Intro to Living The Tulsa Oklahoma Life: Tyler Van Beaver on Real Estate and Family Life
okay today I have my guest Tyler van
Bieber and he has a great story because
he has lived in other states now did you
come
from are you a Oklahoma born and raised
okay but then you guys moved to Dallas
we lived in Phoenix for two years and
then Dallas for six okay and so then you
came back to Tulsa his so his story is
going to be great so I have a YouTube
channel for you know mainly for
relocation buyers uh people that are
thinking about moving to the Tulsa area
and so they always get to see Tulsa
through my eyes and so now um the
podcast is to let people um let the
Tyler's Perspective: Tulsa Oklahoma Through a Lens
viewers see Tulsa through other people's
eyes I dig it yeah so your your lens
will be very interesting yeah for sure
interesting is a good word for them yeah
and so Tyler is a lender um we have some
mutual clients
um yeah yeah yeah we've just recently
started working you yes we recently sted
to work together yes okay so tell me a
little bit about uh your favorite thing
about Tulsa so I'm a you know Tulsa one
of my favorite things is like how
diverse we are you know so like even in
like 2020 we had all that fun I almost
took that personal because I feel like
we have a really cool probably the most
diverse community in our area you know
and that's one of my favorite things is
that we're a good melting po everybody
comes together we've got a lot of
culture we've got a lot of people from
out of state people that are locals and
I I love that I think it's fun that we
can go all over town and like you know
last person we just talked to is from
Michigan you know so like that that kind
of blend of where we are essentially
located I really like that okay cool now
what is your uh what's your favorite
thing to do in Tulsa so I've got four
kids so we don't get to do a lot um my
wife you missed your you're supposed to
go to Little Wayne still pretty still
pretty touchy about that we're supposed
to go a little Wayne last night my wife
and I and actually the funny part is my
wife is the big little Wayne so we uh do
workouts and we do the CrossFit thing my
wife does it all in the garage and when
we first moved into our current house we
have a lot of older neighbors and she's
blaring Little Wayne in the garage and I
was like I am so sorry about my wife
that music that she listens to I
apologize yeah we missed out on Little
Wayne but I'm a big fan of downtown you
know so when when I grew up going
downtown was a little bit different like
we used to come in from college and
there's some places you could go out but
you need to leave by midnight you know
by midnight and now the place that I go
to you know when we get to go out when
you have time and we live in aaso so
it's closer but I love going downtown
downtown and kind of that Midtown area
is awesome what year did you graduate
high school I graduating 03 03 okay so
you're a young in um but yeah when I was
in high school when I was in high school
too yeah you we didn't really go
downtown so I love how much it's changed
what's your favorite thing what's your
favorite part of downtown like your
favorite place to go so we like you know
Downtown Tulsa Oklahoma: Top Picks
we're we like not Foodies necessarily we
like a good food experience and we've
got so much cool spots that you can
check out downtown you know so coming
downtown to eat you know Prime is
probably our favorite fancy place
downtown just kid chilling it's kind of
a underdog that you don't hear a lot
about but then you have the local bison
I don't know if you've been there but I
haven't been to the local bison one of
my insurance guys did their insurance
and we met at local bison one time and
it's just it's really cool local spot uh
you know they have like roasted brussel
sprouts just like really cool uh just a
quick In-N-Out spot has all local beer
so pretty much everything down town I'm
a big coffee guy too so our coffee
community in tol I know we have a big
one what's your favorite do you have a
favorite I it's tough so I judge new
coffee shops based on their drip you
know so you go in you get their drip if
you can mess up a drip probably not
going to do lattes very and my favorite
driping town is origin you know origin
coffee is just down the road it's
actually on 15th street now and I think
he's going to open another one but boy
their drip really is good I haven't been
there yeah so we'll have to we'll have
to go there sometime they have a
co-working space on top that's pretty
cool but uh and they it's a little spot
really cool used to have one downtown
that had the best breakfast burritos in
town MH um yeah origin is probably my
favorite drip but there's so many fun
you know Circ is awesome double shots
where I got our drink today uh there's
so many cool spots that you can go and
work go and meet people and then smash
coffee obviously yeah yeah and you like
the breweries too right yeah so we I
I've kind of in 2020 got into whiskey M
um so I'm I like the whiskey stuff so
valkyri is a cool spot so you go in
there and even if you don't like whiskey
I mean it's a 25 foot ceiling just
covered uh and then we did an event at
