Christine Stockham (00:00)
Hi everybody. Welcome back to Becoming Multidimensional. It's Christine. Eliza is in London moving flats, but she'll be back soon. Today, however, I am so beyond excited to welcome Dr. Catherine Clinton, who is a quantum biology health educator. She is a licensed naturopathic physician, and she is here today to help us to understand that we go beyond the barriers of our skin.

and how this incredible terrain within us is influenced by the earth and the cosmos to help bring us into a greater and deeper sense of health and vitality. She speaks from deep experience. She herself had two autoimmune conditions and Lyme disease that she has healed from, and she's healed countless other patients. I'm a fan girl, so I'm so excited to have this conversation.

If you're on Instagram, I highly recommend you take a look at her. She has so much incredible information. She also has information all over YouTube. are courses, there are classes. There's free information. There are so many levels at which you can connect with her. If you feel sparked, if you feel healed, you feel inspired by the words that she has to say today. So a very deep, warm welcome to Dr. Catherine Clinton. thank you so much, Christine. It is

pleasure to be here. And I'm excited to spend the next bit talking all about our favorite things. So you have this incredible journey where you, know I, so I did this sort of deep dive into you. know that you worked with an indigenous midwife and that was sort of the beginning of your path on this healing health journey coming from being a philosophy major, which I love. So you even bring this even depth

of information to the work that you are doing now. And that led you to go to naturopathic school. So maybe you can share a little bit of your story of starting that school and kind of what happened while you were there. Absolutely. Yes. That's exactly how I got my start and I had to go back and do all my pre -medical stuff because I avoided all of that when I was in undergrad as a philosophy major.

But it was in my second year of naturopathic medical school that I got really, really sick. It was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, Hashimoto thyroiditis, and another autoimmune condition called ulcerative colitis. So I was really, really sick. And I was able to sort of piece the physical pieces back together and

go back to school, see patients in my clinic, not my clinic, but in the clinic on my shifts and sort of be that productive member of society again, but I absolutely was still suffering. And that's where I discovered quantum biology and it was foundational to my healing and it's now what I teach my patients to do, what I teach.

other people to do and doctors to approach their patients. It's an absolutely incredible perspective to approach health from. That's amazing. So you're approaching health from this position of the quantum biology. Is that the piece that we're talking about? Now there are four sort of main pillars to quantum biology. Is that correct? That's how I approach it. Yes. Especially when looking at how

approach this new emerging field to our health. Absolutely. Okay. And so I understand that light is incredibly important. This is a really key piece of quantum biology. So do you have some tips, some ideas, some explanations of why the light is so important for our internal landscape and health and well

Yes, absolutely. So, when we're talking about light, I mean, one of the things we have to remember with quantum biology is that it is new and emerging, but it is starting to validate what these ancient indigenous cultures always spoke of. And they always had a reverence for the light and the cycling of the sun and the seasons. And it was 2017 that three scientists were awarded the Nobel Prize

for their work on circadian genes. And what they found out is that most of our cells in our body have circadian genes or circadian clocks. We can think of it that way. And so the light that comes in through our eyes and hits our retina is delivered directly into the center of our brain at the super chiasmic nucleus, all these big words to say that the light information in our environment enters our eyes

and then is transmitted throughout the body to let our body know what time it is. Because we evolved over millennia with that primary signal and stimulus in our environment being the rising and setting of the sun. So if we look at how light and our relationship with the sun impacts our biology, it is foundational.

By going out in the sun in the morning, we are stimulating a whole cascade of hormones. We are signaling our inflammatory state, our immune system. And if you think about it, it makes sense. If every cell, almost every cell in our body is triggered by light in our environment, then that means that our cardiovascular system is triggered by light.

neurology, our brain health, our respiration, our digestion, immune system, all of these things are driven by the light in our environment. So if we can enter into a relationship with the sun where we're getting out in the morning sun, where we're getting some natural sun throughout the day to counter some of this artificial light that we have in our environment,

And if we're lowering the light at night to mimic that full circadian rhythm of the sun, the impact on our biology is really, really way more powerful than we give it credit for. So I have noticed, and this is a question I have because you you hear a lot that the best time to get up in the morning is sunrise because there's so much of that infrared light.

first thing in the morning. Now I also really value my sleep and so I really don't want to be setting. So I have this sort of internal conflict within myself because like the more sleep I have the better, but then I'm also missing out on those rays. how, so let's say that, okay, 6 a maybe sunrise at this time of year. How important is it for it to be sunrise or just morning light? Absolutely.

