? Well, we have that actually. But how many how many young guys are we going to see in one multi multinational international company and all of a sudden it's you that is broke that you don't have experience, you don't have nothing. They will now go and put you to go and walk with the guy and then now fall in love. And also there's there's this thing that they do you know that rich guy that rich fine guy he's not attracted to any woman but when you came he was attracted to you know they happen fighting that looks like dancing. This is a delulu behavior. Why? If you think in your mind that when a man is fighting for you, he should be looking as if he's dancing because I saw in Boys Over Flowers, there was a part where they went to go and fight for um Gam D and it was looking as though they were they were dancing because tell me why you are fighting and you are doing like duh duh in some places even after they give they give somebody elbow they still maintaining is and then they [ __ ] the eyebrow. What's that? Let me let me just say this. If you're in trouble, first of all, and you're calling your man, your man might not even pick up in Nigeria, your man might not pick up. Not to talk of him coming to come and fight for you and then he looks like they beat your man self join and still beat you. That's a delu behavior. So these are my unrealistic starter pack. They are very very unrealistic. But guess what? Anytime I watch a movie and I see something like this, I'm always like, "Ah, save me." This next segment is my favorite segment. Yeah. You know why I like it so much? because it has to do with you may kiss. So this is top five best kiss scenes. Hey, see I am one of those people that we started watching K drama like since like we've been watching K dramas since is not today. Yes. So I know that you know the old K dramas they didn't really used to kiss. They will just put their mouth on their lip like this. Camera angle will now make us think they are kissing. Camera angle they take like seven eight camera angle to elongate peck. It's peck they pecking. It's not even kiss. But guess what? We enjoyed it. We loved it. We we fantasized in it. My number five is what people know already. Boys over flowers. I know some people are going to debate this because they didn't really kiss. They were just doing their mouth like this. But it was just really nice to see Gujam D doing this with Gujun Pure like it was it was nice after all the fight after all the tension you know if my lip can just touch Leo lip if my limb can touch his limp. Ah it's one of my best kisses my best kiss since. And they were I think they were on the beach. Yes, they were on the beach. And but the camera angle is the camera angle that used to deceive us. By the time they take it round, they will take it from down. They take it from left, they take it from right, they have done kissing. But we loved it. And for my number four, h this my number four is tricky because you know it's still the same. Lip lip lip no kiss. It's still the same. And it's from da da da personal taste. Personal taste is underrated. I don't know why people don't talk about personal taste. Like personal taste is one of those K dramas that I will always watch. Like if I'm having a bad day, I'll just I'll just, you know, I will watch K I I will watch Personal Taste. It's just one of those movies. And I feel I feel like Gaye. Is it Gay? Gana. Yes. Ga. Yes, the way she acted was just beautiful. She's also the one in Crash Landing on You like and I love her acting. I love her acting. So my best kiss scene h you know that time that they went to they were in one um this thing they were on the bed limoho and and her they were on the bed and you know he dragged like he there was a way he no if he if touched her body her clothes and then she she held his hand then he now removed she she removed his hand then she now kept his hand back on her chest Then now start removing everything that she was wearing. Oh my god, it was I'm so sorry cuz I imagined myself like it was me that Leo was taking all those things off my body. But it's fine. Let me drink water because this is steaming steaming um something. I'm already sweating guys because just thinking about it needed. So this particular scene I was like what? See if I open personal test I know where that scene is. Why? Because I enjoyed it. I loved it. And I know some of you people you people are saying that is it only limo she like all our best our best this our best this limo is there. Yes. I love limo. Yes. Yes. What's your own? H my number three on the list. This one is tricky because h two two different movies are fighting to be number number three but I say no this particular movie must be there. My lover from another star. Hey the kiss scenes in this movie in fact picking a particular kiss scene from this movie was was just hard because I just felt like the love was genuine. Like I I I love their love. You get it was just