nothing's left Brewery the other day and
they have beer slushes and not to sound
like a girl but they're delicious and is
a beer sl Sweet well so it'll be like
the their main one's called the pot of
gold right now because it's close to St
Patty's Day and I think it's got like
pineapple passion fruit guava so it
doesn't necessarily sound like a beer
but it's a boozy slushie and now as it's
getting warmer it's they're awesome
they're great very good I'm haven't
heard of a beer sish yeah have to go
there and try them out they're pretty
Navigating Homeschooling in Oklahoma
good mhm okay now you said you had four
kids mm how old how old are your kids so
we've got a 10-year-old an 8-year-old a
2-year-old and a one-year-old oh my
goodness yeah yeah yeah that's that's
where that's where this comes from and
we homeschool okay and I'd say we
Loosely my wife does that my wife
homeschools them so we're homeschooling
the eight and the 10-year-old and then
obviously the one and the two are good
distractions during that time you know
so it makes that a little bit more chaos
but yeah we we have the the bunch and
man we we had the first two pretty quick
that's why close and then really really
we trying to have that three for a long
time and then the fourth we adopted you
know we talked about so we fostered for
six years uh just recently adopted her
and that was fantastic and we're
completely retired from fostering very
much so but yeah our uh there's not a
lot of boring time when you have four
kids no they stay pretty busy yeah um I
Tyler's Journey to Adopting Their Fourth Child in Oklahoma
have four but they're all older now so
we're looking for I'm looking forward to
that stage I'm looking forward to where
Little Wayne comes up and my my
10-year-old is 13 and she can watch some
kids those those are what we go to sleep
dreaming about and are excited we're
want to enjoy our current time obviously
but we're excited for that yeah yeah it
go it really does go by fast now tell me
I want to know more about the home
schooling now does she do that like in a
cohort with a group of other moms um
Homeschooling in Oklahoma
like how does that work for you guys so
we kind of do a blended one so we do
epic so we have a a co-op as they call
it so once a week uh on Tuesday they go
to a co-op and we've got some other
friends you know say mommy friends but
they're my friends too um all their kids
all our kids are friends and been
friends so they go to the same Co-op
every Tuesday which is kind of good and
bad we need them to go there and have
like real like kind of real school
setting for a little bit and all they
want to do is see their friends in play
so it's a little bit harder um but she
does that and then we also kind of blend
in like a Christian based uh curriculum
stuff um again my wife does it all I
don't I couldn't even tell you what the
name of it is you know she owns that
thing but she mixes that in so we get to
have good intentional time where she's
pouring in and giving them the education
side but then we also get to blend that
you know good Christian Base that we're
wanting you know wanting to build and
want them to be and you know be normal
in that spot just to really build that
and I think with our 10-year-old we're
getting really close to needing to go to
school she's like me so like our chaos
she's very active very high energy we
need structure it helps our
personalities and what's so good about
homeschooling is you don't have a lot of
structure you can wake up do two or
three hours go to the park go play go
hang out come back do another hour or
two which is why we like it but she's
getting to that age where we need a
little bit more structure so we're
getting ready to go tour some schools I
think we're looking into the private
thing which is new for me I was a public
schooler but um so we're kind of
transitioning there so we'll see what
that looks like where did you go to
public school so I grew up in Union so I
grew up on 31st 129th you know I I
always joke if I get like rised up or
like like uh I don't know if angry is
the right word but if I get pumped up I
always call it East Tulsa Tyler so I
grew up at like 31st 129 so it's one
over we' had gone to East Central and I
Moving Journey: From Phoenix to Tulsa Oklahoma
grew up going to a school called Briar
Glenn you know so uh oh my goodness I
went to Brien really yeah Bri Glen
Braves I grew up I could walk to school
that's how close we were to it which I
don't think it exists anymore I think
they opened up another school right
where that used to be that big Park yeah
yeah maybe yeah Brian Glenn yeah my fun
times that's funny and so you graduated
from Union uh no so I went to Union to
my sophomore year D football and
Moving from Dallas to Tulsa Oklahoma
baseball coach so we moved to a small
town called Barnes doall Barn my sopt
year so I went from a th000 in my
freshman class at Union to graduating
with 36 MH wow you know so big
difference um I enjoyed the difference
like it's it was a good learning
experience um at the time I didn't love
it I don't think and we have an office
in barville now and um when they said we
were going to open I was like dude I'd
