Rick: Hey everyone, welcome to Dutch Dialogues by Dutch Fluency! I'm Rick, and today Sophie, Daan and I are going for a walk while we chat about something that's actually pretty interesting from the Dutch news. Stick around, this one's a bit different.
Rick: Nee maar serieus, moet je horen wat ik net lees op NOS.
Sophie: Oh nee, Rick heeft weer de hele NOS gelezen.
Daan: *lacht* En NU.nl ook zeker.
Rick: Stil even! Ze vinden misschien het skelet van d'Artagnan!
Sophie: D'Artagnan? Wie is dat?
Rick: Echt? De musketier! "Één voor allen, allen voor één!"
Daan: Ah, van die film met de zwaarden.
Rick: Ja precies! Nou, ze vinden misschien zijn skelet.
Sophie: Wacht even... een skelet van een musketier?
Rick: Ja! Na eeuwen! Gewoon opgegraven.
Daan: Waar dan?
Rick: Dat schrijft het artikel niet zo duidelijk. Frankrijk waarschijnlijk.
Sophie: Hoe weten ze dat het hij is?
Rick: Tja, goede vraag. DNA denk ik.
Daan: Of een naambordje om zijn nek. *lacht*
Rick: Hahaha ja! "Naam: d'Artagnan. Beroep: musketier."
Sophie: Maar wacht, was d'Artagnan echt? Of alleen in het boek?
Rick: Uhm... ik denk echt. Maar ook in het boek.
Daan: Dus hij was een echte persoon?
Rick: Ja! De vierde musketier.
Sophie: Echt waar? Ik dacht altijd drie musketiers.
Rick: Er waren er vier! Athos, Porthos, Aramis en d'Artagnan.
Daan: Maar de film heet "De Drie Musketiers."
Rick: Ja, want marketing. Vier klinkt minder goed.
Sophie: *lacht* Dat klopt eigenlijk.
Daan: Nou ja, vier musketiers is ook veel.
Rick: De comments op NU.nl zijn trouwens nog erger.
Sophie: Wat zeggen die dan?
Rick: Iemand schrijft: "Laat hem rusten!" Hahaha.
Daan: *lacht* Ja, de man is al vierhonderd jaar dood.
Sophie: Arme d'Artagnan. Nu is hij weer beroemd.
Rick: Typisch hè? Dood en dan toch niet met rust.
Daan: Maar eigenlijk is het wel cool.
Sophie: Ja, ik vind het ook interessant.
Rick: Mm-hmm, maar ook een beetje gek.
Daan: Hoezo gek?
Rick: Nou, ze graven iemand op. Dat is toch raar?
Sophie: Ja maar, voor de wetenschap dan.
Daan: Precies. Het is geschiedenis.
Rick: Oké oké, dat snap ik. Maar stel je voor...
Sophie: Wat?
Rick: Over vierhonderd jaar graven ze jou op, Daan.
Daan: *lacht* Dan ben ik ook beroemd!
Sophie: "Skelet van vierde vriend gevonden!"
Rick: Hahaha! "Beroep: nuchter en praktisch."
Daan: Kon zijn. Maar ik wil crematie.
Sophie: Goed plan.
Rick: Slim. Dan geen gedoe met skeletten.
Daan: Precies. Maar d'Artagnan wist dat niet.
Sophie: Arme man. Hij dacht: ik ga lekker slapen.
Rick: En vierhonderd jaar later... surprise!
Daan: *lacht* Ja, dat is niet leuk.
Sophie: Maar trouwens, gaan ze nu iets doen met het skelet?
Rick: Museum waarschijnlijk.
Daan: Toch raar, een mens in een museum.
Sophie: Ja, ik weet niet hoe ik dat vind.
Rick: Nee, ik ook niet eigenlijk.
Daan: Maar goed, het is wel bijzonder.
Rick: Zeker. Niet elke dag vind je een musketier.
Sophie: Nee, dat klopt.
Rick: Oké, ik stuur jullie het artikel.
Daan: Ja doe maar. Na de wandeling.
Sophie: *lacht* Rick en zijn artikelen.
Rick: Ik ben gewoon goed geïnformeerd!
Daan: Ja ja. Kom, we lopen door.