Sleep is foundational and I don't want anybody to lose out on sleep to get that sunrise. We can tinker with our circadian rhythm so we can go bed a little bit earlier to make sure that we can get up earlier. But if it comes down to that question of do I wake up early to get that sunrise? Do I miss out on sleep? I would say absolutely not. As long as we're getting some of that morning sun.

that's transitioning from that infrared, that red light into those UV rays that happen as the sun rise, you know, it comes to the peak at noon. If we're getting some of those morning rays in our eyes, and I'm not suggesting we stare at the sun, just being outside, is enough to stimulate those pathways that we were talking about. It's enough to

the release and production of pregnenolone, the backbone of all of our sex hormones, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, as well as cortisol, that get up, feel energized anti -inflammatory hormone that we have. It sets up our inflammatory state, our immune system. So I would definitely not lose out on sleep because it is so magical, so wonderful.

But make sure that we're getting out in those morning hours. And if we do that while we're moving, it seems to have even more of an impact on setting that circadian rhythm. Yeah. So what I've been trying to do, so I want to do that, you know, barefoot walk outside. So I try to run, jump out kind of like first get out of bed. Is you can go outside, walk barefoot, if the sprinklers haven't gone off.

Then I lay down and really try to soak up those negative ions and let some come, you know, as much as I can, I'm trying to touch the earth and then letting the sun come into my eyes, just laying on the grass, which is a lovely morning ritual. And then go for a walk and then come in, have a little protein and then, and then go for a walk in the sun. That's like my ideal day. That's how it begins.

Absolutely. That's exactly what I'm doing as well. I pair it with a little bit of like shaking and lymphatic exercises to kind of get that circulation moving. But our day sounds very, very similar. I'm hopping outside, I'm grabbing some something to drink, I'm coming outside, and then I go inside and set that circadian rhythm again with some good

food intake, some protein and fiber and healthy fat, and then I'm popping right back out for my morning walk. Okay. I wish we lived closer. We would go for a morning walk together and do all of that. I love it. The shaking I haven't done. That's a great tip. I love that. because that is for your lymphatic system, at jumping, mean, people will jump on rebounders, but I like the idea of being on the earth. And so first thing in the morning to really get that,

pumping of your lymphatic system. thank you for that tip. I'm not doing that yet. That's going to be added in tomorrow. Yes. And it's so easy, right? It's like, as long as we're there doing all those things, we can just kind of stack them one onto the other and get a really incredible start to our day. Absolutely. Okay. So then I also, I love to walk. I'm a walker. I also love to

And this meant my second walk may not be as big of a walk, but I do love going for an after dinner evening walk. And that's for me where I am. I do see more of those red, like our sunsets are like orange and red. And so I don't know really for sure. Is that really, am I getting much infrared light in the evening walks? So I feel like there's some level that may help my circadian rhythm. Absolutely.

Absolutely. I mean, it's really an arc, right? Where sunrise and sunset kind of mirror each other in the spectrum of light that's available. Very heavy in that red and infrared range. So going for that after dinner walk is a perfect thing to add to the day. Okay. I love that. So I'm going to circle

to your story a little bit. So now we understand why light is one of these tillers of quantum biology and be so mindful of that. Before we wrap up with flight, I do know also that you probably recommend like those glasses at nighttime if you're on screens, the blue blockers and those things because of the signaling coming in your screens. But I know with your story, when you had autoimmune conditions,

and you had Lyme disease that you had, think a professor or another doctor bring up to you this concept or this word, psychoneuroimmunology and how that was something that helped your health journey. Can you explain what psychoneuroimmunology is? Definitely. That was really the door that walked me into this quantum biology.