love to do that and it's been fun
reconnecting with some of those people
cuz like my dad God bless probably
brought it on himself not a lot of
Settling Down in Owasso Oklahoma
people are big Larry vanbeber fans Not
to name drop him so there's you know I
didn't I had a negative connotation of
our time there because of that and now
going back and and seeing some people
reconnected cuz I had kind of purposely
disconnected with all those guys and
getting back in the market you know as
an agent or a lender at first I'm
reconnecting because it's like I'm going
to work here I need to reconnect to
these people and then as I started
reconnecting it got more intentional and
The Appeal and Community of Owasso Oklahoma
I was like man these people didn't hate
my dad you know so like well he was a
principal right he was a football coach
football coach yeah I mean that's hard
and in small town we lived in the
coach's house so like every coach that
ever lived there lived in house across
the street like it was smaller than the
studio and we lose games people throw
bottles at our houses I had someone
flash our tires before you know so like
one a super enjoyable time but like
anything even in real estate you
remember the negative stuff more than
the positive stuff and the reality is
there's a lot more positive and there
was negative but that stuff just sticks
with you but yeah we went from Big Town
to small town and then moved to Phoenix
so we've been all over yeah and my
wife's from Cleveland Ohio so like when
we started dating in college so she had
seen Barnes doll before
and when we went there she was like man
I this would have been tough for me you
know coming from Cleveland she lived in
a town called Parma which is like just a
little suburb of Cleveland mhm so yeah
that was an interesting mix so when you
were in Arizona was that with your
parents or was that with your wife so
what we did is uh you know I went to NSU
so I graduated from NSU in tal wall uh
my wife played soccer there uh I
graduated in June of 2008 and then my
brother has been in the mortgage
business for a long time was with kind
of a big-time um online lender uh was an
executive there so kind of got me an
interview I'd like to think that I
interviewed really well but I would
Enjoying Arizona and Phoenix Before Our Oklahoma Transition
assume he had some kind of action of me
getting that job but I started in
Phoenix you know I had an opportunity to
do it in Dallas but it was like one of
those rare moments even with my wife and
I dating so at the time of like man I
don't do a lot of stuff for me let's do
Phoenix like this would be cool uh I
went out there and then 6 months later
my wife followed um and it's fun I mean
you when you're from here and you don't
leave here it's neat to go to other
places experience other stuff um and
Phoenix is to really different yeah you
know it's you know they're so close to
Embracing Dallas and Texas Culture Before Moving to Oklahoma
California that they kind of act like
they're Hollywood so it's real you know
there's some materialistic fun there but
it's so beautiful out there you're 6
hours away from San Diego you're 2 hours
away from Flagstaff where you can ski if
you want to and I probably didn't enjoy
my time there as much as I would now cuz
we're a little bit more outdoorsy now
than we were then but Phoenix was a good
time and then we love Dallas yeah I kind
of jokingly saying this is like a cuss
word in Oklahoma but I was a converted
Texan like what's all the stuff that us
Returning to Tulsa Oklahoma for Family Support
as Oklahomans get annoyed with Texas you
know the Texas Pride you can't drive
through a street without seeing every
company that has a Texas flag and an
American flag and if I could change
anything about Tulsa or Oklahoma it
would be that like let's pop up some
Oklahoma flags if you have a business
put an American flag put an Oklahoma
flag out there and let's have some pride
about what we do you know and there's
not nobody's perfect but you just walk
around you drive around anywhere and
there's 5 million 30 foot Texas Flags
mhm and American flags and I missed out
a little bit but when we move back I'm
back I'm converted back to an Oklahoma
so we're good so enjoying Arizona en
enjoying Phoenix and then enjoying
Dallas what made you decide to come back
here so we uh in Dallas so we were in
Dallas for six years you know so we
moved there in December of
2010 uh and then it was funny we go from
Phoenix where it's beautiful weather to
in December they got like an ice storm
like the second week where they're like
oh we're back um and then we got married
the following year uh in 2011 and then
had had Rory in 2013 Vivian in
2015 and we're out there our closest
family was here in Tulsa and then my
parents live out kind of Western
Oklahoma we're doing everything with two
kids without any help you know and that
gets that gets grind so um my wife
actually got laid off from a job with
Bank America uh that had like a funny
story to it that I went get into like
I'm not a huge Bank of America fan um
Favorite Local Shops and Restaurants in Tulsa Oklahoma
but we discussed it and we actually met
at a Snappy Salads in North Plano and
