Rav Eliyahu Reingold, Rosh Kollel in the Yeshiva of Greater Washington, spent many years learning in the Telshe Yeshiva and Kollel where he was recognized as one of their foremost talmidim. klal of boneh brought by the Chayei Adam, which is that the shiur for
building on karka is even a kol shehu (minimal amount). It addresses
the halachic distinctions between boneh on structures and keilim
(utensils).