it was just beautiful. The kiss scene was when they were, you know, that part where they were looking at each other that there was like a timer like I don't know if it's the movie edit like you know the way they used to edit this and that they're looking at each other and there's like this timer reading and you know heart is racing someone's heart is racing someone's heart is not racing that part and I think they won best kiss did they number two h number two number two. For my number two, you know already I am a huge fan of Goblin. Yes. And Goblin, the kiss scene in Goblin, it has to enter. I don't know. Some people were saying that did they they deleted some kiss scenes from Goblin. I'm like why why did you people do that? Because we were watching this this um um K drama from the beginning. They were not kissing because she was a young girl. They were not kissing. They were not kissing. They were not kissing. He now reach one place where they kissed and that kiss was it was beautiful guys because they were not only kissing he carried that they sat on the couch. I was like what is happening? What what is happening? It was beautiful guys. I enjoyed it for my number one. I know you people you people are waiting to hear my number one. It's okay. Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. This is the odogu of kissing. And I think it's the odogo because this particular actress, she knows how to like she's just always comfortable with actors. In fact, there even two because and she's the one that is in those two movies. Yes, she's the one in the two movies and she did it so well. The first one I'll talk about is why secretary Kim. Ah, forget it. She sabi kiss because I feel like she's the one that made that kiss scene to come out. In some Korean movies, you will see kissing. The girl is as if it's the guy that is doing too much. The guy is running. The girl is running away. But this particular one, that one that she went to his house that they were by the wall like they were leaning on the wall and kissing and kissing. Oh, I'm not supposed to be that graphic. I'm so sorry. But the way they were from there, they went to the bedroom. They were everything was it was I was like, is this a is this a Korean movie? Am I watching a K drama movie? Am I am I am I is it is this a K drama movie? But it was beautiful guys. It was just it was ah it was just beautiful. The second one that is also that is that is tying that number one is a movie she acted in. This one I will not tell you the name because I want you people to tell me the name. Yes, I want you to tell me the name of this particular movie. This movie, I'll describe it. I'll give you hints. Yeah, this movie, she liked a particular idol. Uh, and she was always taking pictures, but nobody knew her face and she was working like as a creator in like a museum and her boss came, you know, and there was there was this there was a kiss scene that happened because she was imagining kissing him, but we all know that they kissed in the film. That particular scene, they were on the couch in her house. Tell me the name of the movie. Yes, if you are a K, if you are really a K drama lover, tell me the name of the movie. Let's move to the next segment. Ah, this segment is this segment is really hot and spicy and some people will come for me, but I don't care. Come for me. This is kill, kiss, and marry. So, who am I going to kill? Who am I going to kiss? Who am I going to marry? Left to me, I'm going to kiss and marry all of them. But I have to pick kill. This that's the game. So, I'm going to pick somebody to kill. So, it's fine. But I want to know out of this set like who are you going to kiss, who are you going to kill, and who are you going to marry? On the list, we have G. I don't know how to pronounce their names like so well, but he's the guy from Goblin. And you know, I love Goblin. People already know the answer to this one, but let me not let me not say anything. Nam John Nam jo I think I am going to kiss Tadwok Nam jo and marry Goblin. I'm definitely going to marry Goblin. If I don't get Limo guys, I am getting goblin. Those are my those those two guys are the ones on my list and that's why I'm not I'm still single. Yes, because I'm waiting for my opas to come and ask me to be their yoja to be their their um um ya chingo. Yeah. So, still on this same segment. Another set of fine, beautiful, handsome actors. On this one, we have Limiho Pakun, Kim Sohon. This is a very dead. This is a trap for me. Tell me why she's going to put Limho Punj and then Kimon Hun in the same in fact. But let's pick one to kiss, one to marry, and one to kill. First of all, I'm going to marry Limo. Let's put that one aside. I hope you people know I am going to kill Paxon Jun. You know there's this second lead syndrome all those you know and I and I feel like love is timing. those second leads, they could have had the opportunity to fall in love with the girl, but because