It was one of the greatest days when I heard that. No, it was because all of a sudden, all of a sudden I get an invite. I was convinced I was going, there was nothing in my head to say that I wasn't, I was so convinced and then coming to work the other day and someone's like, oh, why aren't you like, you're in Melbourne, you're not gonna look long. I'm like, no, no, it's the following week. I'm like, no, it's this weekend.

Currency cards come through the door, which is really, really cool.

So you know, a couple of weeks ago we had that Tiger King that created really well. There's great A 10. Yeah. Lots of soccer, rugby league and AFL obviously. And NBA is as always, NBA just keeps coming through the Yeah. All NBA's back now, I don't know if you guys saw Zion got 25 today.

And they do Pokemon, they do sneakers, they do sport like basketball, like they do everything. And there's just people, there's just a demand for it. But I don't think we've got here yet. Yeah. We will eventually. I think because even now, like where do most people break? It's like Facebook, Instagram. Instagram. Yeah. Twitch, YouTube. YouTube.

There's, there's so many different options. Whereas this like what not is just, it feels like that's where it is. Yeah. So in the office this week, we haven't had a lot happening in PSG land though. Yep. Our website had a bit of a redesign. Yep. Yep. From the backside. So you actually probably won't notice too much of a difference. But it's all being designed to make the user experience a lot better. So I implore people out there now to go and join the website.

They get a little bit extra in their little portal that helps them with being a submission partner on that one.

One thing I like, sorry to go. No. Yeah. One thing you like you say you're the negative bloke something. One thing I do like about this whole re revamping of the website is it's come from feedback that we've got directly from people. Yeah. And basically you told us, and we've listened, one of the biggest pain points people say is like they wanna know where their cards are or how long till they get them back. You will be able to track whereabouts in the pipeline your cards are. Yep.

Yeah. Cuz like we do, it's a 60 day service. Yep. And people get to normally about 20 days and then start asking where it's at. Yeah. It's usually three weeks. Yeah, exactly. It's, but that's, you know, that's human nature. That's where we're at. And I do the same as well. You know, you wait waiting for a bus, it's 10 minutes and after three minutes you wanna know why it's not there. So this way you will be able to, and we'll be regular emails coming out to you, even to the extent when we receive the cards, you'll just get a quick email that we've been able to automate that you'll say that the cards are in the hands of us and in the process.

And you know, we do try to get them out quicker. But you know, sometimes big things like Hobby Hangout do mean that we para as well. Yeah. Paramatta at Westfield. So, which was, you know, there was a lot of cards that came through the there also, Brett giving away so many grades. Yeah. Hasn't really been helpful. And in the bottom corner where there's a basketball, you can normally see the lines on a, on the real one, but on this fake one, it's just a round dot. Okay. So there are little tales that you, I've I've read up on it a lot when I was like doing a lot of research on it like years ago. But yeah, soon as it came in I was like, nah, no way. And then I was like, this is a good fake for a fake, but it was still fake.

Speaker 3 (19m 9s): Well this one has the dot. That's why I was like, oh, it's got the decimal point. And then I was just like looking at everything and I'm like, nah, this ain't right. Yeah. It just didn't, it didn't feel right.

With the shoes. Yeah, exactly. That's crazy. Aye. And the videos just, they're so popular. Everyone knows her as the eBay authenticator and she'll be at Sneaker Con or these expos and you go up to her to just to see if your shoes are like legit. And she'll do this thing, she'll sniff it, she'll she'll pull the paper outta the box because that ain't weird.