had a discussion of what we're going to
do and she's always wanted to be home
with the girls and we brought up moving
back to Tulsa as a joke M and the same
house we had there my property taxes
were probably eight or n Grand at the
time they were 3500 here the way that I
did my job that I'm doing now was doing
it corporately so less risk so less
reward the way that I was going to do it
here higher risk higher reward so an
opportunity of way more money too the
more we looked at it the more it just
made sense then we found a perfect house
we moved moved and then my fun story is
Me 3 weeks after I moved the office that
I had transferred with the entire group
quit so I was in this you know this is
what I do but and this is where I'm from
but I didn't have a book of business
didn't have any of that I'm sitting in
an office on the 10th floor by myself
like holy crap you know I'd say another
word but I don't know if you guys edit
that out or not yeah that wasn't that
was an intentional move back for sure
okay so with all that like what what
what neighborhood do you guys live in so
we live in aaso you know so our
neighborhood we're right we're right
down from Stone Canyon our
neighborhood's called the Champions
there a Champions East champions West um
I am the hway President Champions East
um that's yeah that's fun uh but it's
just like a a Long Street of maybe 40 or
50 homes and then there's 40 50 homes on
the other side and when we moved you're
so used to Texas you have a house with
the yards about the size of this table
with a 15ft privacy fence so you feel
like you're in a box mhm and I think we
might be on a third of an acre which
here isn't that big but it felt like the
biggest thing on earth so we were kind
of sold on the yard and the lot before
we had a big green belt in our backyard
now it's a big executive neighborhood
you know so like wasn't super happy
about that but I we've been in the same
house you know since we moved and and we
like wasa's awesome uh it's so easy to
get in so easy to get out like my whole
life's in South Tulsa so that kind of
stinks but uh We've really liked living
in AA we live like literally three miles
from her parents so they help us out a
tremendous amount like it's especially
with four kids it's they're so helpful
well that's one thing about aaso it's
one of Tulsa's top suburbs um but it's
one of the only suburbs that is like its
Favorite Family Activity in Oklahoma: Turkey Mountain
own little unit like Broken Arrow and
Jinx and you know glimp Pulsa POA they
all are you know part of Tulsa a waso
you're actually out so it's not like
it's a far drive at all I mean what is
it like 15 minutes to it takes 15
minutes to get to my office at 71st year
okay yeah so a super easy drive but it
is like its own little
place but you have all the shopping that
you need um what's your favorite place
in aaso to go so shopping wise there's a
place called Wilder Brothers you so
we're kind of a um outdoorsy group I
Admiring Brian Shepard an Esteemed Tulsan Oklahoma
kind of like the outdoorsy clothes so
they have a lot of like viori uh uh
Patagonia stuff like that like the
outdoorsy stuff that I really like and
it's a really cool local shop like the
owners are from aaso so it's a really
cool spot um you know if you go for
foodwise Max barbecue and Sky name is
Adam green is the one that owns it it's
the best barbecue in I have I haven't
been there I've heard of that I heard of
that it's really the first time we went
we were going for my father-in-law's
birthday and there was going to be 10 of
us and I called him and I was like Hey
I've heard the place is small is it okay
if we bring 10 people in here and
they're like yeah yeah you'll be fine
and it was Tiny so we got there like oh
man but uh Adam big tattooed guy i' got
tats all over my legs uh bearded guy
veteran guy just an awesome dude uh and
then every time we come in there like he
comes out and says hi he'll bring the
girls his big thing is they do Kool-Aid
and sweet tea like you mix it kind like
an palmer but with Kool-Aid uh he'll
Neighborhood Preference in Oklahoma: Midtown Tulsa
bring the girls cookies or he'll come
out bring me a drink of whiskey
sometimes just a good dude so it's a
cool little local spot where that stuff
you don't get in Dallas and in Arizona
you can't go anywhere like oh hey Adam
you know have that owner come out and
know who you are so that's really cool
okay cool what else is there to do um
like do you guys go into Tulsa to do a
lot of your stuff like you know date
night or you know time with the kids or
do you guys spend most of the time in
aaso when you're you know home so kind
of the running joke in aaso cuz we're
not local like not from aaso they don't
like leaving aaso like true aans that
are from there will not leave town they
don't go north they don't go south they
stay in a waso like even on the real
estate Community like you won't see a
lot of the Realtors come in town and
have those teams in a in Tulsa they like
a waso we we have smoke in AA which is
great there's good restaurants but we
like coming into Tulsa you I like to
come in and and get out of town when we
can when we can which is rare but yeah
