3 minutes max. - Human Skills in the Age of AI (English version)

In this episode of "3 Minutes Max. – Human Skills in the Age of AI," Andre and his AI co-host Jules dive into optimizing your workflow across multiple browser tabs, highlighting the surprising cognitive and efficiency benefits. By using AI assistants, you can consolidate data from various tabs or web apps like a pro and extract valuable insights without overwhelming yourself.

Andre shares a personal touch with his unique approach of using different browser profiles for his various roles, ensuring focus by keeping only necessary tabs open. Ever wondered how some manage dozens of tabs effortlessly? The episode might offer a solution for you too!

Two key tips from this episode:
1. Make a list of the tools you frequently use in your browser. Open these tools in different tabs and let an AI assistant like Atlas or Comet help you manage and extract data efficiently.
2. Use AI to create dashboards or compare products across different platforms, streamlining your tasks without breaking focus.

If the podcast resonates with you, we'd love your recommendation and a five-star rating in your podcast app. Looking forward to next week's discussion on how AI can assist in setting new year goals. Until then, ciao!

00:00:00 Andre Ottlik: Your browsing habits reflect how your mind works and how your brain is structured. That would make sense from my perspective, though, it's not scientifically proven to my knowledge. I don't know about your browser habits, but I have different browser window profiles for each of my jobs. For instance, there is a window with seven open tabs for this podcast production, while I have another profile for my workshops and another for sales talks, for example, each with different tabs opening automatically. anytime I don't need I close to stay focused. I have no idea how you use these things? Some people seem to have fifty tabs open and manage to navigate through them. It's an absolute wonder to me.

00:00:48 Jules: today, we're not only going to show you how you can save yourself some annoying work across multiple tabs and become faster, but also how to gain completely new insights from your existing data.

00:01:00 Andre Ottlik: welcome to the Friday episode of 3 minutes max. Human Skills in the Age of AI. I am Andre Ottlik.

00:01:06 Jules: And I'm Jules Andres, AI partner.

00:01:08 Andre Ottlik: To give you some context, we talked about using AI assistants on individual websites on Wednesday. Today we'll look at how assistants can help you across multiple tabs simultaneously. Let's start with tip number one. Grab pen and paper. Think about which tools you use the most, similar to Wednesday's exercise, and which ones you have right now as an app on your computer, but you could also open in the browser.

00:01:36 Jules: Now open all the tabs. Like multiple web apps from which you extract data or multiple spreadsheets and documents. And ask the assistant in Atlas or Comet how it can assist you across tabs.

00:01:49 Andre Ottlik: In my case, the assistant helps me to get an daily overview of the most important business numbers from different tabs. A kind of dashboard.

00:01:57 Jules: You can also instruct it to compare different products on websites from various providers, or to help you stay focused on today's work. Have fun trying it out.

00:02:06 Andre Ottlik: If you enjoy three minutes max, feel free to recommend the podcast and give us five stars in your podcast app. Next week, we'll discuss how AI can help you set better goals for the New Year. Until then, ciao, ciao!