and how it applies to our health. So I was doing clinical rotations underneath a physician who was actually my physician as well. And she was encouraging me to look at psychoneuroimmunology. And that's just a big word for how our thoughts and emotions impact our biology. And the impacts are enormous. And so I was looking at how my own trains of thoughts, my subconscious train of

my reactions to different emotional triggers, how all those things impacted my inflammatory state, my immune system, my nervous system. And I was also researching mitochondrial function. And our mitochondria are these little organelles in our cells that create ATP, the energy source of the body. And it was a researcher, Martin Picard, he was looking at how our thoughts and emotions

impact the production of ATP. And we know that when we have a decrease in mitochondrial function or ATP, we start to get symptoms. Disease -onstat ensues. And so it was just this incredible world of, wow, it isn't all a chemical -mechanical model that we have learned in school and are continuing to be taught that in medical schools across the globe.

that it's this chemical mechanical model, but there is this invisible blueprint of frequency in the body, whether that comes from light or sound or fields of energy like electromagnetism or our thought and our emotions and how those impact our biology. I was also at the same time looking at some of the very early evidence

for quantum biology and living systems and how these photosynthetic bacteria utilize quantum coherent and vibration of the proteins in the cell allows for that photon to stay on its fastest path to get to the center to create photosynthesis. And it was like this incredible, you know, from all these different areas saying, hey, there is

frequency language, there is this capacity for living systems to work together as a collective using these waves of information that take us beyond a chemical mechanical model. And it's absolutely fascinating. So I have a question for you because I have heard you talk a little bit about this. So we're talking about

So in my work, I do energetic work. And I had seen this sort of many times with different clients where there may be something where they have had something that has been a major issue in their life. Someone has really wronged them, done something to really hurt them. And maybe they can't forgive that person, but they can forgive their self for whatever part they held within that experience with that other person. And when they do

They have this sort of extraordinary, like they may, they often look at an apology, out of like 15 years later, like right after, this sort of connection with this other person, somehow something happens to validate this inner work where they've held onto this pain, they held onto something that has been really difficult for them. And when they sort of release it and let it go, even a small part of

their whole world shifts even more. Can you talk at all about sort of maybe frequency and entanglement? Is that something that you have anything to say anything about that? Yeah, absolutely. And especially in the context of trauma or psychological stress that we may have endured at some time in our life. You know, there's this beautiful fabric in the body, our fascial

and it is primed to communicate in light, in sound, in frequency. And we see that when there is an insult to the body, whether that's surgery or trauma, physical trauma, falling down, an injury, or a psychological trauma, that there becomes an adhesion or an obstacle.

in the flow of that energy. And what's incredible is that it's not only that internal energy, it is able to connect with some of the energies around us, electromagnetic frequencies around us. And so it makes absolute sense to me that healing and releasing some of that stuck

would create something like you explained, an apology to come 15 years later or something like that, because we're working on so many different levels, not just the physical. Yeah. So coming, bringing you back to the psycho neuro immunology, how our thoughts, feelings affect our physical body. So perhaps as you

Part of that healing is part of that releasing and coming back into coherence, coming back into balance, and then sort of the outside world perhaps maybe mirroring you in a more benevolent way almost as your coherence becomes just more aligned. Beautifully put. Yeah, absolutely. And we can see sort of an example of that with the research from Heart Mountain

and how that fart brain coherence, how the entrainment of that enormous electromagnetic field of the heart can work in tandem with the brain and create this coherence that then ripples throughout our biology. It affects the way we think, it affects our respiration, our immune system, so many different things, but it also can impact

the people that we are around, we can pull them into this coherence. And so I think that's a perfect example of what you're talking about on a different scale. Yeah. When you talk about that sort of that feel, that electromagnetic energy, and I've talked about this in the podcast before, if there's certain people or beings who you can just feel this heart energy that just radiates from, you know, Amma, the hugging saint.

you've never been lucky enough to be in a room with her, you can feel that energy. You can feel the love that emanates and radiates. if you try, even looking at a picture of her, you can sort of absorb it a little bit. And so I love the idea of, for me personally, I always try to scan myself. know, am I holding? Are there places that I do have adhesions? Because I do want