we like to get out of town but ao's got
everything you could possibly want a lot
of people come in for mty but like we're
not super sugary that kind so every once
a while they have a chocolate cream pie
that's really good but um we like to
come in and Tulsa we're a big Tulsa fan
well didn't oasa just got like the
biggest Costco ever it's huge so we're
Sam's people I know that that means that
we're peasants I get it I know we're not
Costco people yet but we do have friends
that have Costco and we go with them you
know they allow us to feel rich for a
little bit but yeah um my wife goes
there quite a bit like her her her
friend that they do the co-op with when
they drop the girls at the co-op usually
they go walk around Costco and it's huge
it's I think it literally is the biggest
one in the world yeah it's huge it's a
really cool spot for it yeah okay cool
well what's your favorite like for date
Suburban Lifestyle vs. Midtown Living in Oklahoma
night you and your wife or do you guys
even have date night anymore so we've
started when you have more kids and you
guys can probably relate to this we've
tried and we did this for a while and
then got away from it just cuz our lives
gone we've restarted I think last week
we if at minimum we do 1 hour
intentional time on Wednesday okay so we
put the kids down 8:00 whether it be
just put our phones down go sit on the
back patio and just talk or just hang
out um our week's been so stressful that
our Wednesday I think we literally just
sat there in silence bu herself you know
the four kids and full commission life
and her homeschooling it can be a grind
but we try to do that you know every
Wednesday is intentional uh we were
member of the summit uh club for a while
which is fun which we mainly did that I
I thought I was going to use it more for
business than I did but being able to go
downtown and know you have a spot to do
it and then when we would bring our
girls with this they get the fancy water
glasses and think that they're you know
whatever so we'll come downtown and it's
usually typical stuff we go at 6:00 eat
at 6:30 we're home by 9:00 MH and then
you know we're still putting our big
girls down so we like to come sneak in
at Tulsa cuz again it takes me N9
minutes to get downtown yeah from from
aaso so let sneak in sneak out um yeah
we like to come in Tulsa for day night
usually okay and what about the kids the
family like what's your favorite family
thing to do in the Tulsa area so we we
like getting out you know so we're
active people so I get in out uh I
really like taking our girls to Turkey
Mountain mhm you know and they' put a
lot of money into turkey so not only for
the bik shows but just going out there
and hiking and getting out there's a lot
of awesome Parks you know that we can go
and just walk um we're big you know
Colorado people so we like if we can get
out of town we'll do that uh we like
getting out in uh I mean rather be Grand
Lake we're outside people and and being
in Tulsa you're so Cally located we can
go down to Carlton landing and kind of
have a chill bougie time or have a long
drive to Broken Bow and get out and and
have some woodsy stuff but Turkey
Mountain is say is probably one of our
favorite spots just cuz you can get in
there and get lost and it turned into an
eight mile hike and not even realize it
Navigating Tulsa Oklahoma's Diverse Neighborhoods
it is such a good spot and again that's
something I don't know when I was in
high school it wasn't a place you would
go I don't know if when you were either
there's some parks that you didn't go
when we were a kid and that was
definitely one of them you're like yeah
you don't go there yeah so I love that
you know you can go there now and it's
such an amazing place okay let's shift
gears a little bit and talk about an
amazing tulson or a tulson that you
admire um you know doesn't necessarily
have to be somebody you know um maybe
someone who's made a difference but is
there a tulson that you think is amazing
so when you know kind of preparing for
Suburban Familiarity and the Urban vs. Suburban Debate in Oklahoma
the questions I saw that one and that
was the one that stood out most to me um
and I kind of joked CU this is going to
probably sound like a bit of a
brown-nosed response but you know my
entire life for the last seven years has
been building my business so it's
revolved around real estate and we're
around a lot of people in our industry
whether be in real estate or out and
Brian Shepard is the president of called
Banker mhm and there is not a more
genuine guy and at that stature I think
you get to a certain stature that they
almost have to have a face on or kind of
play a Persona just because of the
The Unique Charm of Midtown Tulsa Oklahoma
stature that you can get to and he's
like we did that happy hour on Wednesday
showed up in jeans and Jordans and a
T-shirt and I was like this is awesome
and similar background he's adopted you
know he's part of my adoption story my
vpz and he are where you know when I
first went aor to AMC I met him because
we had that relationship with C banker
and kind of heard his story of how he
adopted and then my uh VP Zeke adopted
too so it's part of our story of like
