11am: Grilled pepperjack on olive oil toasted sourdough, made at home.
3pm: A small bag of hot Cheetos, a yuzu and vanilla cream sandwich cookie, and cherries.
6:30pm: Cavatelli in pork ragu with oregano, calabrian chilis, and basil, and olive oil toasted sourdough with garlic goat cheese, made at home.
7:30pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
July 8, 2025 (Tuesday)
9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home.
10:30am: Seeded crackers with garlic goat cheese.
1pm: Leftover pasta.
4pm: A scoop of Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
6pm: Leftover pork ragu with cavatelli, basil and parmesan, made at home, and half of a bottle of Dos Equis.
July 9, 2025 (Wednesday)
6:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.
10am: A cup of coffee with half & half and leftover tofu and vegetables in brown sauce over rice at UNC Press.
1pm: A strawberry grain bar.
4pm: A small glass of iced black tea, made at home.
6pm: Frozen chicken alfredo pizza and romaine with parmesan and creamy caesar dressing, made at home.
July 10, 2025 (Thursday)
8am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and leftover frozen pizza and salad.
12pm: A bag of Chester’s Carolina BBQ flavored hot fries.
2:30pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
6pm: Fried rice with scrambled egg, pork, peas, carrots, onion, and garlic, made at home.
July 11, 2025 (Friday)
8:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half.
12pm: A BLT and cheese curds from Cookout in Oxford, North Carolina.
3pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
6pm: Tonkatsu with cabbage and jalapeno slaw, bulldog sauce, and leftover fried rice, made at home, and half of a bottle of Miller High Life.
July 12, 2025 (Saturday)
8:30am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and a handful of blueberries.
11:30am: Coffee with half & half, two over easy eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, hashbrowns, pepper sauce, Heinz 57 sauce, and pancakes with butter and maple syrup at McLean’s in Zebulon, North Carolina.
4pm: Fried shrimp, hush puppies, macaroni and cheese, and corn sticks at Johnny’s BBQ in Louisburg, North Carolina.
6pm: Half of a bottle of Miller High Life and a small bowl of Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
July 13, 2025 (Sunday)
8am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home.
12pm: Fried okra, made at home, with leftover McDonalds creamy chili sauce.
1:30pm: A quesadilla with pepperjack cheese, made at home, and a few spoonfuls of Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
5pm: Peanut M&Ms.