of timing because that's why I I learned it. Love is timing. Ah, the person I pitted for the most first of all is startup. You see that movie, that startup, the second leading startup. I felt like he had the opportunity to, you know, to fall in love with the main lead, but just cuz he was he was nonchalant about it. And I really felt that scene when he was like he was talking about her and he was saying that he loves her like the moment he now started admitting that he was in love with her. Ah it was that time I now pi the second lead I say ah why didn't you talk meanwhile he's the one that she has been sending letters to is in fact it pained me to the extent for him because like it pained me to the extent that I was like he was even the one that was writing letters to her since when he was like since when she was young one even when he wanted to present himself to her he had to look for someone else to use to present like he he legit gave her her guy very painful. But I also felt bad for the second lead because I was like, why is why is he not the one falling in love? The number one. Hey, the one on the top of the list. And this one is because he's also fine. Like I think I think we fall in love with with their face. You see all those Korean guys? They are very handsome. Let's not lie. They are very very handsome. And I felt like, you know, he could have ended up with her. Guess the movie. Guess the movie. It's a movie that is currently showing. Ah, you pay me. Head over hills. I think we already know. We already know who the second lead is because of certain things that used to happen. Like we already know he has been her friend like since they were young. He has been her friend. All of a sudden one new guy comes and she's already falling in love with the new guy. Why I'm here baby fall in love with me now. But no, she fell in love with the one that has a lot of evil spirit entering inside him doing a whole lot of things. Ah sometimes love is timing and love is love love is painful because for those second leads I feel like the love was just painful for them. Let's move on to the last segment. Ah who was the better boyfriend main lead or the second lead? The first on my list I've said it before startup. Yes. In startup, I feel like the second lead should have gotten the girl. Like, why didn't the second lead get the girl? Like, he he was the one that did everything, but it's fine. The second one is, guess, he's fine. He He rides a motorcycle. He's the same person that um Oh, yes. There's there's a dance that he did that went viral. It's like he was on his boxers and he was doing the dance. That particular scene where he was on boxers and he didn't know that the girl was there and then by the time he turned he now saw the girl and it was really embarrassing for him and all of that. But it was it was very cute in in in the boxes. It was very very cute. I wish he had like fitted boxers so that we let me let me let me let me do like this because my producer is giving me she's winking at me and she's saying she's saying I should close my mouth. But you know where the movie is from? True Beauty. I feel like the second lead could have gotten the girl in True Beauty. Yes. now because tell me why why why they had to make second lead so fine see if they want to make it easier for us they should make main lead fine second lead they shouldn't make second lead fine at all so that we not just be falling in love with both the main lead and second lead I really wanted the second lead to get the girl but it didn't happen it didn't happen the Third is what? Ah, this third. It pained me because there were a lot of second leads that could have gotten the girl. Like it it was as if everybody was in love with the girl. The first girl that she thought the first guy that she thought was in love with her was not in love with her. He was in love with her sister. The second one was not in he was in love with her. But when she was in love with him, he wasn't really giving signs. And then at the end of the day, she ended up with the last guy. In fact, I didn't even expect her to fall in love with that. The guy she fell in love with. I didn't expect her to fall in love with that guy. You know, the guy stole a kiss while he felt she was sleeping. And then you see that scene where she now spoke about it. Like she mistakally spoke about it and then the guy was like, "Oh, so you were awake when I actually kissed you. Then she was trying to like explain and all of that." And then the guy just stood up and then he kissed her. Hey, that scene was hot. That scene was hot. It was too hot. And that day I was I was drinking pepper soup. You know what Pepper Soup can do to somebody? Ah. Oh Lord. You know the movie. Tell me the movie. What's the name of the movie that I just described that had like three three handsome second leads that could have gotten No, not three. Yeah. No. two other sub leads that could have gotten the girl.