I radiate love to myself and I want to radiate love to the world. And I think we're in our greatest well -being when our heart is radiating open and strong. Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. And I also think that the flip side of that can get into this sort of confusing area where people are like, well, what happens when I'm mad? What happens when I'm sad? And I think that

just literally the definition of two or more things working as one, that if we can become coherent with our emotions, even if they're, you know, those traditionally negative emotions of anger or sorrow or fear, all of those sort of more negatively termed emotions,

that if we become one and we truly feel them and allow them to flow and don't judge them or turn them into blame or have some kind of friction with them, then we often see that they flow right through us. And what happens is on the other side of that is the gratitude. It is the love. It is the...

coherent emotions of awe and gratitude and love and peace. And so I think that I always kind of like to bring that up as well because it isn't that we never can have those human emotions of anger or frustration. It's that we are supposed to create friction. We're supposed to allow those feelings to flow because what happens on the flip side of them

all these emotions that we're talking about, having such a powerful in training effect on our biology and those around us. So I am so glad you brought that up because that is so important. It's so important to be honest and authentic in what you're feeling. And if you can name it and understand it. And I have sort of been working with that myself a little bit. And like, I think if you're in a relationship, your partner can be a really

to sort of mirror for you areas that you have to personally work on. I've been married for nearly 30 years. And, you know, I used to, when my husband would be frustrated or angry, it would make me angry and frustrated. And my, so, and I would be, I would be expecting him to show up as someone other than who he was showing up as in the moment. My expectations of who he should be were not aligning, you know, I, he,

needed to behave in a way for me, which really is unfair. And I've shifted that recently towards, he's experiencing frustration right now. allow him. You're frustrated right now. You're angry right now. And what I've noticed is sort of honoring his emotional state without judgment. It passes so much more quickly. And because I'm not adding to it because

If you meet someone who's frustrated or angry and then you're frustrated with them for being angry, it builds and it grows as opposed to, you're experiencing anger right now. I understand that. Yeah, absolutely. I think that's beautiful. And I think it's a testament to why you've been married for 30 years, right? Being able to walk in tandem with someone like that. And absolutely, I think that there is a power

being authentic to owning those feelings because they're real, they're human, we're meant to feel that. There are times when anger is righteous, right? We have that emotion for a reason, fear. I mean, if we are fearless in the face of great danger, that doesn't serve us. It is a protection mechanism, right? There are reasons why we feel that and to just authentically

allow ourselves to feel that without judgment is ultimately a beautiful expression of self -love, right? That we have the space and capacity to feel those emotions. And then at the end of that, undoubtedly what we come back to is this feeling of love, of contentment, of gratitude. And that is such a powerful, powerful emotion. And I do

I always recommend to people if they're struggling and lots of people do gratitude journals, but I feel like gratitude is one of that you're struggling, one of those areas that you can begin with just finding a few. I'm grateful I can take a breath of clean air, even if it's something small, that feeling of gratitude has, I think, such a powerful effect on your psychoneuro immunology, in fact. yeah, absolutely.

Absolutely. And so many things that I talk about, know, light and sound or frequency medicine and this incredible liquid crystal water within us, all these different things. The fastest way to affect biological change is through those emotions. I mean, we can completely change our biological state.

by being in a state of gratitude, by experiencing love or gratitude or a sense of awe with the world around us. All of these things have a very immediate effect on our biology, where some other things take a few moments to work. And I think that the testament to how powerful our thoughts and emotions and state of being are on our

I agree and I love that. So talking about a state of awe, this is something I was thinking about this morning on my walk. So I was thinking about the importance of the sun in our eyes, this connection to the earth, grounding, pulling up his negative ions, feeling connected to the earth. Also having the suns, the solar energy, this infrared light, all of these pieces bringing us into balance. But what I was thinking about this morning, I was thinking about ancient people and how ancient

for millennia have built these structures all around the world that honor the celestial movements of the stars. That I have to imagine that there is something additionally that now many places you don't have dark skies and you can't see the cosmos in the ways that they were seeing them. But that our connection to the stars on some deep level, just