random people just started coming in our
lives at that time but he's just a good
dude like when we officially adopted he
texted me on the side and I'm like I'd
like to say I'm a good producer at AMC
but at the grand scheme of things in
Tulsa I'm not a big thing on Brian
The Benefits of Midtown Tulsa Oklahoma's Location and Lifestyle
Shepard's life and that kind of
generosity like genuiness of reaching
out and just saying hey dude congrats on
got you day like that's stuff that you
can't fake over a long period of time so
it s like brown NOS CU I'm A lender and
I'm saying a real estate president but
like Brian Shepard and he's real active
in the community and does that stuff
like he's just a a good genuine dude and
then other than that I don't know a lot
of Tolson outside my group just because
I haven't gotten into that so I even
thinking that I was like man but I don't
I don't know anybody else that's a great
answer yeah people that you you know
normally don't hear about so that's why
I love knowing people's answers you know
and great question yeah it's very
Historic Charm and Modern Amenities in Midtown Tulsa Oklahoma
obscure and then but you always like
know these new people and it makes me
want to look like well what do they do
like I've never heard of them you know
so very cool what's your we talked about
your favorite place to shop um if you
could wave a magic wand and live
anywhere we're getting our 10-minute
time I asked him to give me a timer yeah
you're good okay if you could wave a
magic wand and live in any
neighborhood in the Tulsa area or the
surrounding suburbs like what
neighborhood would you live in now it's
fun as You' think me being in the real
estate world that I you know I've always
been impressed by everybody like Phil
Mar on our office he knows every
neighborhood and I've never known the
Wrap up to Living The Tulsa Oklahoma Life: Tyler Van Beaver on Real Estate and Family Life
names like I know St Stone Canyon in
Yorktown everything else I'm like it's
over in tolsa South tlsa it's by the
McDonald's it's by the waterburger um
but there's that NE there's a
neighborhood in just the area of like
15th in like Lewis like that Central
town where it's the older homes but
they're you know they're kind of big
squared they all have basements that are
all rock with real fireplaces the
detached garage with the you know the
driveway Port that you drive under to go
to it like that old school Tulsa Vibe
yeah like you know our office in
barville they have the same homes in
barville but they're like half the price
because of the distance like I love
those and there's the new I forget what
the neighborhood's called it's that main
little area I think the marathon even
runs through there and they just open a
new like breakfast coffee shop um I
forget what the neighborhood is called
but I I just love that midt like true
old school Midtown which my uh
grandmother managed Apartments growing
up and she used to manage an apartment
right by Southern Hills so we were in
that area so much so like it's part of
like my childhood of just remembering
when that was really really really busy
and now that they've kind of revitalized
that that that true Midtown kind of
bougie big house area I mean I'd love to
go get me an old Range Rover you know
whatever Discovery or whatever the big
old school SUVs and live down in the
Midtown and just feel like I'm bougie
like everybody else I'd love that I was
talking to an agent and I guess it was a
couple days ago yeah she's from she was
from Midtown and she was in Bixby um one
of her clients one of my houses and she
was like I haven't been out here in
forever I thought this was so far away
but yeah like when you're in Midtown you
don't go anywhere else kind of like you
said in aaso like you just kind of stay
um I think when you're from the
surrounding suburbs sometimes like you
just go everywhere like I'm everywhere
yeah and when you move so that's a
different thing like in Dallas I had the
same commute that I have now my commute
now is 15 minutes the Dallas commute if
I left at 655 was 55 minutes and if I
left at 7:05 it would be like almost an
hour and a half wow just cuz the amount
of people and then if you don't take the
tollway you take the tollway it cost $10
away mhm um you forget like my whole
first three months in town I was getting
everywhere like 30 minutes early because
I'd leave based on what I was used to so
there's not everything is 10 minutes
away yeah I know it's it's so nice well
I think that we are wrapping up now so
we got the we got the little cue that
it's time so thank you he started
playing the music really soft you can't
hear it but just like the Grammys but I
will say You're A lender so relocation
um you have a lot of knowledge about
relocation so anyone that is wanting to
relocate and take out a loan I always
recommend having a local lender um you
know
over um you know National so we could
reach out to you and you could help us
out for sure I'd love that I always say
the the local guys make the phone ring
the national guys pay for the phone to
ring so who you going to trust more you
know yeah all right well I appreciate
you all right thanks a bunch thanks
thank you
