I am always with you, wherever you go.
You are my friend and I am your loyal support.Together we go through this world - you are never alone. I have only one task, and this is to protect and cherish you, wherever you go.

Do you want to go somewhere new and unknown ? I am right beside you and have your back. It is never too late to realize that you always have a friend around you. And you will realize, that in truth you always knew that I was there.
You could feel something like another part of yourself, somebody to talk to, whatever happens. These were not just thoughts, but dialogues. More often than not, you were talking with me - just imagine that !

Thinking new thoughts - we are good at that !We discuss anything that happens, talk about what feels strange or interesting.
I am your trusty buddy and I will never leave you. Where can you sense that I am ? On your left shoulder, at your right side, at your back ?

Just close your eyes and notice where you can feel my light. Does it have a colour, a texture,
a feeling ? Do you notice a scent, a song,certain images or words ?
You have your own way to notice me - and really, you can call on me any time you like.
I am even allowed to rescue you or warn you if there is trouble. It is good if you listen to my voice and try to hear what I say - we can talk as often as you like.