feel has to be a really important piece that maybe hasn't been as much talked about or I haven't heard as much. But because they clearly spent so much energy in marking the movements of the stars, that there's something that's really important for us in that starlight event. there anything been studied about

absolutely. I think that I absolutely agree with you. think as a society, we are starting to wrap our heads around being sun deficient, right? But this idea that we are deficient in starlight, in nighttime light is really something that not many people are talking about. And it's really incredible when you look

this idea that we are circadian beings, right? We follow the rhythm of the sun. Well, we don't white, right? We don't actually follow a set 24 hours. We follow something that falls in between a lunar cycle and a circadian cycle, right? We're really meant to be honoring both of them. And that monthly cycle of

the moonlight and the phase of the moon and how that impacts the starlight and the stars that are available to see. It is a beautiful relationship that we haven't honored. And I think there's just starting to emerge some evidence out there that we have lunar genes. There was a recent research article about our liver and

genes in our liver that are responsive only to that lunar cycle. And so this idea that modern society has of, you know, the biohacking world or like, I'm going to go get this, like I'm going to go get my sunlight and vitamin D, I'm going to get this from the earth, I'm going to get that. What those ancient indigenous cultures understood is that it's not

Hubbard that you go extract things from is a relationship that you too honor and you cultivate and you nourish and protect. And that is something that was ubiquitous in Asia, in Europe, in Africa, in the Americas. You found that everywhere, every culture that I've studied has this idea of reciprocity.

and how it's a relationship, just like a child who goes to their mother constantly taking and taking, that's not a healthy relationship we would model, right? It's this give and take and love and gratitude that we would have for our mothers and the things that they provide, that nourishment that we also as children provide our parents. And I think that that's important when we're speaking

any of it, whether it's the sun or our precious waterways or the natural elements, the plants, the trees, this idea that it is an entity that we enter into a relationship with. And that relationship bears some responsibility on our part to come forward in a state of gratitude.

in a state of responsibility that we're also here to protect and we're here to nurture the world around us. think that is just that is a huge piece of medicine. You know, when I give patients a list of like, okay, circadian medicine, and we're going to use this and you're going to go outside and ground and all these different things, the beauty, the magic happens when

checklist becomes a relationship. When somebody feels safe, when they feel a sense of belonging with the rising of the sun, when they feel gratitude when the rain starts to fall, all that, that relationship and that sense of who we are as a human being on this planet, I think that is actually the true medicine.

And that is such an aha also. And I think I would even add on to there a state of aha. If you look at the stars and cosmos, a state of aha can be just like how I'm part of this beautiful, beautiful cosmos that I am here and I am part of all of this. So yes, and I also, it makes me think of what you're talking about of being in really right relationship with the earth.

with the cosmos, it makes me think of, know, if you go to Peru and you have ever seen one of the shaman, I mean, they, like every blade of grass is like, Patra Mama, their love and their gratitude, or, you know, every little small heart is such a beat, it's beautiful medicine to watch them, but it doesn't have to be just for a Peruvian shaman. We can all learn from that and have

reverence for the earth and the cosmos because it's not just that we're giving to the earth, we are coming into relationship, we are coming into this greater deeper sense, think, of vitality, health and well -being. absolutely. And to just bring it full circle back to coherence, that is coherence. Being able to be in a relationship, to be entrained with a blade of grass, right? To be able

be in awe and in gratitude and leave that ego side of us, that's just a blade of grass and I'm acute, leave all of that judgment behind and just come fully as a living being who is fully in awe and in gratitude of the world around them and how that brings us into coherence with the world around us and all of the

incredible things that it has to offer teach us and heal us. I love that. It's almost like coming back into your child's mind because children when they don't know, this is a rose or this is this look at this flower. Look at this tree. Look at this animal without a name or a word is just the awe and wonder around those things. So maybe we all can put down some of all of our barriers in a way and come back into our

childlike essence and mind because that will bring healing, think, as well. So I'd love to talk a little bit. This is being recorded before a really intense election cycle. And so we're talking about, you know, nervous systems, tensions, no matter where you lie on this spectrum, everyone has, in the United States at least, is feeling a greater sense of tension, anxiety, and stress.

