So it's tapioca starch, which is a lot like corn starch. It looks like corn starch, and you mix boiling water in with it, and it makes kind of a Play-Doh that you then roll out into ropes and then cut into small pieces and kind of roll around until it kind of polishes itself into a bead. And then you let them kind of dry and then you boil them in sugar water.