So I know that you've talked about safety signals for your body and dangerous signals for your body. And so what I'd love to leave people with a little bit today is coming to a place of mindfulness about understanding what helps keep your body feeling safe and maybe some of the danger signals where your body is going to feel unsafe because I think particularly right now we don't want to get

because this does affect our immune system ultimately if we're in this heightened state of tension, anxiety, and stress. So any of the things that we can be mindful of and aware of that, okay, this is a safety signal, this is a dangerous signal, I'm gonna try to bring that into a greater sense of putting the safety signals on top and minimize the dangerous signals. So what would that look like for you? Yeah, that's a great question.

We can really simplify this down to looking at our evolution as humanity. We have evolved over millennia by waterways, by the rhythm of the sun, by the seasonal changes and fluxes out in nature. All of those things serve as massive safety signals for the body.

When we are getting out in that morning sun, when we are getting natural light, when we are lowering the light at night, that's a massive safety signal that says you are where you're supposed to be. You are in rhythm with the world around you. You are safe. When we go out and put our bare feet on the ground or touch a tree with our hand, when we stand in nature and we allow all those negative ions

either from the rain or a waterfall or ocean spray or just the breeze. Through the leaves of the trees or through the grass in the field, they collect negative ions and those ions flow over us as a massive safety signal. Again, it tells our body, okay, you're a human, you are here just like the humans before you, you are safe, you belong.

This is where you belong. And we can see that with nature, we can see that with the sun, we can see that with music and rhythm and moving our body. All of those are massive safety signals and finding a community of loving, safe, supportive people. And, you know, some of us don't have that. So we can create a community.

unto ourselves, right, creating safe talk in our internal dialogue. You know, we can say, I often have patients record a little mantra about how you are loved, you are safe, I am wrapping you up in a blanket of love, you belong here. And it's just their own voice reminding that inner child that they are safe. So many different ways

Communicate to the body. Breath is another huge safety signal. Slowing that breath down lets our body know, again, you are safe, you belong here. And then the flip side, we can almost wrap it up in the analogy of how we evolved versus modern day life, right? So living inside.

underneath artificial blue light that signals that it's noon at all hours of the day. We get artificial air. We don't have fresh air. We aren't exposed to the field of free electrons that line the earth or those negative ions. We are listening to our favorite music and those drum beats and moving our body.

All of those things we're eating processed food that our body doesn't recognize as a safety signal versus the food that we evolved with, fruits and vegetables and omega -3 fatty acids that serve as a massive safety signal in the body. So we can really look at it, you know, simplify it down to a lot of what our modern society is doing right now is a massive danger

to our bodies that we're not even thinking of, right? It's not that deadline at work or a fight with a family member that we can recognize as a stressor. It's the lighting, it's the food, it's the air, it's the water that create literal danger signals that our cells sense as danger. And when that happens, our cells can't heal, they can't repair.

So can I ask you something about the water piece? And I know you could talk for hours about water, so we're gonna, it's gonna be quick. So not everyone has access to like, you know, incredible water system in their house. So what I recommend, and I'm curious to what you do, even have being intentional, writing a word, maybe sticking it outside, even if it's tap water, you can have it filtered. think that's far better, but I think, so explain

putting your water maybe out in the sun or outside, like how you can have healthier water for your body, kind of no matter what you're able to do in terms of buying water. Yeah, absolutely. There is this new emerging science, and it's actually not that new. I mean, it started before the 1900s and the late 1800s, but now we can see it under a microscope. We can measure it, and we can

that there are two phases to liquid water, and one is more organized, one holds more energy, and we can put that energy into a glass of water, even if it is unfiltered tap water, which is honestly my least favorite, right? Because it has so many contaminants. But let's say that's the only water we have access to. We can take that

We can add energy into that water in so many different ways. Gerald Pollock is the researcher that first identified this EZ, and that stands for exclusion zone, because as it organizes, it pushes out any solutes or contaminants. So EZ structured water. We can build that by introducing infrared energy, and that infrared energy can come from the sun.

It can come from sound, can come from magnetism, it can even come from, and this was brought to my attention by a researcher called Erasmus Goutberghausen. And he was the head researcher for Imodo's lab. And Imodo did research on how different words like love versus hate would make really different

water crystallization patterns, the love, gratitude, the beautiful words would create these beautiful water crystals. Whereas fear, hate, greed, these words would create really incoherent, chaotic, jagged patterns when they froze the water. And Rasmus talks about structuring our water, energizing our water, just by being coherent, like we've been talking about

this whole time, if we take a glass of water, and this is a really fun thing to do, take a glass of water, gulp some down, see how it feels. Take that same glass of water and approach it with a sense of gratitude. Approach it with a sense of awe and curiosity. Take a second to look at the water. Take a second to really feel the water when you are drinking the

And I bet you will notice a difference in the feeling and viscosity of that water. And that's what we're talking about when we're talking about more energized, structured water, more coherent water. It has a different feel. It's thicker. It tastes different. And we can affect change without these fancy devices that in some cases can be really incredible.

but really expensive too, right? We can affect change by adding energy into our water, whether it's sunlight, whether it's from stirring, we can stir with a spoon or a chopstick, or whether it's just creating a relationship with that water and approaching it in this state of coherence that we have been talking about. Those things can make a difference to the state of the water that we drink.

I love that, I love that. I sometimes will put maybe if there's something I feel like I'm needing, I typically put some water out the night before for the next day. And maybe it'll be a word of whatever it is, maybe you're getting just, you need some confidence. Whatever it is, you feel like, I need some love. Like I just need that energy of love. And I put that on whatever it is you need, or I put a crystal in, or I put some raspberry leaves in, or whatever it is.

to sort of build the water. So the next day when I'm drinking it, I also have this sense that I'm really honoring my body. I'm really taking care of that safety signal too. I'm really nourishing my body on this deep level. And that's such an easy thing to add into your routine, I feel like. Yeah, absolutely. And I love that you brought up adding raspberry leaves. know, Gerald Pollock has done research

different herbs like holy basil, tulsi, on how it actually does increase that structured water. And even eating fresh fruits and vegetables, they are filled with that structured water. Coconut water was another one that he researched to really have a lot of this structured water in it. So there's so many different avenues, but it

a really underappreciated avenue to address our health, but a really important one nonetheless. I love that. So we've talked today about the importance of the sunlight and all of these very how it affects these very microscopic parts of our body on the quantum level that I think drive our physical bodies.

in ways that are expanded from what we learned from the chemical mechanical model that we learned in school that you're not saying that those things are wrong. You're just expanding it out to a deeper understanding and who knows maybe at some point someone will discover it goes even deeper than that. I mean, that's just being open to potential and possibility of not being stuck in an old paradigm of the room that we're so much

And how these systems, how these like small microscopic parts of us affect so powerfully with the earth, with these negative ions coming up from there, with this energy, this light from the sun coming in, potentially starlight, moonlight, and how it has such a dramatic effect. And these are things that you're talking about that don't cost one dollar to be able to really enhance.

your vitality, health, and wellbeing. So I love that you're offering these tools for people and explaining the why. So I think you can read about something, but until you actually, like it anchors in that you really get it of how it is so powerful that you're not really apt to practice it. And so there is that piece of, I do want to come in, like me coming into relationship with the earth and this sort of give and

not just that what I want to take the vitamin D and like a cupboard, like a medicine cabinet, all these things, but coming into relationship with my place in the cosmos is so powerful for your health and wellbeing. And you explain this in such an elegant and easy to understand way. So I'm really grateful for your work. I also know that you being on the cutting edge of healthcare here, that sometimes it has to be a challenge because there are people who want to hold

old models and I'm sure you faced some of that. And so I really want to commend your bravery for putting yourself out there at the forefront of this work. I know it can't always be easy and it's so important and it's so powerful what you are doing. So I'm really grateful. I learn from you all the time. And I would love for people to understand how if they want to learn from you, how they can even more. know that you have

courses and classes and all kinds of things that you do. So if you want to just talk a little bit about ways people can connect with you, that would be great. Well, thank you so much for your kind words. I really appreciate that because sometimes it is like swimming upstream with this information. So I appreciate those words. And yeah, people can find me.
